Large room Comfortable bed Friendly reception staff It was adequately located close to the airport for an early morning flight but don’t stay here if you want to explore Surabaya as it’s quite the journey in a grab into town.

Please don’t advertise yourself as an airport hotel but don’t start your shuttle until 5am. There are a lot of flights that depart at 6am and earlier meaning the shuttle is far too late. Towels and sheets were clean but had stains - had read this in previous reviews so seems to be a recurring issue

Close to airport. Soft and super vide bed with extra pillows in the closet. Staff offers to book a cab for you if you need to leave for the airport when their shuttle bus is not operating.

Pillowcase looked dirty/old, even if it was clean. Unfortunately the shuttle service does not fit if you have an early flight (5-6am)

Hôtel proche de l’aéroport, propre et très confortable. Le personnel était très agréable. La navette pour l’aéroport est très pratique. La piscine est agréable (même si des transat pourraient être ajoutés au bord).

Le petit déjeuner était assez cher

El desayuno y el servicio. Muy atentos y agradables. La cama es cómoda.

El sistema de AC no funciona muy bien y tuvimos que enfriar la habitación al llegar. Tuvimos un problema con la tarjeta de la habitación que no funcionaba correctamente.

Hôtel à proximité de l'aéroport et vous indique une navette gratuite. Celle-ci à une capacité de 12 passagers pour 30 chambres et ne fait qu'un voyage par heure .... On a pris un taxi...

Die Lage ist für ein Flughafenhotel ausgezeichnet – nur etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Lunchpaket, das uns aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise vor 6 Uhr freundlicherweise vorbereitet wurde. Ein wirklich sehr zuvorkommender Service!

Der Laundry-Service ist leider sehr teuer. Im Vergleich zu den üblichen Preisen vor Ort empfanden wir die Kosten als deutlich zu hoch. Zudem waren die Hosen nach der Reinigung teilweise immer noch schmutzig. Für diesen Preis hätten wir eine gründlichere Reinigung und ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erwartet.

Prima bedden, goed ontbijtbuffet, fijn dat er een zwembad is om even af te koelen, maar helaas weinig zitplekken erbij. Er is een shuttle naar de airport, alleen rijdt deze niet tussen 0-5am.

In de badkamer miste toch wel de handzeep en handen handdoek ipv alleen badhanddoeken

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel avant de prendre l'avion pour Lombok. Juste à côté de l'aéroport. Personnel super! Ils nous ont préparé des breakfast box avant de partir à 3h30 du matin. Les chambres sont très bien.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is very convenient, especially for those travelling from the airport. We had a domestic flight and left the hotel just two hours before departure, but we were able to manage everything comfortably and without any stress. The food at the restaurant was okay as well. The spa service was also a wonderful treat after several days of excursions around Java. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay.

The room is not perfectly soundproofed, and we could hear the voices of people walking and talking in the corridors. The sheets were clean, but had a few visible stains. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom, so we had to use the dispenser in the shower area each time. A hairdryer was not provided in the room either, and we only realised this after taking a shower, so we had to specifically ask the staff for one. These are relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make the stay more comfortable.

Uitstraling van de accommodatie is glamoureus. Alles is netjes. Medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en ondersteunend.

Zou ik iets moeten verzinnen. Het ligt 20 minuten van het vliegveld af maar er is een shuttleservice.

Habitación grande y limpia. Posibilidad de hacer late check-out con un suplemento. Muy cerca del aeropuerto con servicio de recogida muy eficiente.

No había jabón de manos, ni toallas para manos. Algo que esperaría desde un hotel de este nivel. La piscina no tiene tumbonas, y además cuando fuimos había un curso de natación para niños, por lo cual no la pudimos utilizar.

Comodo hotel vicino all'aeroporto di Surabaya. lo staff è gentile, le camere sono belle e pulite. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio massaggi, le due ragazze erano molto gentili e disponibili.

Dipende cosa cercate, noi l'abbiamo scelto perché vicino all'aeroporto. È lontano dal centro

La camera e il personale

La palestra, in pratica ha solo due pesetti e qualcosa per correre, non è una palestra. Dimenticavo che se non hai con te la tessera della stanza ti è impossibile muoverti tra i piani.

Sehr gut gelegen zum weiter reisen mit dem Flugzeug. Nur 10min zum Flughafen und gratis Shuttle.

Die Massage war gar nicht gut im Spa. Sehr weit vom Zentrum.

Locatie was dichtbij het vliegveld, kamers waren schoon, personeel heel vriendelijk en regelde een betaalde taxi voor ons omdat de gratis shuttle vol zat

Op de gangen was het bloedheet. De badkamer is klein, de deur draait ook nog naar binnen op de kleine wasbak stonden 2 glazen op waarvan er één perongeluk viel. Dezelfde dag kreeg ik een bericht dat ik dat glas moest betalen. Zou je een glas ook af moeten rekenen als je het in het restaurant laat vallen? De gratis shuttle zat vol en zijn met de taxi gegaan

Heel mooi en modern hotel dichtbij de luchthaven. Ideaal als korte stop voor of na je vliegreis. Kamers zijn groot en luxe, we hebben heerlijk geslapen.

1. Air con. The room was hot, Air con was not functioning well. I had to wait 3hrs to get the temperature cool down. 2. Shuttle bus. Asked us to arrive 10mins prior, while the driver was late for 5mins. In the end, we set off 10mins late. 3. SPA. Bad quality. 4. Mosquitoes. There were quite a lot in the Lobby and even in SPA room!

L'hôtel est très bien, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est agréable et simplifie l'arrivée et le départ. L'hôtel est située à 10min en navette de l'aéroport, terminal 2 international avec une navette par heure. L'hotel est silencieux. La piscine est très bien, la salle de gym est petite et surtout le tapis de course est vieux et devrait être remplacé, mais c'est le seul point d'amélioration, le reste était très bien.

We paid a surcharge for an extra bed and an early checkin which cost more than the cost of the room.

i like being close to the airport and i almost likes the breakfast buffet until my wife found a hair in her food then i got turned off by that.

Room is stuffy and very hot and yes i know Surabaya gets hot but we were not even allowed a 2nd key to keep the aircon on whilst we went out. A tip from a Hotel Manager in a hot country - allow 2 keycards and for any arrivals i would prompt you to have the aircon in the room going already before they arrive.

Net en modern hotel, prima voor overnachting bij luchthaven. Mooi zwembad, grote kamers. Goed restaurant.

Geen ligbedjes bij zwembad. In verhouding hoge prijzen in restaurant. Prijzen op menukaart klopten niet, werden hogere prijs berekend. Shuttlebus zat vol, zelf taxi moeten regelen

Mogelijkheid tot late check-out was erg prettig! Verder nette kamer

De luchthaven transfer rijdt maar tot 12:30 uur in de middag. Als je een latere vlucht hebt, kan je hier dus geen gebruik van maken.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Czysto. Niedaleko lotniska - około 10 minut taxi.

Słabe oświetlenie pokoju, przez co nie można czytać książek oraz w łazience, przez co trudno się ogolić właściwie. Brak suszarki na wyposażeniu a szkoda. Pokój oznaczony jako dźwiękoszczelny w rzeczywistości w ogóle taki nie jest. O ile hałasy z pokojów obok można wytrzymać, to hałas z zewnątrz chyba z pobliskiego karaoke uniemożliwił skutecznie sen.

住宿偏高的價格服務卻令人非常不滿意，到櫃檯借用吹風機竟然一個都借不到，櫃檯也完全沒有想幫忙處理一副跟他沒關係的態度，在Bromo頭髮都是火山灰卻不能使用吹風機，真的感覺很差

Great hotel with super service. Airport shuttle was nice too, but be advised: it only runs once an hour from 6 to 10.

Hotel is great but the air condition is not. Feel hot inside room and lobby. While waiting for our transport we got drench in sweat. Heard that the city under sace electricity campaign.

Ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto por lo que en los alrededores no hay ningún restaurante ni lugar interesante lo cual te limita la estancia. Habitación amplia y limpia pero baño muy pequeño. Desayuno básico
