breakfast not at all tasty and not good . even drinking water bottle charged separately during complimentary breakfast, i never heard in any hotel for charging water

even the bill does not give the break up , initially the rent shown as rupees 3100 but while preparing the bill it is shown as 4100 . the bill amount does not commensurate in a pilgrimage centre. vary abnormal . amount fixed for foreigners stay only

First room allocated was claustrophobic with no sunlight facing window.2nd room allocated was better though the damp on the wall due to ac leaking should be fixed. No seperator between shower unit n toilet or wash bassin. The breakfast also too limitedand should at least include some basic fruits

Бронировали такси из аэропорта Бангалора, оперативно среагировали и подтвердили заказ. Вай фай отлично работает. Потрясающий вид из окон на стадион. Очень вкусная еда в ресторане на 4 этаже. Точно вернемся сюда еще.

Room size was small and price was comparatively high for that room size.

staff was polite, decor was good , Swami's photos were very nicely placed.

Food was average. Roo. Size is very small, Not much space to keep suitcase in the room. There should be a suitcase table and more plug points on both side of the bed. Toilet was very smelly.

it's marked as a 5* but in contrast to actual 5* hotels, it's more of a 3 or very high 2* hotel. Hotels in Prashanti generally have a long way to go to hit the mark

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room assigned to us was extremely small, which caused the bathroom's humidity to seep into the room, creating a terrible smell making it difficult to breathe comfortably. When I requested a room with a window to improve ventilation, the only option offered was another room at an extra cost of over 1000 rupees per day.Moreover, the treatment from staff was very poor. The front desk gentleman was arrogant and rude, showing no willingness to accommodate our needs or help us. I also witnessed the manager shouting aggressively at someone in public, which was very unprofessional and drew uncomfortable attention.The overall staff attitude was unpleasant.As a professional tour guide, I would never recommend this hotel to any of my clients or anyone traveling to this area, especially considering there are many much better and more affordable hotels available.Due to these issues, we decided to leave two days earlier than planned. Considering the high price, the quality of service and rooms was unacceptable.

I don't recommend the 3 room residence option to anyone. It doesn't have a front door lock. You also cannot latch it from inside. Anyone can walk in at any time. So the front room cannot be used for sleeping. Also beware they won't tell you anything when you checkin. Management had a callous and appaling attitude saying it was a mere technical issue. Breakfast was cold and saw a number of people complaining.

Basic likes idli, vadas were not available in the morning when we went for breakfast after dharshan. Can be made available throbout pl. Sairam

I have been a regular client at the Sai Maa restaurant every time I have been to Puttaparthi before. This was my first time staying there however. Overall, the stay was up to my expectations. As usual, the food was nice and restaurant was clean. The staff are always helpful.

The bathroom and toilet in the room require some attention. Perhaps a deep clean would be needed - the tiles are stained, and there is a smell coming from the drains. Although not a deal breaker, working on this can improve the experience.

The location fed in the Google map is not very correct. I hope they rectify it.

Stay, food, staff all were good

TV buffering but it's a small bit.

What impressed me most was the thoughtful and responsible staff. After I checked out, they found something I had left behind and took the effort to safely keep it and return it to me when I came back. That kind of care and honesty really stood out and made me appreciate the service even more.

Great location for visiting Prashanthi Nilayam and other places of interest. The restaurant food was amazing

They provide very pathetic service and very rude to customers. My rating is zero. Pls do not go this hell kind of hotel. My experience is very bad and we are coming here for spoiling our peace. They proved me right. Do not ever visit this place. Regards

The fridge in the room was not chilling. Only one room key available for a 2 bedroom unit with 4 guest. Only one bathroom for a 2 bedroom unit. The hotel Poor Wifi connection/services made remote online working quite difficult and challenging.

The best place to stay if you are visiting Sathya Sai baba’s ashram.

The hotel is very good, well equipped, cosy, friendly staff, excellent location. We really liked it!

We prebooked HalfBoard, and during all 8 days we stayed - dinner menu was always the same :( Next time we would book without food - then there is an option to order food from their restaurant menu (good variety of dishes) or go to the Ashram, where for 100-170Rs per person you can enjoy multiple tasty items , In Western Canteen If not the complimentary menu - the hotel is perfect! Good value for money, and very helpful and kind staff. Looks they work as Sai Baba said, “Love all-Serve all”

Very Poor WiFi connection_always disconnecting making online conferences and online services very difficult. Fridge works but not cool enough with no adjustment to set cooling temperature.
