NOTHING. This place was absolutely awful.

The entire place reeks of cigarettes. Our room was absolutely disgusting. Sticky floors, couldn’t even take our shoes off. A sippy cup of sour milk behind the bed, toenails on the floor, hair in the bathroom, stain on the bedding, split substance all over the front of the fridge.

The drain in the shower wasn’t draining properly!

J’ai été très déçue de l’état de la chambre à mon La chambre n'était pas salubre du tout jai du retourner a la réception, le lit n'avait pas ete changer, rien de la chambre n'avait ete nettoyer, traces dans la cuvette de la toilette poile dans le bains poiles dans le lits plancher salle lavabo sa pousiere partout et forte odeur de cigarette , surtout pour les conditions d’hygiène et de propreté. Ils ont envoyé quelqu’un pour refaire la chambre. À notre arrivée, toutefois, seuls la cuvette de la toilette et les draps avaient été nettoyés ou changés. Le reste de la chambre n’avait toujours pas été nettoyé adéquatement.

The rooms were dirty including the bedding. The bathroom was really gross.

Loved the pool and the beds were very comfortable.

The lady that was working in the kitchen making the continental breakfast was not nice to me and my family and especially was rude to my daughter when my daughter did nothing to her, we pay a lot of money nightly to stay at that hotel and should be treated with respect from the cooking staff but no complaints about the other staff they were very kind and friendly.

The first morning o went to breakfast there was an individual in distress...what looked to me as a drug overdose... I alerted the kitchen staff she paid me no mind... until I spoke louder... ...also... there wasnt enough waffle batter...neither here nor there at the conclusion and the duration of my stay i was worried about that woman.... Hopefully none of the children present were any the wiser, of what was going on....

Good quality on everything. Decent lobby and breakfast. The beds were comfortable. All around a pretty decent stay for the expense.

The $100 deposit for incidentals is stupid. It's still sitting on my credit card. The staff could not keep up with the demand/crowd at breakfast.

The beds were very high and difficult for a short person to get into!

The shower was not draining, told the manager and nothing was done during the day and then went to shower in the evening and the tub was filling up with water and not draining, had to change rooms so my son could shower, and the fridge was broken in the room

Upon checking...we went in to see if there was a possibility of checking early...this guy approached us at the front desk meanwhile on his cellphone..so I assumed maybe he was busy so I was like oh no rush we can wait etc...he continues to say ya I have call but I talk to u too...I said ok we have a booking here this evening and we're curious if there was a chnace we could get in early if not ok great...right away he says definitely not we are sold out in a rude tone...so I was like oh ok...we walked back out to the car....there we sat for awhile just wondering where to shop or what not...as we sat there for about 30 mins..we watched multiple families of the same race go in..like im talking probly at least 3 diff parties...a couple of them came out n starting taking things out of their vehicles..so I politely made conversation and had asked them if they were also checking in that same evening..to which they all stayed yes theat they had just checked in and came to get their belongings....so at this point I was pretty unimpressed...we actually ended up staying elsewhere who were much nicer !!!! Will not come back here

The room wasnt cleaned well - dead bug on the phone, hair in the bathroom, something sticky on the night stand.

The room seemed clean and updated.

Inside the lobby and halls kind of smelled. Like cigarette smoke maybe. The breakfast eggs and sausage were gross. The window in the room wouldn’t lock. The piece of metal that secures the hotel door from intruders didn’t seem much help (it was wobbly). As a mom who stayed with my daughter, I didn’t feel overly safe. But the bed was comfy.

Most comfortable beds we have ever had at a hotel. We even took a photo of the bed and pillow brands. I already ordered the pillows for home! Location was great for the concert we were in town for.

The sheets were pilling, but still soft. The halls and bathrooms were a bit dated, but clean.

The room smelled moldy. I suspect the bathtub leaked because when you stood in the shower it got spongy, like water was under the tub. The towels were not absorbent. Someone was constantly smoking marijuana, the entire hall smelled like it. It had to be obvious to the staff. I thought it was a non-smoking hotel. It was very difficult to get the fob to work to unlock the door to get out of the pool. If there were an emergency people could not get out to get help.

NOT quality, for sure. We had room #250 There is no elevator. 2 floors Was obvious that the owner was managing the front desk, working in his office AND maintaining the breakfast room all at once. ●"Hot" water was NOT hot ●Some areas smelled of people's spices that were obviously living there. It is turning out to be a low income rental. ●Curtains hang way over air conditioner ●Air conditioner didn't work properly and would make a ticking sound ●Bathroom air vent was caked with dust ●Tub would not drain. We were standing in 3" of water while taking shower. ●Toilet had obviously not been scrubbed as there was a pink/orange ring in the bowl. ●Food smell in room ●Fridge not plugged in. Tipped to turn on and a huge puddle of water came out. It stunk. ●Paint on ceiling from wall. Could easily be touched up but isn't. ●Keys kept having to be reactivated. ●We paid $270 US, $400 CAN. It showed as a 7.5 rating. The place is very dated and needs many upgrades.

Pool was freezing, slippery to get in, dead bugs floating in water, just nasty. Room had a bit of a smell and the hallways reaked of pot and body odor. Toilet seat was broken in my room. Overall not recommended on my end. 🤢

The women at the front desk is really friendly!! The breakfast prep women was fantastic and the day workers were also friendly!! Rooms were clean !! Stayed here off and on threw the years and this staff is the best yet!!

The pool not being ready

Property information was not updated on booking.com so the pool that was advertised when I called and talked to a trip advisor was actually closed. We ended up canceling and they did not want to accept our cancellation at first. We were supposed to get a call back but never did. Very unhappy with customer service.

If the sick didn’t have puke in it and the tub drain worked properly and the ice bucket had dog food in it

The location is very convenient close to airport. Staff was professional and polite. The bed was so comfortable and clean rooms!!! They had variety of food for breakfast and they have recently renovated which shows. I would definitely stay here again when I visit !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The price was decent

We had to change rooms upon arrival due to the tv.l not working. The beds were incredibly high and not safe for children. The floors were very dirty in the rooms and hallways and stairs. There were clumps of hair on the ground around the pool area that had been there the whole time we stayed. The breakfast was decent but some options were not ideal such as the peanut butter being too hard for my child to even put on their toast. The staff cleaned our room after the first day and when taking out the garbage there were pieces of food that fell on the floor that were left there upon our arrival.

I had an excellent stay at the Quality Inn Bangor Airport and would rate the experience a 9/10. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The rooms were spacious and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities met all expectations. Property has undergone a complete renovation including new furniture. The sofa bed was perfect with the springless mattress it was very comfortable to use. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which truly made the stay feel welcoming. Its convenient location near the airport made travel very easy, and the overall value for the price was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bangor area and would happily stay here again. Breakfast was a perfect meal to start our day!

It wasn't very good, not a good selection or quality

They required a $100 deposit. Which is fine. However, it's been an entire week and I am still waiting for a return of my money. I'll likely have my bank retrieve the funds. I left the room very clean and orderly. So I'm Not happy with this.

It was close to airport and the hospital. My sister-in-law lives in Houlton. I drove up from Gray, Maine to bring her down to Bangor for her mastectomy.

Walkway was not salted and full of ice. Asked staff if they could salt it because I had a friend on crutches kind of got an attitude from the staff member.

Very bad smell in the room we had to change to another room. Luckily there was another room available. Told the The receptionist to check for gas leak or something she said she can’t smell anything because she has a bad noise

The breakfast was good the floors in the room were so dirty that my feet stuck to it. I changed rooms and it did it the same. I end up wiping the floor clean with one of their white towels and it was black I was finished.

The staff were friendly and the hotel had upgraded the rooms but the rest was disappointing.

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was great, different options was good. Our room was very clean other then the smudges on the mirrors. Mirrors are the devil to clean so it wasn't a huge concern.

Proprietor has done a good job updating the carpet in the hallways, painting the rooms and putting laminate flooring in the rooms. Rooms and bedding were clean - hallway and common areas not as much. Exterior and parking lot are rough, but interior is quite nice For the price - a great value!

Despite advertising itself as a smoke free facility, the hotel smelled very strongly of smoke. The interior of the hotel was very run-down and worn, though the condition of the room was decent enough. However, the bedding was clean, but had clearly not been replaced in a very long time. The air conditioner kept making clicking noises all night but worked well enough. It was okay for a single night, but so wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Parking was a little sketchy. AC didnt really travel well through the room (yes, it's October, but was almost 80 both days). Room was big for a standard 2-queen room. Sheets were really smooth and comfy. Breakfast was fine and up to expectations. Tub could use a reglazing. Door was tight from new-ish paint on door and frame. Hotel was clean. We woukd dtay there again.

Room smelled of dirty ashtray as did main lobby . Makes the whole place seem dirty. Didn’t stay for breakfast.

The room smelt of a dirty mop mixed with burnt materials . It was a very pungent smell and gave me a headache along with my family members. I did tell the staff, however not sure if they fixed the issue. Also the pool had a lot of chlorine and was very cloudy . The bed was extremely comfortable and the linenes were clean and neat. The toilet when I entered looked as if it were used recently and had hair on the seat along with the tub had water dew. Parking was good and the air conditioning was great.

Overall a decent stay. Hotel is old and aged but was still clean and inviting. Free breakfast is a plus. Good waffles and pastries. It’s definitely very outdated but for what you’re paying it’s satisfying.

Room was clean, staff both day and night were very kind; had an issue with my bathroom and it was taken care of extremely fast. I recommend this location for any length of your trip for sure.

A nice hotel for a short stay. The room was nice, very clean, and the continental breakfast had a nice variety! At the time of my stay, the elevators were broken, which means hauling luggage up the stairs.

Hallway carpets were dirty. Pool entrance was dirty. Had a handicapped room and the bathroom door curtain was half ripped off. I must say the bed was clean and comfortable
