Reviewed Oct 20, 2025The property was all that it was advertised to be and more. The staff were the friendliest that they could have been and offered the warmest welcome on arrival. From there on we were in the good hands of Lucky who was so attentive and severed us at every opportunity.
The room was just wonderful, with every amenity that one could wish for… this said a small bar fridge with have made the worlds difference.

The Spa facilities could be better. I was so cold during the massage. Heater provided was just not enough. Having fridges in the rooms would be nice. Perhaps have a little more activities to do or partake in within the yard.

The General manager of the place before arrival was so unfriendly even shouting at my wife in hospital instead of explaining things nicely. Very rude uncommodating and very aggressive way of talking left us so I distress. Not sure if she was angry with us and why ??

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025The lodge was clean and the staffs where lovely we really enjoy our stay there, the restaurant staff was really really nice and helpful specially one staff call LUCKY he was the best he really make our stay and our food more enjoyable. And the receptionist staff as well make you fell very welcoming. This lodge is a wonderful place to be I will surely come back here again when next we are visiting south Africa again. Thanks guys for all your help. AAAAA++++.

The food we had for breakfast was cooked and presented well but the choice of meals for evening were a bit limited especially for one of our party so we went elsewhere for supper.

We enjoyed the picnic, this was amazing and so much effort went into the preparation and setting up. I would really promote this to anyone to do the picnic.
