Super Hotel, super Essen.

Klar, wenn man lange genug überlegt, fallen einem immer Dinge ein, die besser sein könnten. Allerdings bin ich der Meinung, dass man auch dabei die Kirche im Dorf lassen sollte. Für mich ist eher Maßstab, ob ich mich wohlgefühlt habe und ob ich wiederkommen würde. Beides kann ich mit einem großen "Ja" beantworten.

In der Nähe des Spiegels im Zimmer fehlt eine normale Schuko-Steckdose.

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt war es ausreichend und normaler Standard. Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmerreinigung 1a. Pool & Wellness sehr hübsch.

Zentrale Lage aber zur Straßenseite leider viel zu laut. Hellhöriges Zimmer gehabt, Nachbarn beim Duschen gehört. Parken außer Haus, bezahlte Stellplätze hatten wir leider nicht und mussten neben der Parkfläche stehen.

De service met betrekking tot het weg zetten van de auto, het in de lader stoppen van de auto en bij vertrek de auto voorrijden.

De ligging.

Het hotel was mooi. Centraal gelegen, goed ontbijt en gezellige bar.

Ik zat voor +300 per nacht in een één persoonskamer. Deze was verouderd, klein, douchen in bad zonder gordijn of glaswand, radio in muur verouderd, nachtlampje kapot, gaten in plafond. De kamer was wel schoon. Geen 4 sterren kamer wat +300 per nacht waard is. Punt is besproken. Ze hebben me naar een paar dagen andere kamer aangeboden. Bed was verder goed, dus ik heb het gelaten. An sich heb ik niet zo veel eisen. GOed bed, douche en eenvoudig ontbijt is goed. Er was weinig beschikbaar. Als je dan een stevige prijs betaald verwacht je ook wat..... Afrekenen had ik al gedaan via booking. Moest ik ook weer aan de balie afrekenen. Biertje op na de apres ski, dus betaald zonder da tik er erg in had. Ze hebben zich zelf bij mij gemeld.

Super Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sauber und super zentrale Lage in Hinterglemm

Zusätzliche Parkgebühren, die man gezwungenermaßen in Anspruch nehmen muss, sollten vorher kommuniziert werden

Top Lage. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Qualität der Speisen ist sehr hochwertig. Man fühlt sich ab den ersten Moment willkommen.

In den älteren Zimmern gibt es leider keine Abtrennung wenn man in der Badewanne duscht, somit schwimmt jedesmal der gesamte Bereich vor der Badewanne.

Service fantastisch, locatie top, ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuze, gelukkig paste een early check-inn en een late check out.

Rumour van de gang was goed te horen in de kamer, de kamer begint wel gedateerd te raken... Voor de hele etage was maar 1 ontruimingsroute.

Heel centraal gelegen

Wir waren 8 Leute im Hotel. Alle waren insgesamt der Meinung, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder dort einkehren. Die Zimmer waren gut, das Hotel war so nett und hat uns alle 4 Zimmer nebeneinander gegeben. Beim Essen gab es nichts zu meckern! Es war reichlich und große Auswahl, beim Frühstück wie beim Abendessen. Ebenso ist der Wellnessbereich sehr positiv zu erwähnen, sowie das freundliche Personal!

Ledeglich, dass es keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe gibt. Dafür wird aber das Auto, gegen einen Unkostenbeitrag, in die Garage gebracht und geholt.

Alles hat gepasst

Hotel hat eine super Lage. Personal sehr freundlich! Zimmer sehr schön, modern. Der Wellnessbereich nach dem Ski fahren klasse!

Das Essen. Da haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Statt als Vorspeise einen Garnelen Cocktail vielleicht lieber einen frischen Avocado Garnelen Salat (nur ein Beispiel). Frische Avocado, Kresse o.ä. zum Frühstück.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und seh gutes essen! Zimmer auch sehr gute Ausstattung aber nicht außergewöhnlich aber sehr gemütlich

Die Lage, freundliches Personal, Essen war sehr gut, Saunalandschaft ok.

In der Junior Suite ist es gefühlt etwas kahl, es fehlte an Bildern oder an gemütlicher Deko, das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Im Spa Bereich gibt es nur einen Pool, wenn full House ist, ist der recht schnell voll.

Slight bit of noise from high street revellers during ski season. Buffet breakfast can be congested around the coffee machine and chef’s station.

The halfboard dinner 4 course menu was excellent, the staff super friendly and helpful! The wellness facilities and massage was great

Location

The staff, the food, the facilities, the location and the staff again. The friendliest team I’ve ever experienced in travel.

Only downside was the location of my room above the service corridor so I was woken up early most days by the hardworking team starting their day with shutters and deliveries. But nothing early nights couldn’t solve.

Friendly, homely yet luxurious, not pretentious, brilliant staff; happy to be there and happy to help, and other guests lovely too

The lift was broken The indoor pool was a bit too cold An earlier spa / pool opening would be good and a later closing. An earlier breakfast, 7.30am start is a bit late if you want to make the most of the day

Nice, tidy room, clean sheets, towels always available. Nice and relaxing ambient Personal very friendly, dinner to die for. Excellent breakfast. Sauna and pool as they should be. The hotel and personal give you a warm, cozy feeling.

Not a lot of space for relaxing in sauna, however, one can still sit or lies on deck chairs.

Excellent location in the very centre of Hinterglemm and right by the ski lifts, very specious family room, great breakfast and good food choice for dinners. Very clean in general and we loved the pool!

Staff at reception and restaurant could be a bit more welcoming and friendly, that's pretty much the only downside of this hotel.

The meals offered at Hotel Glemmtalerhof were too refined without succeeding. Recommend the chef "back to basics". Service, mechanical without heart. All staff radiating a feeling of fear. Hotel Glemmtalerhof grossly overpriced. Building quality low, walls paper thin, all sounds from neighbors and corridor heard in the room. Management absent. Unable/unwilling to take actions when a group of guests harassed us. Owner even defending the harassers, saying "I know this family, they have staid with us for years". Situation continued all week, so we had to take actions ourselves. Stay away from Hotel Glemmtalerhof. The village is full of good hotels to stay at, to make sure you can enjoy the great skiing problem free.

Nice rooms , facilities, clean

Lovely hotel and friendly staff , spa are was great, very clean and not busy at all. Food was good, Breakfast had a good selection and dinner had a nice choice of main courses and deserts. Location was brilliant, very close to ski lifts and in middle of village close to shops, bars and restaurants.
