The property is close to the Port going to white sand which is convenient and there are many restaurant in the area my favorite one is Dal-as they served a good amount of foods, tasty and satisfying.

It is clean and big rooms but inside the room window is missing it is less life.,

Property was very affordable and close to tourist destinations. The place was spacious and clean, there were even hanging racks for clothes outside.

I hope next time the owners would paint over the trash bins inside the room, it was a little jarring at first to see trash bins with labels for special waste 😅

Camas muy cómodas. A dos minutos caminando del puerto para white beach, un imprescindible de la isla. Habitación grande.

El baño, caluroso a más no poder. Y se colaban los mosquitos. No tiene agua fría. Use el hervidor de agua para ducharme mezclando con el cubo.

Location

The stay was disappointing and the place needs several improvements. There were only a few power outlets and no extension provided. The WiFi password was not given and had to be requested from the staff. One of the lights was not working and the other lights were very dim, making the room dark. There was also no fan in the living room. The bathroom was not very clean and no hot shower, and there were only a few hangers provided even though the accommodation is for 8 people. The staff mentioned that the light would be fixed, but no one came back to address the issue.

Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, eine Position ist leer, sie ist beschriftet mit "Hier klingeln". Klingel gibt es aber nicht. Es wird kein housekeeping service gewährt nur auf besondere Anforderung. Die aircon signalisiert mit einer roten Lampr eine Störung, die wir unmittelbar an eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels gemeldet haben. Es wurde aber bis zur Abreise nicht darauf reagiert. Es gibt keine warme Dusche

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet établissement et l'emplacement était super, avec de nombreux restos juste à côté et l'accès au bateau pour White Island à deux pas. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très gentil du personnel, vraiment adorable et serviable. Nous avons pu louer des scooters sur place pour visiter Camiguin. La chambre était propre et la petite terrasse très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse !

Des draps, du savon et de l'eau chaude auraient été appreciables. Une petite bouilloire dans la chambre serait également très bien pour un petit café le matin... Mais, au prix du séjour, nous ne pouvons pas en tenir rigueur.

This is a good place, mind you im a budget traveller i am only happy with a place if its 750-800 per person. El mobiliario es muy muy antiguo. No es cómodo para estar en la habitación. El baño es muy antiguo y huele mucho a cañería.

Me gustó la ubicación y comodidad de la cama.

Es aseo es muy viejo y no había agua caliente en ninguna habitación porque no hay calentador.

Bathrooms were very dirty, no hot water, there was almost no water pressure, at some times in the day water didn’t even come out. The staff was almost never at the front so we couldn’t ask there for anything.

My family love staying here and promise to be back here again. Its also accesible to all tourist spots. The most beautiful and helpful part is that you can easily rent a motorcycle with them, for us who had our son with us we really had a hard time travelling around. Thank you so much for a great experience and accommodation, hoping for a great experience again soon.

Maybe no kitchen to cook. its not that we did not like it. it just need each guest own cooking area specially those who want budgeted trip.

No wifi access the whole 3 day stay. Lack of storage for clothes. No small table inside room ( we placed outside plastic chairs inside room instead). Lack of hot water in shower ( didn’t bother me personally though).

Another standout feature is the room size, which is more than spacious enough for three people. The air conditioning worked perfectly for us, providing much-needed relief during the warm days, and ensuring we had a restful sleep at night. Overall, the accommodations were more than satisfactory. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and the location was wonderfully peaceful, offering a nice retreat after our daily adventures. The staff were also friendly and attentive, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Whether you're looking to relax after a day of sightseeing or enjoy the serene surroundings, Paguia's offers a great balance of convenience, comfort, and tranquility.

One aspect I didn’t like was the confusion surrounding their contact numbers, which made it difficult to reach them for follow-ups or any room-related concerns. I first tried calling the number listed on their Facebook page, but when someone answered, they informed me that they were from Davao Oriental, not Paguia’s. When I raised this issue with the property manager, she insisted that it was their active number, which left me quite confused. Additionally, the number provided on Booking.com was always unreachable, and despite trying the other contact number several times, it didn’t connect. The main issue here is that having reliable phone numbers is crucial for direct communication. While messages on Booking.com can work, they often come with delays, and phone calls are much more immediate for handling urgent matters or getting quick responses.

The room was very big, the staff helped us a lot with anything we needed from booking tours to help with cleaning the shoes. The location is great next to the main road and restaurant. The price is low

the table outside was not clean. it's dusty. The water that came out from the lavatory is dark at first, ad smells rusty maybe because it has been occupied for some times.
