Wallaby House

Everything what we need is there. Very clean und there are few supermarkets close to this apartment. We have small kids and they could also have fun at the playground near this apartment, which was very helpful for us! People are very friendly and answered to our questions very politely.

No guest was allowed to step in to the apartment… Therefore we had to take trains to meet our friends and family although we wanted to meet them only for lunch or dinner. It was little bit unflexibel because we have small kids and it is not easy to find a place, where we can stay with small kids who can not sit for more than few minutes. It would be very niceif there is a list on the reception that our guests can write “time-in and time-out”. It may help to control the time of visiting of guests.

Great hotel, with really lovely big rooms and comfortable beds. Nice warm shower and the bonus of laundry facility in the room. The staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed an extra few nights

All was good !

Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.

It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay

Nothing

Excellent location, service, and everything you need, including laundry machine!

It’s very spacious. The kitchen table was really nice to sit around and eat at. Very easy to find from Warabi station. Very polite staff.

Nothing really.

It exceeded my expectations! It was spacious! It felt like an apartment with full size kitchen fridge washer dryer. Highly recommend!

I liked everything about it!

Area was big and clean with many daily items provided that many other hotels don't include like laundry/detergent.

The blankets are not even as long as the bed, so if you are tall it's a bit awkward to sleep under the blankets.

We liked the Japanese style apartment as well. The futon and pillow were comfortable, we slept like babies. Everything else was great just like for the Cafe style apartment. Location is convenient, staff is nice and friendly, appliances good and well functioning, everything spotlessly clean. We would definitely come back to these apartments if we had the chance.

NA

We enjoyed staying at this property so much. It was like living in a real Japanese house. All the essentials were provided, the house has everything you need, the washing/drying machine was especially convenient. All the other appliances were also functional and useful. Beds and pillows were comfortable, cleanliness and order always perfect. The neighbourhood is not touristy at all, which was a huge plus for us, yet it has lots of shops and restaurants, conbinis, grocery shops, the train station is also close by. A big shout-out goes to Wallaby house staff, who were always very kind and helpful to us, they would go over and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests, they are very nice people who made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you!

We are second times stay in this hotel, it is clean and comfortable, the staffs is very friendly and helpful! We will come back again! Thank you!

Great location, convenient to walk to the nearest train station. Facilities are sufficient for use. Quiet environment. The green tea is good I'm taste. Very Clean.

Everything is great. Just a little miner things... Would be nice if there is a light at the entrance (inside the apartment), and provide a mitten or clip, for taking the plate out of the oven after cooking.😅 Didn't know why the TV turned on at 6:30am automatically once during our stay. 😅

Room is very large compared to others in Japan. Everything looked very clean. Especially in the kitchen. It's close to Warabi station and has supermarkets and convinient stores nearby.

An electric kettle would have been great.

We booked the modern Japanese room and it was spacious and cute, the hotel is about 8-minute walk from Warabi Station, with various convenient stores and restaurant nearby. Staff are courteous and friendly. Highly recommend if you want to experience a more local feel.

It was spacious

The hotel itself is great: large rooms, plenty of amenities, useful items like rice cookers for free or a small rental charge, extremely clean, high quality bedding and Imabari towels, full kitchen, TV, some of the most comfortable futons I've slept on in 10 years of traveling here, excellent AC/heater in every room, combo washer/ dryer. But the service and kindness of the staff here is what makes this more than a 10/10. I had a medical emergency, and the staff went through the effort of calling around to find a hospital that could speak English, despite us being in a very non touristy area. When the ambulance arrived, the kindest woman from the front desk came onto the ambulance with us and translated for us and stayed until the ambulance left. We also had multiple deliveries and pickups, which they were incredibly patient and helpful with. Thank you so much to everyone who works there for all of your patience and assistance. If you have a reason to stay in Warabi, this is the hotel to pick every time.

It's hardly a complaint, but the only way this could be better is if the large private balcony was kept a little cleaner and maybe had some chairs so we could really enjoy it. We stayed there for a long while, and that was the only thing that wasn't completely perfect

Great apartment style. loved washer and dryer, and great location.

Wonderful, helpful and professional staff. Easy communication for non-Japanese, English only guest. SILENT room. Washing machine with easy to follow directions. Great kitchenette. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed...Wifi was quick too.

Is was just right !

Please read my other details review. I retuned ! ...and that's the best bottom line recommendation I can give.

Nothing

Location is handy with a good price.

Perfect

It is very spacious

No place to hang washed clothes

Not in central Tokyo, but very well connected, so places like Tokyo Station, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, are quite easy to reach and not too far. The apartment is big, clean, and has everything one might need. Staff is really nice.

It were only less than 10 min walk from train station, so it was not too far to walk. The elevator was comfortable cause of the suitcases. The apartment was spacious and clean. Enough space to open few suitcases. If there is a chance I would stay here again. The body shampoo, shampoo and treatment are scentless. Just for information if you want to bring your own good smelling stuff with you.

The Wi-Fi was not very stable. So it was better to use my own Data… You have to give every time the room key at reception desk when you leave the hotel and get the key at reception when arriving back.

Clean, spacious & comfortable

Location a bit far from Tokyo

Quiet and basic property with large rooms away from Tokyo center. Good value for a longer stay. Friendly staff

Very spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. The staff was very friendly, had a very good level of English which is difficult to find in Japan. They helped with every request we had in a very kind way.

The location. It is very far away from the attractions in Tokyo l, it was also difficult to find restaurants during the day, during night the place comes to live and then it is easier.

Loved the space. Have been in too many tiny rooms.

Closer to the train would be better but it was worth the walk

Spacious. Comfortable bed. Smart blanket, two layers folded together. Simply unplug the button to detach them if you find the room too hot. Coffee machine is an added benefit. Close to shops and LIFE Supermarket, 5 min walk. Get to the East exit of Warabi station, follow the main road, only take you 5 min to the hotel. Very pleasant reception staff. You feel warm and helpful when talking to them. The blind separating the living and dining areas are smart too. For two guests doing two activities; one is dining at the table while the other sleeping, accommodating.

The frying pan, scratched, should be replaced.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows and new towels which they obliged.

Location was a 10 min slow walk to the train station. As it was cold, most of the time we took a cab which added up to expenses. Otherwise, all was good.

It’s very spacious, clean, and it’s a very comfortable place to stay after a long tiring day discovering city of Tokyo.

The staff were amazing and kind, always attentive and ready to help. We stayed in the cafe room, and it was spacious and well equipped with all of the modern necessities for a nice vacation stay. My friend and I highly recommend this place for business or pleasure travel.

This was a good place overall. The kitchen and its supplies were good, and as well you can request for free for items like salt, pepper or even a hair iron. The staff is incredible nice and welcoming and I had a super pleasant time.

You have to give the keys in the entrance every time you go in and out. Which is something could be useful sometimes I think it's a bit annoying because if you are two people that's a problem (there's only a pair of keys).

it was cute and roomy.

maybe better view

Superbe !

Great place for mid stay

Great place as it was very clean and roomy with excellent service from the front desk.

The staff were friendly and fantastic. Gave me some great info on some close by places to see. Their English was really good as well.

Everything is good and stay comfortable as well. BUT THE LOCATION QUITE FAR FROM THE CENTER IS NOT CONVIENCE WITHOUT CAR

Awesome experience! The front desk staff was exceptional with ensuring we were taken care of our entire 3 week stay.

My two sons and daughter stayed at the Wallaby House. They loved the cleanliness and friendly staff.
