Tiene una piscina enorme. Ducha y lavabo separados y sí que tienen agua caliente. No tienen secador de pelo.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero están bien.

First, it was not clear that the family cottage has no kitchen facilities. I booked 3 room for 12 pax, I asked if we can use the kitchen, "the answer was they can provide". there was no direct mention that we are not allowed to cook. There was no single apologise form the staff all he said that he will inform the management! Late night, he said that they will allow us to have our food cooked for free for the whole day and the following day they will charge us. Later in the afternoon they informed us again that they will charge us if we have food to cook. The place has cockroaches in the toilet, so much mosquitos everywhere due to so much shrubs, the photos are too deceiving. The management staff needs proper training as they represent the business. Proper decorum and attitude should always be practiced.

The place is in great location, close to the highway. Facilities were clean. Staff are nice and helpful. Perfect for a short stay.

The pool is nice, the location is great, quiet neighbourhood surrounded by nature. We stayed in a bungalow and we had a little kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice.

The fridge didn’t close properly 🙁

Fräscht färgglatt ställe. Prisvärt och nära till hamnen där man kan åka ut till sandbanken. Otroligt fin pool. Hela det området känns som 5 stjärnigt hotell. Men jag var mer eller mindre själv runt poolen hela tiden. STOR potential att göra detta område till bästa stället på Camiguin.

Dåligt wifi. Hytterna var väldigt söta och fungerade helt ok. Men dom är små, och sängen tar upp 80% av ytan.

I felt like a dry private space to change but the bathroom sink drained onto the bathroom floor behind the toilet making floor wet.

We had 5 double beds and two sofas to sleep on for 9 of us but there was no dividing curtain for privacy.

It’s a cute place that feels more like a small resort, possibly with restaurants on-site, though we only stayed to sleep since our days were packed touring around Camiguin. The location is great—close to the port, main business areas, and tourist destinations. Everything is easily accessible from here.

Beautiful location and amazing pool!

My family of 7 stayed in the unit behind the reception office. Bedroom wall is so thin you can hear everybody's conversation. The unit itself looks rundown and not well maintained. Entrance door knob doesn't open easily. Refrigerator door doesn't completely close, but still works. Wall airconditioner is dusty and dirty and barely cools the living/dining area. Place needs to be updated in my honest opinion. Overall, the staff are helpful, the area is close enough to all attractions and there are many restaurant choices around. Wifi connection is not bad. Parking can only accommodate a few vehicles so we had to park outside the property when we got back late from our excursion; not a problem for us at all, just thought I'd mention it.

Cadre très sympathique. Les cabanes colorées et la piscine de 50m sont au top ! L'entretien de la piscine n'était pas au top mais quel bonheur d'avoir un si grand bassin. Possibilité de louer des scooters et restaurants pas loin.

The Staff are so friendly and accomodating. Shout out to Benjie who goes an extra mile to assist us with our needs. Definitely will come back.

The amenities, and welcoming of staff made the experience a memorable stay, the dinner options and the food was amazing, masarap 😍. We will definitely be coming back to Lanzones Cabanas.

The second day water was barely coming out of the shower and the little that came out was cold.

Pool and ambience. Instagrammable place! Near bars/resto with live bands.

Noisy air-conditioning unit. Only turned on 1 out of 2 when sleeping. Too noisy vibration. ACU filter too dirty. Not cleaned for a while. Bed is for light to mid weight people. No backup generator. brownout twice. No water when brownout. Water will slow down if many occupants use at same time.

A lovely stay in a very good location with friendly, helpful staff. The property was very clean and tidy and had a huge very well maintained swimming pool too.

The pool and garden area were great. The cabanas are very cute from the outside and surprisingly well-organized in the inside.

Cleaning could have been better, and it was very humid inside the room, to the point that our dry clothes became almost wet from just being there. We also wish there had been a water filling station available.

We booked a 7 person room with a combined kitchen area and bedroom. The bedroom had 5 beds, the remaining two was considerably narrower sofa beds in the kitchen area. The real star of the hotel is the long lap pool, anf all the areas to hang out around it. Much attention has gone into colorful garden decorations, and the whole place is really cosy. Plus with the "superior" room with up to 7 beds (of which 5 wide real beds and 2 rather narrow sofas) if you need to fit a lot of people on a budget this a good option. Walking distance to the boats to White Island sandbar is a great plus as well.

WiFi was really slow and sometimes gave up. Wall sockets for electricity was worn down and fiddly. The hotel does not process card payments with a regular card terminal, you have to give them your CVC and the way it is processed led my bank to block the transactions. My wife's card did work. I had no issues anywhere else in the Philippines with payments, cash withdrawal, and internet payments.

Hotel staff upon arrival were not welcoming, not smiling nor friendly, no information given to customers regarding the activities to do. So I had to go back to the reception to get a bit of information since they didn’t know what to advise to their guests. It seems like they do not want to be disturbed. Place a little far for to walk and get a tricycle or multicab especially if you have some suitcases. Luckily, I kept the contact number of the tricycle driver who drove us to the resort from the airport when we arrived. Fridge not even cleaned, a slice of tomato inside which means it has not been checked. Bathroom not very clean. Ants 🐜 on every bed, stained sheets (my brother decided to sleep at the living room instead when he saw that).

The pool was very nice and big (50m). Price for accommodation was appropriate. Receptionist (male) was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

The beds were not very clean unfortunately (had a lot of stains and were smelly). The water/shower and toilet flush in our room weren’t working, but were fixed quickly by the receptionist (male). The wifi didn‘t work in the rooms at all and barely in common areas, sometimes also not at all. Receptionist (female) upon check-in was not very friendly, apparently didn‘t even think a hello was necessary.

The ambiance of the place was so nice; from the colorful Cabanas to the beautiful garden scenery, and to their big swimming pool. The location was good as it's just a short walk to the main road and accessible to nearby restaurants. Also, the staff were very kind and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay at Lanzones Cabana!

I booked this place due to the swimming pool and the glass view. We got the place and pool all to ourselves. The swimming pool is warm even though the night was cold.

Arrived on a Sunday and there was no cook. only 1 staff available on that day.

No water for 10 hours. No back-up electricity. Staff were not available when needed. No aircon for 4 hours. Water heater not working.

It’s a great glamping experience, our cabana is equipped with AC and hot shower . However house keeping is by request. The grounds is lush with beautiful plants but there were mosquitoes so can’t hang out . They have good breakfast for a fee but no other meals available but they said they’ll have it in the future. Thier beautiful football size swimming pool just opened it’s so wonderful we will able to use while we’re there The staff are very busy but very accommodating, and meets our needs . We will surely be back there again

The room might be small for a couple.

Privacy, comfort and location and great customer service. Cabana room is by itself with door entrance from outside. The bed is comfortable to sleep. Location works for us perfectly since it's close to everything specially to the ferry port. We had issue with small ants in the bed on the first room given to us but when we told them about the issue they immediately moved us to a different cabana.

The toilet sometimes doesn't flush all the waste so you have to get a bucket and flush it manually after. The room losses coolness once you turn on the bathroom light/fan.

I have the best time staying at Lanzones. The staff are very amazing and accommodating. Specially Richie, she always makes sure everything is okay and helps me with my needs. The place is quiet and accessible to restaurants. Highly recommended place.

The bathroom is not that big. The shower is not functioning. But doesn’t matter.

There were several power interuptions in the evening.
