Houve problemas com Wi-Fi que não existia nos quartos. Foi reportado no início da estadia, mas não foi resolvido durante a nossa estadia apesar de nos informarem que iriam resolver a situação. A limpeza e manutenção do quarto também pode melhorar.

Из-за панорамных окон ухудшилась шумоизоляция. Всегда казалось, что открыто окно. Проснулась утром от мечети, а потом в соседней школе была линейка и говорили в микрофон. Терпимо, конечно, но вид был на соседнее здание, поэтому не было нужды в таких окнах.

It was clean and in an amazing location, right in the town centre where night life and shops are great. Some places like the beach were a bit further away but connections were fab and convenient.

Staff wasn’t rude but also were not really the most friendly or helpful when we asked for help or directions or anything like that. Was not any extra facilities besides there being an attached coffee shop which is also where you had breakfast. Pretty sure we overheard some of the coffees and hot drinks being an extra charge at the breakfast so little thing to note there.

Sehr zentrale Lage: Das Hotel liegt wirklich sehr zentral. Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt und hat dadurch sehr viele Restaurants und andere Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Lage ist definitiv einer der größten Pluspunkte des Hotels.

Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Zimmer war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Es wurde offensichtlich nur sehr grobflächig geputzt. Dies betraf sowohl den gesamten Raum als auch insbesondere die Toilette. Die Reinigung wirkte insgesamt sehr oberflächlich und nicht gründlich. Teilweise hatten wir sogar den Eindruck, dass die Toilette an manchen Tagen überhaupt nicht gereinigt wurde, obwohl die Reinigungskraft im Zimmer war. Es wurde lediglich etwas aufgeräumt, während die Toilette unverändert blieb. Das Bett war leider ebenfalls nicht ordentlich vorbereitet. Das Bettlaken war nicht richtig über die Matratze gespannt bzw. befestigt und lag nicht richtig auf der Matratze auf. Dadurch mussten wir uns selbst darum kümmern, das Bettlaken richtig zu beziehen und zu befestigen. Das sollte unserer Meinung nach selbstverständlich zur Zimmerreinigung gehören. Auch das Zimmer entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Laut Booking.com sollte das Zimmer 25 m² groß sein. Unserer Meinung nach hatte es jedoch niemals den Eindruck, tatsächlich 25 m² groß zu sein. Das Zimmer wirkte deutlich kleiner und insgesamt sehr beengt. Das Kopfkissen war für uns sehr ungemütlich und viel zu hoch. Die Matratze war sehr weich und ebenfalls unbequem, sodass wir leider nicht besonders gut schlafen konnten. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt waren die Gardinen. Diese konnten die Fenster nicht vollständig abdecken bzw. schließen. Dadurch kam nachts sehr viel Licht von draußen in das Zimmer. Das Zimmer war dadurch trotz geschlossener Gardinen sehr hell, was den Schlafkomfort zusätzlich stark beeinträchtigt hat. Gerade in einem Hotel sollte man die Möglichkeit haben, das Zimmer vollständig abzudunkeln. Als wir die Probleme mit dem Zimmer angesprochen haben, war die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption leider unfreundlich und wenig entgegenkommend. Zunächst wollte sie uns kein anderes Zimmer geben. Wir hätten uns hier deutlich mehr Freundlichkeit und Kundenorientierung gewünscht.

The staff at the restaurant were very unpleasant and cold especially the two girls serving coffee.. Parking is really hard to find near the hotel.

aile odası aldık, sadece 1 oda kartı verdiler, gerekirse resepsiyondan açarız dediler, bunu açıklayan bayanda pek güleryüzlü değildi. bu uygulamayıda sevmedik, en azından 2 oda kartı verilebilirdi. Kahvaltı kötü değil ama çok daha iyi olabilirdi,

The breakfast, the location.

A simple and pleasant hotel that offers a good, comfortable stay. The location is great, everything was clean, and they serve a nice, traditional Turkish breakfast.

Breakfast was only till 10am and basic, so only one person of the 5 persons staying. But location is very central so you can find anything you want in a 2min radius and the night life was bustling and great!

The location was very good. The bus station is less than a 10 minute walk away and there are a lot of stores and restaurants right next tot the hotel. Hotel staff was also very nice.

The wi-fi was very poor in my room. Furthermore the windows are not isolated properly. So when you close the windows, you can still hear everything outside as if the windows were open. My shower cabin door was also broken. Lastly, the breakfast was very mediocre. For the price I expected something more.

Хорошее расположение, от порта 15 минут пешком по прямой дороге , легко было дойти с чемоданами. Чистая постель, хороший завтрак. Персонал отличный, разрешили выехать позже, спасибо.

Полотенца застиранные и рваные. Заказали кофе на завтраке вкус был странный у капучино.

The location is very good; it’s central to town as well as the kordon (seaside promenade). The rooms are spotless, the furnishings are well designed for travellers and in excellent condition.

The property is good located next to the beginning of the harbor close to city center

We checked in at 3 pm, entered the room and it was absolutely dirty and not cleaned before previous stay. Right after us the cleaner rushed to the room with the words “don’t worry, I’ll clean it now”, we explained the situation to reception and asked for another more prepared room, but received nothing and not in a polite manner, like: “what can I do if there’s only one cleaner for the hotel and she was not able to clean your room”. Absolutely not client oriented approach. Moreover, even after cleaning the room was dirty, the windows are dirty. The neighbor smoked on the terrace and we used to.smell it even through closed windows. This was very bad experience.

Super tolle Lage, das Personal sehr nett und die Promenade ist nur einige Minuten entfernt. Das ist mein zweiter Fethiye Besuch und auch allein wegen dem Hotel! Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und man kann dabei auch draußen sitzen.

Alles perfekt!

Ich bin jetzt zum zweiten Mal in Fethiye, allein wegen dieses Hotels. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, um schöne Sachen zu unternehmen. Alles ist sehr zentral: Es gibt viele Essensmöglichkeiten und die Promenade ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück war toll und man kann gemütlich draußen sitzen. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett.

Für uns gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

We stayed in 2 places in Fethiye and really liked this one, funky decor and right in the centre of town, we sat on the little balcony and people watched listening to the buskers.

Just stayed here for a week.what a lovely Hotel.very clean. our room was clean and comfortable we had every thing we needed. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. An loved the coffee shop underneath all first class.we will definitely book again.

Locația este poziționată ideal, curățenie zi de zi, angajații localului sunt ft prietenoși și amabili!

Feonul paote fi schimbat cu unul mai performant care sa nu se încingă și să miroasă a fum. Ca și recomandare pentru camerele cu terase, s ar merita sa fie acoperite, să te poti bucura și dimineața de o cafeluță acolo ( bate ft puternic soarele dimineața). 🤗

The location is very convenient. You can easily walk to the waterfront, and it is located in the market area.

The location is not clear on Google Maps. Parking is not allowed around the hotel, and you have to park 7 to 10 minutes away and walk to the hotel while carrying your luggage.

Большой, просторный номер, мягкая удобная кровать, все чисто, мебель не старая. Отель располоден в самом центре, рядом с улицами с магазинами и Базаром. Номер очень уютный и комфортный

Вай фай очень плохо ловит в номере, да и внизу тоже. Очень долго загружались страницы. Завтрак подавали в кофейне на первом этаже, где находится ресепшн отеля. Кофе свежесваренный не подают, только растворимый. Уже на завтрак на полную вручаби кондей и прямо рядом с едой так, что она остывала и надо было есть холодную. Приходилось просить каждый раз сотрудников кофейни греть еду в микроволновке

Personal (Abends) an der Rezeption war nicht so freundlich. Jeden Tag war immer das gleiche Frühstück, könnte vielfältig sein. Die Bettwäsche wurden nicht täglich getauscht.

Tolles Hotel in sehr netter Umgebung, ganz in der Nähe des Hafens. Alles ganz schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Hatten ein Zimmer im 4.OG mit einer riesigen Terrasse und einem super tollen Ausblick über die halbe Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und wurde immer frisch zubereitet. Das Personal hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und war sehr nett und freundlich Wir waren vom Preis-Leisungsverhältnis mehr als begeistert Wir kommen wieder !!!

Wenn es was negatives zu sagen gibt, dann, daß die Mulleimer in dem Zimmer sehr klein waren.

Bathroom is very clean and modern. Design of the room is very nice. Breakfast was okay. It is in the center and very easy to reach everything.

They didn’t totally check our room before we come. Window was broken (cannot be closed, but they fixed in the same day). It was 25 degree outside but the AC was just working as a heater. There was no chance to change it to cooling or to change the room because they said the hotel was full. We told them 3 times that it is too hot in our room like a sauna. Everyone said something else about the AC and only the 3rd person was able to close it. Every night we had to open the window but then it was so loud outside (close to a wedding place) and the room didn’t get cold. And we had to close the lights then so we didn’t have mosquitoes. It was not easy. And they didn’t give us any solution. The receiver of tv was broken too. We had to tell them twice so they came to check and change it.

El hotel es muy nuevo. Muy bien decorado y las camas muy cómodas. Teníamos una terraza enorme con dos habitaciones conjuntas y un baño. Él desayuno muy bueno y abundante.

Good hotel in the heart of the city. Easy to get around with everything within easy walking distance.

All good really. There is some street noise, but you are right in the city so to be expected. Didn't bother us.

The staff are very noisy, rude, and impolite. The crises in Turkey and their low salaries are causing them to work without motivation.

No Safe in the room, although promised to bring one it never arrived! Only two coat hangers, asked for more, never arrived.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr sauber und neu und das Personal war sehr nett.

Wir konnten die letzten zwei Jahre das Hotel nicht buchen, da es ausgebucht war. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns wirklich sehr gefreut, jedoch wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Bereits beim Einchecken ins Zimmer war ein Haar auf dem Bettlaken, und im Waschbecken. Da wir platz benötigt haben, haben wir die Kaffee-Platte in den Schrank gestellt, unter der Platte war alles voller dreck. Wir haben ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht, jedoch wurden von 4 Tagen nur 1 Tag (und dass nachdem dies angesprochen wurde) ausreichend Handtücher im Zimmer hinterlegt. An der Rezeption ist ein Herr, der einen nicht ernst nimmt. Am zweiten Tag ging ich runter um anzusprechen dass wir zu wenige Handtücher hatten, der Herr spielte auf seinem Tablett ein spiel und schaute mehrmals aufs Spiel während des Gespräches. Er spielte auch hörbar Ball vor dem Hotel. Am Abend als wir ins Zimmer kamen war dies wieder nicht richtig gereinigt und das Handtuchproblem bestand immernoch. Das Personal das für das Frühstück zuständig war, wies an allen Tagen ein unfreundliches und ersxhöpftes Gesicht auf. Auch das Geschirr und besteck wies teilweise dreck auf. Das einzig postiv und immer freundliche an dem Hotel war die Frau Lerzan. Am dritten Tag sprach ich mit der Dame über die Handtücher und das nicht richtig gesäuberte Zimmer. Sie versprach sich persönlich darum zu kümmern, und am Abend war das Zimmer wie gewünscht. Ich finde es schade dass wir eine schlechte Erfahrung gehabt haben, und hoffen dass dies geändert wird.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel City Life Demir! The location is unbeatable, putting everything we wanted to see right at our doorstep. The breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient to start our day of exploring. Try the Turkish tea/ Çay! We loved the hotel and the vibrant area so much that we spontaneously extended our stay by another night. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fethiye!

Hôtel particulièrement bien situé. Très propre et très confortable. Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner. Un peu cher pour une personne seule (comme toujours dans l’hôtellerie). Mais à deux, c’est très honnête.
