Nothing, everything was excellent

Location was great, the room was perfect size for 3 adults, and the main bed was comfortable.

The pull out bed was not comfortable and our room had a weird noise that that happened continously through our stay. Something like the AC thumping or the sounds an elevator might make but we weren't close to one. For the price we paid, the pull out couch should be decent and it was painful and junky.

The hotel was easy to get to and park at plus within walking distance to Disneyland. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 4.

The room did not have a bathtub and it was difficult and slippery to bathe our small children in the shower.

Super Lage, Disney zu Fuss erreichbar. Viele glutenfreie Optionen beim Frühstück verfügbar :-) Zimmer war sehr sauber, nur der Boden nicht. Weiße Socken wurden immer grau. Der Pool war richtig toll.

Der Boden war schmutzig, Socken waren nach kurzer Zeit furchtbar dreckig. Preis-Leistung etwas hoch. Der Aufpreis für das Kinderzimmer war das Geld nicht wert. Sehr klein und auch schon sehr abgenutzt und kaputt.

We liked the proximity to the parks. Cleaning staff was also super nice.

Upon arrival our room was not ready. Once in the room all of the knives were on a lower level drawer that is very dangerous for a family with toddlers. We also asked for the fire pit to be turned on and they said staff was sent to go do it and they never came.

Hotel muy cerca de Disney. Se puede ir andando. Desayuno pobre La habitación estaba muy bien, con microondas fuego y nevera y muy amplia. Lo único que éramios 4 y 2 dormían en el sofa cama y éste era muy muy incómodo. Tuvímos que poner en colchón en el suell para poder descansar algo.

The location was fantastic, with Disney within walking distance. We loved having cooking facilities in the room, and the BBQ area was a great bonus. All of the amenities, including the pool, were excellent. The full-size fridge was especially appreciated and made our stay even more convenient.

I liked the location and proximity to the Anaheim Convention Center. The complimentary breakfast was decent but nice if you are in a hurry. There was a great Pizzeria downstairs as well. Very nice people and delicious food.

The room itself is very outdated, beds are absolutely terrible, pillows are flat pancakes, the bathrooms and kitchen look to have had a revamp, but I will say the bathroom sink had a horrendous rancid smell. They sent maintenance up with some sort of foam cleaner but it never truly went away. Very disappointing after the absurd amount of money I paid to stay there.

Daily breakfast was one of the highlights, it’s great that the room also gives you an option to cook. The location is based at main attractions such an Disney land or Anaheim convention center, staff are always helpful, I would definitely come back again.

Would have been nice for the gym to close slightly later than 10pm, but I can understand for security reasons. Also would be ideal for the breakfast if they could provide trays so that you can take all the food you need upstairs without having to go back and collect more food/drinks.

Continental breakfast, the size of the room, location, cleanliness

The TVs in the main area and bedroom were so slow. Streaming service is unusable. Plus I had to request a technician because for some reason the TV dims by itself. The technician was not able to resolve the issue.

Check-in was a breeze. Our room was lovely. It was very clean, located on the same floor as the rooftop pool, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We loved the pool area. Our kids are already asking to come back for another visit.

We stayed one night only to go to Disneyland on both Saturday and Sunday. We parked, checked in, utilized the pool, then drove to the Park for dinner. We returned at 11:30pm, but security told us the parking structure was full due to allowing neighboring hotels access to the structure. We were sent to the Sheraton’s overflow parking. Residence Inn didn't charge us the $40 for parking, but we had to pay Sheraton $56 and had the inconvenience of walking blocks late at night with tired children back to our hotel. We also had to schlep our luggage quite a distance to get back to our vehicle the next day. It put a damper on our otherwise lovely stay.

ディズニーランドに行くために予約しました。 今回は3泊しましたが、チェックイン時は部屋の階層まで選択させてくれました。 客室も綺麗でタオルも十分に用意されており、ルームクリーニングのサービスも不要で過ごせます。 朝食は、メニュー数は少なく、パンやスクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ポテト、シリアル等のアメリカらしいシンプルなものでしたが、ミッキーのワッフルを作ることができて、ふわふわで美味しかったです！ 何かあればホテルを出て徒歩2、3分の場所に24時間営業の薬局もあり、水や薬などけっこうなんでも揃います。 駐車場も付いており、チェックアウト後に駐車場の出口でルームキーをかざして、そのまま退場できるのもとても簡単でした！

オフィシャルホテルではないので、ディズニーランドまでの徒歩約15分の距離は仕方ないとは思いながらも、全然頑張れる距離ではありますが、子供もいると暑さも相まって少し大変でした。

I was travel with my children and grandchildren, and the hotel family suite was perfect for the 10 of us. (4 adults and 6 children). It is very walkable to Disneyland, and had a great breakfast selection.

We visited the rooftop pool, the kids enjoyed the heated pool, and spa, the splash pad was on going for our youngest to play on and the fire pits were not working.

Breakfast is the same every day so it becomes a little boring day after day. Waffles are great, especially for the kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable with wi-fi always operating. Great location - 10 minute walk to Disneyland with kids - ages 10, 8 and 6.

Lovely clean room/apartment. It had everything we needed in it. Breakfast was free so a good start to the day before we went out. Disney was a walk up one road that took us 15 mins to get to so really convenient. We done a wash load in the hotel laundry room , if you download the app that you click the QR code on it’s very straightforward to use . We had a hire car , you park it up in the hotel garage at the side of the hotel. We always got a space without any problems, Overall it was a lovely clean and well situated hotel that we would definitely book again if we were in Anaheim.

The location and breakfast

They didn’t clean my room while I was gone for 12 and half hours. I had no signs on my door, so there was no reason my room wasn’t clean and towels replaced. I called from desk and asked for towels. Someone brought them up without the wash cloth hand towels. It was hard to shower with big towels.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Even know alot of people were in the hotel you wouldn't know with how quiet it was.

The parking gate broke but it was fixed the next day.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience because it caused me an incredible amount of unnecessary fear and emotional distress. I was staying at the hotel with two close friends for a Disneyland trip, and late at night I returned to the room only to find that my key had suddenly stopped working. At the same time, both of my friends had stopped responding to calls and texts, their phones appeared off, and their locations stopped updating. Since all of my belongings — including expensive personal items — were inside the room, and because this behavior was completely unlike them, I became genuinely worried for both their safety and wellbeing. I went to the front desk for help, where Melissa assisted us. We explained that our friends were not answering calls or texts and that we were concerned something may have happened. Melissa told us that the guest on the reservation (my friend) had allegedly moved rooms and that there were private notes on the reservation she could not disclose. She also specifically told us something along the lines of, “If I call her, she might answer me,” after we explained that our friends were not responding to us. Melissa then went to the back and later returned telling us that Evelyn had allegedly answered the phone and specifically stated that she was safe but did not want us in the room, even after Melissa stated she allegedly referenced us by name. We were led to believe we were intentionally not being allowed in and that our friends had requested distance from us. This information was incredibly upsetting and honestly terrifying to hear. These are close friends I have known for years, and we had experienced absolutely no issues during the trip. I spent the night unable to sleep, genuinely scared for my friends, confused, and deeply hurt wondering if something had happened to our friendship or if they were unsafe. This would have been a huge issue if I hadn’t had a close friend that lived nearby that allowed me to stay with them for the night, otherwise we would have been left stranded without a place to sleep. The following morning, I learned from my friends that none of this was true. What happened was both their phones had died, and they just went to sleep when they got to the hotel and assumed I would just be able to enter the room once I got back (I had the other key). They had never moved rooms, never answered a phone call from the hotel, and never told staff that we were not allowed in the room or unwanted. My friend even showed me her phone log confirming she had not spoken with the front desk at all. The actual issue was simply that after they reported losing a key, the hotel had deactivated the old one without realizing I still had it. I fully understand and respect hotel privacy and safety policies. Had Melissa simply explained that my name was not on the reservation and therefore she could not issue me a key or provide information, I would have completely understood. Instead, I was given highly specific misinformation that escalated an already stressful situation into hours of unnecessary panic and emotional distress. I appreciate the professionalism of the daytime staff and management, named Christian, afterward, but I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously. Situations involving guest safety and wellbeing should be handled with care, and inaccurate information can have a very real emotional impact.

Excellent Location for Convention Center and Disneyland Access We had a very pleasant stay at the Residence Inn Anaheim and found it to be an excellent home base for our trip. The location was a standout — exceptionally convenient for Disneyland and just a few minutes from the convention center, which made our stay especially easy and efficient. It offered the perfect balance of accessibility and comfort after long days out. The room was spacious, clean, and well suited for a family stay, and the overall experience felt easy and well considered throughout. The staff was warm and professional, and the property itself felt welcoming and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also a meaningful plus, especially for a family, and added to the overall convenience of the stay.

If I had to note a couple of areas for improvement, the closet space felt somewhat limited, and the lighting in the room at night was a bit dim for our preference. Neither issue significantly detracted from our stay, but addressing them would make the experience feel even more polished. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and would happily stay here again.

Location and size of rooms.

Clean, safe, breakfast was the best free continental breakfast I’ve had.

Walk was a little further than expected from the entrance of Disneyland.

Ver specious and well equipped rooms. Break was very good compared to American standard with daily changing elements.

Everything feels a little outdated and everything is super dark due to the color scheme with dark brown. Also the eating area in the rooms with only bar stools is the most unpractical thing ever while traveling with small kids. Especially the pool area needs maintenance work done. Weird crowd with a mix of Disney families and convention attendees. Unfortunately no cot was in the room even though we requested it beforehand.

The morning breakfast and walk to Disney

The room was very spacious and comfort for our stay here. The kitchen was staffed with all necessary items and allowed for us to be able to cook if needed and to have constant cold beverages with a full fridge. The bed itself was very comfortable to sleep in and the bathroom had ample amount of towels. Overall, great room!

The bed was comfortable but there could have been more pillows for the bed. The couch as well in the living room was not super comfortable to sit on - perhaps, some pillows could make it better.

We love the Residence Inn! It’s our second time staying and we enjoy the spacious rooms, great views, amazing staff and breakfast included. It’s close enough to Disney to duck out for a rest then head back in after dark.

It was close to the convention center

The womens bathroom downstairs has a very strong and overwhelming mold smell and the breakfast was sub-par. The hotel didnt seem prepared for the number of people staying there due to the items that ran out during breakfast. Breakfast was from 7am to 10am and we were there at 730am.

Thought maybe check in a little more seamless. Could not check in with two cards also could not use virtual card. Machine not updated for that process.

Hôtel très bruyant, au niveau des équipements intérieurs de la chambre (frigo et climatisation), et alentours (couloirs de hôtel et bâtiment à côté d'où provenait un grondement assez assourdissant, surtout le matin vers 7h. Très fréquenté par les familles avec enfants, donc si vous voulez du calme, choisissez peut-être un autre emplacement.

Just the front desk clerk didn’t acknowledge I was standing and she just asked Yes ? Like one word and I replied with I have a reservation and she’s like what ? And I repeated I made a reservation then she asked what’s your name . She was just rude and needs to work on her customer service honestly.
