Muito confortável. Excelente localização para quem deseja ir ao parque
Breakfast and the little area with convenience items, foods and snacks was great! Staff were super nice too!
I reserved a room with a kitchenette and the plates, cups, bowls, cups, and utensils were not clean so I had to wash them before use. That’s was really disappointing when we wanted to just warm up something quick and nothing was clean. I also don’t like that they advertise having bikes to rent and there was literally 1 available at the property.
Sahara at the front desk was amazing. Comped our parking fee due to no where to park. Lot was full. We had to park around the corner at another hotel.
Dirty carpet, door to room was a constant struggle to open with key card. Bath Towels were like sand paper rough. Parking lot was full with no whee to park. Had to figure out what to do at midnight ~ tired from a full day at Disneyland.
Great location for Disney, very walkable area even at night. Hotel offered a good variety of breakfast options each morning and the waffle maker was a huge hit with our two children!

Close to Disney parks Clean and modern Good quality breakfast
Family rooms were difficult with only one bathroom Sofa and bunks pretty uncomfortable
Staff were great. Great location for disney, even though its around a 20 min walk. The rooms were fantastic. The facilities in our room were brilliant. Very large room. Can easily sleep 6.
The only negative for this hotel is that you have to pay $40 a night for parking.
Location and configuration
Very good room bran new
the rooms were clean and comfortable
the pool was a bit small and the soundproofing isnt great. we heard lots of walking from above and tv/conversation from next door
Pedí una suite familiar y todo muy bien y muy amplia y el desayuno excelente
Todo muy bien
Habitación, servicio, desayuno
No tan cerca de Disney
Darah went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. Her prompt communication, professionalism, and willingness to help made for a great customer experience.
Cleanness
Location
早餐 地点都挺好.
浴巾毛巾需要再干净点.
I really love how close it is to Disneyland.
Room wasn’t ready even an hour after check in time. Lobby was full of family’s waiting for rooms. Front desk staff are useless. Was charged for parking even after I was told I wouldn’t be.
The hotel was located only a 14-minute walk to security at Disneyland. It’s clean and bright and has a great breakfast.
The hotel is right next to the freeway so there is traffic noise all night long. It wasn’t terrible, but for light sleepers, ear plugs are recommended.
El espacio de las habitaciones, la limpieza y sobre todo el excelente desayuno
Al final no se respeto la tarifa de habitación mencionada en la reserva, termine pagando 365 dólares más por impuestos y estacionamiento.
Everything was great! thank you.
Nothing, everything was nice! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
The staff was super friendly. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the location was great!
The pool was shaded in the evenings so it was kind of cold.
The property was in a great location and also not too noisy or crowded food restaurants the walk to Disney wasn’t too bad.
nothing really stood out that I disliked. There was one elevator out of service, which made waiting for elevator a little long sometimes but nothing crazy overall was still great.
Something changed as I've stated here two times prior when going to Disney. This latest time we upgraded to the firework view suite but the thermostat has been disabled and is tied to a motion sensor. When we arrived the room was 86 and wood not go down on its own. Maintenance came and said it was a motion sensor. I was told its due to their sustainability policy but I don't see anything on their website saying air conditioning is no longer a thing. Soooo great you get to wave constantly at a sensor and at night it just turns off. Its cooler in the hallway and we had to close the blinds our entire trip or roast. Now I get to figure out how to charge back this stay. The prior two times were great but I didnt pay this much to close the blinds and burn up on my Disney trip.
I usually have a much better experience with the Marriott brand. Stayed for one night. Clean, modern. Walked up to the check-in ( at 3:15 pm). Ninety-nine percent of the time ( in Marriott hotels), they have a room ready. This time, no eye contact, sternly "not available yet". They have monetized the check-in times, so they won't give it to you a minute earlier. I waited in the lobby with my luggage. At 4:01 pm, my room was ready. Room itself fine, but the bathroom light switch is malfunctioning, and there's no full closet you could keep suit jackets in without the minisafe encroaching. Room next to I-5, can hear traffic ALL NIGHT. Difficult parking. Just not a good place, and it's filled with the Disneyland crowd, so this local management group doesn't seem to care. Won't stay again.
We booked four rooms at the Element Anaheim Resort Convention Center for a three-night stay to attend a family wedding. What followed was one of the worst hotel experiences our group has had, involving days without hot water, one night with no running water at all, a security incident that frightened children in our party, and front desk staff who were dismissive at every turn. Water Outage: For the first two days of our stay, our rooms had no hot water. On the third day, the situation worsened significantly. From 11pm onward, there was no running water at all, meaning no working toilets, no showers, and no faucet water of any kind. Our group returned from a family wedding that evening to find the facility completely without water and no viable solutions offered by staff. A notice had been posted stating that only hot water would be temporarily unavailable due to City of Anaheim maintenance. In reality, all water was cut off. Furthermore, the hotel's own maintenance staff acknowledged that no other hotels in the area were affected, which directly contradicts the city maintenance explanation. What is perhaps most troubling is that if this were truly scheduled maintenance, the hotel had advance notice and chose to do nothing with it. They continued checking guests in without disclosure. They made no proactive arrangements to move guests to a sister property. No manager appears to have been engaged to prepare for the outage or ensure guests would have access to basic facilities. Families with children returned from a wedding to a facility that was not habitable, with no plan in place and no one empowered to help. Staff Response: When we approached the front desk for assistance, the same staff member first told us that each room should share its toilet without flushing until water was restored at 5am. When we pushed back on how unreasonable that was for families with children who had no ability to flush throughout the night, he then suggested we use the pool bathroom, which also had no water, and then directed us to walk to a neighboring hotel and use their lobby bathrooms. When we pressed for clarity on the actual situation, he repeatedly stated there was no hot water and also no cold water, while never directly acknowledging what that combination meant: no water at all. At one point he said, "what do you want me to do, I'm a human too and need to use the bathroom." When we requested to be moved to another Marriott property, the best he could offer was free water bottles and free parking. When we asked to speak with a manager or obtain a manager's contact information, he refused. This was not an isolated interaction. On the prior nights when we complained about the lack of hot water, we were told on each occasion that there was no manager on duty and that staff could not share the name or contact information of any supervisor. We were traveling with children. Across every night of our stay, every request for a reasonable solution or escalation path was met with deflection. Security Incident: On our second night, someone was running through our floor and banging on room doors. We called the front desk and requested that security be sent and that video footage be reviewed. Neither request was fulfilled. Approximately two hours later, the same thing occurred again on our floor. We had children in our party who were frightened and woken up in the middle of the night on two separate occasions. The following morning, day staff had no record of either incident and no notes had been placed in our file. Resolution Attempts: We escalated to the hotel manager after day staff provided contact information. The response was an offer of points. We have since opened a formal case with Marriott Bonvoy. As of this posting, no one has contacted us. Four rooms for three nights at a facility that lacked basic utilities for the majority of our stay, with a security incident involving children that was never investigated or documented, warrants a full refund. We understand that sometimes things outside of anyone's control happen, but staff being indifferent, rude and unprepared, and then management not following up appropriately and with apologies, is unacceptable. We have photos of the posted notice and video documentation of the water outage across our rooms. We are sharing this account so other families can make an informed decision before booking, and to create a documented public record of what occurred during our stay.
Darah is the best and very accommodating…
none
Darah was INCREDIBLY helpful!! She was very friendly and answered all of our questions. I have stayed at a lot of hotels for business or pleasure and Darah's service was EXCELLENT!!!. ALL OF THE STARS FOR DARAH!!!
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had good options
It’s a little far from Disney
Comfy beds. Close to disneyland
Good location to Disney and breakfast
Ask for towels and shower gel on multiple occasions and didn’t turn up until prompted again. Also toilet was blocked with tissue and came up to hand me a plunger to sort myself. Not a great experience. Oh and again had to wait over 15 minutes for some boiling water to make a tea.
Great rooms and staff. Breakfast included
Pool could be larger
Muito perto da Disney, café da manhã bom servido em horário compatível com a abertura dos parques. Quartos confortáveis e é possível preprar refeições no mesmo.
O colchão da cama poderia ser melhor.
The kids loved the heated pool.
Bathroom door and lock was broken. Got stuck in the bathroom with my daughter until someone could let us out.
Good but too far from everything
Location was good. A short 10 minute walk from Disneyland parks. Plenty of food and shops a short drive from the hotel.
We booked for 6 people, on arrival only beds were made up for 4 people. When we called reception to ask if they could make up the 5th / 6th person's bed we were told they don't do that, but we could come and grab some bedding to do it ourselves. If I have booked for 6 people, I expect enough beds for 6 people to be made up on arrival. Parking was expensive.
Nice and clean
A little out of the way
We recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Anaheim near Disney with our family, and this was actually our second time staying here. Overall, it was another great experience. The room was very clean, and housekeeping really stood out—they were always on top of everything and kept the room in excellent condition throughout our stay. The runners were also quick and efficient whenever we needed something, which made things super convenient. The front desk experience was just okay overall, but I have to give a special shoutout to Mel and Dahra—they are AMAZING. I remembered them from our last stay and made sure to leave another comment for them because they truly stand out. Mel checked us out and was so friendly and genuinely helpful, and both of them made a lasting impression on our visit. My only suggestion would be to start breakfast a bit earlier. It would make it much easier for guests trying to get to the parks early for rope drop. We’d definitely consider staying here again!
This is our fourth trip using element hotel, and we have had the pleasure of working with Darah almost each, and every time . She has been wonderful to work with, my family and I truly enjoy our stay there . He have 4 children and book the room with bunk beds . Can’t find a better hotel in town that can accommodate and so close to Disneyland. Darah thank you for all your help always.
It was really nice and clean, and it looked beautiful. It was also close to Disneyland.
There is very limited parking. When we got there we didn’t have parking and half to talk to the front desk. I would have also liked if the parking was included with the price.
I like how clean and friendly staff was
It was nice being walking distance from where are show was
I recently stayed at the Element Anaheim for 6 nights (5 nights originally booked, plus one extension). The hotel was nearly at capacity, so the same room type wasn’t available for the extra night, but the amazing front desk attendant Darah proactively adjusted my room type to make it work before I even had a chance to ask. I’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back for the spotless cleanliness, solid breakfast, unbeatable proximity to Disneyland, and consistently excellent staff. Highly recommend!
I didn’t like that when you asked them to clean your room they never cleaned my room. I didn’t like the price of parking. I think it’s ridiculous over $300 for four nights is crazy for 2 vehicles.
I liked its proximity to the theme parks. Laundry services easy to use.
While it is “dog friendly”, i wouldn’t stay there with dogs again. We were several floors up, in the middle of the building.
Easy last minute booking after Disneyland: the staff gave above excellent service, the corner room was immaculate, the free breakfast was perfect for our family.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to Sarah, a hotel attendant at Element Anaheim Resort Convention Center. She was incredibly friendly, consistently helpful, and brought such a positive energy to every interaction. What stood out most was how well she represented and promoted the property—you can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work and in making guests feel welcome. Her attitude truly enhanced our stay. Great service like this makes a lasting impression. Thank you, Sarah!
Room is perfect for my family and that includes breakfast.

It was close to Disneyland. It had bunk beds and a rollout bed.
They charge you 38 dollars a day to park your car on the premises! Then, when we came back late, there was nowhere to park, so we had to drive around until someone left at 11 pm. Some of the staff were not friendly. There was no bathtub on the family suit. Also, when we tried to call them (to find out if we could check in early) it sent us to an animated call service that just said they were busy.
Nice new hotel. Very helpful manager/front desk person named Darah.
My wife, daughter and I went on trip to Disneyland (Anaheim). Brady took care of us when we arrived at our hotel. I knew it was very important for my wife to have a park view so she could see the Disney fireworks. She had reserved a room but we didn't know what floor. It was a beautiful room and it was perfect for our needs. The only problem was that it was on the second floor. It wouldn't offer a great view of the fireworks. I knew my wife wouldn't ask if it was possible to have another room on a higher floor so I snuck out of the room and went to the frontdesk to see availble options. Brady took time to check and found the same room but on the fifth floor for the exact same price. I was then able to make a wonderful surprise for my wife and daughter. Overall, we had a great stay and a perfect experience. A great thanks to Brady who really made a huge difference on the quality of our experience !!!!
I love this hotel. It’s clean, beautiful, great free breakfast, and the rooms are wonderful for families. I stay here often to walk to Disneyland, and the customer service is great. Darah was especially lovely and went above and beyond for me. I’ll be back!
Element-Clementine Anaheim Special Thanks to Darah and Jazmin - Front Desk, for being so helpful and accomodating during our stay. Everything was amazing, they went above and beyond to help us specially with my autistic son. Kudos!
Darah at Element hotel is such a special person and has made our trip truly memorable and wonderful. She went out of her way to help when she didn’t have to and her sweet attitude is contagious! Perfect for a fun Disney experience with my son. Thank you Darah, we’ll be singing your praises to management and if you’re not already you should totally be a leader with Marriott/ Westin! Also the hotel is perfect walking distance to the parks, got plenty of steps in but not too far to have to take a shuttle. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was very good overall and is what we had had hoped. When a problem came up with our reservation before our arrival, Brady was great at sorting the issue out which was really appreciated. We chose the location for the hot breakfast and enjoyed both that and the pool when the temperature hit 32 F during our stay.
No suggestions here.
Loved the breakfast variety and cleanliness.
Limited parking
From the moment we arrived at Element, Anaheim we felt welcome. Brady checked us in and from start to finish took excellent care of us. We looked forward to seeing him each day of our stay. He always greeted us warmly and took time to ask if we needed anything. When the lobby, coffee carafe was empty one evening, he made sure to find some for us. Brady provided the type of customer service that keeps customers coming back.
This is our third time at this property and we have really enjoyed our stays. The rooms smell good and are well appointed. We were in a family suite this time and our only complaint was that the cover on the bunk beds was more like a thin sheet so my kid ended up in bed with us because she felt weird without a blanket on and something with the weight of a sheet. It was quiet, we didn't have a lot of noise from our neighbors at all, the heater worked well, the shower pressure was great, the kitchen was well outfitted, it smelled good, and we drive when we're in town so the proximity to the park was great for us. We will stay at The Element again in the future.
We stayed here for 4 nights last week. The family rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, however, the mattresses are awful and the room service leaves much to be desired. We got room service twice during our 4 night stay and both times they did not bother to make the upper bunk, and the other beds were also sloppily done. Location wise it wasn't great. It's about a 20 minute walk from the park entrance but there are many other options of hotels in this category with the same distance from the park with many more things offered nearby such as stores and restaurants. There is literally nothing near this hotel. The 5 Freeway is right behind it and otherwise just street and parking lots. We used to stay at the Hyatt Place, which is about a 20 minute walk from the park also, and it offers much more in the vicinity, plus the family room/suites are larger (you have a separate bedroom) and the breakfast is so much better! In fact, the breakfast is what really maximized my disappointment in this hotel. There were very limited food options, they were notoriously out of items, half an hour before breakfast time ended it seemed like they had started to clean things away. Half of the breakfast buffet area had no food out, it literally looked like they were ready to close it up. They brought out 2 cereal bowl size fruit bowls for the entire hotel! It was cheap, lacked options and quantities were limited. No baked goodies such as muffins or similar, hardly any fruit, the eggs were awful, the avocado drenched in lemon juice presumably to avoid browning, the coffee was terrible and usually empty. There was one person working the whole breakfast area and the tables were not cleaned after a party left them. It was pretty disappointing. For the same price, I would recommend staying at the Hyatt House instead. We won't be staying here again, there are much better options in Anaheim near the park.
Darah was really awesome. She truly was there for us as guests and not just at the front desk. Her treatment of my family made our Disney trip special from the morning to the evening. She found out we missed cookies and she took the extra time to send some to our room. Her great attitude, helping us with late check out and overall customer service was outstanding.
Clean!
Our room was very noisy and rattling most of the night.
Darah was awesome!! Highly reccomend
This is our favorite hotel to stay at. Love the location, the spacious room, the breakfast and the amazing staff. Darah friendly smile welcoming us when we arrive at the front desk, to the kind serving staff when we start of our day at breakfast, to the hospitable housekeeping service. All reasons we continue to stay here. Can’t wait to come back.
I will preface this with pointing out that I am a Marriott elite and, therefore, should be treated better than the average person. The hotel is right by the highway and not really near the convention center. Getting to the entrance can be a little confusing, either by car or foot, because it's on the back side of the building. You also have to pass through a gate if driving in. I was able to check-in early without issue and received a room facing Clementine and the Disneyland employee parking. Despite this being opposite the highway, I still experienced a lot of road noise, day and night. Although the building is relatively new, I still heard a lot of noise from inside. Footsteps and slamming doors were common. I also found the air conditioning system to be surprisingly loud. The bathroom has a shower, not a bathtub. If you have little ones, this may make a difference. I had problems with the bathroom light, which is on a motion detector. While taking a shower, after the glass had completely fogged-up, the light would sometimes turn off. One the other hand, it would also come on due to movement from outside of the bathroom -- even in the dark. I ended up having to close the door to the bathroom at night to stop it. The first day, both the mirror light in the bathroom failed and one of the elevators got stuck. While both were fixed before I returned in the evening, it was a bit unnerving. As with some of the other hotels in the area, housekeeping needs work. The towels were mismatched and dingy. Towel replacement was uneven, with only some of the used towels taken, and only some of the taken towels replaced. The tea was never replaced, and I honestly would not be surprised if it's still missing from that room. Worst of all, the room *gained* random long hairs after cleaning. Gross. The breakfast is pretty good, although I wish they had real plates and silverware. If you go right around when it opens, it doesn't seem to be too crowded. If you're choosing between this hotel and the Residence Inn by the convention center, go with this one. Otherwise, you can find a nicer hotel nearby for less.
The best thing was the breakfast and breakfast staff. The room looked good from the pictures and was a good layout with enough space. There was a microwave and fridge.
No way to air out the rooms. Would have been nice to at least crack the window. There are many hotels that have that capability, this 5 story one does not. I asked a question to the clerk, said they didn't know and that was it, should have said they doesn't know but would find out. The room was dusty and dirty with hairs on the bunk beds bedding and stains on the sheets. We also saw behind the couch had something funky on the floor. The bathroom lock was loose. In that room it was hard to sleep not only with the crazy loud freeway noise, but there were loud sounds of someone running back and forth above us. Which lasted beyond midnight, surprisingly. The walls are thin, could hear some couple arguing. For the price we paid, I would expect better.
Location is excellent and very walkable to Disneyland. Clean, great lobby and food options in the morning. Shout out to Darah at the Front Desk. We arrived really early in the day and was able to get a room early thanks to Darah's diligence. Much appreciated. Rooms are great and beds are really comfortable! Would stay again. Great atmosphere.
Hotel was great, clean and staff very friendly. Shout out to Brady at reception and Osiris at breakfast service for going above & beyond for us. Our room was cleaned and re-stocked perfectly every day too. The only negative was the freeway noise, but didn’t impact us too much as we were very tired from 3 busy days at Disneyland!! Loved the afternoon wine & cheese in the lobby, big screen TV and BBQs for family meals. Thanks for the great stay!
Great location, close to Disneyland walking distance, extremely clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Family suite was perfect for all 7nof us! Will be back again forsure:)
Nothing I didn't like.
Room was large, clean with great views. Reception was helpful with any questions including Disney. Breakfast was the best we had staying 5 weeks over the west coast of states…… breakfast selection was fantastic (couldn’t fault). Walk to Disney was about 15-20 mins flat easy walk. Lastly, close to the highway but noise was not an issue - couldn’t hear at all.
Parking was a little pricey addition with no other option
Loved how clean it was
The staff were rude, unhelpful & way too much money for a terrible experience
Great hotel in an ideal location for Disney. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we loved the welcome back drink and snacks in the evening. There is always coffee and tea available and a small convenience store area. We were visiting for a short trip to Disney and the location was perfect, about a 10 minute easy walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a bit hot and miss, if you got there too late then there was not much left! A perfect finishing touch would be a bar!
Friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms. Great location
The single use plastic waste during the breakfast.
The rooms are simple and clean.
I didn’t like that I was charged a parking fee and had never been charged one on previous stays. I didn’t like that I had to put a 200$ deposit down as well when getting there that I had no idea about and also didn’t have to do that the previous times I stayed there. Front desk was rude. Toddler peed my bed and no one came to change it even asking for fresh sheets. Never came. Left one day early, didn’t expect the refund so not the issue but could not stay one more day. Breakfast was also lacking this time. I’ve stayed 2x before this and it was great not sure what happened.
Super clean and close to disneyland! Great price for what you get
The location is great, it's very close to Disneyland, I liked the cleanliness.
The best are not comfortable at all, they sink a lot, and it would be great to have more variety at breakfast.
I loved the room, the staff, the breakfast options.
Every morning and night it sounded like a bowling ball was dropped and was rolling. IThe first night we got there the fire alarm started going off in our room for no reason. I Cc called and they turned it off almost right away then came to personally check on us.
Very little parking
Clean and comfortable, friendly staff and good service during our stay
The amount of waste in plates and cutlery, coming from New Zealand we are not used to this as single use items are not used on an everyday basis. It would be nice if we came back, to see that this has changed.
Darah was very helpful and amazing helping us get checked in. She was very nice and helpful! This was a great start to the trip!
