It was neat, clean and well taken care of.

I just didn’t like there not being a microwave in the room you have to go downstairs to use a general one. Also there was a door adjoining the room next to me, the people staying next door were so loud with their kids I could hear every word they said it was very annoying. The sound goes through that door so much.

It was very hot and humid in the room and in the building

The pool was nice and it was really close to everything

Our room was not clean had to ask 3 separate times for a remote and eventually just go down and get it from the desk ourselves the elevator scraped against every floor so it was really uneasy being in it. There was hair in our bathroom trash when we arrived like a lot of it. Our towels were not clean. No shampoo. The breakfast wasn't really much but it was pretty good what was there. And the smell of weed was horrendous. It was HOT everywhere we understand its got outside but we couldn't get our room very cold honestly. The beds were so hard our back was killing us at the end. And they had random kids up and down all the halls asking people for money. The bathtub was so slick we had to help eachother in and out. The room was incredibly small so we barely had room to step around eachother and every room is a connecting room

It was close to the cowboys game.

The elevator didn’t work, the shuttle was an old van and it barely worked, and the smell in the hotel was terrible

I never stayed at the hotel because it was mowed infested. They charged me 94.92 and I would like a full refund back.

The hotel looks fine on the outer appearance, but stink with mold inside.

The staff was super friendly, also the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was so clean.

The room was not cleaned during my stay, but that did not affect my experience.

Room had a very strong humidity odor, didn't have any window to open. It's a shame as everything else was clean.

Hotel is old just covered in another coat of paint. Found 3 roaches in the room, one dead in fridge, mold on the ceiling, shower did not have any pressure, blood spot on shower curtain. Left message with front desk Melanie I believe she was very helpful and told me to write down everything. I was told the manager would reach out and so far I've called 5 times and have gotten the run around on when he comes in at this point I think I am being avoided. I had another stay upcoming in another month but will definitely be canceling.

Bed was clean. That’s about all it has going for it.

Everything else. The property is run down, the staff is rude and unhelpful. We were out of shampoo and the staff member gave me an almost empty bottle and said they were out of shampoo. The rooms are noisy and the part of town feels unsafe. I would not stay here again if it was the last place in Arlington.

Los comentarios negativos son los siguientes: el desayuno está muy escaso falta barra caliente como huevos revueltos, waffles o pancakes. pan de caja fruta picada etc. Y que no abastecían rápido el papel higiénico y al parecer no había, tampoco dan agua y es muy importante.

No estaba impecable la habitación. Había pelos en el baño, Pero más allá de esos detalles estaba bien

Paid for 3 days, 2 nights would not honor it because we didn’t check in on first day - what?? Had to call booking wait 1.5 hrs for them to resolve with hotel which took under 3-4 mins insane

Staff kept saying I don’t know it’s not my fault call booking, we don’t know call booking, nothing we can do call booking, they tried NOTHING and no sympathy even though I am part of Hilton honors - will report to Hilton as well

The location is really good for families as it is close to family-friendly places like Six Flags.

The room smelled damp when we walked in and the AC made a strange noise all through the night. We booked a stay for two nights and early on the second day we found our key cards had been deactivated and we couldn't get into our room. The front desk helped but did not take responsibility.

The location is convenient to so many attractions nearby. Great price as well.

Everything, the hotel front desk employees, was amazing and helpful. I book an extra night, after i stay 3 day stay. I stayed in 2nd floor room 217, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fair shape. The house keeper come around 830am , to do cleaning servers, so be aware put on your sign to not be awaken. The pool was good and clean and closed at 11pm. The breakfast was fair, i love the yogurt and their topping. I will stay here regularly now on, and price was good. I love it. Thanks

They dont have a microwave in the room. I did not mind going to the front desk area to use their microwave.

They welcome us friendly and very helpful. The room was amazing, i was happy that the laundry room in the 2nd floor whick easy to use. The rooms were good size and clean. The housekeeper was at the door at 830am. The pool was nice, not many people used it due outside type pool.

I dislike no microwave in the room. That is my only complaint. I need to go down the breakfast area to use thier. Just imagine how many people are trying to use one microwave for the whole building.

Rooms were so small! No closet, no space on bathroom cabinet, no dresser or area for clothes. The room should be a single queen only. I’d hate to see four adults try to share this room! Beds were too soft and pillows were trash. Walls are paper thin.

I didn't like that I paid full price for 3 days and the BREAKFAST wasn't any good not one day,im a breakfast person and it was awful,I won't be staying there again for that reason.

ホテル内の環境は最高だった 清潔、朝食などなど 一点空港への送迎ドライバーに関して一度も時間を守れないし、初日から夜まで空港に1時間以上放置され危ない目にあった.最終日は自分でターミナルを聞いたのにも関わらず、全く別のターミナルで降ろされた.おかげでタクシー台も高くついたし、次の目的地への移動手段にも乗れなかった、 最後意味のわからないところで強引に降ろされた これで満足顔なのにすごく腹が立った 2度と乗りたくない

Shower stuck on hot water (no matter how you turn the knob, it never got cooler! Room 134)

My one issue was we did not received fresh towels on 2nd day. Had to get 2 face towels from housekeeping cart. Made a request at least twice.

Clean, and comfortable. The beds were very nice and we had a great sleep.

Friendly and funny staff, clean hotel common areas, clean and comfy room. The breakfast was nice. Used the gym, liked it.

There is nothing that I can think of that they could have done differently to make my stay better. It was great.

The value for the room we had. Facility is nice and clean. Breakfast was good and well stocked up until the end. Location was perfect for us.

One elevator needed some attention.

The room smelled like smoke and the TV said that it couldn’t connect to the internet. We let the front desk know and they couldn’t fix it. I liked the shampoo and conditioner but I didn’t like that there was not any shower gel.

Location was close to water park and restaurants got a discount at IHOP.

My husband, did not sleep well. The bed was not comfotable to him.

Noise, no response from text to front desk. Went to front desk. Had to call front desk again. Noise continued throughout the night with brief stops when we complained. There was tissue on the bathroom floor, the door card reader was missing the cover, the furniture was cheaper than IKEA, no drawers, no closet, very cheap.
