Reviewed Jul 12, 2026I vacated the property over two weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have only received generic responses stating that my case is “under review,” with no clear explanation, timeline, or resolution. In addition, I have sent multiple emails directly to the hotel regarding my refund and have not received a single response. The complete lack of communication from the hotel, combined with the repeated delays from customer support, has been extremely frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable. A refund should not take this long, especially without any meaningful communication or updates. The repeated delays and lack of accountability have caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expect my refund to be processed immediately. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and pursue all available remedies. I hope this matter is resolved promptly so that no other customer has to experience the same poor level of service.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Good spot found off the freeway headed to Aguascalientes city before you get to the center. Rooms were good size. I brought my dog with me. They have breakfast included. The selection is small but good food. Only thing that was disappointing was that I left my Sonic toothbrush in the room. I called all week to see if they found it. And no they were not able to find it.

There was one employee running around trying to do everything all at once. I felt bad for him, I stood waiting for him to bring plates for 10 minutes and I think he forgot because he was too burst serving coffee. I finally just left with no breakfast, showered and graves something at an OXXO nearby.
