While on the way by car from Bali to Yogyakarta I made a transit stop at Fave Hotel Sidorajo, well despite only a 3 stars Property the Team were so professional and offered a genuine service. The manager at Front Office, Ibu Talitha, did not hesitate to step out from the counter and greeting me. It is true the Staff can make a difference with their warm Welcome, sometimes cannot find the same feeling in a 5 stars Property. Also the facilities are good enough, the breakfast buffet offers a very high value for money Buffet. Room size acceptable and what is important is very clean and well maintained. For sure will stay there again in the future and when any opportunity arise. Thank you to Ibu Eka Dewi (GM) and all Team there. With kind regards

Great breakfast with lots of variety and fun options for kids like a chocolate fountain and cotton candy machine. Strategic location and comfortable bed. Bathroom cleanliness and towel quality could be improved, but overall a good stay mainly for the breakfast.

Szuper kis szálloda Sidoarjo területén, nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzettel, esténként élőzenével. Ételből bőséges kínálat van, a gyerekeknek minden nap lufit hajtogattak és csokiszökőkúttal is kedveskedtek nekik. A környéken sétálni nem igazán lehet ( ez Indonézia más területeire is igaz), de Grab/Gojek alkalmazással nem probléma a közlekedés. A Bromo vulkán kb. 2.5 órás úttal érhető el.

It had everything you need. Breakfast had a great variety. Very friendly staff. Could be a bit more clean but it’s ok.

Was a bit noisy - mainly hotel noises from people being up and a bit of traffic. Still a nice stay, but did impact sleep a bit.

The security staffs who handle the parking are rude! My brother was trying to pick me up and was asked to park at the other side of the road and he even treated my brother as though he was a beggar.

Worth the money. The hotel room is clean. I could enjoy the city view of Sidoarjo. Good breakfast experience, but the variety of the food is not that many. Friendly and fast respond staffs. Amenities are good. The location is strategic, bcs it's close to city centre (Alun Alun Sidoarjo, hospitals, banks, convenience store, event it's close to public transportation).

All staff were friendly and happy. The room was fine and after commenting on noisy AC, we changed rooms.

4am noisy from the mosques! Also, it states it has a bar, but non-alchol bar, which was disappointing!

easy access to highway toll road

the noise coming from the outside .. sound of motorbike and cars especially during nighttime when you actually need a good sleep after a long drive, very disturbing..

Spacious room, enough room for the children to play around inside the room itself. Good internet connection, good breakfast.

We missed a pool or a bigger playground for the kids. The water pressure of the shower was too low. Overall a nice hotel too stay for a few nights

The bed sheet was clean.. the room eventhough it wasnt spacious but the most important is clean and new bed sheet. The staffs were good, check in fast. The breakfast was ok for 3 stars hotel. The taste was ok too. The water for shower was cold hahaha i think may be too many people used it so when showering at night and in the morning itu was cold. Really normal water cold...hahaha

original modern interior architecture. Sn enjoyable lobby, restaurant and outside terraces.

Because the staff does not speak English, except some minor knowledge by the personnel at the reception desk. Hence, this hotel is not to recommend for travellers who do not speak Bahasa Indonesia.

the Hotel is easy to access from toll road, and have large parking area. The room are clean, simple and nice. Good for short stay or transit. the best part was the Breakfast, for this type of hotel, I said the Breakfast was fantastic, over expectation. we can choose plenty type of local food and the taste also good. we had stay at this hotel for the 2nd time and for sure will be the 1st option for transit.

First stay and really impressed with this favehotel! Great service from all staff with sincere smile, great value for money, love the design especially the room and the Restaurant, clean and comfort room while we are staying and also great location nearbto the groceries and cafes. Like my house, i can enjoy, all service is excellent, style building, room service and available some nice view in top. If you want to stay hotel in Sidoarjo, i recommended fave hotel first. You will not find the best hotel besides this

Just located outside of the Sidoarjo city, the hotel is surrounding by several shops and local cuisine. The hotel can be reached by highway or normal way. Currently, the normal way is not to busy, but usually people prefer use highway to reach this hotel

Good Choice for sidoarjo area, for business trip, good hospitality, friendly employee, room is very cleanthe location is near from buduran industrial estate. i feel comfort sleep in this hotel. and if i come to sidoarjo again i will choice this hotel again

To walk into any hotel what happens at arrival in the foyer usually sets the scene. The lobby smelt of stale fish. It was putrid and I felt like vomiting. Later I found out there was a fish processing factory nearby. NO excuses. The problem should be fixed. We then wanted lunch...A menu consisting of 6 items and the meal we both had was terrible in smell and taste. Breakfast the next day was not any better with basic boring and tasteless food we could not eat. Coffee?? It had the consistency of black mud We checked out early by 1 day and went elsewhere

On arrival, I wasn’t shown to my room. I wasn’t even shown where the lift was. No fridge. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. There is literally nothing close to the hotel to do.

Excellent value for money. One of the cleanest hotels in Sidoarjo.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was varied and ample.
