清潔なところがよかった。駐車場も余裕があってよかった。朝食はもう少し豊富な種類があればよかった。スタッフも感じが良く親切だった。

清潔で、室内の照明がちょうど良く、ベッドの硬さ、高さがちょうど良かったです。

強いて言えば室内着がシャツワンピースしかなかったのが残念です。上下別々の方が有難いです。

ホテルの立地は非常に良いと思います。外国人のお客様が楽しみにしておられたのでマウンテンビューのお部屋をとりました。生憎雨天で富士山が全く見えませんでしたが、晴天なら部屋からの景色は満点だったと思います。駅までの無料シャトルバスは便利でした。

なんと言っても接客です。あまりにもひどい。雨天のためバスツアーを予定していましたが、乗り場までの行き方をフロントで尋ねたところ、わからないとか、自分で調べろなど、調べてももらえませんでした。土地勘が全くなく、地元のホテルの方がわからないことを、遠方で初めての人間がわかるわけがありません。不親切極まりないです。また、自販機で菓子類を買った際、システムがよくわからずフロントの方にめんどくさそうに菓子類のボックスの鍵を開けてもらい、どれをとれば良いか尋ねると、書いてある通りだと、ブスッとしたまま説明すらしてもらえませんでした。富士山が見えずがっかりしている客にせめて尋ねたことくらいまともに答えてもらいたいです。富士山が見えれば良い立地でも、富士山が見えなければ、不快感のみ与えられた何の価値もないホテルです。

Při otevření okna šel velmi často cítit zápach okolního průmyslového podniku + hluk projíždějících shinkanzenů.

朝食は美味しかったです。内容も量もよかったです。

フロントの言葉遣いや態度は大変悪い。こちらの問い合わせに、不親切。従業員の教育がなっていない。食堂関係の従業員はとても良いです。

朝食にご当地　富士宮焼きそばが出されていて美味しかったです。サービス、スタッフさんも感じがよく大満足でした。

ベットシーツが少し湿っぽかったような気がしました。

駐車場が砂利道。となりの駐車場が600円なのに前払いの800円！２日駐車してるのに、支配人はわかってないとおもいます。朝食が30分遅いです。新幹線によっては食べれません。ミルク　トマトジュースの定番がなかった。ベッドが広くてよかったが、多分　同じ所に腰をかけたり横になったりで左側が凹みができている。 カード会員なのに、住所氏名を打ち込まされた。

朝食が美味しかった。 特に旅先では野菜不足になりがちなので、野菜たっぷり具だくさんお味噌汁を用意していたり、たぬきご飯も初めて食べて美味しかったです。郷土食でしょうか。 落ち着いて朝食を味わって食べることができ、旅の良き思い出になりました。

パジャマのサイズが大きくて、前が開くので手で押さえていた。紐がついていると調節できて良かった。

TL;DR: rude front desk The staff member who sold me the noodles didn’t mention they didn’t come with chopsticks or offer me any. That was the first point where the situation could have been easily avoided. When I realized, I called the front desk and asked if someone could simply leave a pair outside my room. Instead, the staff’s response was to repeatedly play the same Google Translate voice message telling me to come to the lobby. If it had been convenient, I would have gone down to the front desk like she asked. But I had just came back from the climb and I was about to shower and eat. So it was really inconvenient. I had explained that to her but she repeated the same Google Translate message. It was frustrating to feel like my explanation wasn’t heard. Later, I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password. It wasn’t on the room information card, so I called reception again. I was told it was displayed on the TV screen. When I explained that the TV was off and I was trying to turn it on, the staff just hung up the call. How rude and dismissive was that. I wasn’t asking for room service or anything unreasonable, just a pair of chopsticks and basic assistance. Small acts of courtesy can make a big difference, especially after a long and exhausting day. And now, I couldn’t switch of the bedroom might even though I tried all the switches on the board. But if I call the operator, she would tell me to come down or hang up again. So why bother!? The room is clean enough but I found these random hair debris on my table and in the bathroom that clearly isn’t mine. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would not stay here again.

私ではないが、お部屋が車椅子対応のものがあり、快適なのに、朝食の時車椅子のお客さんがちょっと困っておられたようでした（お客さんが一番多い時間帯だったのもありますが。）

お部屋の洗面所の顔用の泡ソープかな？香りが良かった。 化粧水があったので助かりました。 お部屋は、綺麗で気持ちが良かった。 荷物を預けるロッカーが入り口に設置してあったので、とても助かりました‼️ 傘をお借りできたのも助かりました。

個人的な意見ですが、朝食で牛乳が欲しかったです。

Breakfast was good, but could be extended a little longer till 10am. It was close to the train station, but could be facing mount Fuji for better view. Better English is also preferred. :-)

Don't like the automated check-in system. It feels not inviting and cold towards people. The old way of people checking you in is more warming and welcoming when entering a new place to spend the night.

清潔で部屋もそこそこ広かった。

こちらから聞いたことに関しては親切に答えてくれるが、オート化されているためかスタッフからの説明が少なく少し不親切に感じた。（人当たりが悪いわけではない） 朝食は富士登山する人が多いせいか6時半に行ったら人が入り切らない感じでした。部屋に持ち帰りもできる容器があったが、もう少し声がけしてもいいのでは。

Wer zur Hölle bewertet das Frühstück als sehr gut? Der letzte Abfall!! 😅 Und dann steht man auch noch 20 min an, wenn man zur falschen Zeit kommt. Zimmer sehr alt und nicht sauber. Personal spricht kein Englisch.

急遽泊まることになり富士山近くだったので一泊しました。朝食がとても良かった！ あの値段でこれだけの朝食用意してもらっていいのかなと思いました。 とてもお得に泊まれました。 スタッフの方や駐車場のおじさんもとても感じがよかったです。

お得な値段なので仕方がないがユニットバスは使いにくかったです。前日までは別々のホテルに泊まってたのでなおさら思ってしまいました。

スタッフの方が感じの良い人と悪い人の差がある。悪い人は忙しいのは分かるけど割り込みした人でも優先したり、セルフチェックインで質問しても逆ギレ気味だった。先輩っぽい良い人がフォローしてくれてよかった。

フロントで、パジャマがロビーにあることを最初に教えてくれなかったので、お風呂に入ってまた服に着替えて取りに行ったりして煩わしかった。、パジャマは部屋に置いてあるのが普通ですよね。事前に教えてくれないのは不親切だし、愛想もないフロントの女だった。

We didn’t really speak to any of the staff as the check and check out is all very much tech focused. Close tot he Shinkansen, the days we stayed Mt Fuji was not visible. Not the friendliest town for tourists we were turned away from a few restaurants but we respect people’s choice. It is close to a 7 eleven and a grocery store.

The first room they gave me had an overwhelming stench of cigarette despite it being supposed to be a non-smoking room.

L'hôtel est réellement inconfortable. Les matelas ont réellement besoin d'être changés car ils sont durs et les ressorts internes n'ont plus la même dureté. La majorité des équipements étaient corrects mais les lits qui sont le point principal d'une chambre étaient les pires que nous avons pu avoir.

Check in at 3 pm, we arrived at 1:45 PM, we were asked to wait in the breakfast area with no access to washrooms. We have to walk back to the train station to use washroom facilities.

部屋の中が何となく臭う。タバコではないんだけど清潔感のない匂い。 安く済ませようというのはわかるが、今どき使い捨てでないスリッパには閉口。フロントに行ったら現金60円で購入ということで購入できずまた部屋に戻った。

This hotel was meant to just be a transit hotel for us and we probably spent less than 12 hours in it as we've arrived late at night. + It's easy to access as long as you come via Shin Fuji station. It's literally a few steps away. The area in itself is not great as there's nothing to do, but you should already know that. There's a 24/7 kombini a few minutes away. + When we arrived there was no staff at the counter so we just checked in using the automatic machine, which was very fast. + The room is.. a room. You get what you pay for. It's cheap, so don't expect too much. It's very small and I don't think opening a suitcase is possible inside. The things that really matter were fine: the beds are comfortable and overall everything was clean, so no complaints there. If you're looking for a clean place to sleep on a budget, this is your place

- Getting the shower temperature to be constant was impossible. I fiddled with the knob for minutes on end without any success. Once I'd get the perfect temperature, it would hold for 1 minute at most and then it would randomly turn to ice cold or lava hot. I don't know if it was just a problem of the system as a whole or the unit in my room had an issue, but taking a shower was certainly an experience. - We had a pretty unpleasant situation with the front desk on the morning we were checking out. Two days earlier, we had forwarded our luggage to the hotel, but it still hadn't arrived by checkout time. Thanks to our AirTags, we could see that it was nearby, so we tried to explain to the staff that it would likely arrive soon. Our plan was to check out, spend the day out, and come back later to collect the bags once they had been delivered. The problem was that the staff member spoke no English at all. We tried using Google Translate, but that didn't help. She then brought out a translation device, but we still couldn't get the message across. I explained the situation several times, using simple language and keeping it as straightforward as possible, but she just didn't seem to understand and mostly looked at me blankly. Eventually, she appeared to give up, went back to whatever she had been doing, and left me standing there without any resolution. Thankfully, at that exact moment, the delivery company arrived with our luggage, and we were able to sort everything out. I'm not trying to be THAT kind of tourist. I understand that not everyone speaks English, and it's unreasonable to expect them to. At the same time, I would have expected a bit more effort to help find a solution instead of simply giving up. I don't know what we would've done if the luggage didn't arrive right then, because the staff seemed to be done with us

朝食会場のスタッフの方がとても丁寧で好感が持てました。 また、窓から絶景の景色が見れるお部屋を手配してくださっており、感謝いたします。

ユニットバスがすごく下水の匂いがして気分が悪くなりました。また、壁が非常に薄く、隣の部屋の音や声が漏れてくる感じで、神経質な方には向かないと思いました。

location was fine. mountain-view room, but was cloudy that day, so we didn't see the mountain. it's RIGHT next to subway and I was worried about hearing the trains, but no! very quiet. breakfast was very good that morning, and started early! was close to a grocery-store pharmacy.

carpet in the room; I have dust allergies, so carpets are always iffy for me. we didn't get pyjamas in our room, they were near the elevators on ground-floor. we didn't speak to staff, everything was done through computers.
