Belle vue sur la mer depuis ma chambre. Chambre moderne, confortable et climatisée. Emplacement parfait, à deux pas de la marina. Parking gratuit avec voiturier.

Salle de bain à rafraîchir, et éclairage dans la salle de bain à améliorer.

Nobody noticed that they'd replaced the curtain with one that didnt reach each side. No reception area but most importantly the fridge didn't work. It was replaced by one that may work in 6 hours time but i said that that wasnt good enough. I had already wasted several hours so i ended up by borrowing the staff fridge muxh to their disappointment.

Staff is very nice. We arrived before sunrise and they allowed us to take the room without charging. Really appreciated.

The room is cleaned every three days. It’s way too much not to change towels and take out the trash.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en konden gelukkig gebruik maken van de gevraagde kamer, ( Dit was bij de reservering nog niet helemaal duidelijk) Ligging vsn het hotel is perfect.

De waterdruk in het toilet was wat laag, waardoor het moeilijk doorspoelde.

Great location on the water and close to the market. We had a room overlooking the harbour.

The room was incredibly tiny.

Gode ​​di una posizione meravigliosa sul lungomare e sul porto, da dove partono le innumerevoli crociere e le gite in barca. La vista sul porto dalla camera è fantastica. La camera non è molto grande, ma è confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La pulizia non è impeccabile, ma comunque accettabile. Naturalmente, la zona vivace comporta anche un po' di rumore la sera fino a tardi, ma l'abbiamo sempre trovato sopportabile. Parcheggiare non è facilissimo, ma il personale vi aiuterà, anche a portare i bagagli. La colazione non è prevista, ma la camera è dotata di bollitore, che vi permetterà di iniziare la giornata con un caffè mentre vi rilassate sul terrazzino con vista sul porto turistico che inizia ad animarsi.

Alla reception erano molto gentili

la colazione non era compresa; il bagno era vecchissimo e lo scarico si incantava; abbiamo chiesto di sistemarlo e il giorno dopo è venuto qualcuno, che però non ha risolto il problema in via definitiva. L'aeratore del bagno era piuttosto rumoroso. Anche la camera necessita di manutenzione. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è assolutamente adeguato.

Nice room and helpful staff. Difficult to find on maps though, would recommend really investigating location before you arrive - look for the taxi rank!

The size of the room. The location. The astonishing views.

The staff is at its best, non engaging and at its worst, plainly rude. They need to get restrained and learn some curtomer service skills. The concept evades them. It's a shame that such a beautiful location, grat rooms and views get ruined by the staff attitude.

La vista dalla camera sul porto è fantastica. La stanza è comoda e la posizione perfetta per le gite in barca e le passeggiate in centro o sul lungomare. Il parcheggio privato è piccolo ma una persona dello staff è riuscito comunque a farci sempre parcheggiare davanti all'hotel lasciando la chiave dell'auto.

프론트 직원분이 아주 친절하셨음. 베란다에 수영복 말릴수있게 작은 빨랫대가 있어서 아주 유용. 바로 옆에 은행, 마트, 해변가 다 있어서 진짜 편하게 다님. 만족👍

택시 정류장이 호텔 입구앞에 있어서 구글맵만 보고 호텔 접근하기 어려웠음. 그래도 호텔에 메세지보내니 바로 알려줘서 좋았음

La stanza non aveva una tenda di dimensione tale da poter coprire l'intera finestra. È stato richiesto di istallare la seconda tenda ma non è stato fatto. Camera e bagno piccoli.

When I arrived at night, having confirmed my arrival time two days in advance, reception informed me that no room was available for my first night because it had been given to another guest. Despite the hotel being responsible for the situation, the staff made no meaningful effort to help me find alternative accommodation. At such short notice, the few available hotels nearby were prohibitively expensive. I therefore had no choice but to sleep on the floor inside the hotel. I was not able to check in until midday the following day. When I asked for the first night to be refunded, the receptionist said that he was “thinking about it”. Instead, I was offered an additional night at the end of my stay. I explained that this was of no use, as I had already booked my return flight and had reserved the hotel for specific dates. After Booking.com cancelled the original booking and reversed the payment, the receptionist became aggressive and threatened to call the police unless I paid for the remaining nights. The manager eventually apologised, and I did receive a refund for the first night. However, having to spend my first night sleeping on the floor completely ruined the beginning of my stay. I was exhausted for the following two days. I found the behaviour of the junior reception staff rude, confrontational and extremely unhelpful. I will not return to this property. This is particularly unfortunate because the hotel itself was otherwise pleasant, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.

Parking on site. Very helpful staff member in parking area. Clean. Centrally located backing onto marina. Short stroll into old town. Gloria Jeans on ground floor-reliable coffee.

Crack in shower ceiling leaked water when showering. Once reported was fixed the next day.

Most other things. Air con in the room was broken, they couldn't fix it until after midnight - it took over an hour and involved turning the entire power off for our room. The duvet for our king bed was single-sized - they had no spare duvets so one of us slept without. It was kinda clean but def needs a refurb. The guy helping us said the owners had basically stopped caring.

Incredibly noisy. No chance of sleeping due to cafe under hotel open until after midnight. Bedding very poor.

عدم توفير كواية ملابس النظافة بحاجة الى عناية اكثر ضيق مدخل الفندق ضيق المصعد عطل في المكيف ضيق وقلة مواقف السيارات اعتقد ان الفندق بحاجة للمزيد من الجهد والاهتمام .. فموقعه مميز ويستحق ان يقدم خدمات اكثر ويكون افضل مما هو الان عليه

A great location in the heart of Fethiye and close to transport and other activities- with great view of bay.

Местоположение идеальное, оптимальный вариант по соотношению цена/качество, сетки от комаров на балконе порадовали)

На улице шумно, наверное так как самый центр, со двора стоят таксисты и дорога, со стороны набережной так же шумно, белье "закатанное" не знаю иожет быть это нормально для 3 звезд.

Our roomy, beautiful suite was clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries. The hotel sits in a great location with a view of the marina right out our large windows, as well as a family friendly park. The restaurant downstairs was very popular. The taxi stand was directly behind the hotel. This is a great location for families and couples to enjoy strolling, with a good selection of restaurants nearby. It was a fabulous choice.

Everything. An old favourite in Fethiye. Upon arrival, the receptionist apologised for being slow with my check in, as he was new and learning. Perfect customer service. The view is breathtaking, the bed 🛌 is almost in the harbour.

The only thing I would change, is please replace the paper cups, with a proper coffee mug. A minor detail.

The room was surpisingly big, well furnished, with loys of space to put things diwn and four(!) comfortable upholstered armchairs. Big floor-to-ceiling sliding window, beautiful view over Fethiye harbour and the entire bay. Parking is very easy as hotel staff park the car for you.

Comfortable as this hotel is, I would not book it again because of the pretty awful noise polution from a nearby restaurant or bar: loud music every day from 7pm until midnight.

Location and view from room over the Harbour. It was close to promenade, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bus station. Staff were friendly and room was cleaned well whenever requested. Rolm was very comfortable. Great to have a good sized fridge and regular supplies of bottled water, tea & coffee (although we had to keep asking for the latter to be topped up).

Paper cups and towels washed every time room was cleaned weren't very eco-friendly. It would have bern good to have mugs, glasses and teaspoons.

No hangers. The tiny paper cups. You may not have the facilities to wash mugs but maybe you can have an arrangement with the coffee shop , Gloria Jeans, to supply mugs. Good advertising for them.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff! Everything was absolutely amazing! Tolgar from reception was sooo helpful and always went above and beyond to help me. The location was so perfect! Central to everything, the views, the coffee shop on the ground floor (Gloria Jeans) with the best iced coffee's, milkshakes etc) the staff were so hospitable. The cleaning staff were so lovely and always made my room comfortable and clean. Thank you to everyone at the Orka Boutique hotel team for making my stay so special. You truly looked after me, I didn't feel unsafe at any point especially travelling solo. They made my stay so relaxing and welcoming.

There is no restaurant or breakfast option as far as we are aware. Other than a Gloria Jeans coffee shop adjacent

We stayed in room 306 overlooking the harbour. The room is very tired. Especially the bathroom and shower cubicle (which is not pleasant)

Everything was fine. We booked six rooms at the same time and this was our second stay here. However, we were not satisfied with the fact that when we arrived on six large motorcycles, we were asked to park them on the sidewalk area, even though there was a designated and available parking space for hotel guests. We had to explain the situation to a staff member and request that the motorcycles be parked in the proper designated area.

Great view from the balcony and large window, excellent location. Poor quality bed (two beds that are not joined together, uncomfortable for two people to sleep in).

Excelente localização, atendimento muito simpático, funcionários sempre disponíveis a ajudar. Quarto muito confortável, com limpeza impecável e todas as comodidades necessárias.

A porta semi-transparente da casa de banho, além de mal situada, não fecha por completo, é quase como ter uma casa de banho dentro do quarto. Talvez seja melhor substituí-la por uma porta de correr.

This was a shame. Orka Boutique has a fantastic location and if you have a sea view room as we did should provide a fantastic stay. But as others have said the hotel is tired, not clean and in need of significant maintenance to bring the room up to spec. My expectations were realistic and were met and it was not good.

Staff could not be friendlier, good English

For us to come again, management must resolve the cleaning issue. We stayed 8 nights and not a single time somebody came to clean, even after our polite reminder.. Also, be aware of the noise due to the central location.

Путешествовали с друзьями, останавливались на одну ночь. Было приятно, что есть парковка. Расположен в самом центре города, рядом с морем на набережной. Номер очень красивый с видом на море, с большим окном. Но к сожалению окно было грязное, и впечатление о виде немного испортилось. Достаточно чисто, уютно, хорошие подушки и матрасы. Рекомендую.

Помыть окна. Впечатление будут о номере лучше.

Расположение хорошее первая линия прям на набережной. Парковка есть - но достаточно тесная. Персонал +- ок - были небольшие недопонимания но все разрешили. В целом все ок. Так же прям рядом с старым городом.

Номера старые, в номере не могу сказать что было чисто. Останавливались там всего на ночь поэтому сильно акцентировать на этом не стали. Номер бронировали с видом на море - но дали второй этаж только. из окна на одном уровне крыша пристройки. вид из за этого так себе

Arrived on a very busy Sunday pm, directions tried to take us down 2 private roads with a barrier. Need to know to turn right opposite a Burger King in to a taxi area .. then the hotel was there! Maybe a bit of a push to be called a Boutique Hotel especially as the shower needed a deep clean etc. Great view over the sea and boats. Very convenient for restaurants, bars and the Fish Market.

Shower needs to be updated.

Very nice, luxurious room. Beautiful views of the Harbour from the room. Good location, in the center of Fethinye surrounded by restaurants and shops. Great service! Communication was very good from booking till actual stay. Good parking available at hotel.
