The staff were exceptional in hospitality, the rooms were clean, room space adequate ,at sixth floor very quiet, location was perfect just 2mins to gopuram gate The room lighting air conditioning and fan were great Staff were humble very polite and very helpful at all stages and time. Any needs immediately attended too. My special thanks to Mr Venkat,Rajkumar and Srinivasulu .despite our arrival well past midnite the staff were waiting for our arrival. The floor attendants nandtappa and Prasad and the night staff who handled our luggage were simply great. My gratitude to all the staff

The lift is quite slow but still an asset for higher floors The bathroom had an stale odour , some fragrance wd he useful Nothing negative to complain at all

Om Sri Sai Ram. We had a great stay at Sai Towers during our South African Pilgrimage to Prasanthi Nilayam 2026. We loved the staff, especially Srinivasalu and Lakshminarayan. We will definitely stay here again..However they need to sort out the construction and hot water.

Our floor was under renovation so it was very dusty and busy with construction workers. Our room didn't have hot water all the time. It was not the Sai Towers like before. We make numerous requests to check the hot water but they insisted that it's hot and functional. Our bathroom was very old compared to the other and we paid much more.

*Friendly,respectful and helpful staff. *Clean and comfortable beds. *Walking distance to Ashram. *Room service was speedy and food was great. *Fresh towels provided with toiletries. *Someone was available to check me in late at night. *Room cleaning was avaliable daily.

*Ice cold water for bathing.

The room facilities could be a lot cleaner, there was no hot water and low water pressure almost all the time. Rooms are being renovated so lots of noise during the day as a result one cannot rest during the day.

Dat ze nog steeds aan het verbouwen zijn (inmiddels al mn 3e verblijf met verbouwing). Geluidshinder is gelukkig overdag. Het wordt steeds mooier en de kamers ook

I liked the staff friendly and helpful, first room had problem with ac leaking, and they changed the room immediately

Only visible portion of room is clean under bed it's dusty and very compressed after keeping luggage no way to walk inside room

In 1 of the rooms the air con was not working. Could only use the fan in the summer heat.

I have stayed at this place twice before and this time around was my best experience. The place has been renovated and still getting renovated. I liked the new look and how clean it was. Bed was nice. Location was excellent, right opposite the ashram. Staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant was great, we only ate at their restaurant. It was clean and newly renovated. Loved the food and service.

Towels need to be updated. They were clean but old. The noise of the renovation which will be sorted after completion of work.

The room was impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to move around and relax. I was particularly pleased with the level of cleanliness throughout; the bathroom and living areas were spotless, which made the stay feel very comfortable and high-end.

Our mini-fridge was completely non-functional upon arrival, and unfortunately, the replacement they brought up was in an unacceptable state—it was full of mould. This required us to call maintenance yet again to have the new unit properly cleaned before we could use it. Aside from this lapse in hygiene and maintenance, the rest of the stay was fine.

I never get the room category I book...staff there allocates the worst room. After much ado they move you to a better room. Not sure what their problem is.

Close to ashram and clean. Staff were extremely polite and knowledgable and very accommodating. I was given an ironing board and iron almost immediately and whenever I asked for additional services, they were accommodated

I think water heating is slow but that was true of 2 other hotels in Bangalore that I stayed in so maybe a systems issue.

The proximity to Prashanti Nilayam and the restaurant was also clean and good.

Located close to the ashram so it was easy to commute. House keeping staff was good. Room was cleaned regularly

Room service staff should be more. I was told to order all food together as he wouldn't be able to come again and again with our requirements. From soup to desert everything will be delivered at one time.

niets..heerlijke warme douche 24 uur internet ( ik werk nog) 24 uurs lau dry en roomservice ( heerlijk eten en ook om 5 uur in de ochtend kopje koffie als je naar tempel wil en vroege vogel bent het restaurant overtreft alle verwachtIngen . eten en personeel en nieuwjaarsbuffet 1259 rs pp op het rooftop restaurant ( alleen bjij speciale gelegenheden ennvatering zoals bv verjaardagen)

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, posizione perfetta, ristorante fra i migliori e adatto anche a chi non mangia piccante. C'è il servizio lavanderia e buona la pulizia della stanza a richiesta. Letto comodo, acqua in bottiglia sempre disponibile.

Stanza senza finestra e quella piccolissima del bagno dava su un un ristorante. Quindi stanza buia e senza grande ricambio di aria. Comunque dotata sia di ventola a soffitto che di aria condizionata. Non prendeva il wifi.

Location of this hotel is brilliant. It is just opposite Ashram and hence very convenient.

The hotel needs a renovation of the rooms and bathrooms. While it is clean there fixtures and rooms definitely need an upgrade
