Reviewed May 26, 2026Great location and extremely helpful staff. Honestly, my experience was excellent. They gave me great directions for sightseeing and explained everything clearly. The room was a good size with an amazing view. Definitely worth it 100%. It’s a short walk from the station, and taxis are easy to take anywhere. Highly recommend — I’d love to go back.
Perhaps the breakfast, as it didn’t include basic options like cheese or ham.

Reviewed May 9, 2026The facilities were great. Nice room and specially liked the free onsen. They provide credits for a few free drinks, pijamas and all toiletries. Very clean and great great breakfast options
The location is very convenient to the train station and car rentals but the vicinity doesn't have much in terms of amenities or restaurants. A bit far from City centre, although there is a convenience store just in front.

Reviewed May 4, 2026The property was clean and in a good location for the shin-Fuji station. Location on booking.com doesn’t reflect the correct location which needs to be fixed. Thank goodness the lady in the info desk at the train station provided the correct location so no problem finding it from there.
