Every stay so far ended in a sleepless night. I am not sure, if it’s the construction or the guests. Each night i stayed awaked because of stomping people in the room above, sometimes until 4 in the morning. Asking the receptionist to stop this, didn’t help.

leider waren das abendliche Gericht mehr kalt als lauwarm - lag wohl an der Uhrzeit der Bestellung kurz vor Küchenschluß; dass die Fenster der Konferenzzimmer nicht zum öffnn waren - nur "gegefilterte" Luft den ganzen Tag....; die Infrastrucktur des Virtels besteht nur aus Firmengebäude und 2-3 Hotels - außer einem McD gibt es keinerlei Einkaufsmöglicheiten in der Nähe

The WIFI is dreadful. I have stayed at the hotel many times and always the TV cannot get a signal. It says you tube and Netflix but the WIFI is not strong enough to get either of these and it is constantly buffering. Only one English speaking channel on the regular TV. Should do better in these modern times

Reviewed May 1, 2026Die direkte Lage am Main, die gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto einschließlich Parkhaus und das gute Frühstück haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Auch die Aussicht auf die Skyline aus dem 15. Stock unseres Zimmers war sehr schön.
Es wäre vorteilhaft wenn es in den Zimmern auch Ablagemöglichkeiten für Wäsche geben würde. Es waren nur Bügel vorhanden zum Aufhängen. Das reicht nicht.

Das Klo hat total laut gehallt und war nur mit einer milchigen Tür ausgestattet. Der Fernseher kann kein Streaming und hat sehr wenige Sender.

My room was getting hot so they came to adjust the temperature. I was given more water bottles than I asked for always. The heating bars to put the towels on were really useful!
The room temperature control needs improvement, it does not go much below 22deg and the room becomes very hot after using the shower. I needed to open the window a few time to let the cool air in. Elevator doors are very slow to open.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026The bed was great, the room was nice, with an open bathroom area, a spacious living area with a chaise lounge, a beautiful view of the city from the 15th floor (however, it was dark when we arrived and left, so we only saw lights).
Getting to the hotel was a challenge, Google Maps took us to another hotel just behind this one and ended up in a dead end, to get to this one we had to go back and enter another street We parked in the charging area for our e-car on -2, but we couldn't find our way out as the elevators were broken, so we had to find the stairs (they were not next to the elevators). only to go one floor too high (to what we thought was the ground floor but ended up being a terrace)... long story short, there were NO signs anywhere to tell us how/where to go to the reception.
