So we got off the Shinkansen at Kyoto station, and there it was- the hotel right across the station. We took the three-bedroom facing Kyoto Station, where one can see the Shinkansen coming and going. One cannot ask for any better view than this. The room had everything one could ask for, and more. They provide a comb, lotion, and a rubber band in addition to the usual - toothbrush, slippers, coffee, tea, creamer, etc. It really feels like you are being well cared for. We went out for a walk nearby at night; there is an Eon mall, Don Quijote, and many 7-11 shops. Really grateful for having chosen this place to stay.

Jest to czysty i wygodny hotel, usytuowany bezpośrednio przy stacji kolejowej (doskonale wyciszony). Ze względu na bliskość metra i połączeń kolejowych jest to świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Kioto i jego okolic. Pokoje są dość przestronne - jak na Japonię;) Rano serwowane są bardzo dobre śniadania. Popołudniami i wieczorem przestrzeń restauracyjną goście mogą swobodnie wykorzystywać na przykład, aby zjeść posiłki (które mogą być przyniesione z licznych barów lub sklepów znajdujących się po drugiej stronie ulicy) oraz napić się kawy lub herbaty, serwowanej w ramach ceny do godziny 22.00. Hotel, jak to w Japonii, zapewnia całą gamę kosmetyków i innych niezbędnych przyborów do higieny i nie tylko. Bardzo wygodne miejsce dla osób podróżujących z bagażem.

Location (across the road from Kyoto Station, surrounded by shops and restaurants, walking distance to Teamlabs Biovortex & Tao Drum Theatre), reception staff were friendly, courteous and helpful , shower head was great, easily accessible laundry services, comfortable and well-kept rooms and hotel.

Pillows were a little hard, but not a major issue.

Comodissima la posizione vicino alla stazione di Kyoto. Camera familiare molto grande e luminosa. Pulizia impeccabile e tanti prodotti offerti come di consuetudine negli hotel giapponesi tra cui pigiama, ciabatte, spray per tessuti, spazzolino, dentifricio, rasoio e chi più ne ha più ne metta.

Colazione buona ma rivolta più che altro ad una clientela asiatica.

I didn’t just like this hotel, I absolutely loved it! Honestly, out of my entire stay in Japan, this was my favorite hotel. At first, I was very confused about where to stay, but choosing this place turned out to be the perfect decision. The location is incredibly convenient and strategic. You can easily get almost anywhere, and it is especially comfortable if you are traveling to or from Tokyo by Shinkansen. The staff is wonderful, the food is delicious, and there are so many thoughtful amenities. You can really feel how much they care about making their guests comfortable and giving them the best possible experience. I would stay here again a thousand times! To me, this hotel is a perfect example of the excellence and hospitality Japan is known for. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to coming back. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

位於京都車站旁, 附近有7-11及永旺購物中心, 機能很好。

1. 房間有點小。 2. 房間內的電視, 有登入Youtube功能, 但登入後就當機了, 向前台反應了, 但是第二天登入後又當機, 無言。 服務人員沒有主動詢問我們問題解決了沒有, 這表示他們對客人的問題不太重視。

携帯の充電のソケットがないので充電出来なかった ドライアーが良すぎて温冷を繰り返すので乾かすのに時間がかかってしかたない アメニティの歯ブラシと歯磨き粉が別なので分からず往復した

朝の清掃時に隣室から聞こえたドンという大きな音が数回ありリラックス感が失せた

Das Bad ist viel zu klein. Die Lüftung, die man nicht ausschalten kann und dauerhaft läuft, ist deutlich hörbar, was v.a. beim Einschlafen sehr störend ist.

Struttura nuova con camere ampie (rare per gli standard giapponesi), molto pulita e accessoriata (pigiama in camera oltre a tutti gli altri accessori per il bagno -lamette,elastici,pettini etc). Zona lavanderia che offre possibilità di lavare e asciugare gli indumenti a circa 3€. Buona colazione abbondante e con diversa varietà anche nel dolce. Posizione ottima difronte alla stazione (comodissima per i vari spostamenti in città e fuori) e vicina a molti ristoranti e diversi centri commerciali molto grandi.

This hotel is so conveniently located, straight across from Kyoto station with so much within walking distance (convenience stores, shopping malls and restaurants etc). The hotel itself is exceptional, really attentive staff and lots of free amenities available in the lobby and kitchen. The rooms are so clean and comfortable! I really recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Kyoto

Great location to station and very spacious room for three people. The staff were very helpful and we were able to store our luggage before check in time. It was our second location in Kyoto and a great choice!

Everything was to like! The location to the train station, to Aeon mall, to bus terminal for temples and shrine visits, to restaurants……everything was exceptional. The breakfast was the best we have had, the room(triple) was huge with plenty of space and the hotel was great.

櫃檯、清潔人員態度很好！有需要幫忙的地方都會協助～ 距離離開的時候，也願意提供場地供旅客休息～櫃檯還有秤重機，可以事先量行李重量～

住宿地點就在京都車站對面，一到京都可以先寄放大行李再去各個景點遊玩，非常方便！ 一樓大廳下午時段有提供簡易點心，電梯旁也有備品供有需要的住客自取。

房內空間頗小，三人房打不開兩咖行李箱

スタッフさんの対応が迅速で親切だったのが1番良かったです。 部屋はシャワーベッドとドライヤーがリファだったので次の日の髪の毛のスタイリングがしやすく娘達に好評でした。 部屋に無料の水があったのも嬉しい。

立地的に仕方ないが外の景色が駅だったのが寂しかった。

部屋がとてもきれいでした。ドライヤーやシャワーヘッドがリファで感激しました。 チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に荷物を預かっていただけた（ロッカーがあった）のが、大変ありがたかったです。

エアコンの風がベッドに直当たりで寒かったし、喉が乾燥してしまったところ。

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof Kyotos, so dass man schnell zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Die Zimmer waren sauber inkl der Service des Hotels ( Zahnbürste und andere Badutensilieb konnte man sich am Eingang des Hotels je nach Bedarf nehmen)

Wenig Möglichkeiten, Koffer und Kleidung gut zu verstauen

外国人観光客が多いせいか、トイレやエレベーターにごみが多かったように感じました。

Todo lo que puedo decir de este hotel es perfecto, su ubicacion estrategica, todo quedaba cerca hasta el punto de encuentro para los tours estaba justo al lado. De alli solo puedo dar un 10 en todo.

新幹線で夜に子連れで到着したため、駅の目の前という立地はとても便利でした。翌朝、チェックアウト後荷物を預かってもらって、徒歩7分でチームラボに歩いていけたのもとても助かりました。部屋も清潔・モダンで、部屋の位置がラッキーだったのか新幹線が窓から垣間見れてこどもたちは嬉しそうでした。とても居心地良かったです。コインランドリーの乾燥機は他のホテルのものより短い時間でよく乾いたことは地味に感動しました。スタッフさんはみなとても親切で細やかに助けて頂きました。

コインランドリーで現金も使えたら良かった。

De kamer was mooi en groot. Locatie is perfect, tegenover het station en vlak bij een groot winkelcentrum.

De ruimte waarin het ontbijt werd geserveerd was te klein voor de omvang van het hotel. We moesten dus wachten en konden met 5 personen niet samen aan een tafel zitten.

Lokatie is top, minder dan 1 minuut van het station en grote winkelcentra. Alles makkelijk te bereiken. Ontbijt was goed en heerlijk dat je overdag ijskoude drank uit automaat kunt pakken.

Prima kamer voor gezin. We hadden 2 kamers met 1x2persoons bed en en met 2x 1 persoonsbed. Prima locatie naast het station. Alles klopte voor ons in dit hotel.

L'hotel si trova esattamente di fronte all'uscita sud della stazione, quindi una vera e propria comodità. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, e ci hanno pure aiutato a spedire le valigie a Tokyo. La camera era ampia per gli standard giapponesi, e fornita di tutti i confort. La colazione era ottima e molto variegata, con opzioni occidentali e orientali. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio lavanderia, una comodità utile per chi sta tanti giorni in Giappone.

Not enough laundry machines. It was very hard to get an open machine.

The location of this hotel was excellent! Right across the street from Kyoto Station allowed quick access to the Shinkansen and railroads plus tons of food options. You also can walk to Kyoto Tower and some local historical temples. Nishiki Market is about a 20 min train ride away. 7-11 and drugstores and don Quixote a block away. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff was lovely!
