We had a lovely stay at the holiday village. Our room was very clean with lots of space to accommodate our family of 4. There is a nice family feel to the hotel where the staff all work very hard to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. The reception staff are very friendly and always there to help with any problems. There are 2 pools and also a waterpark which my children really enjoyed. The pool bar served hot snacks (chips, pizza), sandwiches and ice cream everyday. The lady at the pool bar is lovely and always has a smile. The all inclusive restaurant had a good selection of food so everyone always found something they liked. The animation team work very hard and always try to help you enjoy your holiday as much as possible. Special mention to Christian who always made us laugh and kept us well entertained. He wants everyone to have a fantastic holiday and it really shows. There is an à la carte bar run by a lovely lady called Eva who makes amazing cocktails. She is very warm and friendly and makes everyone feel like a friend. The location is a 20 min bus ride from Rhodes town/Old town or 10 mins if you go by taxi.
Atmosphere, service, very nice Agnieszka i Hania coralfamily animal
Snack bar staff really friendly, and she got to remember what i was going to ask for before I got to the front of the queue, which was great service. Entertainment staff always tried to get guests involved, but, as I went at start of season it seemed difficult to get many interested at some points, especially around evening activities. Special mention to Heini and Olivia though, who, once they have seen you a few times will always stop for a chat. I am really fussy with what food I like, but I always found something to eat. Some of the desserts, especially, were a bit too similar from one night to the next, but as an all exclusive booking, I can't complain too much about that. Although there is free Wi-Fi around the site, a couple of nights connection dropped out in the room, but as we were only in there to sleep at that point, it didn't matter too much. The swimming pools, although spacious, and plenty of room to swim at the time I went are pretty deep, even at the shallowest point. The pool by the restaurant goes from 1.5m to 3m (5ft 10ft deep) and doesn't always have a lifeguard The main pool by the snack bar is from 1.5m to (if I recall correctly) 2.8m. probably three times the size as the restaurant pool, but does have a lifeguard. There is a small kiddies only pool which is less than a metre deep, and another pool which is 1.1 metres at the deepest, but a gradual depth increase. The water park that is available on site is the same depth all the way round of about 4.5ft. Around the pool area I would say there is a lack of parasols, with only a small section including them, so you may be stuck in the direct sun for most of the day, depending on why you sit.
On arrival the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is in some need of modernisation but the setting is beautiful the trees and flowers are very pretty and the pool is great.. fairly deep all round. Our room was basic and we chose superior family room. Cleaners only come occasionally or if you put the sign on your door but that didn't bother us. No shower curtain or door. The bus outside is cheaper if you get the tickets from the shop on site. Can be busy but worth a trip to Rhodes old town. It is good walking distance from either Keremasti or Lalysos we usually went in the evening rather than stay for entertainment, but we like a walk. Plenty of coffee shops which sell lots of pastries. About 10 euros to Lalysos in taxi. Some ships and bars. Nirvana sports bar is delicious. The animation staff were brilliant. Very friendly and chatty always trying to encourage people to join in.. The breakfast was good always plenty of cereal and fresh omelette, bacon, egg etc. The children loved the snack bar, the fresh pizzas and chips. Ice-cream served from 2pm here. Evening food not as much choice as other holidays but always something to eat unless you are very fussy. We ate out a couple of times. Limited drinks on all inclusive otherwise you have to pay.. We had our transfer at 4pm but they remove wrist bands from 11 am so then you are not meant to use bar or snack bar. Luckily our children stayed round pool so theirs were not cut off and they got us drinks otherwise would have had to pay. This seems very dated. Could do with more staff as bar at night was very busy with long queues. Staff always pleasant though. Lots of stray cats and kittens.
Location from airport 10 mins away, bus to old town takes 20/25 mins (buses come every 10/15 mins, theres a qr code to scan for times at bus stop right outside hotel). Food - average at times, lunch was always better than dinner for some reason. The pool snacks become a bit repetitive and maybe could do with alternating every two weeks as they seem most popular. Special thanks to Iva (thank you for showing the football!!!), Christian and Stratos for providing excellent service throughout our stay!!
Lovely family holiday at the resort with lots of happy memories made! Children loved the lazy river and playing in the big pool. The entertainment team are lovely and genuinely want you to enjoy your holiday… polite, friendly and always smiling. A special thanks to Christian in animation team who is always joking and making the guests laugh with his upbeat personality and genuine interest in the guests enjoyment. The ladies at the pool bar are also lovely. The restaurant has different options to satisfy the many nationalities visiting the hotel and you can always find something you like to eat. The cocktail bar is nice to end your evening with the lovely Evie serving with a smile. Bus stop to Rhodes town right outside hotel and easy to explore. No complaints, a lovely holiday spent with people I love with smiles and laughter a plenty.
Családoknak nagyon jó, több medencèvel gyerekeknek csúszdás is van , egésznapos enni innivalò, minibár külön snack bár, egèsznap tudnak csipegetni a gyermekek. Kisbolt ,autóbèrlèsi lehetőség ès a busz megállója is közvetlenül a Szálloda előtt található.
had an amazing time here , olivia and hannah were great when talking to as and showing us what activities are available!!
Hannah. And heindi Olivia great part of the entertainment team! They make the hotel super also very friendly amazing with our little boy. Reception very rude not helpful at all this hotel is let down by the resection staff.
Lovely hotel, could do with some updating in the rooms but had everything we needed, aircon works well, lovely size balcony, food was nice and variety, entertainment team were brilliant! Lots of activities for the kids and getting the adults involved too, very polite and friendly staff! Hats off to Olivia, Helini and main entertainment man and all the team who were great fun and made us feel welcome and talkative! Would deffo return again!
Where to start….. So we arrived nice and early (after whizzing through the airport and hotel only 10 mins away) so just after 9pm. only to be faced with a queue of 10 families waiting to be checked in by one member of staff, first thoughts were very geared up for Eastern European clientele, signage and food etc. people dressed in very casual sports clothing at night carrying drinks to and from their rooms as nothing going on around hotel. By the time we were checked in and reached our room (stale sandwiches handed to us at check in cheese and ham, I’m veggie)it was around 10.30. Quick freshen up and down to the bar to be met with a big queue round a tiny bar and one person serving. Another barman then came round the queue and said oh bar is closed now. So went for a walk on the very busy dark main road, nothing around so headed back and went to the ‘à la carte’ bar to watch some football and purchase drinks which were nice. So completely zero from the all inclusive first night! Next day pool was carnage lots of large families with kids everywhere and very busy. Grounds of hotel were nice and pool looked nice. Always managed to get a sun lounger. Snack bar opened at 10am with pizza chips and sandwiches every single day no variation, which was probably because the breakfast was so bad so guests just ate there. 1 small bar drinks were flat, extremely cheap and sweet and smelt weird. Occasionally did have pancakes and omelettes. Don’t expect to have a nice meal experience at the all inclusive breakfast lunch and evening, its canteen style plastic tables and chairs inside and outside around the pool, food was poor quality, people queued in a line from restaurant opening waiting to get a plate and follow in a line to the salad then the hot food instead of just grabbing a plate and wondering around so took forever. No hot drinks at the evening meal, have to get your own cutlery napkins and sachets of salt and pepper. Restaurant manager never acknowledged guests just stood with hands on hips, woman clearing tables stood chewing and popping gum. None of them smiled or spoke. Poolside was clean and pool was clean but beyond that there was litter and cigarette butts on the grass and abandoned towels for days on end. The front pool was a waste of time as didn’t have any sun loungers and the only bar open was a good walk away at the other pool. Not enough tables and chairs to relax on in the evening only maybe 8 and only other place to sit was outside the restaurant on the plastic tables and chairs but they didn’t turn the lights on so when restaurant locked up and turned their lights off you were left sitting in the dark. We ate out a lot. Lady behind the main bar was rude and left you waiting until she had finished her conversation and then even though I ordered the same drinks every day she still made me repeat it twice. Drinks were ok in the “à la carte” bar but were paid for but furniture was old and dirty and we got bit many times. Entertainment team girls were very lovely and did their best, we weren’t there for kids club or water polo so didn’t participate and Christian the head of entertainment thought he was being hilarious saying oh yes you’re English and lazy and just want beer! Cleaning staff were fab and cleaned our room very well and provided fresh towels. Only 2 chairs on the tiny balcony so third person had to stand Location is too far out from anywhere, beach was 15-20 minute walk across the busy main road and then down scruffy dirt tracks. Beach was shingle with nothing to sit on. Bus was handy right outside and 15 minutes to Rhodes town which is a must visit. We walked to the nearest strip twice at Lalysos and ate in Kostas Greek taverna and cavo Tango. We also ate across the road at Rosemary which was fabulous. We visited Rhonda in Rhodes town which was also amazing. All in all poor standard and lots of unfriendly staff and being run on a shoe string which spoilt it Wouldn’t return
Small pool area. Food was fine. Not much entertainment. Be careful of the slippery floors near the pool area.
The entertainment program was excellent, especially the animators Hania, together with her Polish colleague, and Olivia, who enthusiastically encouraged everyone to take part in a wide range of activities from morning until evening. No one was left out – young children, teenagers, and adults all had a great variety of activities to enjoy. The resort is fantastic, with three swimming pools, including a large, beautiful pool surrounded by lush greenery, as well as a water park with exciting slides. The food is good, with a wide selection of dishes, and there is always easy access to children's favorites such as pizza and fries at the snack bar by the main pool, along with drinks. The resort is spacious, with many bungalows and larger buildings, so everyone can find accommodation that suits their preferences. Charming pathways lined with flowers, palm trees, and beautiful greenery create a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, and any issues are resolved immediately by the helpful reception staff.
We had an amazing holiday and made so many wonderful memories. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and as a family with children of different ages, there was truly something for everyone to enjoy. The daytime activities brought lots of smiles and laughter, especially thanks to Christian, whose Michael Jackson dance moves were a huge hit. The playful interactions between Christian and his team made the holiday extra special. They were all friendly, welcoming, and great fun to be around. They were always happy to recommend excursions, share their own experiences, and make every part of our stay even more enjoyable. My daughter, who has ASD, was warmly welcomed at the kids’ club and absolutely adored all of the staff. Their kindness and inclusivity meant so much to our family. A special mention must go to Eva at the bar, who was absolutely amazing. Her warm, friendly approach made everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always went above and beyond to make our stay special. Eva even joined in our celebrations for England’s win, dressing up and adding to the fun atmosphere. Her cocktails and drinks were fantastic, and her enthusiasm, personality, and excellent service made every visit to the bar enjoyable. She is a real credit to the hotel and helped create some wonderful memories for us. The food was quite repetitive at times and there is room for improvement in that area. However, the restaurant staff were always lovely, attentive, and welcoming.
My girlfriend and I went for a weeks trip to beautiful Rhodes and stayed here all inclusive. The biggest positive about this place is the staff - Iva at the A La Carte bar was super friendly and made us feel so welcome at the bar, and the space was perfect for watching the football later on at night. She also had great recommendations for things to do in the area! Cristian from the Animation team was also really friendly and would always stop for a catch up each day and made us feel really welcome. He helped me with my Rusty basic Italian and was full of energy for all guests. My girlfriend enjoyed the water aerobics and we both enjoyed the Zumba. The rest of the bar/hotel/animation staff were all really great and are a credit to the place. The room itself was OK - we were in a superior twin room, and the balcony was a good place to relax during the day. The bed was comfortable and the wardrobes were spacious enough for two of us; the TV only had Greek channels though and the shower sprayed in all directions. The handle of the front door came off when we first got there but that was the only major issue! The all inclusive offerings weren’t great - the beer at the pool bar is mostly foam and served in small paper cups. The cocktails didn’t taste very strong and there were three different offerings. Larger servings of drinks would’ve been ideal as the queues can sometimes build up and we would end up going to the bar several times - in the end we just ended up buying our drink from the mini market outside instead. The food went from being good on our first night when we just arrived to feeling quite repetitive and bland. We ended up going out for food for the last couple of nights as we really didn’t fancy the same food over again. All in all the all inclusive element of the hotel felt quite disappointing. The location is only good for proximity to the airport, and not ideal if you are planning to visit Rhodes frequently. The buses were cheap and direct but unreliable and sometimes cramped. The only things worthwhile that we visited in the vicinity was a Chinese restaurant and a market within a 10 min walk. In short - you get what you pay for with this hotel. The staff really are the biggest positive from our stay, but the all inclusive and the location really let it down. Rhodes is a lovely place and if we were to visit again then we would stay closer to the old town.
We had a great stay here, the animation team was amazing and so kind!!
The location wasn't ideal if you plan on going out frequently, especially to the Old Town. Taxi fares were quite expensive, costing around €35 one way for a 7-seater or approximately €22–25 for a standard taxi. That said, I have to give a huge shoutout to Christian and Heini from the animation team. They genuinely made our holiday unforgettable. Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication were incredible from start to finish. Every single day they went above and beyond to keep guests entertained, laughing, and involved in the activities, all while wearing a smile and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Their passion for what they do really shines through, and they're a huge credit to the hotel. Christian and Heini, thank you for making our stay so special—keep up the fantastic work because you're absolutely smashing it! All the best, Patrick, Kerry, Kerim, Lara, Amy and Mia ❤️
Nice spacious bungalows! Comfortable beds. Nice pool. Great pool bar.
Food could be improved, more variety.
This is not a 4 star hotel as claimed. Pros - : 3 pools and a waterpark : Friendly staff : Close to airport Cons - : Dated rooms which need repair : Food is very average : Beds are ridiculously uncomfortable and you leave with aches and pains : Lack of sunbeds : Manager never available. : Drinks are watered down. : Sewage smell next to pool.
Lovely hotel with great staff. Animation team are fantastic and so are the life guards.
This hotel we would never go to again the rooms smell musty the wardrobes musty there is water on the floor when you wake up everymorning in the bathroom which is dangerous there are faeces floating from the pool bar toilets onto the soil there was cockroaches in the pool. The food wasn’t great. The drinks were not great and it is supposed to be a four star. I wouldn’t have even called it at two. I won’t be returning and have advised others of the holiday we had if you could’ve called it a holiday we was bitten a lot from the mosquitoes. You could smell poo when you were sitting at the pool all in all this ruined our holiday that wasn’t cheap in the first place.
Lovely hotel, amazing entertainment and staff, especially Eva at the bar alle carte. She delivered excellent drinks with amazing service (and amazing mojitos)! Also plenty of really friendly cats! Overall the perfect holiday! :)
Really loved our time at this hotel! Lovely staff, great entertainment, the staff member that checked us in at night (Mike) was especially helpful and friendly! Also absolutely loved Eva and her cocktails at the alle carte bar, best mojitos I’ve had!!
Lovely hotel ,pool fabulous.Olivia and Haini were very friendly and good at mingling with people. They were good either way the kids as well .
Olivia and heini from animation team were very friendly helpful and encouraged everyone to get fit
Plus side. Most the staff friendly and the kids loved all the cats around. Downside. Bitten to bits by bedbugs ( confirmed by local pharmacist) Raw meat served at dinner, Family member suffered a near fall getting out the pool because the steps were ridiculously loose and now has a huge bruise, conveniently these steps have been removed now leaving dangerous holes in the floor. Got told we had our room 'upgraded' after seeing what our original room was meant to be ( that we paid extra for) our 'upgrade' was smaller, no bedrooms, covered in ants, balcony and bathroom half the size and the kids sleeping on rock hard sofa beds. Desk leg fell of desk hitting my son. Room wasnt cleaned for minimum 3 days, had to chase for fresh towels, No entertainment the first few days we were here, Pool toilets filthy, bins overflowing.. Definitely not a 4* hotel
We recently stayed at Hotel Filerimos and, unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations of a 4-star hotel. One of the biggest issues was the lack of air conditioning in the lobby. On some evenings, it was so hot and stuffy that it was difficult to sit there comfortably. The all-inclusive bar was also disappointing, opening only at 5:00 PM and closing at 11:00 PM. After 11:00 PM, all drinks had to be paid for separately. The food was very basic, with limited variety and not many choices available. There was also very little aimed at children. The splash park only opened at 11:00 AM and then closed again at 12:00 PM for a one-hour break, which seemed strange and inconvenient for families. If you wanted a coffee after lunch, you had to walk all the way to the snack bar on the other side of the hotel, as no coffee was available in the restaurant. The location was another downside. There is very little around the hotel, with only one supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. The nearest beach is a pebble beach around 15 minutes away and is not particularly suitable for young children. Although the kids' club was operating, there appeared to be very little supervision. Children could come and go freely, and there did not seem to be any real control over who entered or left. On the positive side, the staff were excellent and made a real effort to help guests enjoy their stay. Special thanks to Ewa and Dimitri at the bar, Barbara at the snack bar, and Cristiano from the animation team. The swimming pools were also very good and well maintained. Despite the hotel's shortcomings, we still had a good holiday because we met some great people and rented a car to explore other parts of the island, which were much more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its 4-star rating, and unfortunately, we would not return.
All the entertainment people are so nice and kind and we really loved Heini and Olivia theyre so kind and encouraging and made us feel so welcome. We wish them the best.
the location was very good, near some shops and bars, also a nice donut shop 5 minute walk down. the staff their we’re really nice and polite and welcoming. the 2 entertainment girls (olivia and heini) we’re so so so nice, polite and welcoming, they do fun activities in the day like, zumba (pool dances), dart tournaments for kids also, stretching. while doing zumba olivia let me and my best friend dance on the podium thing with her infront of everyone. there reception lady and man are very nice and advising, they help you figure out where you want to go and can get taxis to get you in literally minutes. i really advise this hotel for familys, girls/lads holidays, or even celebrations, its suitable for anyone and we had such a good time.
10/10 Greek vacation! Shoutout to the amazing animation team! We had the best time on our recent trip to Greece, and this hotel was a stellar choice. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome the second you walk through the door. The food buffet had a great selection with tons of fresh dishes. But honestly, the entertainment crew stole the show—they were fantastic and so full of life. They kept us entertained all day with everything from stretching and yoga to aqua gym and sports tournaments. The nightlife was just as fun, with awesome karaoke and dance parties to end the night. Thanks for the unforgettable memories, guys! We'll definitely be returning!
We had a nice 4 nights at this resort. The food is average and what you would expect for the price. We always managed to find something to eat. The drinks are watered down and not an extensive choice. The onsite shop had some nice wines that we brought tour room. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The pool area is well kept but the beds are not particularly comfy. The staff work incredibly hard but not enough of them. Often quite a big queue for drinks. The entertainment team work hard. All in all for the price you pay it is an affordable way to get some sun and only 15 minutes from the airport.
We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Greece and couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Every meal offered great diversity with plenty of fresh options to choose from. However, what truly made our holiday special was the animation/entertainment team! They were absolutely awesome and full of energy. We loved the variety of activities throughout the day, including stretching, yoga, water gym, and the football and darts tournaments. The fun didn’t stop when the sun went down. The evening parties with karaoke and dancing were the perfect way to end the day. A huge thank you to the whole team for making this such a memorable trip. We will definitely be back!
Short 7 night stay with the family. Hotel facilities are brilliant, entertainment during the day (standard) evening entertainment was fab (the male group were amazing) kept the kids entertained, were super friendly. Two members of staff stood out, Iva (Eva) behind the bar, she was absolutely fab. Always had a smile on her face. Nothing was too much trouble, she even helped my eldest understand Greek words. She definitely made the holiday. Receptionist Anthoula (blossom) she was brilliant, always answered questions. Helped us on the last day with a room. Always smiley and helpful.
Our stay here has been amazing, everything is spotless clean, the food has been really fresh and always a good selection, something different every day, the bar staff in the main evening bar Eva was absolutely amazing such a sweetheart and the entertainment staff Christian was outstanding too really really enjoyed and 10 days stay and would definitely return, the only things I would suggest is opening the bar in the middle of the pool and a little more entertainment on a evening although that will probably pick up as it’s only just the start of the season
Location was beautiful Atmosphere was friendly and relaxed Rooms were perfect for family Excellent value for money Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I would review it says it a 4 star don’t think so may be a 2 star , and I have traveled around the world to some 3 world countries stayed in places better than this the photos you see on line it’s not same I had x2 family rooms in 500 first day toilet not working , cockroaches all over the floors lots mosquitoes, no nets windows I had half a sheet on bottom bed very grubby room had up grade to top rooms600 by pool cost a fortune a little better could not sit out side on loungers grass and hedgingover grown , out by front doors drain pipes had sewage going into the garden , and the water goes of every day for a while so you got to Waite to wash or flush toilets bad , life guard only appeared for around 20’mims every now and again over on water park pool , , rubbish glasses around pool area all over the place , there was kids karaoke no entertainment or tv only in rooms no English Channel s .the pool steps come loose as you them a large person would pull them off ,the food was not so good nothing for children have suffered stomachache we started to eat out side or go to shop when we eat out the staff would always say were you from the our hotel as if they no it’s bad , could have booked another holiday with what I spent ,the beach is a 10 min walk away not sand pebbles so timber to bring beach swim shoes there is a lot of Polish and kids running in supervised very loud drinks you only get half filled don’t take the bus into rodes there rammed and I mean rammed never seen nothing like it dangerousand the drivers are not to good taxi around 15 to 20 euros mind the roads diver like idiotspoint out gd things the staff in reception was very nice and help full and the Greek people very friendly out side hotel
Hotel is clossd to aiport and Rodos town, you can travel directly by bus to old town, the bus stop is in front of hotel. Beach is not far like 15 mins walking distance but stony, you can also rent a car opposite to the hotel to travel around island. Rooms are comfortable, with nice bed and air condtioning, there is a tarrace to seat outside. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towel changes. Hotel service is excellent, very friendly staff in the whole hotel, especially restaurant manager, Barbara and another blond bartender in the reception bar. We enjoyed a lot the time spend in hotel and we recomend this hotel for famillies but not also for couples to spend unfogetable time.
Great hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable 😌 food was i would say good most of the time but little selection for the kids. Roast duck and roast chicken was served 1 night which was amazing!!! The poolside snack bar pizza and ham and cheese rolls were amazing! Games room does need some tlc, damaged pool tables, racing car game throttle peddle broken, but overall okay. Entertainment was good, Olivia one of the entertainers was fantastic with not only the kids but all the guest, and the life guard at the splash park was pretty awsome as well, Antonio i think he was called, he was amazing with my son. Reception staff really helpful and kind also. Very clean and well maintained.
We had a wonderful time, but all of the sudden is finished. Brilliant place, good food, nice drinks and staff are really friendly. Animators always try to keep you busy, but the are not annoying you. Ones they ask you for any activity, they accept your answer doesn't matter what is it. They respected our time off. We had great fun. Strongly recommend this hotel. Wish everyone nice holiday and enjoy your time in Rhodos.
It was a great time all the staff were very friendly Room service was great Close to airport only 10 minutes drive If you like to travel there is a car hire in the hotel Rodos city is only 10 minutes away and is worth to visit especially old town The cross place is only 12 minutes away again you have to visit Christiano the animation team is top of the star
Perfect place for family and couples. Close to the airport. Beach is only 10 min walk away. Rhodes is only 20 min drive so you can rent a car and go to see old town. Rooms are cleaned daily. Good place to relax. Staff is lovely. Thank you to Olivia for stretching, to Basia for tasty drinks and to Cristian for Zumba fun. Music is played next to the pool but it’s not too loud, just perfect to make you happy. Very tasty food. Worth of every pound spend.
The hotel was actually pretty good. We have got a free room upgrade for my mums birthday. The swimming pools are cleaned every day and are spacious. The rooms are clean and food was very tasty. The hotel is close from the airport and about 10mins walking distance to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. We only had an issue with the manager as the boxing machine was broken and they didn’t aware as of the damage and we lost some money but after the conversation we got it back. We still couldn’t understand why the machine wasn’t just switched off if it wasn’t working. We loved Zumba with Olivia and a small chats with a very friendly Kristian. Also Basia from the bar was extremely nice to us 😊 In general I do recommend this place 😊
We stayed at Filerimos Village in Ialyssos and overall had a really good experience for the price. The room was very clean and spacious with an ensuite balcony, air conditioning, fridge, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, glasses and a complimentary bottle of water on arrival. The bed was meant to be a double but was actually two single beds pushed together, so there was a noticeable gap in the middle. Apart from that, the room was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent — towels were replaced daily, bins emptied every day and sheets regularly changed. The food was decent with plenty available throughout the day. Breakfast included hot breakfast items, cereal and pancakes. The snack bar from 2pm was one of the highlights with amazing pizza, chips, cake and ice cream. Dinner was okay but could definitely have had more variety as there was a lot of pasta options such as bolognese, Alfredo, Lasagne and tomato pasta dishes most nights. Drinks were good overall, especially the cocktails. The all-inclusive package included soft drinks, water and snacks from the pool bar, although juice options were limited to squash rather than pure orange or apple juice. There was also only one local beer available on the all-inclusive menu. The pool area was very clean, spacious and cleaned daily. There were plenty of sunbeds available and thankfully people didn’t reserve them early with towels, which made relaxing much easier. Activities around the pool were fun too, including darts, stretching sessions and dancing. The staff were one of the best parts of the stay — extremely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help at reception. After checkout, they allowed us to store our bags, continue using the pool, but not the facilities, and even gave us a complimentary lunch while we waited for our shuttle, which was such a lovely gesture. They also offer late stay extensions for €10 per hour if you want to remain in the room longer before departure. The location was very convenient with a bus stop right outside offering easy access to Rhodes Old Town. There’s also a mini market nearby for snacks and souvenirs. We also enjoyed horse riding close to the hotel, which was a great experience. There was also friendly cats around the resort too! Overall, Filerimos Village is a great budget-friendly hotel with clean facilities, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. While the dinner options could be improved, the service, cleanliness and value for money made it a very enjoyable stay.
Oh, where do I even begin? Words truly cannot describe how wonderful our holiday was at Filerimos Village Hotel. From the very first moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. The entire team — from reception to housekeeping — delivered first-class service every single day. The restaurant was simply WOW! No matter how fussy you are, there is always something absolutely delicious to eat. Every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and prepared to perfection. A very special thank you to Maki, the restaurant service manager, who welcomed us every day with such kindness and positive energy. He is one of the warmest and most genuine people we have ever met, and you can truly see how much passion and care he puts into making every guest feel special. Me and my children absolutely adored him ❤️ The bars were also fantastic — with everything you could possibly imagine included in the all-inclusive package. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Huge thank you to Dimitri, Eva, and Barbara for making our holiday extra special. You all helped create memories we will never forget. The rooms were spacious, spotless, comfortable, and felt like our own little piece of paradise. Everything around the hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and full of positive energy. This was our first time here, but it will definitely not be our last. We are already counting the days until we can come back — to enjoy the amazing atmosphere, see all the wonderful staff again, and experience everything all over again. If I could give this hotel more than 10/10, I would give it 200! Thank you, Filerimos Village Hotel, for one of the best family holidays we have ever had ❤️
Great stay, attentive staff, and a solid base for exploring Rhodes We had a really enjoyable stay here. The standout for me was how attentive and friendly the staff were throughout - always quick to help, polite, and made the whole place feel welcoming. Rooms & Facilities The hotel was spotless and clean. You could tell they were busy prepping for the summer season with maintenance work going on, but honestly it didn’t disturb or take away from the stay at all. Pool area was clean with a convenient snack bar right there. Food & Drinks We went all-inclusive and it was worth it. Good variety for meals throughout the day, and the drinks were solid too. No complaints on quality or choice. Entertainment Evening entertainment was good fun - enough to keep things lively without being over the top. Location & Trips Great location for getting out and about. We took the coach trip to Lindos which was excellent. Also easy to hop on the local bus to the Old Town - only €4 each way and really straightforward. Tip for others: The local minimart near the hotel is convenient but pricey compared to the newer Todos supermarket a bit further out. Worth the walk/drive if you want snacks or drinks for the room. Overall, a clean, well-run hotel with great staff and good food. Would stay again.
Olivia was amazing she made everyone feel so welcome with the activities and it was a super clean and beautiful hotel definitely play darts here with Olivia it’s amazing and Great way to make friends.
Wow what can I say.... to start BLOSSOM at reception is a absolute ray of sunshine. She made our holiday.... iva from the bar staff also made our holiday friendly service ALWAYS. It was my 29th birthday while we stayed and my partner organised me a special dinner, just us ... flowers petals balloons banners and a homemade cake! ..... served drinks and a 3 course meal..... I felt like a princess...... we will be back THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
was very lovely simone stefanut was very helpful and friendly showed us around and was very polite as well as the waiters very nice accommodation
Very beautiful hotel, locations very close to the hotel as well as lovely service from all workers and rooms are clean. Simone the worker is also very kind and helpful and very fun to talk to very good service and hardworking.
Simome the lifeguard is always watching out and is super fun to talk to! Very kind and uplifting as well helpful!! Very nice experience overall with workers and their service:)
my experiences are great the hotel is very beautiful and there are a lot of nice people there, for example simone stefanut who is a lifeguard, he is very nice, nice to talk to and does his job very well, I take care of everyone and he is responsible
Staff were pleasant.
Vi fick tex checka in tidigare än tänkt. Serviceminded personal
This hotel is beatifully presented with lovely gardens and 2 big pools. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by warm and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food is lovely, not as big a selection as with other AI hotels but much better quality and tastier dishes to offer. Great entertainment
The water temperature for the shower in the rooms was not as warm as we would have liked.
Location was not great, had to get a bus everywhere, you weren't able to walk anywhere apart from down to the beach which took 35 minutes. Was very busy, you could never find anywhere to sit to eat, even when trying to go down later at 8pm. The pools were great and the water park was great for the children. You could get a sun bed and there was plenty to choose from, so no worries there. The food 😬 great for people that want to try different food. No flavour to any of the food tho and it was the same most nights. Pasta and sauce or a fillo pie with vegetables. Again great for adults not so much for fussy children. I was happy with the hotel but The pictures on the website ARE NOT even remotely the same. The entertainment was pretty poor not sure if it was because it was coming to the end of the season. The cats!! endless amounts of cats that beg at the table not very nice, ok if your a cat lovely. The snack bar staff were lovely and always happy to serve you. The cleaners came everyday sometimes forgot to replace the towels. Pointless putting the don't disturb sign up as they still come in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel with small children.
The sea is in 10 min walk, nice swimming pool (2 for kids, 1 for elders plus lazy river and water slides). Staff is pretty welcoming and helpful. There are activities for children. Food is good as in a canteen, small barbecues at evening, always plenty of everything. Free beer and wine are somewhat drinkable, but evening bar is a way better option considering the prices there are very reasonable. No crazy evening parties, which is good for me, only Abba cover band or national music at evenings.
Only the emergency light in the room too bright at night, so I put cloth over it. Coffee quality is very basic.
We booked this holiday as a last minute break for 10 nights away. The hotel overall is okay, but the staff within the hotel in particular the evening bar let the establishment down massively. The hotel rooms are not sound proof in the main hotel building, so if you’re planning a lie in you won’t be getting one, we could hear people next to us above and below as well as cleaners in the corridors talking late at night middle of the middle & morning , the mattresses aren’t the most comfortable but they are a bed to sleep in. The rooms are fairly outdated and bring your own blanket! The food was average either under or over cooked, there isn’t much a variety in the evenings in particular if you or kids are fussy eaters. The hotel does have very good sized and depth pools which is a huge benefit! The reception staff are welcoming enough, the restaurant and pool bar staff are also pleasant however the evening barmen are awful, they are miserable, slow, and prefer to drink alcohol themselves rather than be serving it! Be prepared to be queuing for 15 mins for 2 small plastic cupped drinks - this includes hot drinks! We were really put off by this and did not use the all inclusive bar, the staff here made us feel unwelcome and were rude at times. On the other hand we cannot recommend the A La Cart bar enough in particular one lovely lady named Eva, she is an absolute assets to the hotel and a start of the show, she puts time and effort as well as passion into her job and has kept us far more entertained than the awful ’entertainment’ in the evening. Alex from the entertainment team, is the only member that we felt puts time a day into his job, we enjoyed his company around the pool and the times he joined us at the A La cart bar. Location of the hotel is average as there isn’t much around but on the other hand the bus stop into the old town is right outside and airport is less than 20 mins drive. There is a car hire company right opposite which is reasonably priced. There is also a shop at front of the hotel ran by Julia - a lovely lady always has a smile on her face. Over all we will not be returning nor recommending the hotel , as if it wasn’t for Eva, Alex & Julia our holiday would have been ruined. I hope that hotel owners take these reviews onboard as this hotel has so much more potential.
First of all, I'd like to mention the al a carte bar, the lady named eva was absolutely fabulous, welcoming and warming woman, she could not do enough for you, always happy, definitely recommend, big up eva, Michael at reception greeted me on arrival a very lovely man, and went above and beyond to make sure I was perfectly accommodated more than I expected, thanks guys. 🥰
This is my first time in Rhodes, my first solo trip and I can’t express how amazing it was! The al a carte bar was my favourite, stand out of the whole hotel! IVA was amazing , made me feel such at home, with drinks and it was my birthday she made it even more special! What an amazing atmosphere, attentive service and such a friendly / warming environment. Thank you for a trip I’ll never forget!!
This is the most honest review you will find. This place is great! We went as a family of 4 with a 16yro and 7yro. We stayed in a family comfort room. The room is set as the single beds in what will be the lounge area, and there is a double room with a sliding door and normal bedroom door. The beds are a bit hard, but are adequate(no complaints). Only downside, not enough sockets. The location is good, about 10 mins to beach, 15 to shops in either direction. Bus stop outside to Rhodes old Town, ship on site is ok and friendly staff. I know other reviews slate the food but, The AI food is fine. Always something to eat and the kids haven't complained once. Rooms cleaned everyday(just put your door tag out to ask). Reception staff are great, friendly and helpful. As for the pools, they are great, not green or mouldy as some have said in reviews, also managed to find a sunbed everytime. The water park is ok, not massive but again the kids enjoyed it as did I. One of the best attractions is the A LA carte bar, although you have to pay, but it's a good price. IVA is fantastic, helpful and very talkative, which helps you relax and enjoy your time spent here. She has great knowledge of the area, and recommends some great places to visit. She also makes the best cocktails(so the wife said and had🤣) oh and she will also put on the football for you if you ask👍⚒️ Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.
The hotel itself has some really awful rooms, firstly we got different rooms to the ones we were put in which were awful. They are old with rough walls, a really small dirty cracked shower, nails poking out of the bathroom floor, mould in the fridge, lights that didn't work, got water barely got warm, the food wasnt the greatest and was salty.....the list goes on! We asked multiple times to ne moved rooms as this was not what we booked, firstly we were told to come back tomorrow, which we did, then was told to wait for the next day and we will ne moved and refunded some money also, and then the following day we were told we will ne charged. We finally managed to have one of the rooms moved due to rhe state of the bathroom however it was just an equivalent room without the nails and a better shower- still not what we booked. By this time we gave up keeping asking to be moved once again. If it wasn't for the 2 lovely ladies on reception having to keep calling someone to have us moved in the first place we would still be in the filthy room. Michael the night receptionist was a very grumpy man and a holiday killjoy ....the moment you made any noise at night time he was at your door! Live a little Michael- dont be so uptight and passive aggressive ✌🏼 On the other hand Maria the receptionist is absolutely lovely as is the short lady (didnt catch her name) but they were both really helpful and so nice. The ladies that work in the restaurant were lovely too especially the short blond lady who came to say goodbye to us when we were leaving, such a nice lady. The entertainment wasnt great for adults in all honesty there was hardly any and could be much better. We met a lovely beautiful young lady called Allegra , she was the star of the entertainment team! She was so outgoing and friendly and stands out a mile from the rest. My friend had a fall and hurt her wrist and she advised us to go to reception and have the dr called out to the hotel, which we did and he was there within the hour 🫶 Overall the hotel is pretty basic but your holiday is what you make it so we sucked up all of the rubbish bits and still had an amazing time regardless of the rooms or Michael the holiday grinch
The hotel does NOT deserve 4⭐, the food is not fresh, it's not clean everywhere, the deck chairs at the main pool were... In not good state, the rooms are okay, at least mine was, clean, honestly if not people and entertainment i would hate it, i met this girl Allegra, she was doing almost everything (she works in entertainment in the hotel), when she was sick for two days it wasn't so fun there, she's giving the vibe, always smiling, talking with guests, if not the people i would leave the hotel asap
Close to the airport and a bus journey to the old town (bus stop directly outside hotel). The hotel was very family friendly, and the hotel staff were likewise. The animation team were especially great - very hard working, extremely friendly, and enthusiastic!! It was a great holiday!
The complex itself is really good. Evening entertainment was awful, run by young inexperienced people. Every bar had massive queues due to lack of staffing. Food was adequate but majority of times there was shortage of plates and cutlery so you had to wait for it to arrive before you could eat.all inclusive finishes at 11pm so because you spend so much time queuing you then only have the pay bar to use. Water park was great for the kids but water in lazy river was very murky. Not a lot around the area as you a long way from local shops. At the end of the holiday we had to settle a bar bill and their card machine didn’t work so they wanted cash, the card machine was not working when we used the bar at the beginning of the week so very poor. This could be a very good complex if they employed more staff. Would never go back.
I am writing this review with a sense of disbelief, as I am genuinely shocked that the Filerimos Village Hotel is still operational. The only reason it probably is, is thanks to the diligent cleaning staff and the hard-working catering team. Behind the scenes, management appears to be completely non-existent. Our experience was severely marred by the appalling lack of customer service. A particular low point was our interactions with Roberta in the evenings. She barely cracked a smile the entire week. I'm not quite sure why she works in a customer-facing role; the lack of basic hospitality was horrific. It was a relief, therefore, on our last morning to check out with Maria, who was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to see a pleasant face, but it's a shame we didn't encounter her more during our stay. Regarding the hotel itself, it's a very traditional building with some character. The rooms were spacious, but be warned there are very limited sockets, which is inconvenient in this day and age. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to use their pool facilities as we made a getaway every day during our stay to escape the hotel atmosphere. I would highly recommend exploring the area – both the Old Town and New Town are lovely, and we also did some excellent boat trips from the main port. The food was a letdown. The lunch and dinner buffets had extremely limited choices and were very repetitive. If anyone is considering staying here, just know that the breakfast is plentiful – that's the only positive thing I can say about the dining. Without the decent breakfast, I'm not sure what we would have done. I was surprised by how busy the resort was, but I suppose it being a budget option is the main draw. That was certainly the reason I chose it. The pictures online look amazing, but the actual service and management were very dire. In summary, based on the terrible service and poor management, I would not recommend this resort at all, ever.
The hotel is very welcoming, the best thing in my opinion was the atmosphere because Allegra and Jenna entertain tourists at every step and are the best of the best.
Where do I start with this hotel, it’s the worst I have ever stayed in! There are a few good things about the hotel however. The cleaners are great and the snack bar staff are nice. Also the water park is good, shame there isn’t a lifeguard mind. The breakfast is also good when you can get cutlery. The garden is well maintained. Ok, this is very far from a 4 star hotel I don’t even know how this place is still open. We stayed at 4 hotels on our visit to Rhodes. 1, 5 star hotel, and 3, 4 stars hotel. The difference between this one and the 2 other 4 star hotels is crazy. There is hardly any staff. The bar is manned by 1 barman who isn’t even there half the time. It opens at 6.30pm yet he’s wondering around counting money or just doing as he pleases. Then when he does serve you it’s in a tiny plastic cup. He also can’t make drinks. I asked for a rum and coke and he filled 3/4 of the plastic cup with rum. I like it strong but come on. The red wine looks like blackcurrant cordial. They don’t give a crap what they’re giving you, there is no quality anywhere. They’re just taking your money. I get local stuff is used but it’s watered down or just horrible. The menu is also shocking, there’s about 10 items available. But they do have an Ala Carte bar which is always manned. Since you have to pay extra. The main restaurant is shocking. We couldn’t get a fork for 2 meals out of the 3 we dinned here. The choice is bad and the quality of the food is very bad. The grill is of decent quality however. There are no chips for kids or just anything really for kids. Nobody to help with suitcases, our room was right at the back of the resort and we were really struggling. I sent a request to reception 2 days before we arrived, about early check in. To which they replied “Ok” but that reply came 2 days after we checked out and were back in England. This place has no idea what it is doing. I don’t get how they can still function. They’re absolutely clueless and couldn’t care less. Don’t come here there’s plenty of better 4 star hotels out there. In fact there’s plenty of better 3 star hotels out there.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We had to stay there for 3 nights as we were waiting for an air ambulance so it was a last minute booking and we couldn’t be choosy. First of all, the rooms were clean and spacious which was nice and the gardens were well maintained. BUT. The main bar? 1 man working behind it and he was barely there, I think he was managing two rooms (understaffed?) so we had to wait a long time and when we got our drinks they came in those little children plastic cups. They have cheap fakes of drinks, a weird soda brand with awful “cola clavour”. No actual proper soft drinks. The wine was watered down. The pool was big and nice but very slippy sides, dangerous! There was no lifeguard that we could see it was like an accident waiting to happen with all the kids pushing each other in the pool. Breakfast was nice to be fair but they never set tables so cutlery runs out and they don’t realise until there’s a big queue of people waiting for someone to pass by to ask for forks. The chairs were filthy. The main office wasn’t very welcoming and she wanted to keep our passports and we had to come back for them later which made us uncomfortable. Nobody there to help with bags etc. I had to buy my own glass to drink from because they didn’t even have any apart from at breakfast but the drinks were cheap cordial or water. The cleaners were very polite and seemed nice but they knocked at our door and before we even had a chance to reply they opened our door with their key whilst we were in bed, luckily we weren’t doing anything private! It wasn’t the absolute worst place, it was clean in the rooms etc. but I wouldn’t even give it 3 stars. It probably was a lovely resort at one point but it’s run down now.
It was close to the airport
The beds were uncomfortable, not enough pillows and the shower had mold and breaks in the tile
It was a fair price for what you paid ! the room was big and spacious! the entertainment was really nonexistent! because it was away from the bar and it was always smelly around that area
the staff shortage! the staff were fantastic but not enough to serve the bar or clean the room properly
This resort has so much potential, but unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The location is beautiful, but the overall service and quality clearly suffer from cost-cutting measures. Food & Drinks The food was consistently disappointing. Many dishes were left sitting too long and were not replenished in time, which made them look and taste unappetizing. Several buffet trays were often completely empty, leaving very few options – unless you’re happy with undercooked rice or pasta. The snack bar was similar: fries were old, lukewarm, and tasted reheated. Cocktails included in the all-inclusive package were essentially syrup with a splash of alcohol. For a proper cocktail, you must pay extra or go to the paid bar. Meal & Bar Schedule Breakfast: 07:00–10:00 Lunch: 12:30–14:30 Dinner: 18:30–21:00 All-inclusive bar: 17:00–22:55 After that, you are directed to another bar where drinks are charged at full price – which feels contrary to the “all-inclusive” concept. Staff & Service Most of the staff do their best under difficult conditions but felt disengaged and impersonal due to poor management, which affected the atmosphere. Evi was a shining exception: warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Staff like her make guests feel valued and even encourage ordering extra drinks, which benefits the hotel. Unfortunately, one excellent employee cannot compensate for the overall lack of hospitality. The man running the all-inclusive bar was somewhat unusual – at times openly complaining about his salary to guests – which created an awkward atmosphere. This highlights that management issues, rather than the staff, are at the core of the problems. Entertainment The “Greek Night” advertised by the resort did not take place at all. Overall entertainment was extremely limited, which was disappointing. It was also evident that the resort is understaffed and staff morale is low – likely due to underpayment – which clearly impacts the guest experience. Conclusion This resort focuses too heavily on cutting costs and not enough on creating a quality holiday experience. Despite the beautiful setting, the poor food, limited service, and lack of entertainment mean I would not return and cannot recommend it to others.
Just back from a 4 night stay, rooms were lovely and clean and so was the hotel itself Kids had great fun in the pools and we were always able to find sun beds Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful but there is a fair few that are rude and management talk about you and make you feel uncomfortable 2 drinks per person so it was struggle with a large family when there is a limit like this The food was not nice and not much selection for kids they serve chips at breakfast but not for dinner it’s probably been the worst all inclusive I’ve been to There was not a great selection of drink The mini market on site was great and very helpful staff But if you want to venture out be prepared for a long walk to the shops and restaurants All in all we made the most of it. We booked the lounge at the airport coming home we were worried about taking 4 kids in different ages but the staff were amazing and so accommodating
My stay here was very good. The staff Kinga, Roberta, and Maria was very helpful and understanding of my handicap and made my stay here comfortable and pleasurable. The room was spacious and the views from the balcony overlooking one of 3 pools was outstanding. I spent my evenings at the bar located at the front entrance and Eva the bartender was charming, witty, and very good mixologist.
