It was a good size room

Tv no comnected to wifi, so meant no english tv available. No vanity or mirror with good lighting to get ready. Heavily stained carpet. Not much option for food other than 1 overprised resturant.

للأسف في السابق كان مميز جدا فقد سبق وسكنت في الفندق ولكن اصبح لدى الفندق خطة توفير الطاقة الكهربائية مقابل تخفيض التكييف في الغرف مما أدى الى عدم راحتي وعائلتي في الغرف بسبب الحر وادى ذلك إلى عدم تكرار السكن في الفندق مرة اخرى.

The staff were amazingly welcoming and helpful.

The waste in handbasin in my room was almost blocked and slow to empty.

Night duty manager is very rude. A short white man with glasses. Very rude. And doesn’t care about complains and talks very bad with Clients.

The last time I stayed at the Hilton Paris La Défense was back in 2018 while I was interrailing across Europe—an adventure that remains one of the most exhilarating and memorable experiences of my life. I still remember opening the door to my room and being completely mesmerised to discover a jacuzzi bath. It was such an unexpected luxury and became one of the standout memories of that trip. Returning this year, I was genuinely excited to see how the hotel had evolved over the years and, if I’m honest, I was secretly hoping the famous jacuzzi bath was still there. I’m delighted to say it was. The hotel has undergone a beautiful renovation since my last visit. The interiors now have a timeless French elegance, combining a clean, sophisticated aesthetic with contemporary comfort. Both the guest rooms and the restaurant have been tastefully redesigned, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere without feeling overdone. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was very kindly upgraded to a suite. However, I made the unusual decision to decline the upgrade because I had my heart set on staying in one of the jacuzzi rooms that I remembered so fondly. It was absolutely the right decision. The room felt fresh, stylish and elegant, while still retaining the feature that had made my original stay so memorable. After long days exploring Paris, relaxing in the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind. The hotel itself is tucked away within the La Défense shopping complex, giving it a unique location with fantastic transport links and an abundance of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Although it is one of Hilton’s smaller Paris properties, it has a boutique feel that makes it incredibly charming. If I had one suggestion, it would be the addition of an Executive Lounge. Personally, I actually prefer this property to the Hilton Paris Opéra, and I believe an Executive Lounge would elevate an already excellent hotel into one of Hilton’s finest in Paris. Whether there is the space or demand to make this possible, I couldn’t say, but it would certainly be a wonderful addition for loyal Hilton Honors members. That said, Hilton looked after its Diamond members exceptionally well. We were warmly welcomed, thanked for our loyalty, and given two complimentary drinks vouchers that could be redeemed for any drinks from the bar rather than being restricted to a limited menu—a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated. Naturally, I chose an Espresso Martini and a Marie Antoinette cocktail, both of which were beautifully presented, elegant and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. The staff were attentive, friendly and genuinely welcoming, taking the time to acknowledge our Diamond status and ensuring we felt valued throughout the morning. Fresh omelettes were cooked to order, and there was an excellent selection of high-quality breakfast items to suit every taste. Overall, Hilton Paris La Défense remains my favourite Hilton property in Paris. It combines elegant accommodation, exceptional service, excellent transport connections and thoughtful Hilton Honors recognition. Most importantly, it still has the jacuzzi rooms that first made me fall in love with the hotel all those years ago. Thank you, Hilton Paris La Défense, for another memorable stay. I very much look forward to returning again in the future.

We stayed at Paris after 21 years from Saturday 07/25 to Tuesday 07/28. While it's located away from central Paris in a business district, there are a lot of tourists and it's well connected by metro and a reasonable distance to say Arc of Triumph. It's well connected and the phone is literally your best friend here. Check-in was around Noon and they were really quick and efficient and we got room 228. Room was large and spacious and the bathroom was really large overall, and so was the shower. Breakfast buffet was really nice, especially there was a pancake station and omelet station too. Finally, because it's next to a mall, there are lots of options and shops to have food around, but if you come back past closing hours, be aware and use the night entrance if you are a guest. Only downside, please upgrade your plugs and include more universal plugs no matter where people are coming from the world. All other hotels I've stayed at in other countries do not have this problem. Some devices we had to use the bathroom to plug in and while there were USB-C's, there weren't nearly enough. Overall for the price I paid it was worth it. We would stay here again on our trip to Paris.

Petit déjeuner très moyen pour un hôtel de ce standing. Oeuf brouillés pas assez cuit, saucisses beaucoup trop cuites (sèches), fromages pas appétissant, restaurant de l'hôtel agréable et personnel sympa mais plats très tièdes. Entrée et sortie du parking sous-terrain trop exigu pour une voiture familial. J'ai d'ailleurs griffé une de mes jantes, les capteurs du véhicule bippaient de partout. Je pensais que je n'arriverais pas à sortir. J'ai finalement réussi mais pas sans casse.... :-( Bref, un séjour qui engendre des frais supplémentaires et inattendus.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. First, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. Furthermore, although I requested two quilts when making my booking—a request the hotel explicitly confirmed—they were not provided. It seems the hotel staff confirms requests without verifying them, which is quite frustrating.

The location was actually fantastic. everything is close by metro and the metro station is in the shopping center where the hotel is. So within walking distance you have the metro, the shopping center, another shopping center across the street, the area is a business area just in front of the Grande Arche, so it's a clean area. the staff is super friendly. we were able to check in earlier, our kids received coloring books, chocolates. super friendly staff and accommodating. Comfy room and beds, the view from the room is into the shopping center which is fun and different.

Every monday by french law there is a 5min fire alarm test, and unfortunately we were in the room at that time. We didn't know this so we got pretty scared and we did complain about it. The staff were understanding and apologized by getting us free drinks, free room service and a letter of apology. So just be aware of this and don't be in the room monday at 5pm.

Great location, spacious rooms, and effective air conditioning during an intense heatwave in Paris. Being connected to the mall meant we could grab some basic food supplies and drinks without going outdoors or particularly far. Staff were incredibly helpful and no request was too much hassle. Beds were incredibly comfy, room clean and well-kept, and the waterfall shower was phenomenal to cool down after hot trips outside.

We attended for an event at La Defense Arena and were disappointed that the "All Day Dining" room service was unavailable when we got back to the hotel. Similarly, breakfast ended a bit early for our liking as we were exhausted after a long and warm event - if it ran until 11am it would have made a big difference for us. We couldn't find a waste bin in the room aside from the tiny one in the bathroom, which was a pain.

Les produits du petit déjeuner sont corrects mais rien d'exceptionnel, on est loin de ce qu'on peut attendre d'un établissement prestigieux comme le Hilton. A titre de comparaison, le petit déjeuner est nettement plus haut de gamme dans un novotel suite.

Je suis arrivé à 14h10 , et j'ai du attendre une demi-heure pour récupérer les clefs alors que deux autre clients sont venus après moi et ont récupéré les clefs dans la minute même.

Un petit rafraîchissement de l'hôtel serait un plus. Une seconde porte entre le couloir et la chambre serait une bonne solution pour restreindre le bruit du couloir. Mais ceci n'a pas été dérangeant.

The staff at reception and at the breakfast were exceptional. Especially all the team at the breakfast, the hostess remembered our room number and our drinks on the second day, plus the room number. All the others were very helpful, very polite and friendly. Congratulations!

The quality of dinner at the restaurant, which maybe separate company, was pretty basic and not very imaginative. Considering we were in Paris not in some small US city. The decor and furnishing is very dated, needs a good overhaul. The parking arrangement is abysmal. Very, extremely badly signposted and difficult to find. A nightmare.

I had to stay here for a business trip. The actual hotel and staff are fine, but getting in and leaving are a nightmare. I arrived via car service at 10 pm after a long travel day to find that security would not let my driver anywhere near the hotel. The hotel is located in a mall with no way to enter or exit other than walking. It was the same issue when I left, only worse. I was advised by the hotel staff that my best option for rideshare pickup was a nearby hotel (Pullman) and they just kind of laughed and apologized for the inconvenience. The nearby hotel looks fairly close, but it requires going over cobblestone streets, an uphill bridge, and 3 flights of stairs to reach it from the Hilton. All while carrying luggage. I would never stay here again and advise anyone else against it unless you absolutely need to for work. It is nothing special and not at all worth the hassle.

Je suis arrivé à 11h pour faire mon enregistrement et laisser mes bagages.Lors de l’enregistrement l’hôtesse me dit de revenir à 14h , la chambre sera prête.Je reviens à 14h50 et le personnel de l’accueil me demande de patienter 5 min ,le temps de vérifier que tout va bien dans la chambre.Au bout de 10min,je lui signale que cela fait 10 min et que lors de mon enregistrement,on m’a dit de revenir pour 14h que la chambre serait prête !!Finalement nous avons dû attendre 30min car la chambre n’était pas nettoyée,une attente qui aurait pu être plus agréable si l’on nous avais proposé une boisson en attendant et surtout une honnêteté qui aurait été plus appréciable. À notre arrivée dans la chambre,je constate qu’il n’y a que 2 peignoirs de bain et 2 paires de chaussons, nous sommes 3 adultes.J’en fait part à la réception lorsque nous ressortons, à notre retour toujours rien.Il a fallu réclamer encore une fois .Le HILTON n’est plus un service 4 étoiles,ces désagréments ne devraient pas arriver.Sans parler du mail envoyé avant mon arrivée auquel je n’ai eu aucune réponse,dans lequel je demandais une chambre avec vue car je venais avec mes enfants pour la fête des mères. J’ai eu une chambre intérieur avec vue sur l’intérieur du centre commercial ?? Le HILTON de la défense ne mérites pas ses 4 étoiles à mon sens.Un manque d’écoute flagrant.

Rooms were updated and clean, shower etc spotless - really good cleaning service and prompt front of house in both reception and the dining room. Good breakfast offering. What’s weird is where it is - built inside the concrete shell at La Defense, overlooking the INSIDE of the shopping mall. Results in no/low natural light at all on the hotel, couldn’t imagine staying here for a longer period of time without going crazy - on the plus side, you could hear a pin drop in the room as no traffic etc keeping you awake. Would recommend if you have to stay for night or 2, and it has to be in La Defense for business. Would not stay here if I was a tourist in Paris, lots of better options.

Le personnel est mon coup de coeur pour cet hôtel ! Les personnes que j’ai croisées à l’accueil et au petit déjeuner étaient vraiment aimables et souriantes. L’accueil est chaleureux et c’est vraiment appréciable ! Merci à eux L’emplacement est parfait. Difficile de faire plus proche niveau transports. Situé au coeur d’un centre commercial cela permet un accès direct pour faire du shopping ! Literie très confortable.

Je déplore le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour permettre un vrai renouvellement d’air dans les chambres et l’hôtel en général. Malgré le parfum d’ambiance, l’hôtel sent un peu le renfermé. Avec la moquette un peu partout, ça amplifie le problème. C’est dommage. Petit déjeuner correct en ce qui concerne la variété mais sans plus au niveau de la qualité des produits

Hôtel très décevant pour un 4 étoiles. La chambre était extrêmement sombre, sans véritable fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, ce qui donne une sensation d’enfermement. Les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing annoncé. Le sèche-cheveux présentait un défaut de sécurité : mes cheveux ont été aspirés dans la prise d’air, faute de protection suffisante, ce qui les a arrachés et brûlés. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, ce niveau de confort et de sécurité est inacceptable.

Gentillesse du personnel.

Très bruyant. Du chahut dans les couloirs et personne pour faire respecter le calme. Très déçu par le comportement des personnes qui séjournaient à l’hôtel.
