10 minutter gåafstand til BITEC så man slipper for lange taxa køer i forbindelse med messe. Lokalområdet er meget kedeligt men der er et par restauranter og massage. Hotellet er noget slidt men ok prisen taget i betragtning. Skal du ikke til messe er der bedre hoteller til prisen.

Området omkring hotellet. Værelserne er slidte. Hele badeværelset sejler i vand når bruseren kører. Langsomt internet. Altanen bliver tydeligvis ikke brugt på grund af støj. Har mere karakter af askebæger og trænger til rengøring.

Bit Far From the City but its ok

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood. Subway is in about 10-15 minutes and theres is 7eleven nearby

I had a nice spacious room with two cold air conditioners, the room was clean and good, I like the microwave in the food preparation area and the cold fridge. The body wash and the shampoo were nice and had very good smell. It can be a good enough place if you are local and you travel for work.

Unlike most of my reviews this hotel is having more negative than positive and it will be explained. The location is far from anything you would like to do as a tourist, it is away from MBK mall 30 minutes by car and if there was traffic you will have more than an hour stuck in there, it is around 45 minutes to the airport, and the only thing is there was convenience store across the street. The interior design is like a prison with gray walls but missing the safety net between the floors. I had to ask for late checkout but the receptionist asked me for extra money (100 Thai Baht) and I told him that I didn't have any money on me at the moment so he asked for (1,000 Thai Baht) and told me that he can give me until 6pm after I pay the (1,000 Thai Baht) or I can stay at the lobby for free. The worst receptionist in Thailand and he can be used on how Not to treat your gust example as the reception is the face of the business and for that is enough reason for me that I will not recommend the place. I will exclude Mrs. Nattinan because she was nice and professional. The breakfast was blunt, other than the eggs and normal cereal there was nothing that comes to taste, I have to say that there is no vegetarian or Halal option. As usual I ask for a quiet room so I restore my power for the next day, but even on the 10th floor you will hear the big long trailers moving at night with no soundproof windows daring you to sleep, and if you think about enjoying the balcony you will find the external air conditioning unit there with no view and a desk covering it so you don't use it. Also, something worth mentioning is that you will not find an electricity wall socket to charge your phone while you are in bed. It is one of the rare hotels which still uses the external receiver for the TV although I haven't used the TV!

ฉันเป็นคนไต้หวันค่ะ แต่พนักงานดีมากกกกค่ะ เพราะว่าฉันอยากฝึกพูดภาษาไทยก็เลยพูดช้าๆ แต่พนักงานยิ้มแล้วก็รออยู่🥹 ก็แล้วรู้สึกดีใจ ประทับใจฉัน โดยเฉพาะครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรกไปไทยค่าาาา มันทำให้ฉันมีความสุขมากเลยยย ขอบคุณที่มีการบริการดีที่สุดค่าา 🥳

These people clearly want to scam you. Random prices for the nights, they don’t care about the customers. I had a reservation for 6 nights with breakfast, only had breakfast on the first day because I arrived at the hotel and the room wasn’t ready, so I had breakfast while waiting. They charged me that breakfast! Even though I had 6 more breakfasts that I paid for that I didn’t even have. You explain the problems to the staff and they don’t want to know, they simply nod and smile, pretending not to understand. Cockroaches on the room. The air conditioning makes noise all night. In front of the hotel there’s a road that must have holes, all night trucks pass and bump there, it’s impossible to have a rest. They advertise a gym, you get there, there’s no such thing as a gym. Just a rack of dumbbells and 3 broken machines. People on the swimming pool until 2 am making noise and screaming and no one gives a damn. Honestly I don’t recommend, stay away.

Room was spacious. Pleasantly surprised as came with 2 toilets & 2 showers (one over the bathtub). We could pay at the property. Buffet bfast offered great variety. Smoking area out front. Pool was okay. On site restaurant was open late and meals were affordable & delicious.

Gym is made up of 1 machine and dumb bells. The bathrooms had soap scum on the faucets and weren’t very clean. There was rubbish in the side of couch. Balcony is small, only good for taking photos of horizon and drying swimming togs.

Ok das Zimmer war groß.

Zimmer sehr heruntergekommen! Kein Schlaf gefunden da es sehr laut war durch andere Zimmer und Verkehr der Straße, als würde man direkt neben der Straße stehen! Klima Anlage war nicht gut! Es war noch Müll von einer anderen Person im Zimmer!

The hotel wasn't exactly central, but it was only a 10 minute walk from Bang Na BTS station, which had a direct train into Sukhumvit.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. We had a competition in BITEC so was literally 10 minute walk.

It was a Saturday night so understandable but was very noisy outside. The AC fan blowed directly onto the bed which wasn’t ideal. But overall everything else was perfect.

Завтрак хороший - выше среднего. Персонал приветлив. Расположение в целом удачное - рядом с платной автомагистарлью, рядом есть продкутовые рынки, буфеты, ТЦ терминал, Megabangna, но если номер выходит на дорогу - несколько шумно от дороги. Полулюкс именно так выходит. До аэропорта 20 минут. 300-400 бат по деньгам.

звукоизоляция от дороги, ездят грузовики, но есть прогресс по сравнению с прошлым годом, не зависящий от отеля - стало меньше громких грузовиков, в целом движение в этом году тише - видимо приняли какие то нормы по шуму от грузовиков.

I was sharing a room with a coworker and when I fell ill staff helped book a room on my own. They were very kind and helpful.

The aircon was little tricky to adjust to the right temperature.

Exceptional customer service, for a reasonable price.

The showers were different, easy to overflow bathroom if one isn’t careful.

friendly staff Great breakfast. comfortable restaurant bar area, high quality lunch we were on a business trip not holiday so being 10 mins from the Bang Na BTS train, 8 min drive to BITEC, 35 min to BKK airport (off peak) in a quiet area was more than ok, if you are happy to be away from central Bangkok this place works. a few outside restaurants just down the hotel served good food.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for us, the room was excellent, quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and with amazing views, and the breakfast buffet was good.

The bathtub had a small crack in it which meant we couldn't use it. But this was a very minor thing that didn't affect our stay as we were happy to use just the shower.

I loved the stay it was excellent amazing and the staff was humble too the AC for the room 1021 was not working well so they changed the room on immediate bases i loved the service how ever it is far from the main center

They do not have shaving kit in the hotel which should be there
