Teppich vor dem Bad war feucht, daher schlechter Geruch. Abenteuerliche Garage (mit Auto-Aufzug). Personenaufzug funktionierte nur einer. Kein Außenbereich.

We could walk to the baths in a robe and slippers provided by the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with many choices, and the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, the hotel is very close to Altstadt. Breakfast was good as well. Friendly staff. It is possible to park a car in a garage at the rate of 25EUR per night.

Good location, clean and spacious rooms, easy check in.

At check in we were asked about breakfast and made certain the staff/hotel knew that we were not interested. So we were surprised when we were told at check out that we had a charge for breakfast on the second day. After disputing the charge, we were told the breakfast staff marked us down for only day 2 of our stay ( we stayed a total of 6 nights). We inquired how it could be that another guest used our room number and were told that it can’t happen because they had written proof of our eating breakfast. The proof was our room number on a spreadsheet. At one point another employee or maybe supervisor ( it was never explained to us) was called and basically repeated what the front desk clerk had told us. We disputed the charge and were told they, the hotel staff, would investigate further (supposedly they were going to check a video of the breakfast area). After 48 hours we are still waiting for an email from the hotel. Needless to say this made an otherwise enjoyable stay disappointing.

L'hôtel était assez bien placé, l'entrée au parking un peu difficile, on a eu besoin de passer par la réception afin d'y accéder, mais le parking est grand et de bonne qualité.

Un ascenseur était en panne, on a du passer par l'extérieur pour aller à un autre ascenseur disponible, mais c'est vrai, qui était tout près de notre chambre.

Excelente la ubicación, el desayuno. Muy bueno en relación al precio de los hoteles en esa ciudad.

Beautiful view of the river and close to the old town. The rooms were a good size and great bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Limited toiletries but we had packed shampoo etc so wasn’t an issue.

Reasonably priced hotel located short walk from cathedral and business district. Easy to access by car with underground parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Would come again

Και το πρωινό και η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστα! Το δωμάτιο είχε θέα στο ποτάμι και πολύ κοντά υπήρχε στάση λεωφορείου και τραμ. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενέστατο.

Die Lage am Main war sehr schön, man kann gemütlich in die Stadt spazieren. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.

Außergewöhnlich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Bezug auf Übernachtung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Main. Das Hotel selbst liegt direkt am Main. Das Bad war mit Badewanne und separater Dusche ausgestattet. Klimaanlage war selbstverständlich vorhanden, was sonst in deutschen Hotels noch lange nicht selbstverständlich ist. Hoteleigenes Parkdeck war auch gut.

Es gefiel uns alles. Die Parkplatzgebühr von 20€ für eine Nacht war natürlich etwas happig. Das Frühstück für 25€ pro Person fanden wir dann auch ein bisschen teuer. Wir haben es weggelassen. Aber dennoch fanden wir das Hotel top.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, via Booking haben wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss erhalten. Betten gut, Ausstattung der Zimmer gut, freundliches Personal. Innenstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Parken in der Garage gegen Aufpreis möglich.

Wie in vielen Hotels: der Preis für die Garage muss eigentlich im Übernachtungspreis enthalten sein für Gäste. 25 € zahlt man dann halt... Das Frühstück war leider nur gerade noch akzeptabel. Wir hatte inkludiertes gebucht. hätte man so etwas extra bezahlen müssen wäre es ärgerlich gewesen. Schwache Auswahl, zähes bis gar kein auffüllen. Kaffee nicht gut und nicht heiß genug. Das Hotel hat einen Renovierungsstau.

Ik zie voor mij geen enkel verbeterpunt. Als zakenhotel voor 1 overnachting is dit een geweldig hotel. Volgende keer in Frankfurt neem ik waarschijnlijk hetzelfde hotel.

De kamers waren nogal gedateerd . De gordijnen waten te smal waardoor er een flinke strook licht in de kamer schijnt. De badkamer leek schoon maar de onderste tegels en voegen in de douchecabine waren alles behalve fris.. Ook in het bad zat er een vieze rand Het tapijt in de hotel gang zag er behoorlijk groezelige uit . De algehele indruk die het hotel en.personeell op ons heeft gemaakt was maar matig

Teppichboden, sauber aber schon älter. nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Die Lage ist super um in die Stadt zu kommen.

Wir hatten Zimmer 405 mit Balkon und einer tollen Aussicht auf den Main. Das Bad war offenbar total neu eingerichtet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, alles frisch, aber nicht perfekt.

Car parking awkward, seemed sparse around reception.

Es hat eine super Lage, direkt am Main. Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer mit Mainblick und alles was man braucht, einschließlich Minibar. Es gab eine extrabreite Badewanne und ein fast schon zu großes WC (Übergröße?). Da es sehr war war, waren viele Leute unterwegs, die Straße ist auch vor der Tür, so dass es nur ein geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig war. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, Kaffeezubereitung und volle Minibar. Wir waren auch kurz auf der Dachterrasse, von der man die Skyline sieht. Es gibt aber leider keine Bestuhlung oder gar Gastro oben.

Das man regulär erst 15.00 Uhr ins Zimmer kommt, die Frühstückspreise und es gab ein paar Haar in der Wanne...

Superb location: if you can, get a room with a river view as it is exceptional. Overall, the hotel is clean and modern and the service is very polite.

There was some noise from across the river from a massive party, it didn’t really bother me as it was the weekend but it could be a bit too much for a light sleeper.

They asked for 49 euros to check in early. I just got off an 8 hour flight and had to wait until 2pm to check in when arriving at 7am. Point being it was possible to check in early but only with extra charge.

Vicinanza al centro storico, parcheggio a pagamento ma custodito, colazione eccellente con prodotti tipici locali, la cortesia della signora della reception e l'upgrade gratuito con camera superior e vista sul fiume molto gradita.

Direi che nn jo trovato niente di negativo, xche anche la camera sul fiume ma sulla strada era decisamente silenziosa.

I noticed that small details in the room were thought. The personal was very friendly. It was clean. The breakfast is great.

Well. The river view is nice but take consideration that there is a main road and there might be noise. If you are sensitive to noise.

Super nettes Personal. Flexibel und engagiert. Zimmer sehr wertig eingerichtet mit tollem Bad und tollen Matratzen. Frühstück super. Waren schonmal hier und kommen sicher wieder. Alles wird noch ergänzt durch eine perfekte Lage zwischen Römer und Sachsenhausen, und das direkt am Main.

Wir sind sehr herzlich und überaus zuvorkommend von der Rezeption begrüßt worden. Wünsche unsererseits wurden mehr als erfüllt, sogar übertroffen mit Überraschungseffekt 🤩 Das Zimmer war perfekt! Die Zimmer mit Balkon laden ein sundowner (von der Bar) mit Blick auf Main und Skyline zu genießen. Oder man macht eine Visite auf der Dachterasse mit Longe - so cute! Das Frühstück war super lecker und gibt einen tollen Start in den City-Tag!

Die zentrale Lage mit der schönen Aussicht ist schon sehr gut.

Das Frühstück in diesem Hotel ist ein komplettes no go. Kaum Auswahl und was angeboten wurde war teilweise nicht mehr frisch. Sorry, aber ich fand die trübe Brühe in dem der Mozzarella schwamm schon erschreckend.... Hauseigene Tiefgarage: läßt sich das Hotel mit 25 Euro por Tag teuer bezahlen. Flurteppich vor unserm Zimmer 401 in der 4. Etage hatte riesige Flecke, unhygienisch und disgusting, einfach eklig.

Eine wundervolle Lage und ein sehr geräumiges, modernes und gepflegtes Zimmer – alles war auf höchstem Niveau. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem, und besonders schön fanden wir, dass das Badezimmer sowohl eine Badewanne als auch eine Dusche hatte. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an die freundliche, herzliche und aufmerksame Dame an der Rezeption. Mit ihrer offenen und liebevollen Art hat sie dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf den Main war einfach traumhaft – dieser Ausblick hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich zu etwas Besonderem gemacht! ✨

Hotel moderno arredato con cura e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La nostra camera aveva una vista stupenda sul Reno. Il personale è stato accogliente e professionale.

J'avais demandé une chambre au calme et ma demande a été respectée. Nous étions au 5e et c'était vraiment idéal. La literie était très confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

AC was not up to beating the heat while we were there. Shower was a little small. The lift was out of order. It was necessary to use the lift at the back of the hotel.

Fijn centraal gelegen en heerlijke kamer met fijne badkamer. Het ontbijt was top. Parkeren onder het hotel (iets duur)

De accommodatie beviel heel goed, Frankfurt zelf vonden we minder, vies, veel zwervers en bedelaars. Maar vlakbij het hotel is de omgeving fijn en voelde wel veilig. Leuk restaurantjes in de buurt.

Die Lage nahe der Altstadt ist super. Die Aussicht auf den Main vom Zimmer aus, war sehr schön. Sehr grosses Bad und bequemes Bett.

Der Strassenlärm war die ganze Nacht hörbar, was wir uns als "Landeier" nicht gewohnt sind.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel.Es war super!Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Main und man ist zu Fuß direkt in der Altstadt. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Balkon. Ausstattung vom Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt eine kleine Bar. Aber war nie besetzt. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn man abends da noch hätte sitzen können. Die Lobby ist sehr schön eingerichtet, aber hat keine Atmosphäre wenn keine Gäste da sind - nur beim Frühstück. Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag. Da wollten wir mal darauf anstoßen. Minibar wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Musste man an der Rezeption holen.

Lage ist perfekt um zu Fuß ind die Stadt. Hotel liegt direkt am Main. Schön Ruhig Nachts. Klimaanlage, großes Bad alles Perfekt.

Am Fernseh funktionieren nur vereinzelte Programme, war aber für uns nicht wichtig.

Die Backwaren beim Frühstück sind nicht gut. Es schmeckt wie nicht aufgebackene Aufbackbrötchen. Bitte anderen Bäcker suchen.
