nobody essentially spoke english, activities for foreigners not allowed unless you speak japanese, very remote location where one is basically stuck, not for active travellers:we wanted to do kayaking, cycling, hiking, visit the longevity village ogimi-nothing was possible for foreigners!!!very frustrating experience

Option for halfboard (dinner) for international guests would have been perfect... Offering coffee, desserts and drinks in the evening at beach cafe instead of free drink flow... But we really loved this place...

Beach was lovely and the swimming pool area too. Food options were ok.

more clear pricing on buffet. sometimes 6500 Yen and sometimes 8000 Yen. Tennis court was a little run down.

ビーチからの眺め、ビーチ自体両方とも、日本国内とは思えない絶景で、リゾート感満載でした。ビーチアクティビティでバナナボート＆シュノーケリングに参加して、沖合の海にでてシュノーケリングをしましたが、海の中のサンゴ礁もとてもきれいでした。体のすぐ近くまでカラフルなおさかながたくさん泳いできてくれて、楽しかったです。

私たちが宿泊した時は晴天に恵まれて風も心地よかったので大満足でしたが、荒天の場合にはやれることがほとんどなくなってしまうのでは？と思いました。

De locatie en faciliteiten waren super! Complex heeft wel wat achterstallig onderhoud, maar daar hebben we verder helemaal geen last van gehad. Heel schoon allemaal.

Het mooie strand en snorkeltocht. En hier kom je tot rust na 2 weken reizen.

Er is weinig te beleven in de omgeving dus je kan bijna niet anders dan in het hotel eten of met de auto een stuk rijden. Als je dan nog een borreltje wilt drinken moet je in het beach café een drankarrangement kopen. Daar zat ook niemand, dus pas dit concept dan aan? Ook is het allemaal wat gedateerd en basic ingericht in restaurants. Ik had er iets meer van verwacht.

Das Frühstück war japanisch und sehr authentisch, das hat uns gut gefallen. Extrem viel Auswahl. Am Strand und Pool fand man immer eine Liege, die Lage direkt am Wasser war sehr schön.

Das Resort ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das sieht man auch im Zimmer, das wir hatten. Für ein paar Tage ausspannen, können wir es jedoch empfehlen! Es war abends eher ruhig und wir haben weniger Leute gesehen. Eine Beachbar zum Sitzen am Abend gab es meines Wissens nach nicht.

Heerlijk resort. De kamer was ruim en netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is fijn, rustig en met vriendelijk personeel. De restaurants op het resort zijn prima, aan de dure kant maar niet extreem en in verhouding tot wat je ervoor krijgt. Het strand is mooi!

Everyone was so friendly. The facilities were great and we enjoyed every single experience from beach to pool, snorkelling to hiking. It was quiet environment, surrounded by nature. We are glad to choose this hotel, because it was far from the city centre. It was worth it. Trip to Kouri island and the aquarium was easy and made us a nice day trip.

Nothing really - where we stayed (main cottage) was a bit away from the main area (pool, bath, breakfast buffet). It was a nice walk during morning and evening, but sometimes it felt tiring. They have a golf cart service though.

Die Unterkunft hat allen Wünschen entsprochen.

Wir hatten ein veraltetes Zimmer, es war sauber und schön groß. Das Badezimmer hätte moderner sein können.

Mooi verblijf met veel groen, rustige plaatsen, alle voorzieningen en prima service. Ik betrok hier een 'palm cove villa' en deze deed haar naam alle eer aan. De kamer was voldoende groot en had alle faciliteiten die je je kan wensen. Bovendien is er een gezellig terras boven een waterpartij gelegen. De service in het hotel is top en er zijn talloze eetmogelijkheden en formules, allen van een prima kwaliteit. De locatie is ideaal voor het strand en ook om erop uit te trekken in het regenwoud en de mooie natuur van Okinawa te bewandelen. Ik hoop ooit naar hier terug te kunnen keren!

De kamers (palm cove villa) doen wat verouderd aan en zeker de badkamer kan eens een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. De zwembadzone kan gezelliger en met meer comfort ingericht worden en is naar Europese standaarden - in verhouding tot de rest van het resort - eerder aan de 'sobere' kant.

部屋はメゾネットで広々しており、清掃もよく行き届いていました。プライベートビーチがあり、タオルの貸出はじめシャワー、大浴場もあるので、すごく楽です。マリンアクティビティも充実しています。

あえていえば、ローストビーフにもう少しジューシーさが欲しかった。それ以外は大満足です。

Tolles Hotel. Die Gartenvilla war schön geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Es gab wenig vegetarische Optionen in den Restaurants.

We like the hotel very much. Location is great,and the beach is beautiful! Hotel offers shuttle bus from Nara which was very convenient for us. Food is very tasty and everyone finds something for them

No bikes available for kids and even though they were big enough to ride an adult bike, they were not allowed to borrow them. Also bike hire was only 2 hours and all other activities cost a small fee

Struttura fronte mare con ottimi servizi tra cui sauna, piscine e lettini sulla riva in spiaggia privata tutto incluso per ottimo prezzo. La colazione in questa struttura é una vera e propria esperienza. Pietanze fresche di ogni genere e tipo, locali incluso sashimi freschissimo e piatti caldi, alcuni preparati al momento da alcune signore del posto.

IL PERSONALE NON È IN ALCUN MODO PREPARATO PER UNA CLIENTELA INTERNAZIONALE. Se prenotate in questa struttura mettete in conto di non poter assolutamente comunicare con NESSUN dipendente del personale in NESSUNA lingua che non sia giapponese. Neanche 4 parole basiche di inglese. Può sembrare una cosa di poco conto ma pregate di non aver nessuna esigenza o emergenza durante il soggiorno e considerate inoltre che la struttura si trova piuttosto isolata quindi senza auto potreste ritrovarvi intrappolati senza nessun aiuto. Nel nostro caso la situazione é stata piuttosto drammatica dovuta al tifone del 1 giugno (peraltro mio compleanno completamente rovinato dal non poter comunicare con nessuno del personale). Ovviamente l’arrivo del tifone non é assolutamente responsabilità della struttura che però ha gestito la cosa con dei modi a nostro avviso totalmente fuori luogo. Essendo arrivati il 30 di maggio ed il tifone previsto per l’1 giugno la struttura avrebbe potuto comunicare con noi dicendoci che sarebbe stato pericoloso soggiornare lì data la vicinanza al mare e trovare un accordo di cancellazione. Invece sono venuti a prenderci a Naha (a circa 2 ore e mezza di strada) con la navetta per poi arrivare in hotel e spiegarci con il traduttore la situazione incitandoci ad abbandonare la struttura il prima possibile e non fornendo la navetta per tornare a Naha. Inutile dire che ci siamo ritrovati intrappolati in una struttura che insisteva perché ce ne andassimo e in preda al panico per la nostra incolumità. Vacanza che doveva essere un sogno si é trasformata in un incubo

I loved the atmosphere and the lounge. The food was good. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in my entire life. What a gorgeous breakfast.

Nothing to do for the late night people so I went to bed early. Woke up at 5 and there’s nothing to do for the early people either. Needs karaoke or a club or a bar.

Un des meilleurs hôtels que j’ai pu faire jusqu’à présent ! Situé dans un petit village au nord de l’île, l’exclusivité du lieu respire le calme et la sérénité. La plage est incroyable, les restaurants sont excellents, et les activités sont nombreuses pour ne pas s’ennuyer. Petit plus pour le personnel qui a été au petit soin durant le typhon, je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Nicht sonderlich charmant angelegt. Am Strand kein Cafe, keine Bar, nichts. Um 18Uhr hat man den Strand und alles geschlossen. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und nicht schön

Okuma has a well-maintained beach, offering a myriad of available activities. a FamilyMart is an easy 20-minute walk. the Garden Villas were sizeable and well-fitted. staff were kind and helpful throughout, and the on-site laundry is cheap and convenient.

as the on-site restaurants largely require reservations, this can be tricky. only one shuttle bus to/from Naha operates each day.

Service staff turned us away at breakfast because we were there shortly before service ended after having a long flight with kids so we woke up a bit late which was disappointing not to have breakfast the first morning we were there.

同行者に足の悪い人がいて　最初の部屋のお風呂に入るのは難しいし危ないとなり ホテルに相談したら 気持ちよく　別のランクが上の部屋に変更してくれました　同行者は喜んで新しい部屋のお風呂にすぐ入っていました

雨が降ったこともあり　移動や散歩などで 一々フロントに連絡して お迎えを頼まなければならなかった事です

We used this hotel as a hub to explore the north of the island, rather than to enjoy the resort. It worked very well for that purpose, and it was nice to use the hotel facilities, such as the public bath / sauna and the private beach. We also booked a snorkling activity which was fun and the guide took us to a good spot. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice, good quality. Perhaps too busy at breakfast but staff do a great job. The car park was just next to our accommodation which was perfect for us.

There is an american army base down the road which feels a bit weird next to a resort, but it was fine. Breakfast time is very busy. There was a long queue of people but lots ofr couples using 4 seat tables. They need 2 people tables.

妻の誕生日で利用。 サプライズでベッドを装飾していただきました。 スタッフの方もとても親切で、 何よりも海が抜群に綺麗でした。 施設は古くはありますが、リノベーションもされていて とても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

Ein wirklich tolles, gepflegtes und weitläufiges Resort mit tollem Strand und Gartenanlage. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Gute Ausstattung, gutes Essen.

Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter sollte wirklich dringend (!) überdacht und geschult werden. Mein Mann ist groß, mit breitem Kreuz, tätowiert (wir hatten uns vorher hier extra informiert) und trägt eine Glatze. Aufgrund seines Aussehens, wurden wir direkt schon beim Check In abgewiesen und es hieß „no military, only japanese people“ - es wurde nicht mal nachgefragt, mit uns wurde einfach nicht gesprochen. Nachdem wir dachten wir sind am falschen Eingang, sind wir ein Stück weitergefahren und standen dann vor einem Militärstützpunkt. Wir sind wieder zurückgefahren und ich habe mit Händen und Füßen versucht zu erklären, dass wir eine Reservierung haben. Es wurde sich anschließend zwar entschuldigt, das Verhalten zog sich jedoch durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Mein Mann konnte nicht eine Reservierung für die Restaurants oder andere Aktivitäten machen, da man ihn sofort abgewiesen hat und nichtmal mit ihm gesprochen hat - nur aufgrund seines Aussehens! Wir haben mit dem Militär überhaupt nichts zu tun. Selbst mit Übersetzungsapps haben (oder wollten) die Mitarbeiter kaum etwas verstanden. Englisch war sowieso komplett unmöglich, nichtmal einfachste Dinge wurden verstanden. Wir reisen sehr viel, haben uns jedoch noch nie so dermaßen unerwünscht und tatsächlich auch das erste Mal echt diskriminiert gefühlt. Jetski fahren und auch bestimmte Restaurants sind wiederum nur dem Militär vorbehalten und man muss eine ID vorzeigen. Wer auch nur ansatzweise wie jemand vom Militär aussehen könnte, selbst wenn nicht die entfernteste Verbindung besteht, dem würde ich unbedingt davon abraten in dieses Resort zu fahren. Es gab viele Annehmlichkeiten und einen wunderschönen Strand, das wurde für uns jedoch extrem von dem Verhalten der Mitarbeiter überschattet und, dass wir uns einfach extrem unwohl gefühlt haben.

Quel havre de paix d'être venus à cet Hôtel De plus, on nous chouchoute avec leur golfeuse, le petit déjeuner buffet à volonté, le sauna face à la mer, la beauté du parc, les personnels. Tout était IMPECCABLE.

La atención del personal y donde está ubicado el resort son excelentes. Las habitaciones amplias y con todos los amenities. Super recomendable!

Los restaurantes son muy caros pero se puede caminar 5 minutos y comer muy bien en los alrededores. Faltan máquinas para recargar agua.

Beautiful beach on a sunny day! Breakfast was a highlight too. Rooms are pretty comfortable too.

The recreational equipment and activity was not free which I think it should be. Especially if the weather is not very nice and activities are limited. We also moved rooms because the first one was very loud with water pipes and footsteps above in the cottages.

餐點很有特色,結合沖繩當地食材與文化!! 令我印象深刻的是 麵包區竟然有提供超級好吃的鮮奶油!!海灘很美~ 有免費的躺椅, 救生衣與挖沙工具! 住宿舒服 員工熱情! 大多數的遊客偏日本與歐美人士~ 雖然地處北部 但是 CP值很高!! 小孩們都非常喜歡 期待下次再來!!

Śniadania to mistrzostwo świata!!! Kolacja wykupiona w hotelu super, ale na drugi dzień to samo. Super plaża, czysta woda. Onsen to bardzo fajna sprawa, w Okumie z widokiem na morze. MOżliwość wypożyczenia rowerów, grania w pingpong i inne sporty, golf itp. Bardzo dobra i pomocna obsługa.

Zdecydowanie pokoje!!! Dostaliśmy pokoje w Main Cottage, pokój bardzo duży jak na Japonię, ale niestety stary, śmierdzące łóżka, okropna zżółkła kołdra i do tego śmierdząca, masakra!!! Może inne pokoje są lepsze ale te w main cottage 40 to masakra!!!

Beautiful resort in the north of Okinawa. Beautiful beach and nicely laid out, calm and tasteful. Slightly dated but rooms are very big and comfortable. The area is very nice and away from the crowds, beach activities available and the resort is close to the national park and amazing nature. Very nice breakfast and good onsen.

Die Infrastruktur eine Katastrophe. Es hatte nur eine kleine Bar am Strand welches Fast-Food verkaufte. Man konnte nirgends etwas gemütliches Trinken. Das Fleischrestaurant war nicht geniessbar und sehr teuer. Alles ging um 21.00 zu. Wir haben dann ein ganz nettes Restaurant ausserhalb des Resorts, in der Nähe, gefunden. Da haben wir sensationell gegessen und halb so teuer (Yakiniku Lion). Sehr empfehlenswert ! Ich würde nicht mehr in dieses Resort gehen.

Nette Anlage im Bungalowstil. Wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Die Strandlage war super. Das Frühstück vielfältig und lecker.

Die Hotelanlage grenzt an ein Military Recreationcenter und nicht wie auf Google Maps angegeben an einen Campingplatz. Am Samstag war dort bis in den frühen Abend ein Open-Air-Konzert…..
