Sehr schöne Lage an einem Canal, ruhig aber doch zentral. Weniger touristisch. Sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gutes Frühstück, alles was man möchte war vorhanden. Restaurants in Umgebung. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay – honestly, we still cannot understand how this is rated as a three-star hotel, because in our experience it deserves five stars and more! Everything was simply perfect. The location is fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and felt truly luxurious. The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service. The entire team was amazing – warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. They helped us arrange transportation, constantly checked whether we needed anything, and every single request or question was always answered with a smile and a real desire to help. We felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. Everything exceeded our expectations. The location, the rooms, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the wonderful staff – perfect, perfect, perfect! If it were up to us, this would absolutely be a five-star-plus hotel. We would return without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Venice so special and memorable! ❤️

The rooms were big, spacious and clean. The hotel is situated just a short walk from salute stop on the waterbus service. The staff and were very welcoming and professional.

Pisząc z hotelem o wcześniejszym przybyciu zaproponowano nam pozostawienie bagaży do momentu otrzymania pokoju (doba od 16). Na miejscu bez problemu otrzymaliśmy pokój o 10.00. Czysto, pachnąco, cicho, spokojna dzielnica, miła obsługa. Działająca klimatyzacja po wyjściu z pokoju. Śniadania. Do tramwaju wodnego (w dwóch kierunkach 6 min), zakup biletów na pobyt obowiązkowy, to wielkie miasto, a są jeszcze przepiękne wyspy- inne miasta.

Lepsze materace (np. sprężynowe, nie dzielone), poszewki na pościel-to się kupy nie trzyma. Twarde nie wygodne poduszki. Tylko dwie kapsułki kawy do ekspresu.

La ubicación del hotel excelente, zona tranquila, y a 20 minutos andando de casi toda la ciudad. La habitación muy cómoda, y todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

We really liked the hotel. It’s in a quiet area, away from the tourist crowds, but still very close to the centre. Getting there from the airport by Alilaguna was also really easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was tasty, although the choice could have been a bit more varied. The staff also replied very quickly to our messages on Booking.com. We were especially lucky with our room, which had an amazing view of the canal.

The only thing I would mention is the air conditioning in the room, which was blowing directly onto the bed and could be a little uncomfortable at night.

This is a quaint hotel located on a quiet street yet close to everything. The location was fantastic. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. There was no carpet, which is always a plus. There is a cute little outdoor patio and courtyard you can use. Breakfast was delicious. They even have mimosas!

Единственным минусом для меня было практически полное отсутствие естественного света. Окна нашего номера выходили во внутренний двор, поэтому даже днём в комнате было довольно темно и почти не попадал солнечный свет. Мне немного не хватало ощущения света и пространства.

La situation géographique est excellente : au calme tout en étant proche des principaux points d’intérêt. Le confort de notre chambre supérieur était très bien. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié avec un personnel très souriant et agréable.

Nous avons eu un accueil moyen à notre arrivée consistant à nous demander immédiatement nos passeport sans autre forme de politesse ce qui nous a désagréablement surpris

Very conveniently located, friendly staff, great breakfast spread selection too!! We had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and everything was very clean.

The tv was quite old so we couldn’t really watch anything like Netflix etc

We arrived early and the guy in the lobby ( he was Brazilian) was super rude and told us the check in was until 4 pm and he couldn’t help us after talking to him he was able to give us a room, the washroom was super dirty and the toilet full of poop, obviously they did not clean it before giving the room, when complaining they sent someone to clean it but we already did have a bad experience, then to check out the manager was surprised they put a hold on our room (so they took the money out of my account because the Brazilian guy did not believe I had the funds to pay the hotel) then they made us wait until they could release the funds then charge me again all because of that guy who was super rude, I do not recommend this hotel especially if you want to have a good experience and enjoy your stay. For the first time I felt discrimination in my life lol.

We got a beautiful room at the renovated part, with balcony. We loved the breakfast room decoration. The staff is super kind.

There was dust beneath our bed and even some forgotten plastic bottle. The bananas at the breakfast were already very ripe, perhaps better for banana bread ☺️.

Sehr Nettes Persona Lage ist Hervorragend man hat 3 Gehminuten zu den Öffis .(Vaporetto ) mit der Barkasse und Abendessen ist nur zu empfehlen. Nicht billig aber es ist es wert.

Die Hygiene im Bad . Und es könnte die Dusche erneuert werden .

Its quiet location, yet close to galleries and sites. Easy walk to vaporetti. Bed was large and very comfortable with gorgeous crisp cotton sheets. We had a quiet room with canal view, kettle, fridge and coffee machine. Spacious bathroom.

Large comfortable room with space to relax. Professional and helpful staff. An overall lovely vibe in the hotel. Close enough to walk to the main attractions with lots of excellent cafes and restaurants close by.

Posizione fantastica per assistere alla notte del Redentore, camera spaziosa, personale cordialissimo.

La pulizia della camera non era all'altezza dello standard. Trovate formiche in gran numero (prontamente eliminate dallo staff con insetticida, ma i cadaveri sono rimasti sul pavimento e nessuno si è preoccupato di passare a pulire). C'era un ciuffo di capelli su un letto e una bottiglia di acqua mezza vuota nel frigobar. Per una notte ok, non abbiamo sentito la necessità di farlo pesare ma occorre prestare più attenzione perché la struttura lo merita.

i was upgraded for a great room, on top floor. It was spacious, well designed, great view over the city , well air-conditioned (important in Venice in the summer ! )

Живописное, Тихое и уютное место рядом с галереей Гугенхайм. Рядом пристани водных трамваев и переправа на гандоле к площади Сан-Марко (2 евро) - очень удобно и романтично. Почти нет людей и разных миграционный туристов. Комфортный и чистый отель, хорошая пастель и матрац. Правильная отделка номера. Полноценный и разнообразный завтрак - возможность расположить непосредственно у канала. Внимательный и отзывчивый персонал (есть русскоговорящий сотрудник Tudor - особое ему признательность). Эта зона города где удобно совершать пробежки по набережной. Рядом есть ресторан и бар с адекватными ценами и главное - с хорошей едой.

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé le long d'un joli petit canal tranquille, à deux pas des arrêts Salute et Accademia, et de Zattere pour les liaisons en bâteau avec la blue line. Le petit déjeuner est superbe et se prend dans une grande salle décorée avec goût. Personnel très professionnel, mention spéciale pour un des employés de l'accueil chaleureux, souriant et très sympatique.

On entend assez fort les sons de circulation des voisins et dans le couloir depuis la chambre, située au premier étage.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et à l’écoute. L’établissement bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, dans un quartier calme et reposant. Il n’est certes pas situé en plein centre, mais cela contribue justement à son charme et à sa tranquillité. Les chambres sont très confortables et agréables, et le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité. Une excellente adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Lors d'un des services, le personnel de la réception n'était pas très réactif, mais à part cela, tout était parfait.

Check in was perfect, quick and friendly with the offer of giving us tips for restaurants and what's in and around the area. The staff at breakfast and on passing by in the hotel were very friendly. The location is great as it is away from the busy areas and so is quiet to sleep in and also peaceful after a busy day. Also the no. 2 water bus stand at Zattere is a short walk and if you arrive by train, bus or park by Tronchetto then you are going in the right direction away from the tourist area so it makes traveling to the hotel less stressful. Breakfast had a good choice and a lovely dining room to sit in. The bed was comfy to sleep in and apart from a bit of noise from other guests chatting when they came back at midnight that woke me up, I had a very pleasant night's sleep. We had a corner room overlooking the courtyard and it was very comfortable for 1 night that we stayed. I think others complain about this room as it is a little small and doesn't let much light in but we stayed in July and this meant the room was nice and cool and the air conditioning was enough for us. The hotel prices in Venice can be more expensive but if you want a quieter area, a comfortable room with a pleasant experience then this is perfect. Also the streets really are nice to walk around near the hotel and the view by the sea at Zattere is lovely at sunset.

Mosquitos in the room (it is Venice though) but a plug in was provided and I did not get bitten.

The elevator did not work. Looking at the state of the ‘out of use’ signs, either the elevator has been broken for a while or it breaks frequently!

The room was large for Venetian standards, with a king size bed. Breakfast was good, and the location was quiet and off the beaten path.

I would have liked a few more bathroom products. There was no conditioner or body lotion.

ベネチアの中でもとても静かなエリアにあり、saluteという水上バスの駅から降りて、徒歩5分くらいです。奇跡的にそこの階段はスロープみたいなものがあり、キャリーケースを引いていても上げ下げしなくてよかったのがとても助かりました。立地最高です！ またホテルの部屋は狭いですが、とても清潔感があり、バスルームにシャワーホースも付いていて便利でした。welcome drinkの水とCookieを置いてくれてて嬉しかったです。フロントの方もバーテンダーの方も素敵な人ばかりでした。

シャワーを浴びているとシャワールームの扉の下部がズレてるのか外側の洗面台周りの床がびしょ濡れになっていました。外側に水が漏れないよう扉の設置を直して欲しいなと思いました。

My window looked over some kind of terrace that was next to my room (see picture). I had to keep the curtains close the whole time because I didn't want them to look in my room.I didn't see any people sitting there but I felt uncomforabIe. I had room 101.

We confirmed the Superior Double Room on the 2nd floor with a French window door. Upon arrival, were assigned an unsanitary attic room over the 2nd floor, only accessible by stairs. Despite my disability, we were denied an accessible room contrary to the written guarantees. Our stay from June 14–17 was ruined by broken promises, a disregard for accessibility, and shocking hygiene failures. Months before arriving, we corresponded with the receptionist, Fabio Zecchin, to secure a specific room. We even called days and then hours before check-in to confirm. Yet, upon arrival, they forced us into Room 305, an attic room on the third floor, accessible only by stairs. I am disabled and explicitly told staff that navigating stairs is a problem, but Fabio and his female colleague refused to honor our reservation. To make matters worse, the windows start at chest height; you couldn't see anything unless you stood by the window on your tiptoes. When we finally got to the room, it hadn't even been cleaned. There was a layer of dust on all surfaces, which staff ridiculously blamed on "the room being too sunny." In the bathroom, we discovered a used female hygiene pad behind the bidet. We had to wait outside while it was removed, but the floor itself was left filthy until the next day because the cleaning staff had gone home. When I emailed management, they gave childish excuses, claiming the bathroom dirt was embedded in antique tiles. This is a lie; the modern, solid-colored tiles were covered in grime.

-1-star review — Do not stay here! I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel, booked through Booking.com. For two full days, the air conditioning did not work, despite outside temperatures exceeding 95°F (35°C). The room was unbearably hot, and management did nothing to fix it or offer an alternative. Worse than the heat was how we were treated by the hotel manager. When my friend realized she forgot her passport in Napoli, staff initially told us it wasn't a problem and that another form of ID would be accepted, which we provided. Two days later, without warning, the manager had our room locked (with our belongings still inside) and refused to let us back in unless she personally authorized it. My friend ended up having to leave for another hotel entirely because she didn't have her passport on hand. The manager was rude, dismissive, and seemed to expect guests to comply with her demands without question, regardless of what other staff had already agreed to. I had to argue with her just to get access to our own room, which left me having a panic attack in the lobby. On top of all this, the room cleanliness was poor and clearly not a priority for the staff. In all our travels through Italy, we never experienced anything like this at another hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Clean, fairly good location, quiet.

Quite a few things unfortunately. Even though the hotel is well presented several things went quite wrong, which is not acceptable for the price we paid. Air-conditioning broke a couple of times and it took hours to rest (while being unbearably hot in the city). Toilet flush was not working one day and had to ask them repeatedly to fix it (they didnt have great communication/coordination at reception). Didn’t get room service one of the days and got charged twice for breakfast (thankfully we realised it early on and the extra amount was refunded)…

The location was fantastic, away from the crowds in Venice. The room was spacious and clean, while breakfast was very nice. The church next to the hotel shortly recommended for a visit!
