Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Location was good. Close to subway. Location was very modern and staff were friendly. Especially the breakfast ladies. Breakfast was a surprise at how many options there were and everything was tasty.
While location was modern and nice room was cramped, could not open luggage comfortably. Room should not have been sold as a double occupancy option. Bed was HARD. Almost impossible to sleep on.

スタッフさんが機械操作や受付に関して説明はしていたものの、お客様の質問に引いてしまっており、気持ちが表情に出てしまっているのに気付いていない様子でした。 他の東横インさんやこちらの男性スタッフさん、翌朝居たスタッフさんでは無かったので違いを感じました。 同じサービス業としてはもう少しだけ頑張ってほしい気持ちになりショックでした。翌朝も同じでお見送りでした。社内や身内には理由がある、と話は通るとは思いますが評価としては甘くないのが事実です。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The Hotel is located in the neat and quiet neighborhood of Kawaguchi, at a 4-minute walk from the train station, which is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Everything at the hotel is basic but very functional, and cleanliness is overall impeccable. The staff is kind and welcoming. The room was small but had everything needed for a comfy stay. The bathroom is tiny, but still functional. Best room features: silence (excellent soundproofing from the outside and inside noise, although the hotel is just above the rail), excellent bed quality, excellent wifi. Breakfast is served on the ground floor, in a quite narrow and busy space, but the food is great. It is a Japanese buffet with some "international" choices, and the menu varies every day. A wide sort of free things for guests to use: toiletries, flip flops, PJs. The price is more than fair. Overall, a great experience: very recommended!
The only downside is the size of the room: it was declared at the time of booking, so no surprises, but still :) For us it was OK, because we had only cabin luggage, but 2 regular suitcases would not fit.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026It was a nice touch that bathrobes, razors, and some additional toiletries and beauty products were provided.
First of all, the rooms are far too small, especially if you are travelling with a wheelchair and suitcases, as it is almost impossible to move around. We chose this hotel mainly because breakfast was included in the price, but it could hardly be described as breakfast. It is definitely not suitable for European guests. The food was awful, smelled unpleasant, did not seem fresh, and was completely inedible. In addition, the staff do not speak English.

唯一不満の点 隣接の駐車場は入庫から24時間で千円。 対して同じ千円で、18時に入庫しても朝チェックアウトの10時までに出庫しない場合は 追加料金がかかるとの事。隣に入れて、駅周辺を散策できました。

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026ロケーションは、川口駅から近く 西口から徒歩で近い場所で、階段降りる時に階段を利用したくない場合は西口から出て連絡通路を利用して行くとエスカレーターがありコンビニローソンの所まで降りると楽だった。ホテルの近くにはファミマもあった。東口からは商業施設があり便利でした。駅にはコインロッカーがあり比較的空いてる時が多く助かった。
フロントに担当者の姿が見えない事がよくあった。外出の時戻ってきた時…いれば声掛けしてくれたのかな？と思ってしまいました。

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026川口駅改札口からホテル入口まで10分程で到着で便利でした。また部屋の清掃が綺麗でした。
フロントの女性の案内が事務的で案内時の会話で優しさ温かみが感じられなかった。何度か他の系列のホテルを利用していますが、他の施設では感じた事がない感じを受けた。朝食も前回宿泊した際がまあまあだったが、メニュー内容がさみしかった。ご飯には納豆、卵類のおかず、梅干位はあってもいいのでは？と感じました。
