My welcoming from Novotel staff members were wonderful, very helpful and understanding, as I arrived a bit early than my checking in time and they were able to check me in early. Can’t thank them enough

The dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent with a wide range of selections of both Thai and other types of food. Service staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a breakfast cafe with good coffee and a Chinese restaurant onsite so you will have plenty of options.

The hotel is not really within walking distance of anywhere particularly interesting. That being said, it was easy to get to several cool places using the Grab app. Just be aware that traffic in Bangkok is difficult even on the weekends so getting even just a few kilometers can take 15+ minutes.

Staff at the restaurant looked like they were in a rush to close the restaurant an hour early, despite being advertised as open until 10.30pm. They were too busy cleaning around.

Breakfast had a good selection except that it catered mostly to Asian tastes. The Western selections were more limited and for a Novotel I was expecting a bit more.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed work. Water seeped out of the shower and was only prevented from spreading throughout the bathroom by the bathmat. Also the bath room doors would not close properly because the door needs to be repaired/replaced. Cleaning staff should be reporting these things to the management. And you are basically dependent on taxis to travel to most places.

Dear Hotel Manager, My name is Alice, and I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received from one of your reception staff during my first check-in. When I arrived, the receptionist was not wearing a uniform, so I was not even sure whether she was a member of your staff. I simply asked whether it would be possible to stay in the same room if I made another booking for the following day. Instead of providing a helpful or professional response, she replied, “I don’t know if you can or not. Just make the booking and maybe you’ll get it.” I found this response unfriendly and unprofessional. I travelled from Phuket to attend meetings at BITEC Bangkok. I am also a major supplier to many five-star hotels, including properties within the Accor group. I have stayed at Novotel Phuket and other Accor hotels, where I have always experienced excellent hospitality and professional service. That is why I chose your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience here has been very disappointing. I believe that every hotel under the Accor brand should maintain the same high service standards. There should not be such a significant difference between Novotel Phuket and your property. What concerned me most was that I felt the receptionist treated me differently because I am Thai. I have observed that foreign guests are spoken to politely and warmly, while I was addressed in a manner that I found discourteous. I sincerely hope this was not intentional, but it made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed. I kindly ask you to investigate this incident and provide appropriate guidance or training to the staff member concerned. I checked in on 14 July at approximately 7:00 p.m. (it may have been closer to 9:00 p.m.). If necessary, please review your CCTV footage to identify the staff member involved. I am currently staying in Room 405 and will remain at the hotel until Friday.

This is our very first time me and my family all of us very happy to be here. We would recommend for whom need hotel with quiet hotel with relaxing atmosphere and the service from Zonya at the lobby is excellent on top we will come back for our next trip again

Room is comfortable but small space but is big as my room at home , at a good price too would recommend

Khun Kae (Front Office Manager) greets me warmly. When I arrive, the front desk personnel works cheerfully. My friend and I took the time to exchange our stories at Shui Xin Restaurant, where Khun Joom greets us warmly, which is outstanding. All food is satisfactory, and the pricing is reasonable! This hotel is the most tradditional Chinese buffet to maintain the history and deserves to be called "legendary," and the next time I'll try to reserve a room with a better view of east Bangkok.

The service was impeccable, everything was done very smoothly and it was a hassle-free experience. More than that, the staff was very respectful and helpful, especially Ratta, Jiang and Pib. Highly recommended this, a 10/10 experience.

The hotel was clean, as was the room. Bathroom doors in the room are weird & take a while to close. The thing that irritates me, though, is.... Please stop begging for a review. I had it from the second that we checked in. It's embarrassing. Now that we've left, i'm being hounded by email. So stop this, please! We were in room 1222 & checked out this morning. I noticed that the safety deposit box in the room isn't safe, though. I picked it up & put it under my arm as the picture shows. As its battery operated, I could've just walked out with it. The pool is 1.5m deep all the way around, and that's annoying for my partner as she couldn't touch the floor. I'd think twice about stopping there again, as there are better options for the same price around the area.!!

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bangkok. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were all welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to Ratta, Jtanghai, Pie, and Beer for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They were very attentive, respectful, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Their excellent customer service truly made me feel valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Place is very strategic, it is nearby some shopping malls and night markets. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. I was with P Zonya and P Jianghai.

I stayed there on April 12&22 for my transit flights waiting time due to avoid airport capsule hotel’s narrow space and 4hours limit room charges. Both of my arrival times were around 11 pm and checked out time were 6am due to my flights check in counter opening time were 6:30am. Hotel front desk duty staff man was very helpful and friendly. Hotel location was not far from the airport. It’s easy to get taxi service with mobile app. I think staying in airport capsule room is annoying for me and my wife.So we chosen this hotel for night stop were right choices. Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable during our stay. I’ would stay again there when I have another travel plan has enough transit time.

Novotel Bang na offers amazing amenities and I was especially impressed by the front desk team, especially Ms Zonya. They are incredibly accommodating and always welcome the guests with a smile. I highly recommend it for business travellers
