Reviewed Apr 6, 2026An excellent hotel to rest after a busy Nepal to India border crossing. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - including arranging our private transportation at the border. The hotel restaurant serves an excellent array of food and helped to meet our vegan dietary needs. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent night’s rest.
Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Next time.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026The picture of the hotel on the website is misleading. The room size was good and the staff were friendly. However, the rooms were not clean. There was dust in the room and in the bathroom. The bed linen was unfortunately not fresh, the towels and curtains looked dirty and there were signs that the bed linen is not changed with every guest. The room cleanliness was not acceptable for me. It took me some time to locate the hotel as it is in a crowded residential-commercial complex. The breakfast / restaurant made up for the deficiencies of the hotel room. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The staff in the restaurant were courteous, attentive and friendly. The hotel is okay if food but NOT cleanliness is the travellers priority. It's a bit pricy.

Thank you so much for making my trip memorable, additionally the guy from House Keeping Departmental (Babalu) was very humble and professional (including F.O team as well). Wish you all the best.
