Very friendly staff; clean, bathrooms nice

Breakfast ended at 9 so we missed it as didn’t arrive until 1AM due to plane scheduling; would be nice to have later hours for breakfast

We had our two young kiddos with us so they kept us on the first floor which was so nice! Very clean facilities, we loved the pool, and breakfast was wonderful. Right off the highway. They made everything about our stay so convenient!

Although we only stayed two nights, I wished they’d come clean our room when we’d left for the day!

The biscuits were delicious, but you need more fresh fruits and variety in your breakfast menu.

Not bad for what you need. It would have been better but I was given the worst room location wise. First floor, close to the lobby, next to a public bathroom, and across from a storage room where the workers talked loudly in the evening.

The window was amazing, probably the best I have ever had in a hotel. The decor was exemplary. The parking lot was really convenient. There was a Mexican place next door and a gas station across the street.

I mistakenly booked for a day later than I meant to book. I did this through booking.com. Within five minutes of booking I tried to change this to the correct day which was a day earlier. Booking.com told me to speak to the hotel and the hotel told me to speakto booking.com. In the end I was not accommodated which seemed unnecessary. More than that no one directly answered my question. This caused me stress during my seven day road trip. In the end I had to restructure my plan and spent a day in Montpelier. You should strive to be more flexible and organized.

The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms were roomy, breakfast was delicious, staff was so helpful and friendly!! I absolutely loved our stay!

The bathroom in the pool room was pretty gross, there was poop all over the toilet and trash was everywhere. I know it was busy so I'm sure it had just recently happened.

AC didn't really work but at least it was cold most of our stay. One employee seemed a little irascible.

The room was not as clean as it has been in the past. Our pillows smelled dreadful, to the point we went out and bought some.

I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, and Juanita made it even better. She was professional, courteous, and very attentive throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. Juanita provided excellent customer service and made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. We brought my son here for his birthday and they staff had a little birthday treat in our room when we arrived. The staff was amazing so polite and friendly

Room had a strange smell when we arrived. Almost like a stale diaper. Overall it was tidy but looked like the clean before hand was very quick and rushed. Some areas looked to be in disrepair. Strange man lurking outside the back of the hotel room and an end of the building that isn't visible. He approached me, and was also inside the hotel pool area for an extended time. Unsure why if he had a room booked he would spend so much time out by the shed.

Hot tub didn't look like it had enough chemicals. No microwave in room. No table in room

Asked for extra pillows and towels, my request was granted. The room was clean and the pool area was great.

Too many unsupervised kids running up and down the hallways at 10:30 PM. Had to call front desk to put a stop to them

The mattress in our room was not comfortable.

Breakfast was good. The pool was nice.The place was clean.

The temperature in the room was extremely warm and the thermometer didn't work even when we tried to turn on the AC. We had the manager come up and everything and it still didn't cool down. Also the hot tub bubbles/jets wouldn't turn on and no one seemed to know why. It was a bit frustrating.

Great service, clean, comfortable room and very friendly, welcoming staff. We would absolutely come back here. My friends and I drove to Bangor to visit a friend in the ICU. We called the Fairfield to see if we could check in early and the front desk guy, Daniel Balleza, got us an open room at a great rate. We were able to check in at 8am, 10 minutes after making the booking. No extra cost for coming in early. Another local hotel would not let us check in before 12pm and didn’t even try to accommodate us.

Housekeeping only works every other day. Fine but weren't told. Had to get towels from front desk. Plus if want people to reuse towels need racks/hooks to hang towels on to dry.

Pleasant staff lean rooms

We had a dog with us and we were on the second floor , our room was quite far down hall from elevator the dog not fussy about elevator any place we have stayed before with a dog has had the room on the first floor close to a exit door convenient to taking dog out to washroom or for a walk.

The fitness room, pool, and hot tub were amazing. The continental breakfast was decent. The food was hot and tasted fresh. The restroom and the actual room itself were very clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The rest of the room and amenities were great, but the beds were horrible.
