The location was in easy reach of various tourist spots, we walked to them all. The breakfast was of high quality with lots of variety. The rooms are of a high standard and you can stream your phone to the TV which is different to the usual need to log into an app on the TV. All the staff we interacted with were very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again on our next visit to Dublin.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen – lecker, frisch und ein schöner Start in den Tag.

Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben. Im Restaurant sowie in der Lobby/Bar gibt es zwar viele unterschiedliche Sitzgelegenheiten, allerdings sind einige davon überhaupt nicht geeignet, um gemütlich zu frühstücken. Besonders störend war für uns jedoch die Lüftung im Zimmer. Diese war extrem laut und gerade in der Nacht sehr unangenehm. Zusätzlich war ständig ein unregelmässiges „Schnorchel“-Geräusch zu hören. Sobald man nachts beispielsweise auf die Toilette musste, lief die Lüftung wieder auf Hochtouren. Um sie komplett auszuschalten, muss die Zimmerkarte gezogen werden, wodurch gleichzeitig der gesamte Strom im Zimmer unterbrochen wird. Wir haben mittlerweile weit über 100 Hotelübernachtungen auf der ganzen Welt, aber noch nie erlebten wir ein Zimmer mit derart lauten Eigengeräuschen. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

The room was spacious and clean, we especially liked the balcony. Breakfast was very good, people were very friendly, the hotel in general was in very good condition and had a nice atmosphere. In general, it's a boutique hotel aimed at younger audiences and perfect for a weekend trip.

If everything works well, service is good, if it doesn't things like these happen: Check-In took a while since the automatic check in computers didn't work and the staff seemed pretty junior and inexperienced with handling the situation. Also, when we tried to inquire about an item we had accidentally left in the room, it proved impossible to get to speak to someone directly on the phone. Instead, there's an answering machine that runs through the most common issues people have. It referred us to a lost items formular on the website which was impossible to find. Only after sending emails it was possible to establish contact, but it took about a week to finally get confirmation that the item had been found and that we could pick it up. Picking it up was no problem then, but getting there was a nuisance.

Great location close to the centre of the city and short walk to Temple Bar. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Plenty of areas to sit and enjoy drink and food.

Would have preferred water / coffee/ tea to have been provided in the room rather from a galley down the hall way. The provision of 2 single quilts on a double bed also a little querky but got used to it.

Staff was very nice. Fun bar and nice lounge area. Rooms were very quiet. Very kitschy vibe.

Space around the end of the bed was small and I kept hitting my shins on the bed platform. Also, the duvet was in two pieces with one section covering part of your legs and other section from the middle of the bed up that was very strange. Only the toilet is in a separate room with the sink out in the room and the glassed in shower blocked off only with a curtain. All the lights are worked by inserting a card in a slot near the door. There is a dimmer for the lights, but the only way we could get the lights to turn completely off was to remove the card which also turned the air-conditioning off so it got very stuffy at night. The neighborhood is a little sketchy.

Quite in our room, good breakfast selection, friendly helpfull staff.

The boiling water tap wasn't easy to operate, despite the instructions. For a person with limited grip strength it would be impossible, despite the boiling water warning filling the paper cups provided was an uncomfortable operation due to the heat and its not difficult to imagine that people could be scalded.

Fit for purpose, cheap and cheerful for a quick stay for a concert.

The check in process is trying to be too light touch, felt like staff were just rushing us through self check in. One particular staff member, Kitty, was quite abrupt with guests during check in. Luckily her colleague stepped in for our check in and was a lot nicer.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Dublin. The rooms were clean and everything we wanted to experience was under a 25 min walk!

It was a clean aesthetically pleasing hotel with a nice relaxing hotel breakfast and bar area.

I seemed to be a little allergic to the comforters. You didn't have any other bedding so I ended up buying a different blanket for myself...

Tutto. La posizione, la camera, la pulizia,la posizione e lo staff. Davvero siamo stati lì 3 giorni, mai vista tanta gentilezza e cortesia, il personale sempre disponibile,sempre con il sorriso. In 10 Min a piedi sei già in centro. Posso solo consigliare questo Hotel.

Very friendly and modern

Very new, clean and comfortable. Everyone one could need for a short stay.

Check in is stupid. A human being stands and directs you to check in on a tablet which is incredibly slow and long winded. I'm tried, I've been travelling, I just want to get to my bed to rest not deal with corporate nonesene/cost savings. Let the humans help the humans!

Very modern, well run, and clean. Close to the river and all the activities there. Right downtown in the liberty portion of the city.

My first trip to this hotel, didn’t understand the registration process, which actually was quite efficient. No coffee in the rooms but a very good coffee buffet down next to the bar.

Hotel molto bello situato vicino al centro di Dublino, ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi. Inoltre, a 5 minuti a piedi è presente la fermata del autobus che vi porta direttamente all’aeroporto. Ottima colazione con varie alternative e sala molto bella e accogliente. Camera grande e letto comodo.

I loved the room; it was very nice, the bed was amazing, and there was a very nice shower as well. The location was also nice, close to enough to everything.

The price of the room was a bit high, its a very nice room but it doesn't have a balcony neither a bathtub etc to make it be more expensive. And the surroundings were all under construction

Great Style, very nice rooms, close to Temple Bar area

Hôtel parfaitement situé, au calme mais à 5mn à pied de Temple bar et même à 3mn du fameux pub The Church. Chambre très fonctionnelle avec la partie lavabos dans la chambre face à la porte menant au Wc et à la douche. Café et thé à disposition dans une alcôve située dans le couloir et non dans la chambre. Le grand espace café-bar est très sympathique. Restant plus d’une nuit, nous avons eu le choix entre un verre offert et le ménage dans la chambre. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner sur place.

L’accueil un peu impersonnel. Il y avait beaucoup de monde à notre arrivée mais le Check-in a été mené par une seule personne qui se démultiplie puisque c’est vous qui faites une partie de l’enregistrement sur des tablettes à disposition. Le check-out est en contrepartie hyper simple, il suffit de mettre vos clefs dans une boîte. Le plus problématique est le manque d’isolation aux bruits du couloir. Vous entendez parfaitement les portes et discussions de vos voisins, pas toujours très discrets. En revanche, aucun bruit ne passe d’une chambre à l’autre.

No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. You need to go to the end of the corridor for the tea room. Fancy lighting system to turn lights off with no explanation given in the rooms.

Lovely hotel. Pretty new one. Great design. Room was surprisingly nice designed. Stuff the staff was very kind. Hotel located just 4 minutes walk from Dublin`s best places - Church pub.

If you need an invoice for company ask it in advance/before departure. It took an ages to obtain invoice after check out. All the time auto replay e-mails. Real challenge. And if you like Guinness, Hotel offer other stout`s, but not the real one.

L'endroit était vraiment très bien! La chambre fonctionnelle, claire et le lit confortable. Le rez-de-chaussée avec le bar était particulièrement accueillant avec son décor chaleureux. Et le petit déjeuner servi dans un environnement agréable et avec plusieurs choix de qualité. Ce fût un coup de coeur pour nous!

Le réveil avec des bruits de construction tôt le matin, très peu agréable pour récupérer du décalage horaire. Mais ils nous ont donné 2 coupons pour une consommation afin de compenser ce désagrément.

Hotel très agréable avec une décoration soignée et originale. Très bon petit dejeuner.

Room had bed, but no drawers, table, desk; just a 6 inch shelf! No room for two people to move past each other between bed and shelf. Broken handle on window, fell on the floor when opening. “Garden” view, left a lot to be desired. Side door to street not available, routing everyone through the main entrance as folks with baggage attempting to check in, creating unnecessary chaos. Vending machines out of order on several floors. Elevator stuck between floors. Staff seemed to busy and unresponsive when I reported all above, but told me I should have reported the incidents, even as I reported them. No follow through. I needed another night a few days later and the price was over 300euros for one night. The breakfast charge was 22 euros each. If you look up my reviews you’ll notice I never leave negative reviews, this time, I felt the need

It's close to the center and Henry Street, which is a busy street with lots of stores and right into O Connel street the main street. There is a Pub at yhe Corner , Slattery, withexcellent Irish food

I stayed one night and was perfect. Checking was easy, the roon was very clean and good size. The productos (shampoo and shower gel) were nice. They also have a room where you can take tea and Coffee. Modern very new building. The looby was beautiful specially at night.

The actual property was lovely.

The price but the whole city was expensive cause of Katie Taylor fight. What I did not like at all was was the price of parking. The recommended car park by the hotel cost me €39 & I wasn’t even there 24 hours. I entered the car at 3.21pm & let the car park next day at 12.43pm. A ridiculous price for car parking.
