Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Ottimo posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, ma rimane comunque silezioso in quanto non si sente il rumore degli innumerevoli treni che passano. Stupendo non dover interagire con nessuno dello staff, tranne quando strettamente necessario. Il checkin e checkout sono stati semplicissimi, le amenities erano sempre tutte a disposizione e anche la possibilità di cambiare le banconote in monete da 100 yen per utilizzare la lavanderia. La camera era molto spaziosa e ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e fornite nuove pantofole e spazzolino. Infine, come solo traveler donna, devo dire che mi sono sentita sempre molto tranquilla e al sicuro. Ottimo.
Una cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è senz'altro la lavanderia. Qualsiasi ciclo di lavaggio e asciugatura non asciuga mai bene gli abiti e rende necessario spendere quei soldini in più per fare un extra ciclo di asciugatura. Il che porta il tutto a circa 2 ore e 30 minuti. E ci sono solo due macchine. Capite bene che per tutti gli ospiti che ci sono non basta avere due macchine del genere.

シャワーの勢いが少し弱い気がする。節水型だから仕方ないかも知れないがもう少し強い方が好き。 朝食が狭い。高い椅子とテーブルで、バーの営業には向いているかも知れないが小さな子供連れの家族には使いづらい。子供が喜びそうな宿泊室を準備しているのに、子供向けの朝食にはちょっと辛い。

El desayuno es escaso No hay mucha opción . El restaurante es pequeño para el tamaño del hotel. Cuando hemos llegado, un trabajador nos ha dicho que como había mucha gente, teníamos que elegir turnos para desayunar. Hemos elegido a las 7 am porque cogeríamos el autobús a las 8.10. Llegamos puntuales y nos han dicho que teníamos que esperar. Esperamos 20 minutos. Y nos marchamos sin desayunar, porque seguía sin mesas.

Het ontbijt is voldoende, niet meer en niet minder. De bedden zijn goed en er is een waterservice op de derde verdieping. Daarnaast staat er een kast vol met manga waar onze kinderen erg enthousiast van werden!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026クレヨンしんちゃんルームに宿泊しましたが子どもがとても楽しそうでした。特典の服と靴下も気に入っていました。スタッフさんに聞きましたがサイズはワンサイズらしいです。服は130、靴下は20cmくらいです。 しんちゃんルームからも一応新幹線見えます。真ん前ではないですので覗き込めばですが。 受付が恐竜で最初は怖がっていましたが、色んな言語を話すところに興味を持って最終的に自分から話しにいっていました。 フロント奥にスタッフさんもいてすぐ対応してくれます。 エレベーターは1回1回カードキーを押すシステムでややめんどくさいですが、外部の人を絶対入れないぞという安心感はあります。 子連れには特典で売店の割引券をくれます。たしか50円や100円引きの。子どもアメニティセットが250円でした。 京都駅に近いのにかなり安かったです。 コラボルームはまた泊まりたいと思いました。 今度はリファルームやファイテンルームも気になります。
ゴミ箱が部屋に1個しかないので洗面所付近が少し不便でした。 ツインのベッドは合体できません。窓側にも押せないので子どもが夜中に落ちました。(落ちたのはこちらのせいなので子連れのご参考までに) 冷蔵庫に冷凍機能がなかったのでアイスの買い置きはできません。その代わり1Fにアイスが売ってました。 バゲージラックがなかったのも地味に不便でした。 しんちゃんの壁紙はタッカーで打ち付けてあるだけなので子どもが引きちぎらないかヒヤヒヤしましたが大丈夫でした。

Aunque es muy curioso lo de los dinosaurios, recomendaría que, ya que casi todos los huéspedes son extranjeros, que cuando pone el pasaporte hablen en diferentes idiomas, con la IA debe ser fácil.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Die Roboter an der Rezeption sind ein Gimmick, aber mal nett für ne social media story etc. Tatsächlich werdet ihr sonst auch vom Staff mit den notwendigen Informationen gefüttert. Frühstück war vollkommen okay. Die Lage am HBF Kyoto ist natürlich für rumreisende toll. Danke für die kleinen Towels. Bei der Hitze waren sie n lebensretter.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026荷物をcheck-in前でも預けられるので、大変ありがたかったです。 自分で機械でチェックイン、チェックアウトすることが不慣れであったが、すぐにスタッフが助けに来てくれた。安心感がありがたかった。 朝食付きだったので良かったです。
朝食会場の椅子が地面から高く、私にとってはもう少し安定感があれば良かった。

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026I LOVED THE DINOSAURS! HAHAHA I booked the room specifically for the check in "staff," but I was impressed with the size of the room, and the location was excellent! We didn't have breakfast during our stay, but I also enjoyed the in-hotel coupon for bike rental nearby—it's one of my favorite ways to see Kyoto.
I wish there was a spa (honestly there might have been and I was just too tired to seek it out? I don't remember, but I'm fairly sure there wasn't one).

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026La ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la estación central, lo cual facilita mucho los desplazamientos. Las instalaciones son sencillas, pero estaban muy limpias y bien cuidadas.
Como único punto negativo, me gustaría señalar que no hay papeleras en la entrada. Esto resulta incómodo al realizar el check-out, ya que no hay dónde tirar cosas de última hora antes de abandonar el hotel.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026La chambre et le lit sont très spacieux. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la gare de Kyoto. Juste au rez-de-chaussée de l’hôtel se trouve le bar The Stones, qui est tout simplement génial. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et il y a régulièrement des concerts live gratuits, ce qui crée une ambiance vraiment exceptionnelle. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Forse la sala comune della lavanderia e delle bibite in vendite non era molto ben pulita quando vi ho usufruito (ma erano le 22 di sera)

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Room size great. Toiletry amenities fantastic. We were on ninth floor and what an absolute pleasure to not have to hear people walking above you. Laundry facilities good, but you need to get the timing right. Storage facilities also worked very well.
Don't waste your money on the vacuum machine. Bags provided are too thin, it does not stay vacuum sealed for more than a few minutes. Only 2 bags of green tea with nothing else for a morning cup of tea.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026離京都車站八條口很近，去嵐山、清水寺、稻荷神社、京都鐵道博物館等地方都很方便，旁邊還有百貨公司（有唐吉柯德、seria等）跟711和lawson。房間很大，是一般日本飯店的3-4倍大。
整潔度有待加強，窗簾也很明顯的血跡，就算有床單蓋住也能看到保潔墊的污漬（有三處），床架外層是用灰色布料包裹，上面也有很明顯的發霉痕跡。雖然有飲水機跟製冰機，但沒有熱水。 雖然交通方便，但是離Aeonmall與超市有距離（一個京都車站的左邊一個在右邊），離在中央口的友都八喜走路要至少十分鐘。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026It was close to Kyoto station only a 5 minute walk. You can leave your luggage upon checking in and out and use your own access code and they have lockers for smaller bags as well.
They use robots to check in and out, there’s no human interaction so no personal touch. The bed is hard and very low which is uncomfortable when you are tall. The bathtub doesn’t look clean and the floor was wet but that may be incidental.
