- Le ménage est souvent fait trop rapidement et de manière incomplète : les draps ne sont pas changés malgré le papier vert, la salle de bain n’est pas nettoyée correctement et la terrasse reste sale. Une fois, en seulement 10 minutes, la chambre était déjà déclarée « finish », alors que rien n’avait été fait correctement. La femme de ménage était par ailleurs au téléphone. Je recommande de renforcer les contrôles afin de vérifier que le ménage est réellement effectué dans son intégralité. - L’attribution des tables n’est finalement pas nécessaire, car cela fait attendre les autres clients dans la file. Et de tout façon, les autres clients prennent parfois les tables qui nous sont réservées. À mon avis, l’accueil est très bien organisé et demander simplement de limiter à demander le numéro de chambre. - Le monsieur en t-shirt blanc chargé de l’entretien de la plage était pour moi une source de stress. Il vient systématiquement à la même heure balayer juste devant nos transats. Il serait préférable d’effectuer ce nettoyage après le départ des clients afin de ne pas perturber leur moment de détente.

This hotel is perfect if you prefer to take it easy and relax all day! Maria was fantastic at the reception. All the food, desserts, gelato bar, and coctails were perfect! Evening music was good too!

For this 5 star hotel need to have a decent coffee bar too with premium coffees and matcha latte :))

Azonkívül a hotel komplexum fantasztikus,a sok medence (amit minden este takarítanak),a bárok,az éttermek a fagyizó,wow.És az ételek is mesések,nagyon változatos mind a három étkezés és étel allergiával is könnyen találtam minden étkezéskor finomságokat.Alternatív tejek a kávéhoz,rengeteg gyümölcs,finom italok.Imádtam a rozéjukat.A kisfiam meg a Shirley koktélt🙂A szoba is nagyon szép és tiszta volt.A reptéri transzfer is jól működött. Külön szeretném kiemelni Tanját,aki nagyon kedves volt az első pillanattól és nagyon pozitív benyomást keltett azzal,hogy (bár későn érkeztünk),még kaptunk vacsorát a hosszú ut utan.Ezert nagyon hálásak voltunk.De szinten szeretném megemlíteni az összes hölgyet aki az etkezeskor az asztalunkhoz kísért,különösen Annát és Alexandrát,aki nagyon nagyon cuki volt és mindig olyan szeretettel és mosolygósan üdvözölt minket. Valamint nagyon pozitív hogy a vendégek biztonságára is figyel több vízi mentő. Egyszerűen brilliáns volt minden.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut , Strand ist sehr schön , aber nur windig . Frühctük war Super . Nur ein bemerkung : die Küche verwendet viel sugar in den Säfte u. in den Süsigkeiten .

Nichts , es gab überhaupt kein einsige Problem . Was war nicht passen , Beim Haus keeping , obwohl wir AI waren , gab es im zimmer , einmal die getrinke Pro Woche , auch die Bettwesche umtausch auch ein mal pro woche ..

Évek óta ide járunk nagyon szeretjük a szállodát. Tisztaság az ételek szolgáltatások számunkra tökéletes.

Yemekler, içecekler oldukça yeterliydi. Genel olarak hizmet çok iyiydi ve personeller güler yüzlüydü. Tesis çok büyük değil ve sakindi. Her şey elinizin altında. Biz ailece çok memnun kaldık.

אין אוכל כל הזמן, אין גיוון במאפיה (רק דברים בסיסיים) ושהגענו למלון בשעה 17 היינו רעבים מאוד ולא היה כלום לאכול למרות שביקשנו. כתוב שיש 3 מסעדות אבל זה לא באמת מאחר ורק מעל 3 לילות ניתן לעשות הזמנה אחת במסעדה לבחירה כך שזה לא באמת ״הכל כלול״ כפי שחושבים. בכל מקרה התאכזבנו מאוד כי ציפינו למלון הכל כלול וזה לא הרגיש כך.

Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Aamiaishuoneen ulkotila oli miellyttävä, meren rannalla. Sisätila hieman hallimainen, mutta tyylikäs. Hieman kolea voimakkaan ilmastoinin vuoksi. Tapas viinibaari oli ehdottamasti koko hotellin ruokailun miellyttävin kokemus. Maukkaat tapakset ja erinomaiset viinit sekä palvelu mukaan lukien täyden kympin arvoinen kokemus. Ruokailut, palvelut ja henkilökunnan ystävällisyys sekä palvelualttius kokonaisuutena erittäin hyvää tasoa huolimatta high season sesongista. Pidimme myös hotellin omasta yksityisestä merenrannasta vaikka ranta olikin kovin kivinen. Huoneen merinäköala oli hieno, auringonlaskut upeita seurata parvekkeelta kauniin elävän musiikin soidessa taustalla.

Koska hotelli sijaitsee lähellä Rhodoksen lentokenttää aika ajoin lentoliikenne hotellin yläpuolella oli vilkasta. Huone oli kolmelle aikauiselle hieman liian pieni ja ahdas. Toimiva ratkaisu kuitenkin kolmen yön reissulle, mutta ei sovellu oikein pidemmälle lomalle.

Très bel hotel, très bien situé. Un cadre enchanteur, beaucoup d'espace. Belles chambres et lits très confortables. Buffet de très bonne qualité , varié à chaque repas. Superbe plage avec peu de monde.

L'insonorisation n'est pas au top, beaucoup de bruits des chambres avoisinantes et du couloir. Les restaurants à thèmes très decevants, tant au niveau du service que des plats proposés.

We had a lovely family holiday. When we arrived at the hotel around 11pm we were upgraded to a bigger suite. There were drinks and sandwiches in the fridge. The buffet was one of the best we've seen at an all inclusive, especially Thursday night's street food theme. We had lunch a couple of times at the Italian for a change, generous portions of pasta and delicious flatbreads. The atmosphere around the pool was mostly lovely but the aqua aerobics music was a little loud. It was nice to see towels being removed from the over water beds when they had been left for a while. The staff were always helpful and friendly and it was brilliant being able to order drinks from your sunlounger. This was our first trip to Rhodes and we would definitely return to this hotel.

Wow, the hotel is absolutely perfect! We stayed for five nights in August and enjoyed every moment! The staff is amazing - everyone is smiling, welcoming, and friendly, from the reception team to all the staff at the bars and food stations. We received a very warm welcome. When we arrived and our room wasn’t ready yet, they immediately offered us lunch. On our last day, they arranged a room for our entire family to shower before our flight, even though it was after our check-out time. That was a very thoughtful touch. The pool is large and perfect, and the atmosphere is wonderful, happy, and relaxed. Everyone is so nice. Ordering drinks using the QR code is really fun and convenient - you can order from anywhere around the resort, including the beach. There is also a small pool with water jets, which is really nice, as well as another indoor pool on the spa floor. However, in our opinion, the indoor pool wasn’t heated enough. There is an Italian restaurant, a Greek restaurant, a wine bar, an ice cream shop, and a bakery that we especially loved, with delicious sandwiches and pastries. The hotel is clean and well organized, has a luxurious feel, and the staff work incredibly hard all the time. The food is tasty and the drinks are great. There is a good shop inside the hotel, as well as a few shops and a nice restaurant across from the hotel. Overall, the hotel provides a wonderful experience for the whole family. A few small areas for improvement: 1. Towels It’s a little disappointing that the only place to get towels is from the room after it has been cleaned in the morning, and the number of towels provided is not always enough for a family. 2. Activities It feels like there is room to invest a little more in activities for the whole family during the day. For example, the aqua gym is absolutely fantastic! Christina was wonderful! However, it only lasts for half an hour. There were a few other activities during the rest of the day, but most of them were in less prominent areas of the hotel, and there wasn’t really an activity that attracted the kids very much. The kids’ club is also located in a somewhat inconvenient spot, and we didn’t even get around to using it. It would be great to add more visible activities in convenient locations. We were also a little disappointed with the evenings. We do have young children, but even so, we felt that the evening show started too early and was too short. Everything finishes by 10:00 PM, and after that there is no activity at all. We barely managed to make it to the short evening show on any of the days. Along the same lines, we would prefer if dinner was available until 10:00 PM rather than 9:30 PM. We also didn’t particularly like how quickly all the food is taken away when the meal service ends. 3. Coffee I’m a coffee lover, and I was a little disappointed with the coffee throughout the resort. It is only available from machines (there are no baristas), and the taste is slightly sour. In my opinion, the coffee could be improved. In conclusion We had an excellent experience at Electra Palace. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend it to our friends. I would especially like to mention Petros from the reception team (I hope the name is accurate). He helped us with so many things throughout our vacation! After about two days, he helped arrange a room change for us because we wanted a pool view. He really went out of his way to find a good option that would work for our family. He even came to the pool in person at one point to find us and make sure that we were able to move to the new room! On another occasion, he even came specifically to help us get a pool table working when we couldn’t figure out how to operate it. He is cheerful, welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely seems to want to help everyone enjoy their vacation. A truly outstanding employee in our opinion. It is impossible to use the pool, because there are no sunbeds left at 10 a.m. Also, if you want to change a towel you have to go to the room and wait for housekeeping to bring new ones. Such a stupid system.

Nice size room everything provided .very clean . In every area .very friendly and helpful staff .beautiful location . Taxis easy to contact .and friendly helpful drivers .check in and out straight forward and easy .we would definitely recommend your hotel to others & we will return. We used the sauna & massage which was a wonderful relaxing experience . We couldn't have wished for anything else . Thankyou.for a wonderful holiday.

ЭТО САМЫЙ ПЛОХОЙ ОПЫТ ИЗ МНОГОЛЕТНИХ ПУТЕШЕСТВИЙ!!!! Я вообще поражаюсь почему BOOKING сотрудничает с этим отелем! Из заявленных 5* Premium - 2 звезды они сами дорисовали!!! Я забронировала и оплатила 2 номера! По приезду в отель, НО КАК ОКАЗАЛОСЬ, У ОТЕЛЯ OVER BOOKING, И ВТОРОГО НОМЕРА ПРОСТО НЕТ!!!! Они постелили 2 маленькие софы для моих детей подростков 12 и 17 лет, и еще попытались сказать что это апгрейд и это «типо sweet” Второй оплаченный номер пришлось выбивать спустя сутки!!!! Полотенца для пляжа в пятнах, и их постоянно приходится выпрашивать! Подушки ужасные! Вся канализация прогнила, и воды выходит наружу!

מלון וואו! בריכה מדהימה עם המוןןןןן מקום וגיוון בצורות הישיבה - מיטות על המים, פופים, כיסאות מסביב, ספות - מלא מקום! יש אפשרות לסרוק מכל מקום את הברקוד ולהזמין משקאות שמגיעים עד אליך לכל מקום שאתה נמצא בו. המסעדה האיטלקית היתה מצוינת, האוכל בחדר האוכל היה מגוון והקינוחים - ואוווווו!!!! יש מאפיה, גלידריה, מסעדות, ברים - והכל כלול. בכל ערב היו הופעות ממש נחמדות.

הכל מושלם רק שהמלון מרוחק מהמרכז וכל מונית לקחה מאיתנו 25 יורו להגיע למרכז...

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a szállodában, tiszta, minden igényt kielégít! Nagyon tetszett, hogy több különböző mélységű gyermekmedence volt. Az ételek nagyon finomak és változatosak. Külön kiemelném, és egyúttal megköszönném a séfeknek a munkáját, akik a glutén-és tejmentes étkezést biztosították, kiváló volt. Ezenkívül külön köszönjük Foteininek, Mártonnak, Christinanak és Kaislanak az odaadó munkáját, a Kids Club és a tornák igazán felejthetetlenné tették a nyaralásunkat!

Had a wonderful holiday here. After a tricky start , the client rep ( Tim) was unreservedly apologetic and we really appreciated that. They upgraded our room too which was a lovely gesture. Thank you Tim. The food was very, very good - fresh : nicely presented and lots of choice. Pool areas and beach superb ( take rubber beach shoes though as pebbly ). Staff in all areas were a delight - very friendly. My son and I had a wonderful time . Thank you

We had a great week here. Comfortable beds, good food, clean, staff were accommodating, the chambermaid on the 5th floor was lovely and were reception but especially Angela in the greek restaurant Location was ok. The only down side, and this is purely a personal point of view is that there were far too many children. I think hubby and I left it too late in the summer, should have gone earlier in June.

Great experience in the Aegeo spa located inside Electra Palace Rhodes. I booked a deep tissue massage and experienced great service, kind staff, relaxing atmosphere and all round professionalism. The first massage prompted me to book the second when I got a chance. Both of the massages were done by Fenia, who was amazing and adapted to what my body needed while also being very welcoming and creating a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend taking some time to check out the spa, as well as booking a massage with Fenia if you have the opportunity!

I had the Cretan massage at the spa, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The treatment was deeply relaxing, and the techniques really helped release tension while leaving me feeling completely refreshed. A special shoutout to Fenia, who was exceptional. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and her massage technique was outstanding. She knew exactly how to apply the right amount of pressure and made the entire experience feel personalized and restorative.

I was very happy with everything during my stay. The friendly and helpful staff really made the experience special. The hotel was also very clean and hygienic, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, so it was easy to relax by the pool. The food was of excellent quality, with lots of variety and great taste. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The entertainment was a bit disappointing on some days and could have been more varied. However, the weekend entertainment was excellent and created a great atmosphere.

Great hotel. It was over booked so we stayed 3 nights at another hotel. When we came to Electra Palace they compensated us for the inconvenience. So eventually it was a wonderful experience. The pools are lovely, the beach is near, and the all inclusive was great. With ice-cream and bakery at the pool. The only minor downsides are the distance from the city and the a la carte restaurants, that are no better the the regular buffet. Had a lovely week in July at Electra Palace and couldn't really fault anything! The staff are lovely and polite. The place is spotless from the rooms to the pool (the maintenance guy was actually in the pool one morning sorting something out) to the beach, the guy there even kept the walk boards free of sand constantly. The bean bag covers were also changed the week we where there. There was always plenty of sunbeds available round the pool up to 10am, sometimes later. Failing that there are some on and near the beach so there is always a choice. The QR code was great, drinks brought to your sun lounger, the beach and at night your table. Ok some of the cocktails could be better but as an all inclusive probably the best choice we have had. The food for me, a picky eater was absolutely fine! Plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant (no queues to get a table) and we tried the Italian and Wine bar which were a nice change in the evening. The ice-cream parlour and the bakery are brilliant for during the day and a lovely extra! The beach is stones so if you have water shoes I recommend you take them but there is a lovely breeze on the beach and the sunsets at night are gorgeous. You can walk into Ialyssos if you go out the back of the hotel from the beach down the side street which takes about 15 minutes and there are shops, bars and restaurants if you want a change. We only did the shops but had we been there for longer than a week we would have probably tried the bars and restaurants. There is a shop in the hotel and 2 supermarkets and a bar opposite the entrance. A taxi or bus ride is needed for anywhere else. The school holidays started half way through the time we where there and although it obviously got busier the place has so many options for seating and sunbeds it didn't feel crowded night or day! The hotel and TUI who we travelled with do advise the planes are very low as you would expect only being a 10 minute ride form the airport. These didn't bother us at all but I can appreciate some people may want to take that into consideration. All in all a fantastic place for a relaxing week away.

Really great hotel. Amazing food, nice drinks, lovely staff. Big shout out to Marton the rep who had great energy and made our trip. Really friendly, and always made time for the family. Also the bartender Justin was amazing. Really looked after us and kept the drinks flowing. Would definitely go again and had an amazing trip.

Hopefully this will help answer some questions that we had when looking. We have just spent 9 nights here (2 adults and 2 children age 9&3) and overall enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice hotel with nice clean rooms, good food and friendly staff. Not to be negative but to be perfectly honest I definitely wouldn't say it was 5 star hotel though. Rooms - our room was an open plan junior suite with garden view. This was located in the newer building and after speaking with other people that were stopping in the main building, ours was the better place to be. They said their rooms were small but I didn't see them so cannot say. Ours was spacious enough and also quiet which was good for getting the kids to sleep on a night when the music was still playing around the entertainment area. Rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard. Upon arrival the mini fridge in the room is stocked with cans of pop and a few sandwiches for the late arrival. Once the pop has been used in the fridge, it is replenished but then you have to pay for what you use. Aircon was good and we had a nice balcony to sit on although not a great view but it was quiet so ok for us. Drinks - Overall ok ish. My wife and I are not big alcohol drinkers but do like a nice beer/spirit drink when on holiday. This was a bit of a let down as the beer tastes pretty watered down and the cocktails were made from sweet syrups which were not great. We got similar feedback from others we spoke to. There are some branded spirits but it was quite hard to find a nice drink. Definitely not 5 star drinks compared to other hotels we have stopped in. Poolside the drinks can be ordered at the bar or through the qr code for your table. Some experienced issues with this but we had no problems. Food - Overall nice, the main hall has a good enough selection. Pretty much what you would expect from an all inclusive buffet hall. IMO not 5 star quality but nice nevertheless, you could always find something. Breakfast lunch and tea was all ok. Kids section was basic but had what all the fall back essentials... pizza, chips, fish fingers, plain pasta, Bolognese sauce and chicken nuggets pretty much everyday so if they didn't want something off the main line up this was a good fall back. There is an Italian restaurant which is very nice serving pasta dishes, salads and pizzas throughout lunch time and then re opens in the evening but you have to book in for that.......WAY in advance. We booked about 2 weeks before arrival on the app and struggled to get a decent time slot. We thought the day menu had more choice than the evening menu. There is a greek restaurant but we struggled to get a decent time slot which suited the kids so didn't eat here so can't really comment and also a wine bar but didn't visit this either due to the kids. We did hear this was nice though. There is a bakery open from 10:30am to I think 4:30pm that serves sandwiches and various pastries and cakes. This is quite nice for a snack and also has a better bean grinding coffee machine which tastes better than the other dowe Egberts machines in the main hall and bars. Pool area - a good layout with a central bar area with sofas. The loungers are adequate but there is options of day beds if preferred some located away from the pool and some literally in the pool. You have to be quick to get these though. We went last week of July and didn't struggle for sun loungers in the area we wanted. We were going down about 9am. We didn't see any stupid behaviour of people putting towels out at 6am etc. the hotel have a policy that they will remove any towels after 30 mins of no use but we never saw this. We went to lunch etc for around 30-45 mins each day and all was ok. The pools are different depths, there are two very shallow kids pools (ideal for toddlers) and another further around that is about 0.8m if I remember right. The main pool is maybe chest height for most average size people and then the other pool is sloped from 0.8 to about 1.8 maybe. Good for kids tbh. TAKE NOTE, we saw a couple of reviews prior to our visit too, the pools get green algae around the edges and turn white clothing green. The cleaners clean the green stuff off the pool edges each day but mine n the kids shorts liner have turned green and it doesn't come out. All other colours it didn't affect so just don't wear white and all is good. We read about it turning bleach blonde hair green but my wife's was ok so not sure on that one. There are some non slip mats around most of the pool edges but where it isn't is very slippery due to the smooth wet tiles. We saw quite a few people of all ages fall during our stay. Inflatable toys were allowed in the pool during our visit. There is a DJ playing everyday at the centre pool bar for a few hours from about 1pm which is pretty good. It's mainly house/dance music which was ok. Usual pool aerobics, volley ball etc on throughout the day. Evening entertainment was ok. The kids play park is ok, it has a slide and swings etc and all under some big parasols so good during the day for the kids but the astro turf gets VERY hot so footwear for them is a must. The kids club was fantastic, the women in there are very nice people and work very hard and do their best with what resources they have. My kids normally swerve these clubs but they loved it. They were in and out daily doing painting/drawing games, ping pong etc. Big thanks to Foteini and kaisla who were brilliant with our kids. Rental car from the front desk was quick and easy at a reasonable price. There is a shop in the hotel which has snacks and souvenirs which are reasonably priced for a hotel shop. There is not a great deal around outside of the hotel, 2 small supermarkets and a bar (rainbow bar) we didn't go here but was told the alcoholic drinks were better here but obviously you have to pay. The hotel is situated right on the beach so has good access to the beach/ sea etc. The sunsets here are incredible. It's located at the windy side of the island but the breeze was lovely and welcomed. It is on the main flight path so a plane is going over every 15 mins ISH but after a while you don't even notice. On your last day if you have a late flight then you can use the all inclusive facilities all day to 7pm. Room checkout is at 12pm but you can store your cases in a room and use the spa showers before leaving. A time slot for said changing room has to be booked upon checkout so be mindful you might not get the time slot you want if left closer to 12. Beware the spa changing room floors are like ice as they are wet smooth tiles with no grip or mats. Overall a nice hotel but definitely has room for improvement to make it a 5 star hotel experience. Was it worth the money we paid, probably not, imo the hotel is more 4 star but nevertheless it was a nice relaxing holiday and would probably recommend.

האוכל השתנה מהשנה שעברה, פחות מבחר בסלטים,בסוגי בשר,לא היה אוכל סיני מה שבעבר היה לפחות פעם בשבוע,קצת היה מאכזב, הניקיון בחדר לא היה מספיק טוב, העובדת ניקיון מקסימה,אך החדר והמיקלחת לא נשטפו פעם אחת במהלך השהות שלנו , רק סידרה את המיטה, החליפה מגבות, ואספה אשפה מעבר לזה לא היה ניקיון ושטיפה של החדר ושל הריהוט וחבל,

חזרנו אליו כבר פעם 3 ברציפות המלון מעולה, הצוות אדיב ונפלא, הכל היה נקי ואווירה טובה, רבע שעה נסיעה משדה התעופה וגם לעיר העתיקה והחדשה, והמסעדה האיטלקית שלהם טעימה, כנ"ל גם לגביי העיסוי שעשינו וגם צוות הקבלה תמיד קשוב ואיכפתי.

הרמה של האוכל ירדה בכמה רמות לעומת פעמים קודמות שהיינו לא היה מגוון והמנות חזרו על עצמם ולכן הרבה פעמים מצאנו את עצמנו לא מוצאים מה לאכול למשל היה אטריות עם רוטב עגבניות היה פשוט מגעיל או בבוקר היה שקשוקה מלאה בשמן וגם היו מצבים שהאוכל נגמר ולא מילאו מלאי חדש.

We stayed for a week at the beginning of July. The hotel is a few minutes from the airport and cost about 20 euros. Driver was very friendly. On arrival hotel was very clean and reception very friendly. Our room was lovely with welcome cakes and soft drinks in the fridge. Pool area was lovely loads of sunbeds. As we were a couple we preferred the beds by the beach where it was more quiet having said that there wasn't a lot of children ( we were on honeymoon and wanted peace!) The food was lovely, staff friendly, drinks lovely. Im unsure why people have said there isn't anywhere but the sports bar across the road (does a lush gyros pitta!!). As less then a 10 minute walk away there is a little town with bars and shops. You can get a bus to the old town for 5 euros or 10 euros each return. Worth a visit. Taxi back from the old town was only 20 euros. We had such a fantastic stay that we have booked to return next year!! Only 343 days!!

We stayed here as a couple with our one year old, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to our baby, always happy to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and there was plenty of variety throughout our stay. The pool was fantastic, and the private beach was beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel.

מלון מהמם הכל כלול בסגנון המלון ולא כפר נופש. עם חוף ים פרטי ובריכה ענקית מהממת. אין במלון טירוף של משפחות עם ילדים רועשים ותינוקות ואין טירוף של בידור רועש במהלך היום. הכל רגוע ושליו. יש שיעורי יוגה, יש התעמלות במים ובערב זמרים באיזור הבריכה והבר. מיטות על המים בבריכה מהממות. לא ניתן לתפוס מיטות וללכת להסתובב והמיטה תחכה לך. הצוות מקפיד לפנות חפצים אישיים מהמיטות שלא היו בשימוש במשך חצי שעה. עד השעה 10:30 ממש מסתובבת בחורה עם הטלפון מצלמת ואחרי חצי שעה בודקת. משקאות מהבר בבריכה ניתן להזמין יש למיטת שיזוף באמצעות סריקת קוד והזמנה דרך הנייד.

האוכל בחדר אוכל טעון שיפור לטעמי. אבל זה עניין של טעם.

I had a wonderful body scrub and massage with Nicole. She was very professional, and the treatment was incredibly relaxing. My skin feels so soft and glowing, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I highly recommend Nicole and will definitely come back!

Just returned from a 11 night stay at Electra Palace, we had the most amazing time. Overall hotel and pool is very clean however for a 5 star hotel I don’t think the rooms/corridors are great. Our room was cleaned daily but would not say it was to a high standard, bed was hardly made lacked some effort I would say. Bathroom had broken shelves in shower meaning there was no where for our products, not the end of the world but for how much we paid I expected better. Food is very nice at buffet and always hot, for the al a Carte restaurants very hard to get booked into. Every time I tried to book it was only available for 1 person or very late at night, what I couldn’t understand was that every time we passed these restaurants they were empty. This meant throughout our whole stay we were unable to try out the different restaurants at night. The Italian at lunch is amazing and a nice change from the buffet! Sunbeds were clean and well maintained. They have a strict policy on reserving beds which I think is fair as this meant no sunbed wars! A lady was very good at watching for empty beds and after 30 minutes your belongings would be removed. Special shout out to our favourite members of staff who could not have done more for us. Marton (who had just started here!) was the highlight of our trip, he made us feel so welcome and always had a smile on his face, my partner enjoyed table tennis and after making friends Marton always put on tournaments especially for us! Another shout out to Justin who works the island pool bar, he was lovely, always smiling and remembered little things about us which was just a special touch. Overall, we had a great time here and would recommend to young couples for somewhere relaxing to stay. I rate 4 stars just as a result of being to other 5 stars that were better.

Just got back this morning. We had a great time. We travelled with a 4yr old and he was fine with the food (he’s fussy too). The pool is fab, the staff are great and Martin in the entertainment team made it extra special. He’s a real credit to the hotel. He took time to speak to us and even came to see us before we caught the coach back.

Had an amazing time, would highly recommend, Marton from the animation team was 10/10, so energetic and so fun!!

We stayed at this supposed 5-star hotel for 10 nights and were quite disappointed overall. The facilities and service simply didn't live up to the luxury rating or the price we paid. The pool was far too cold when we arrived, which was a real letdown right from the start. For a 5-star property, we expected properly heated water, especially at this time of year. The food was another major issue. The breakfast selection was mediocre at best, and the porridge was basically like drinking warm water ,thin, flavourless, and unappealing. We expected much higher quality from a hotel of this calibre. Poolside, there were not enough loungers/beds available, which is completely inadequate for a 5-star resort. Evenings at the pool bar were particularly frustrating. The wait times for drinks were long, there wasn't enough seating, and the chairs were surprisingly uncomfortable ,fine for daytime in swimwear, but awful when you're dressed up for the evening. We ended up avoiding the area after dark. Overall, while the location and daytime vibe had potential, the execution fell short on several key areas. Wouldn't recommend for anyone expecting true 5-star standards.

Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to Marton from the animation team. He was absolutely brilliant—always full of energy, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had a great time. Whether it was organising activities, entertaining guests, or simply stopping for a chat, he always had a smile on his face and made a real effort to include everyone. He played a huge part in making our holiday so enjoyable. We would highly recommend Electra Palace Rhodes to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. We had a brilliant week at this hotel. Food was great, drinks were also great- the Hugo spritz was my favorite. The only drink that wasn’t great was the rose wine they served in the restaurant as it was quite sweet. Rooms were spotless and towels were refreshed every day. All staff within the hotel were very friendly and happy to help. The managers within the hotel were also great and were quick to assist when me and my boyfriend needed a seat to watch the England vs Argentina game. The pool and beach areas were great, and there was always some king of entertainment day and night. Special mention to one of the entertainment staff Marton, who went out of his way to welcome myself and my partner and spoke to us throughout the duration our stay!

Went with my family and my sons girlfriend and we had a lovely time. This hotel is excellent, all members of staff are incredibly polite and very helpful, they go the extra mile to make your stay as hassle free as possible, my daughter unfortunately rolled her ankle and a member of staff brought a crutch to our room immediately. The place is very clean throughout and the pool area is fantastic. The food is very good, we've stayed in a few all inclusive hotels before and this one for food was certainly the best, a great choice every day and theres always quality meat and a huge variety of all options. The hotel itself is situated in quite an run down area to be honest, not really much around, but the taxis literally arrive within minutes of booking them at reception and theres plenty of lovely places not to far away, especially the old town, which is 100% worth a visit, make sure to go during the day and again at night, as it becomes a different place in the evening...very beautiful. A must visit is also Anthony Quin bay, its a great day out on a lovely beach and perfect for snorkeling, get there early tho as it becomes very busy. The water park is quite brutal but it is fun, just be prepared for a few bruises 😬 The only downside to the hotel has to be the drinks, all cocktails are made with very sweet syrups and not particularly great, the beer is rather average. All in all its a great hotel and would 100% recommend for family's or couples.

Jäätelöbaarista sai hyvää jäätelöä. Ystävällinen palvelu. Kerroksissa vesiautomaatit joista sai täyttää huoneessa olevat lasipullot. Huoneessa odotti upeat termospullot jotka sai ottaa altaalle ja vesi pysyi ihanan viileänä. Mahtavia aurinkopetejä. Lämmin suositus!!

Beautiful hotel. Sport and animation with the lovely and talented Christina was wonderful. The Personal of the reception are very nice . We wanted horse riding, they booked for us. Food is great, différents restaurants in the hotel. The pool is very nice. Their is a private beach to relaxe . The spa is very good as well. Made a great massage with a professional therapist. They propose theirs creams for sale, they are good as well. Tree nights with my daughter's in this wonderful hotel was great. Waiting for our transfer to the airport that is proposed as well

Pros: - Lovely sea view room, house keeping did a good job cleaning the room on a daily basis and topping up the mini bar. - Reception staff were very friendly and helped us with with any requests we had, we moved rooms due to some issues they had on the first night and 'lost' our toilet bag which was later retrieved. - Hotel is well maintained and kept clean inside and outside. The manager did regular inspections and everyone we really friendly. - The only drinks that was decent was the Hugo and Aperol Spritz. - Speciality restaurants: we managed to get into them all which was a lovely treat. The Greek was our favourite! - Food - a good variety, freshly made, I especially loved the fish and salads. Cons: - Drinks: ordering drinks through the app was very slow and like the other reviews the cocktails were really sweet and not freshly made. - Air traffic noise: The hotel is on the landing path for flights into Rhodes and it is very loud, it was a little disruptive especially in a big group as we had to cut conversation when a plane flew over. On the flip side it was great only being 10-15 mins to the airport on arrival and departure. - Very windy. I put this as a Con but actually we liked the breeze however it could be a problem if it isn't very hot and could be very cold. Despite the Cons I do think this hotel is a 5 star, some small things let it down but we really had a good time, the staff work really hard and I would recommend it!

I can’t go over everything but if I don’t mention it then it means it was very good 9/10 but there are a couple of exceptional points. First I will say the hotels location is near nothing else which we like to visit most evenings just to people watch ,so that was a little disappointing but not the hotels fault. Second the point about the planes is true but I rather liked that. Right here goes the exceptional ..,..,.sun bed availability . I have never been anywhere where there hasn’t been some sort of sun bed scramble but here there was none and if there was any bed blocking the hotel quietly dealt with it and I think that helped. Secondly ……Food …… best I experienced at an AI . Now for the not so good …… Drinks And Bars …..The hotel really need to take notice of the negative comments on here and also the app is not fit for purpose even when working. It also went down 3 times whilst we were there and we sat there like melons without knowing . They need more bar staff also …. The beach bar shutting before six is also out of order ….it says 6 so it should be six !!!!!

Whole holiday was amazing. We were initially worried after reading trip advisor and some dodgey reviews, however the place is perfect. Location, food, drink, service spot on. Booked to go back to day we left. Would thoroughly recommend anybody looking at this hotel to book it

Der Urlaub/das Hotel war fantastisch. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. So eine schöne Anlage, das Personal und der Service einfach super. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Alles sehr sauber!

Overall not a good experience. Drinks were supposed to be premium drinks, very few were named drinks. All local cheap and nasty drinks, cocktails all pre mixed rubbish. Terrible quality, not nice at all. Food ok in the main restaurant, à la cartes were terrible. Hotel clean but our rooms bathroom stunk like a male public toilet constantly, definitely in need of an update. Bathroom not in good condition at all. Staff a couple of bar staff were ok - lady in the bakery and guy at the beach bar were nice. Rest were miserable. This place definitely shouldn’t be classed as a 5 star at all. 4 at a push. Definitely not worth the money. Also had really noisy neighbours which we reported twice and nothing was done, resulting in very little sleep on two nights. Even the fruit juice is cordial rather than real juice. Not good at all.

Amazing hotel. Had the best 10 days with my husband and daughters aged 23 and 18. Had 2 double rooms with sea view - cleaned every day, came with all the toiletries, robes, slippers, water bottle and stocked mini bar. Food was so good, different choices in the buffet every day really good quality. Loved the Italian at lunch, the bakery and the ice cream parlour! All free on All Inclusive including the Aperol Spritz bar in the bakery! 5 outdoor pools and 1 indoor, all lovely! Great DJ by the main pool from 1-5pm every day which was good. Private beach with own Sun beds. Plenty of sun beds - no sun bed wars!! There are great pool beds and 4 poster beds which get taken between 8.30-9am but at 10.30am still beds available by the pools. Not sure why people complain about the drinks - there are so many cocktails to choose from, branded spirits, wines, bottled ciders, beer etc as well as soft drinks. You can order from your Sun bed or table! All included on AI. The staff are lovely and so friendly. The village of Llaysos is a 10 min walk away and has souvenir shops, bars, restaurants etc. During the day the aqua class was excellent - didn’t try any thing else but there were walks, circuit training, yoga, tennis, table tennis available in the day. Evening entertainment was ok - the ABBA night on Saturday was excellent and the disco night also great and got everyone dancing! They have fire eaters, rock and roll band and some other dancers. We did a trip to Rhodes Old Town which the hotel arranged the shuttle bus - allow around 3 hours to see everything there. Overall we had the best 10 days in a beautiful resort, we will definitely return!

Overall a positive experience, the hotel is clean, friendly staff, wide selection of food in the main restaurant, generally a nice ambience throughout the hotel. Additionally the staff were very accommodating when we requested a change of room due to noise from the adjacent cleaning room.

Drinks.... Drink service in the restaurant could be quicker. Often the meal is almost complete before drinks are received. All drinks from all bars are incredibly sweet and almost undrinkable, both cocktails and soft drinks. This should be improved.

Ubytovanie bolo perfektne čisté, moderne, more krásne aj bazény boli super. Nebola núdza o lehatka. Jedlo perfektne veľký vyber a vynikajúce koláčiky. Personál vždy ochotný a bezplatný transfer na letisko a z letiska veľké plus. Pohodlne a načas. Obchodík v hoteli mal krásne veci aj za dobre ceny nikde sme nenašli lepsi vyber pomer cena a kvalita.

Trosku vyrušovali prilietajúce lietadla a drinky nevedeli miešať.

La nostra camera con vista mare era proprio bella! Materasso top (il topper è più grande del letto matrimoniale ma è molto comodo). Il cibo era spaziale e noi siamo piuttosto pretenziosi.. i dolci incredibili! Una varietà eccellente ed hanno cucinato quello che ho chiesto per la mia bimba di 8 mesi ogni giorno. Tutti i dipendenti era disponibili e sorridenti e la soluzione all inclusive è veramente top! Anche l’animazione dell’hotel è stata molto apprezzata (ciao Giada!!) e ci sono ogni giorno tantissime attività da fare! La spiaggia davanti e la piscina bellissima dell’hotel hanno reso questa nostra vacanza veramente unica. Pertanto, consiglio vivamente questo hotel la vostra vacanza anche con bimbi piccoli come la mia bambina.

Forse l’aria condizionata nel ristorante era troppo forte per noi italiani (eravamo gli unici in hotel, perché la maggior parte sono inglesi e francesi - vi assicuro che il cibo era eccellente anche per noi italiani). Inoltre in camera nostra c’era un po di odore di umidità e l’impianto di aria condizionata non funzionava al top ma questo non ha assolutamente influito sul nostro meraviglioso soggiorno.

В аэропорту по прилету - встречают с табличкой, и сразу ведут на трансфер до отеля. У отеля по приезду сразу встречает девушка и всё рассказывает. Обратно так же в назначенное время ждал трансфер - всё очень удобно, не нужно ни о чем думать и переживать.

Итальянский ресторан аля карт - было скудное меню, в котором можно было выбрать только салат, пасту/ризотто (и то некоторых позиций не было), и десерт. Пиццу выбрать нельзя, итальянские закуски нельзя. Из напитков если хотим коктейль - идите сами на бар и заказывайте. Он точно не стоит того, чтобы менять на него обычный прекрасный ужин в общем ресторане

Sorry a long review, but before we came to Electra palace i was always looking for honest reviews so i wanted to do my own for anyone who's considering this hotel :) Hotel & Facilities * The hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled lovely throughout. * Beautiful, modern resort with well-maintained facilities. * The refillable water bottles and water stations were a thoughtful and environmentally friendly touch. * Aircraft flying overhead were not an issue at all, despite concerns raised in some other reviews. * Evening entertainment was enjoyable and provided something for everyone. * The kids' club and playground were excellent and perfect for young children. * The ice cream station and deli/Aperol bar were a great addition and offered a welcome alternative to the buffet at lunchtime. * While the hotel is excellent overall, I would agree with other reviews that it feels more like a strong 4-star resort than a true 5-star experience. Rooms * Beautiful, clean and modern rooms. * Loved that the mini fridge was stocked and included on arrival. * The welcome snacks were a lovely touch. * Appreciated the option to have twin beds converted into a king-size bed. * Beds were very comfortable. * No mirror above the chair/vanity area, which would have been useful. Staff & Service * Front-of-house staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. * Pool waiters provided excellent service. Food & Restaurants * The food was lovely, with plenty of choice at every meal and something to suit everyone. * If you plan to dine in the à la carte restaurants, make sure to book a couple of weeks before your holiday. I particularly loved the starters, as they gave us the opportunity to try dishes that I probably wouldn't have chosen myself. Bars & Drinks * The QR code system for ordering drinks directly to your sunbed during the day was fantastic and very convenient. * Pool bar service in the evenings could be improved. * At times guests were only able to order two drinks at once. * If you remembered an additional drink after ordering, you often had to rejoin the queue. * Drinks felt watered down. I assume this may be to discourage excessive drinking early in the day, but given the cost of the holiday, I would expect better-quality drinks and cocktails. * More bar staff are needed in the evenings, as queues can become very long and take away from the overall experience. * Table service in the evenings would be a great addition and would help reduce queues and improve the overall guest experience. Overall * We would happily return, but a few small improvements—particularly around the evening bar service and drinks quality—would help the hotel better meet 5-star expectations. * Overall, it was a fantastic family holiday with great facilities, friendly staff, excellent food and a very clean, modern environment.
