La difficulté pour y arriver, dur à trouver. Le ménage pas terrible, on a trouvé un chargeur et un bonnet de nuit sous le canapé

Horrible location. There is no road to the hotel. Seriously...it's hard to believe that I should have checked for that....but you cannot take a cab or bus from anywhere nearby. You must walk 15/20 mins to take a cab because they refuse to come to this convoluted area. It's completely empty after 5pm. Very hard experience for us. We had to wait 30 mins each time for a bolt or Uber because they would keep canceling once understanding that the hotel is unreachable. The roads you see on Google maps are underground tunnels without any way to walk through them to get out to a normal road. Even locals cannot find the hotel. The only plus is that if you work in pataeux and don't need to leave the immediate area, the hotel was inexpensive for it.

Location is horrible. And all my travels. I never knew that. I should have checked whether the hotel is connected by any Road. I assumed that all buildings must be near a road, but you live and you learn!

No cleaning, no change of towels, there is roadwork every taxi got lost because of its bad location, there are works outside and every day we were woken up at 7am from construction work, AC was not working

the entrance was not very clean due to the constructions Sometimes the upper entrance from the 0 level to lead to the shopping center was closed so if carrying multiple staff you should go downstairs The furniture was not very clean in the room a bit old

On the plus side, if you're exploring Paris by public transport, the Metro station is very close and conveniently located and the area felt safe throughout our stay. Overall, an alright stay thanks to the convenient location. It's a budget hotel, so the rooms are decent rather than luxurious — our room was a good size, though the interior could use some updating. Do note there's construction and road works happening throughout the surrounding area.

The property was hard to find. The postcode provided didn't lead accurately to the address on satnav, and nearby road works made navigating to the location even more difficult. It would help future guests if the hotel provided clearer directions or a more precise address/landmark to search for.

住宿時才告知要收city tax ，ㄧ個人1晚7歐，然後我們住3晚，所以先付款給櫃員，退房時不同櫃員，說是我們還沒付city tax，所以只好拿出銀行信用卡帳單画面給他看，他去請示女經理，女經理跟他在房間討論老半天，我看也沒在查電腦記錄。 他們也不會去問入住時的櫃員，延誤check out 時間約10分鍾，我只好跟他們說，我已經付完款了，我必需去趕搭車，他們要查，自己慢慢查。

Camera superior davvero comoda per 2 adulti e due ragazzi, provvista di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno di una settimana. Posizione eccellente. Rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile se paragonato ai prezzi delle strutture di Parigi centro.

Attendre plus de 30 min pour notre check in et pour nous remettre les clés, et jusqu'à aujourd'hui impossible de m'envoyer ma facture. L'emplacement pas top, car oui proche de la défense mais l'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas facile du tout, Des travaux à 7h du Matin avec une perceuse, L'accueil à l'entrée très bof, Le lieu est très compliqué à trouver avec les travaux, Pas de gobelets sur la fontaine à l'entrée, donc le service très moyenne L'une de mes serviettes était taché

J'ai procédé à une réclamation auprès de booking et directement aupres de l'hôtel et je n'ai eu aucun retour ! Je trouve cela peu professionnel et assez décevant. Au pied e l'hôtel il y avait un très gros chantier de travaux publics et aucune information n'a été donnée à ce sujet au moment de la réservation qui était ni remboursable ni modifiable. Impossible de dormir après 8h et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres compte tenu du bruit et de la poussière.

La posizione è ottima perché ha la fermata della metro M1 a due passi. La camera non era male e i letti erano comodi. L'abbiamo usata solo come appoggio per lavarci e dormire come ovvio che sia a Parigi. La zona è tranquilla.

Non è facilissimo arrivarci in macchina perché ci sono dei passaggi sotterranei dove il navigatore si perde. L'hotel non ha un parcheggio suo, ma ce n'è uno proprio sotterraneo che sbuca ai piedi dell'hotel (anche se molto caro!)

Rooms are small in size but comfortable. Kitchen is Good with required utensils. Location near to metro station which is added advantage for mobility. Wi-Fi is slow.

Cleaning frequency was not good (once in 8 night stay). Difficult to get taxi as drivers get lost while coming in the underground road. Difficult to get grocery near by.

Fornello a induzione: solo due piastre, molto ravvicinate. Le serigrafie sul fornello erano completamene cancellate, abbiamo dovuto "tirare a indovinare". Mancava almeno un pentolino per poter utilizzare contemporaneamente entrambe le piastre.

Aparthotel Adagio è una soluzione ideale per famiglie con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Ti offre la comodità dell' hotel ma con la disponibilità di una piccola cucina all' interno della camera, che ti dà la possibilità di organizzare i pasti in camera, quando ad esempio i bambini sono stanchi dopo una giornata in giro e preferiscono rimanere in camera per cena, o per fare una pausa tra mattina e pomeriggio facendo una pausa pranzo in camera. La struttura è a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro della linea1, che collega i principali siti di interesse della città e in un quartiere di grattacieli dalle strutture architettoniche particolari. Il personale della struttura è molto gentile, sia alla reception che gli addetti alla colazione. La colazione è variegata e abbondante. L' attenzione al rispetto dell' ambiente è un valore aggiunto. Se dovessi tornare a Parigi sceglierei ancora questa struttura e non esiterò a suggerirla a chi mi chiederà un consiglio.

The location is amazing, 2 min to the metro station and located in the business neighbourhood, which was so safe and wonderful, super close to the centre, only few metro stations away. Spacious apartments, great for travelling with kids and all you need in the kitchen. Love it all!

We rented two apartments that slept 6 each. Two bathrooms, Kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and pull out sleeper sofa. Breakfast was home cooked and delicious with French breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetable, eggs, sausages, juices, cereals, tarts, yogurts. Truly a wonderful breakfast experience. The hotel is just steps away from the A train Metro. We were able to get to everything in Paris with the Metro. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! A shopping mall just nearby and plenty of restaurants.

On a bien aimé le fait que les lits soient tous individuels, c'était agréable. La chambre était propre, bien aménagée. La petite cuisine ouverte est super sympa et tout y est fonctionnelle. Les luminaires fonctionnaient tous très bien, il y avait meme une planche à repasser et un fer à repasser et cet équipement tombait à pic pour notre petit séjour. Nous avions aussi une petite vue sur la tour Eiffel et ça c'est toujours un plus non négligeable. Très bien desservie par le métro, il faut comprendre le trajet à faire au travers de ces grands buildings de la Défense mais une fois compris, la distance est rapide et simple : l'arrêt est à seulement 5 minutes de l'hôtel.

Les fenêtres s'ouvrent mais ne se tiennent pas ouvertes, elles se referment donc c'est compliqué lorsqu'on veut aérer la chambre le matin. Il y a également un manque de couvert dans la chambre, surtout lorsqu'on est 4 avec une seule fourchette c'est assez compliquée. Pour finir, la clim fonctionne bien mais impossible à régler correctement et ça c'est vraiment dommage avec les chaleurs étouffantes en ce moment ça aurait vraiment été mieux si on n'avait pas eu à se casser la tête pour comprendre comment faire.

Tágas családi apartmant kaptunk, két szobával, felszerelt konyhával. Tisztaság és légkondicionálás megfelelő. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Könnyű check in és out, poggyászmegőrzéssel. A reggeli választék egészen jó.

A svédasztal újratöltésére nem fordítottak elég gondot.

Chambre confortable, climatisée ce qui n'est pas un mal en situation de canicule, et surtout bien placée pour ce qui concerne le secteur de la défense. Enfin, accès aisé en transport en commun.

Si la chambre est confortable, l'ensemble est un peu vétuste, manque d'équipements, d'une propreté relative (toiles d'araignées, poussière) et surtout bruyante du fait des nombreux travaux dans le périmètre. Enfin concernant l'aces hors transport en commun, secteur pas toujours idéal du fait toujours des nombreux travaux du secteur de la défense.

J'ai pris un appartement qui est normalement de 80 m2 mais je ne pense pas qu'il les fasse réellement. Coin cuisine exigu. J'ai étais dans des apparthotels plus intéressants pour le même tarif.

Literally NOTHING

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The level of incompetence, lack of organization, and complete disregard for guests' time is staggering. My nightmare started the moment I arrived. The lobby was packed with frustrated people because the hotel's room card system was down. After waiting in line for a solid hour, I was about to leave and come back later. The receptionist stopped me, promising it was finally fixed and would only take a moment. I did the paperwork, took the keys, and guess what? They didn't work. Because I had an urgent appointment and they had already wasted an hour of my life, I had to leave my luggage in the lobby. I explicitly told the receptionist that I was leaving for my appointment and expected my working cards to be ready when I returned. When I got back late that night, thinking the ordeal was over, I was met with another "surprise." Nothing was ready. I was forced to wait another half an hour just to get checked in. And when they finally gave me a room? They put me in a cheap studio, despite the fact that I had paid for a premium one-bedroom apartment. I complained, and after wasting another thirty minutes of my night fighting for what I actually paid for, they finally moved me to the correct room. To top it all off, I came back on the second day to find that absolutely nothing had been touched. No housekeeping, no service, no fresh towels—nothing. It’s like they just completely gave up on running a hotel. Do not stay here. It is an absolute joke of an establishment, the staff is completely clueless, and they will ruin your trip without a single shred of apology.

Le personnel et surtout la femme de chambre sont sympatiques et se rendent disponible pour régler le problème lié à des punaise de lit dans notre chambre.

Présence de punaises de lit dans notre chambre. La journée m^me, une personne est venu asperger la chambre de produit chimique sans déplacer nos effets. Nous avons dû les récupérer et laver le tout. L'hotel a remboursé les frais de nettoyage de nos vêtements. On nous a assigné une autre chambre qui avait également des punaises.

Politica cu curatenia si prosoapele, cre se schimaba daca stai doar mai muly de 8 zile este o absurditate la un hotel de 4 stele cum au ei pretentia ca sunt sau este afisat pe booking

Ascenseurs congestionnés : beaucoup d'étages, que 2 ascenseurs, pour sortir il faut aller au -2, avec arrêt obligatoire au 0 (réception) en montée comme en descente. Parkings de la Défense sont vides car c'était le WE, tout en étant hors de prix: plus 30€ la nuit !

Pas de plateau de bienvenue, un accueil qui questionne (on nous a donné une chambre qui n'était pas libre au début. La personne de l'accueil ́e connaissait a priori pas les lieux, la carte magnétique n'était pas disponible à l'arrivée et on nous a fait payer une taxe de sejour de plus de 60 euros au lieu de 43 euros !)

La literie était bien.

Panne d’internet pendant 2 jours. Les murs et le plafond présentent des traces d’humidité, peinture boursouflée et craquelés.
