Reviewed Oct 19, 2023very spacious comfortable room, friendly reception staff. on the other hand, shower floor is not sloped correctly, so water pools at the one side and does not drain well. area does not have a lot of transport or dining options, and relatively far from city's main attractions.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2020The hotel is really bad, super five star price but only one star quality, small room, no windows, hot water was unstable; no breakfast, my $300 ear phone disappeared in the room

Reviewed Dec 30, 2019Like the following features of the hotel: 1. Good service. The gentleman and lady at the reception were super helpful. They attended to every of my request. 2. Quite spacious room with toiletries. 3. Free coffee service in the lobby - a delight especially in the morning. 4. Not too far from Al Ula town centre. Of course it cannot be compared to sumptuous six-star hotel (although the price may be in view of the lack of hotel room supply in Al Ula), the experience of the stay was excellent.
