Location Location Location Close to ferries and in heart of old town. Great breakfast including savoury and sweet offerings. Well maintained room with typical Venitian deco which I enjoyed. Very very good 3 star hotel.

Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi da Rialto e da Piazza San Marco. In reception personale serio e qualificato. Colazione particolarmente ricca e di buona qualità. Stanza comoda e ben pulita. Grande attenzione da parte di tutti i dipendenti. Ottima gestione.

Spazi a disposizione un po' limitati, ma siamo pur sempre a Venezia (peraltro fantastica!!).

I would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel in Venice. Ideal location and close to all main sites and to explore all the different districts. Rooms are spacious and give off old Venetian vibes. The breakfast served in the hotel offers great variety and staff are very helpful.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind im typisch venezianischen Stil eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Angenehm war die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für eine angenehme Temperatur sorgt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Aufzug im Hotel. Die Lage ist super: Das Vaporetto ist in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Venedig sehr gerne wieder.

Great location and close to everything in Venice. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms are smallish but most are in Venice. Has a small elevator so you don't have issues with your suitcases.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff being very attentive. I also liked the pillow, which for me does not happen often.

The faucet of the bathroom sink was a little stuck but nothing that we could not manage. We did not bother the reception about it.

Great location just minutes from the Rialto Bridge and no steps/bridges on way to hotel. Perfect if you have large suitcases due to 4 week trip like us. Staff lovely!

Everything was very good! The location is excellent, making it super easy to explore Venice, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is definitely worth the price and offers great overall value. I would highly recommend staying here!

Just one minor thing—the shower screen wasn't large enough, so a bit of water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, everything was perfect.

「サン・マルコ広場」と「リアルト橋」の間で歩いてすぐのロケーションが良い。観光の間やレストランの後にホテルに戻り休憩したり、部屋のトイレが使えるのが便利。特にリアルト橋の水上バス停から、階段を使わずにスーツケースを運べる。ゴンドラもホテルのすぐ近くを通る。部屋も清潔感があり綺麗だった。朝食を歴史を感じる部屋で美味しく頂きました。また泊まりたい。

朝食会場が狭いため、前日に決めた時間制であった点だが、日本のホテルでも、大概は時間指定制だし、仕方ない。

Excellent emplacement, très proche de tout. Hôtel très agréable et le personnel toujours prêt à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant. La machine à café sert de bonnes boissons (assez rare dans ce genre de petit déjeuner ) Je recommande vivement !

The beds were 2 incredibly small and rock hard single beds moved together instead of the double advertised. The shower was almost unusable due to the positioning of the head and lack of shower screen. The air conditioning was poor and did not keep the room cool. Parts of the roof were cracked and made us feel unsafe. Do not recommend

Quarto muito espaçoso, confortável, limpo, bem organizado, climatizado. Localização sem palavras, do lado da ponte de Rialto. Funcionários sempre simpáticos e sorridentes.

A Localização é excepcional, a 3 minutos da ponte do Rialto com estação vaporreto e a 7 minutos da pração de São Marcos, do primeiro quarto conseguia-se ver as Condolas a passar no Canal. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente o ambiente de Veneza poyenciado pela decoração do quarto. Devido a a um problema de overbooking da TAP que passou o voo para 2 dias depois sem tratar do alojamento com desculpa que reserva foi feita pela plataforma Booking.com, apesar do hotel estar cheio, O Sr. Carlo da recepção do Hotel foi de uma grande atenção cliente e de um grande profissionalismo e conseguindo-nos as duas noitas adicionais sendo apenas necessário trocar de Quarto. Até no check in chegamos cedo e a nossa intenção seria apenas para pedir a guarda das malas, como quarto estva pronto deixarm logo colocar no quarto, No check aout tivemos que sair mais cedo antes de servirem os pequenos almoços, tiveram o cuidado de nos preprarem uma box com um pequno almoço, sem duvida uma atenção cliente excelente! The location is exceptional, 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge with the vaporetto station and 7 minutes from St. Mark's Square. From the first room, you could see the condolas passing by on the canal. We truly felt the atmosphere of Venice enhanced by the room's decor. Due to an overbooking problem with TAP, which rescheduled the flight for two days without arranging the accommodation, claiming the reservation was made through Booking.com, despite the hotel being full, Mr. Carlo at the hotel reception was extremely attentive and professional, managing to get us two additional nights, only requiring a room change. Even at check-in, we arrived early and our intention was only to ask for our luggage to be stored; as the room was ready, they immediately allowed us to put it in. At check-out, we had to leave early before breakfast was served, and they kindly prepared a box with breakfast for us – undoubtedly excellent customer service!

The place was in a great location and surrounded by shops and interesting places to see. Though restaurants around it weren’t that good but too pricey.

It’s a boutique hotel so the space was limited but clean and the cleaning staff are lovely There is an incident, while we’re dining at the next door restaurant, a little boy kept crying for an hour while his parents failed to comfort him. It was a very hot day and he was struggling with it. We suggested to his parents to get him inside this hotel for a few minutes just to let him breathe and relax before continuing on. Mind you the hotel’s door is at the walking path. As soon as my husband opened the door, the receptionist came right on us and said “No! keep the door close” then he closed the door. I would think for just two minutes of kindness to allow a little boy to calm down from the heat, wouldn’t cost anything to the hotel but it didn’t happen.

La ubicación es sensacional. Se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la plaza de San Marcos y del Puente de Rialto. El baño es amplio y el agua sale bien en la ducha. La habitación sin grandes pretensiones pero muy bien. Camas cómodas. Aire acondicionado correcto. Desayuno acorde al precio.

Como en casi todos los hoteles del mismo estilo, la mampara de ducha es poco eficaz y el agua sale por todos lados.

El hotel es clásico pero totalmente reformado. La ubicación es muy buena, a 5 minutos de San Marco y de Rialto. La habitación es cómoda y el baño amplio con todo lo necesario. Nos pusieron en una habitación con terraza y se veía el Campanille.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, ayrıca son gün kahvaltı edemeyeceğimiz için bize akşamdan paket hazırlayıp bırakmaları çok ince bir davranıştı.

Yatak iki tek kişilik yatağın birleşmesinden oluştuğu için orta kısımda biraz sıkıntı oldu ama çok büyük problem oluşturmadı.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour découvrir Venise. La climatisation de l’hôtel est appréciable avec la chaleur de Venise au mois d’août.

Le petit déjeuner manque de produits locaux, frais et de diversité. À titre d’exemple pour le pain, il y avait simplement du pain de mie nature ou aux graines. Il manquait également une salade de fruits frais.

Nos asignaron una habitación muy chica. Tenia dos camas pequeñas no dispuestas en forma paralela debido al espacio muy reducido. Esto trajo como consecuencia que nos era muy difícil interactuar con mi señora porque no podíamos mirarnos. Es la primera vez que nos sucede esto en un hotel de 3 estrellas. Con respecto a la atención de conserjeria, el personal masculino fue desagradable, en cambio el personal femenino fue encantador. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Saludos, Sonia y Rodolfo

Posto centralissimo (forse anche troppo), a due passi da San Marco. Reception molto professionale e sempre aperta, stanza dignitosa e colazione nel complesso buona.

La zona è davvero un po' troppo caotica, soprattutto di giorno (ma anche al mattino presto). Se potete chiedete una stanza ai piani alti.

We absolutely loved our stay, nothing was an issue with the staff from an Ice bucket or an ironing board. Also special mention to the ladies on duty for the buffet breakfast!!! Not only was it delicious they made you feel welcomed and special every morning.

I honestly wouldn’t change a thing.

Excellent location! It was in the middle of everything!! Easy transport to surrounding places either on foot or using the nearby vaporettes. Very good breakfast. The room had a Venetian touch with tapestry made with actual cloth. An extra bonus for the cool story behind the name (Gorizia from Gorica the town) and the famous suitcase (Valigia) which was handpainted and also complemented the name of the hotel!

It is a pretty old establishment but it is well renovated and probably what someone should expect in a city like Venice. So, nothing I didn't like really!

The staff were so lovely. We had an early checkout and we were going to miss breakfast so they made us a lovely take away breakfast to have on the train. It was so thoughtful of them.

The location is fantastic, directly between the Rialto and the San Marco/San Zaccarelli vaporetto stops which makes for faster travel around the island, walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and an easy travel to the Giardini and Arsenale for the Art Biennale. The staff was friendly and the rooms give an old-time flair of charm.

The breakfast is OK, has enough for decent nutrition and to save money from eating breakfast out, but quite boring and we definitely decided to eat occasionally out to take a break from the sameness. The room is small but we could easily accommodate - actually typical for all the hotels - and gthe charm won us over.

The room was super small, I never expect huge rooms in Europe but this one was particularly small. Good thing we were there just for one night but in addition to being small it was hot and there was no way to get the AC lower. I have to say it was spotless. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

What a great wee hotel right in the midst of it all. 5 mins from Rialto pier/bridge if you arrive on airport water bus and 5 mins to St Marco Square. Hotel was neat and tidy, we had a triple room, double and single, nice modern bathroom and air conditioning which is a must as it was super hot! Breakfast was nice. Plenty to choose from, tea/coffee machines, meat and cheeses, boiled and scrambled eggs, various breads to toast. Lots of tasty pastries. Self service and you book a time the night before. Room was cleaned daily and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay. Thank you

Alles okay, für einen kurztrip nach Venedig sehr zu empfehlen

Allt fanns vad man kan förvänta sig av en mångsidig och välsmakande frukost. Det fylldes direkt på om det var något som fattades. Personalen var snabb på att göra duka upp till nya frukostgäster när någon var färdig med sin frukost.

På badrummet fanns inga krokar att hänga handdukar och annat på. Det fanns heller ingen plats/hylla där man kunde ställa sina toalettsaker på.

L'établissement est très bien situé, à mi chemin entre le Rialto et la place San Marco. Accessible en 5 mns de l'arrêt Rialto du vaporetto. Chambre confortable, bien insonorisée, climatisation parfaite, literie également. La douche est petite mais bon. Propreté irréprochable, serviettes changées chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner propose un large choix que ce soit sucré ou salé. Le personnel est très disponible et à l'écoute. Merci aux dames de la salle à manger, aux dames chargées du ménage et au personnel de la réception pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Le petit-déjeuner était parfait et suffisant, le personnel très disponible. L'emplacement est central, près du Rialto. La chambre 2 lits simples était assez grande.

Je n'avais pas compris que la chambre avec 2 lits simples étaient postionnés tête-bêche. On n'a pas pu les mettre ensemble. Pas d'ascenseur pour aller au 4ème étage. Le matelas un peu dur, mais cela est personnel.
