About half of the rooms are towards the motorway and the windows let in an uncomfortable amount of noise - only with ANC headphones could I find sleep.

A causa di volo cancellato, siamo arrivati un giorno dopo. Ho avvisato tempestivamente l'hotel tramite chat ufficiale Booking e hanno cancellato tutte e due le notti, non solo la prima. Abbiamo dovuto ripagare la seconda notte. In corso verifiche per il rimborso.

Air conditioner was very noisy. Sent a message after booking that hotel pool is for executive level rooms only, but I booked a room called an executive king suite, so I thought I would qualify, but they wanted to charge an additional 500 pesos to use the pool. There is a pool for common folks like myself at a completely separate location, at a gym. Also, I was reprimanded for having my service dog (with vest and identification) at the breakfast area. As I cannot function without my service dog, I left without breakfast. Also, all the alarm clocks on our floor went off at 7am. They kept sounding, even when they were unplugged. We had to remove the batteries, but could hear the other alarms in the other rooms. We felt like this was either a prank by the workers or a way to get guests to check out early. Either way, we didn’t think it was funny. All in all, not allowed to use the amenities, did not get a good night’s sleep and left without breakfast.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2025Our Housekeeper and the Breakfast attendant were really nice. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was overall pretty clean.
If you're traveling with family I do not recommend staying here. The lobby staff was helpful but they were not so nice. Their swimming pool is just for executive use only even though they advertise it in their pictures and they want to send you across the street to a gym where they told us the pool is a lap pool and is not for leasure which that was the whole point of our trip.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2024Excelente la atención del personal de limpieza, el desayuno bueno, hoy sábado fueron superados por los clientes y se acabó antes de tiempo, resurtieron pero tardaron, hay un mesero muy amable pero se pone a hablar del gobierno y es un poco molesto, en recepción al llegar en la noche del 19/abril/2024, fueron lentos, pedimos ganchos por que hay muy pocos, sin embargo y al dia siguente el personal, de limpieza lo resolvió, habitación amplia, cómoda, solo la tv no se ve bien, se corta la señal.

No tienen amenities de baño (gorra) etc No tienen cambio para pagar con efectivo te piden que sea con tarjeta. La máquina de café del desayunador no funciona. En el buffet se acabó la crema y dijeron que ya no había más. El cuarto en general muy cómodo.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2022The hotel was a good size to give an excellent personal experience to each customer. It was clean throughout and had a new and fresh atmosphere about it all. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and large. The buffet breakfast had a good selection with enough food variety for everybody. The reception staff were excellent and gave a very friendly welcome when we arrived.
There was only one cup for the two of us in our room and the room was a little noisy from the outside traffic. But these are minor negatives from an otherwise excellent stay

Reviewed Apr 25, 2022El hotel bonito pero muy desechable todo, los enchufes del baño no servían, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba bien, el agua de la regadera se salía y encharcaba el baño, el área de la alberca bien pero la alberca tenía muchas basuras, solicitamos que nos obsequiaran o vendieran un cubrebocas y no tenían, por último no nos querían dar dos llaves para la habitación, solo una y como es la que te da “acceso” también al uso de elevador, etc… nos era complicada la movilidad de manera independiente, teníamos que movernos todos juntos

Reviewed Apr 23, 2022The pool is great, as the water is at the perfect temperature and it looks crystal clean. The pool's length is enough for a little swimming workout. Also, it is located at the top of the building, so there's privacy and the view is beautiful. I would like to see more umbrellas, and some real greenery, for it to look more inviting. The room I got had a look toward the highway, and even though the highway is very busy, the room was surprisingly quiet enough to not notice all the traffic down below. The room was large and comfortable, but somehow there is not enough furniture or places to put your stuff on. The closet was very small. The bathroom is large and comfortable, and in the shower locker you get three large bottles of shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner, all of which felt to be high quality. The one thing I did not like was the coffee they serve on breakfast. It was kind of dull. The staff was very friendly from our arrival, and every time we needed something we were treated very kindly.

El baño del cuarto tenia fuga intentamos cerrar la llave de paso y no servía, tuvimos que pasar toda la noche con el ruido del baño.
