Die Größe des Zimmers mit einer Art Schlafkoje ist bei mehreren Nächten eher unbequem.

All of the staff in the hotel were the most friendly and helpful we have ever encountered Would recommend this hotel for a Dublin stay

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Excellent location. I was on an extensive train journey across Ireland and Dublin Heuston train station is just a short walk. I had an early train to catch and the hotel was forthcoming when I asked for a breakfast box to go.
I arrived two hours early, i.e., before check-in time. There were rooms ready and available, but I had to pay 20 euro if I wanted to check in early. This is just downright greedy. I stayed in many different hotels across Ireland during the week, and not one of them asked for money for an early check-in. If the room was ready, I was just welcomed to check in. So not a 10, just a 7 from me.

The room is EXCEPTIONALLY tiny. Got a queen size bed pushed against a wall on one side and about a foot of space on the other. They should tell a fella when a fella books that maybe legally and technically they can call that to be a room for two people… but it’s not.

I don’t know who would design a hotel that two people are sleeping in the same bed and you have to crawl over someone to get out of bed. No closet it was one of the smallest rooms ever. I guess it was my mistake for not looking closely before I booked it of how minimal it was & then what it was booked there was no way you could cancel.. The staff were nice. The lobby was great and location was good.

O quarto e a casa de banho são demasiado pequenos para 3 pessoas. Não existem espaços para arrumação. Houve problemas com o pequeno almoço dos meus filhos por má comunicação entre o booking e o hotel e saí financeiramente prejudicado.

Mini-Zimmer, mit 2 großen Koffern war das Zimmer voll. Die Elektrizität hat nicht funktioniert, jedesmal wenn wir in das Zimmer kamen, mussten wir an der Sicherung spielen. Auf unsere Frage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer haben können, bekamen wir die Antwort "Das kann in jedem Zimmer passieren". Die Wände sind hauchdünn, am ersten Abend gab es als Zwangsbeglückung laute Musik im Eingangsbereich bis 22 Uhr. Mein Ehemann bekam einen Ausschlag auf seinen Beinen von der Bettwäsche. Wir würden das Hotel niemanden empfehlen, schlechtes Service und zu teuer.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026We did not have breakfast, too expensive unless you have a big appetite which we don't. Location: not central but quiet, with some excellent restaurants in Smithfield Square; good for trams to centre and Heuston Rail station.
Room very compact. Had to climb over each other to get in/out of bed. Fine for a single, or a short business trip, but nowhere to unpack. Inconvenient to live out of a suitcase for a four day visit.

Having a double bed where one has to crawl over the other to get out of bed might work for young people but not senior citizens. Just because its called boutique should not mean no space. No room for luggage, the bed was a disaster (see above), not much room to even empty the luggage. Overpriced for the room size. Very disappointed. That was a first in all my years of booking a room. My RV has more room than this one. I spoke to other guests, seems like I am not the only one who was disappointed.

Es war überteuert. Für zwei Personen waren die Betten eine Zumutung. Es gab wenig Stauraum. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, nasse Handtücher aufzuhängen.

L’emplacement permet certes de rejoindre les coins touristiques à pied en 15 min mais le quartier n’est pas très avenant (il y a tout de même quelques petits bars et resto sympas)

While the location was close to our concert venue and we walked over in daylight, we didn't feel safe at night and took a taxi. Rooms were very small for a new hotel. A tiny room with a double bed, but you only had access to one side of the bed, so someone has to climb inside.
