Reviewed Sep 4, 2026This hotel offers excellent value for money. Although it does not provide many additional services, it was very clean, pleasant, and comfortable, and it met all of our family’s basic needs. The location was also very convenient, and the check-in process was extremely fast and smooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located hotel that offers excellent value for money.
It would be great if the hotel could provide more secure doors, especially for rooms on the ground floor.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026We arrived in the middle of the night, around 4:00 AM, and despite the late hour we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who immediately helped us carry our luggage to our room. We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. The family room we were given was spacious and impeccably clean, with plenty of bath towels provided. When the staff member noticed we were travelling with 2 young children, he even made sure we got extra towels — a small gesture that made a real difference. Thanks to the kindness of the staff, we were also able to get a late check-out, allowing both us and the children to sleep in after our late arrival. Checking out afterwards went smoothly as well. A special mention goes to Ahmed, who ordered an Uber taxi for us after checking out. His colleague even noticed after our departure that we had left something behind, and personally brought it out to us. This kind of attentiveness and care is rare to find these days! The service at this hotel, and especially from Ahmed, deserves more than a 10. On top of that, the location is ideal: close to the airport, yet also just a short distance from Hurghada's largest resorts. Excellent value for money — we will definitely be back the next time we're in the area!
We had absolutely nothing to complain about — my family and I had an excellent stay here. If the hotel had offered the option to add breakfast, we would definitely have taken it.

La nevera hacía mucho ruido y tenía un desnivel enorme, que hemos solucionado metiéndole un cenicero debajo. 9.5/10Consistently praised: very friendly and helpful staff, late-night assistance, extra towels for children, staff went above and beyond (notably 'Ahmed' returning items and arranging transport).
Location
9.2/10Very positive: repeatedly described as ideal/close to the airport, near promenade with restaurants/shops, quiet area and convenient for transfers and local attractions.
Room Quality
7.8/10Mixed: some rooms described as spacious, comfortable and with good AC, while others are reported as very small, unpleasant or with worn furniture.
Amenities
7.4/10Some basic amenities present but limited: guests mention poor internet coverage, occasional non-working TV and generally modest facilities for the price point.
