مهما قلت عن الفندق لن اعطيه حقه فعلا فندق جميل جدا ومتنوع في مستوع الاكل والأنشطة والانميشن حفلات يومية وترفيه والعصاير في كل مكان وهناك 4 مطاعم من بداية الفندق للبحر الجميل الرملي و حمام السباحة الدافي ووجود الايس كريم والاكل عليه بصراحة من أجمل الإجازات وموقعه متميز جدا بجد احب اشكر كل الموجودين هناك وفريق الانميشن ماريو و تارا وكاتلينا وكوفي وسولي كانو مخليين الجو جميل جدا . ومن الادارة الاستاذ عمر قضيت اسبوع رائع جدا ولكل العاملين لتوفير جو جميل وإجازة حلوة.

بس اذا في المستقبل القريب ممكن موضوع الغرف يكون بكارت الكتروني بدل المفتاح هيكون اجمل بكتير وشكرا جزيلا

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, avec un cadre magnifique et un personnel vraiment au top. Les Égyptiens sont particulièrement accueillants, chaleureux et serviables, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Le seul point à noter concerne la forte fréquentation par la communauté locale, qui profite souvent des meilleurs endroits et des meilleures installations. Le restaurant peut également être très fréquenté, avec beaucoup de monde, ce qui peut être gênant pour les personnes qui recherchent avant tout le calme et la tranquillité. À part cela, une très belle expérience, avec un personnel exceptionnel et un cadre magnifique. Je recommande !

Posto poco curato, cibo di qualità pessima e locali adibiti alla ristorazione in condizioni igieniche pietose, motivo per il quale, dopo una settimana di nutrizione a base di patate in busta, patatine fritte (unica cosa mangiabile del ristorante a buffet) e le pietanze italiane offertaci gentilmente nel ristorante italiano per tamponare le nostre lamentele ed esigenze, abbiamo cambiato hotel. Spendo una parola positiva nei confronti del personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Per il resto esperienza da non replicare

La posizione sul mare, l'animazione sempre presente e coinvolgente con giochi e spettacoli ogni giorno, ma mai invadente. Il cibo per essere in egitto è decisamente accettabile e molto vario.

Le camere non sono il massimo in questione di spazio e di arredamento, ma ci si può accontentare dell'essenziale, andrebbero rinnovate strutturalmente. Il letto anche se non king size, era abbastanza comodo come i cuscini. La vasca da bagno inguardabile con acqua bollente che ti ustiona la pelle non regolabile. La piscina molto bella ma inutilizzabile per chi non sa nuotare in quanto la parte piu bassa è 1.65 mt. Il tasto dolente viene sempre alla fine quando c'era un accordo scritto tramite booking all'hotel di cambio orari di check in e check out dovuti a voli in orari non diurni di easyjet, la direzione tramite booking mi risponde "ok no problem" invece i problemi ci sono stati, abbiamo dovuto dare un extra di 125 euro per il check in anticipato a mezzanotte e il later check out alle 18. Consiglio a tutti di farsi scrivere una mail di conferma privata con specificato tutto in modo da non teovarsi sorprese dopo.

Crowded, food was good but no variety.

That everything is a walkable distance... Dine at the restaurant viewing the beach, close to the pool, even toilets are located on the beach for maximum comfort which is kept mostly clean and tidy. The room is spacious, it took a king size bed and 2 extra beds for our kids. Entertainment on site and the location or the hotel on the touristic mamsha is great. Food has a great variety and good taste.

A relatively small pool for the number of guests. Gym machines need serious upgrade and maintenance. Very weak gym AC. Yachts/Cruise boats by the beach marina made the beach at some days not clean and you can smell the fuel coming out of it. But overall a great experience.

Nada, era eso una maquina de hacer dinero, todo sucio y viejo. El todo incluido un timo, la comida, de verdad no podéis ni imaginar lo insalubre de todo, las colas y cantidad de gente...y encima carísimo, además pagamos por una habitación que no nos dieron, reclamamos a Booking y al hotel y por supuesto nadie nos ha contestado...de verdad, no vayáis.

الشاطيء جميل والمطعم متوسط ولكنه متنوع والطعام جيد وملاعب التنس أيضا جيدة والنظافة مقبولة ولكنها ليست ممتازة

حمام السباحة غير جيد ووجبات السناكس على الشاطيء وحمامات السباحة غير متنوعة والأنيميشن غير جيد

It’s very near to airport, fantastic location, I have used the giftun more than 20 occasions , it’s excellent value for me , I’m going again in a few weeks, all staff are very friendly, I love it ,

I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed every moment. I would definitely come back again. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the beach was absolutely amazing. The animation team was fantastic—they kept the activities going all day and night, making the atmosphere fun and lively. Highly recommended

اعجبني مساعدة موظف الريسبشن حيث عرض علىا الاختيار من اكثر من غرفة بسبب ان الغرفة التي حددوها لي التكييف بها لم يكن يعمل ... والثانية التليفزيون لم يعمل واخترت غرفة ثالثة كانت جيدة جدا. المكان كبير وواسع والاقامة كانت رائعة الشاطىء نظيف وممتد والمياه صافية. الاقامة كانت رائعة وشاملة للثلاث وجبات ومشروبات وسناكس. المطعم كبير والوجبات بنطام open buffet والاختيارات متنوعة لاقصى درجة. في المساء حفلات متميزة بصورة يومية. فلا تحتاج لمغادرة الفندق على الاطلاق. في الواقع الفندق من اجمل فنادق الغردقة

برجاء التأكد من عمل اجهزة التكييف بالغرف قبل وصول الضيوف وخاصة انها ليست المرة الاولى. مع جزيل الشكر

Der Strand und die angebotenen Shows am Nachmittag und Abend.

Die Hygiene und Sauberkeit war nicht gut. Keine grosse Auswahl der Speisen. Service bemüht, aber sehr hektisch und wirkten absolut gestresst und überfordert. Zimmer war nicht sauber. Auch am Strand morgens volle Zigarrettenreste bei der Liege.

Despite my reservation cancelation, the reception staff was so gentle and welcoming. Mr. Mohamed salah was helpful. I canceled for other reasons.

The hotel was crowded. Other than this, I didn't visit thr room, only the reception and the pool and beach area.

...da die Ägypter zur Zeit Ferien (3 Monate) haben, ist auch im Hotel sehr viel los, was sich beim Abendessen sehr stark bemerkbar macht

Gece Müdürü Mr.Amr çok ilgili, yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü.Bize ve guruba cok yardımcı oldu. Her alanda çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çalışkandı. Her gün gündüz animasyonlar , her gece güzel etkinlikler vardı. Kedi dostu bir tatil köyü😊Bu bizi çok mutlu etti. Kediler kesinlikle kendilerine tahsis edilen alanlardaydı.Restaurantlara girmiyorlardı.

Odaların mobilyalarının yenilenmesi gerekir.

Tesisin konumu çok güzel mükemmel denizi çok güzel tesis tam bir tatil köyü gerçekten çok rahatlıkla yaşayabileceğiniz uzun tatiller yapabileceğiniz bir yer biraz odalar eski onlar güzelleşirse sorun kalmaz özellikle çalışanlar muhteşem muhteşem hepsi birbirinden en küçük noktadan en büyük noktaya kadar çalışan her kişi çok çok başarılı ve çok iyi kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz özellikle yetkili Ahmed assam bey ve ve resepsiyon temsilci Amr Alaa Eldin bey çok çok teşekkür ederim Bizlere gösterdikleri misafirperverlik ilgi vr çözüm odaklı olmaları vr tüm personelin gülen yüzü için çok teşekkür ederiz geçen yıl geldim ve bu yıl 8 kişi daha getirerek Türkiye de otelinizi sevgiyle tanıyorum. The sea and the location

The food quality was very disappointing and occasionally subpar. The staff appeared overwhelmed and inattentive to guest needs. Overall, the experience does not offer good value for the high prices charged

Check in could have been smoother; had to wait and they should've given necessary info like breakfast times, Wi-fi. Checkout was abysmal the guy at the front didnt even ask how my stay was and there no one to help with my luggage to my taxi. They seem to favour Germans is what I have concluded as their guests are mostly German. It is a bit run down needs maintenance/ cometic updates Food was terrible! Tasted out of date and no variation. Drinks were terrible; watered down and cheap quality. Again, when sat on beach I didn't see any staff to get guests drinks except for the one that kept going to the germans.

Proximity to airport

Basic hotel, room seemed like a cave , no windows, only sliding main entrance door to the room.

Drinks quality is very bad , no knowledge of how to make cocktails, very cheap ingredients all around for food and drinks , old facilties , staff bad behaviour and manners and finaly no variety in meals

The sea and the beach are beautiful and everything is clean. The staff is very friendly and everyone is smiling and there to help you with anything you need. The animation team is top notch, really every time was a blast, especially if you come with children. There is greenery everywhere, palm trees, flowers, grass, trees, benches to sit on, and a place to sit, like in a park. All praise for the valet who is so wonderful.

Certain bungalows could be renovated, they are not bare, of course, and they are clean, but they are quite old, so it wouldn't hurt to freshen them up a bit.

We stayed there 4 nights, it was very good. Very large area, clean and a lot of greenery. The room was cleaned every day, the staff was very friendly and always happy to help or give advice. We lived in a bungalow, we can say that the hotel is located on the beach. Every evening there is a variety of shows and entertainment. On the territory of the hotel there is a football and volleyball field, a gym, a swimming pool, the water in it is clean and warm, which is very pleasant to swim in.The food is different every day, many types of meat (chicken, beef, veal, lamb, turkey), a lot of grilled food and a large selection of cakes for those with a sweet tooth. We really liked the hotel and we recommend it to other tourists. The hotel is located in the city center, 10 minutes from the airport.

Odalar eski, prizlerin yuvaları gevşemiş çalışmıyor çoğu. Banyolarda küvet var ve kullanışsız. Personel eğitimsiz yada yetersiz. 10 kişilik grubuz içecek ikram edecek bize bakacak garson yok, birşey isteyemedik herkes meşgul. Açıl büfede izdiham oluyor. Yemeklerde yeterince et grubu çıkmıyor

The sea was crystal clear and absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing — especially the breakfast and dinner. We also got sea view rooms, which was a lovely surprise since we hadn't requested them. It was such a thoughtful gesture from the staff to give us such a wonderful room. There were also incredible shows that entertained us throughout our stay. We wished we could have stayed longer — we simply didn't want to go home

Su playa, es preciosa. Tienen variedad de comida siempre en los buffet. Estaba limpio siempre.

Esta un poco viejo, aunque en general en buen estado. Los empleados son muy secos, no nos dieron información de nada cuando llegamos, solo comimos en los buffet porque no sabia donde reservar y nadie me supo explicar. No es “all inclusive” hay bares como el de la playa que te cobran. Es un hotel donde se puede fumar en todo lado, es molesto.
