Reviewed Sep 12, 2026La ubicación es perfecta y el personal fue nuy amable. Nos ayudaron con el parking, con el check in mas tarde de lo que pone en la web. Te da las llaves un chico joven y te explica como hacer el check out y como funciona el estacionamiento. Esta muy bien equipado para 4 personas.
La comida y bebida que te encuentras en la nevera, no es gratis. Hay una hoja donde te especifica los precios. Es algo confuso ya que en muchos sitios si que te dejan cosas de cortesía. El parking el dia que nos fuimos no nos abria la puerta, y llamando nos ayudo el chico para explicarnos que la puerta estaba mal cerrada, y por eso no abría.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, praktisch eingerichtet und bestens organisiert. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der riesige Fernseher. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: Bahnhof, Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und netter Empfang.
Kleiner Minuspunkt: Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straßenseite. Dadurch ist es durch Passanten, PartyPeople, Parkhaus-Verkehr und die frühe Müllabfuhr recht laut. Für einen ungestörten Schlaf sind Ohrstöpsel daher unabdingbar.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Das Apartment hatte eine klasse Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Kontakt mit Personal war unkompliziert und gut. Aufzug ist vorhanden (war leider übers Wochenende defekt) Einkaufen und Essen gehen ist zu Fuß perfekt, Auswahl ohne Ende.
Die Strasse selber ist sehr hellhörig und am Wochenende durch die Gäste des Nachtlokals gegenüber sehr laut und leider roch es dort auch nach Urin, dessen sich die Leute nachts entledigt hatten. Das Lüften nachtsüber war daher nicht schlaffördernd. Dafür kann das Appartment zwar nichts, sollte man aber wissen, besonders wenn die Temperaturen hoch sind. Der Stellplatzpreis könnte etwas günstiger sein.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The location is Amazing. its central, close to public transport and everything is within walking distance. The room was very tidy/clean and the bed was very comfortable. they even have a elevator people can use if they are in need of that.
Only complaint i got is not about the room itself but about the location. Its located right next to a bar and it can get very loud outside during nights on the weekends. Loud music and drunken people yelling until 5 in the morning when trying to sleep was pretty bad.

Quelques points d’amélioration : - mise à disposition d’huile, vinaigre, sel et poivre pour cuisiner. - un étendoir privé dans la chambre pour sécher le linge sans avoir à le demander.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026We had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is in an excellent location in the center of Dortmund, just a short walk from the Central Train Station and U-Bahn lines. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and a large REWE supermarket is only a few minutes away on foot. The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. The bathroom is also large, with both a separate bathtub and a shower cabin, as well as a washing machine. We also appreciated having separate fans in each room, a lovely balcony with windows, a very large TV in the living room, and an additional TV in one of the bedrooms.
There were only a couple of drawbacks. The listing stated that the sofa could be used as a bed, but no bed linen was provided for it, so one member of our group had to sleep on the sofa without sheets or blankets. Also, there is no air conditioning, although this is clearly stated in the property description, so it was not unexpected.

Die Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem, mit Klumpen.

Reviewed May 26, 2026For the price, this was a fantastic room with a nice bed, fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery which meant that self-catering, at least as far as breakfast was concerned was easy. Everything was spotlessly clean and I'm very glad I found this place to stay.
The only real issue is that the reception seems to double as a TV repair shop and so was unmanned for most of my stay. In fairness, there was someone there when I arrived at about 4:00pm on a Friday so I can't complain but if you're planning a late or weekend arrival, it's definitely essential to liaise with the property to ensure someone will be there to meet you.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Очень удобное месторасположение в старом городе. Рядом вокзал, метро - все в 3-5 минут ходьбы. Множество кафе-ресторанов с отличной едой и напитками. В доме есть лифт! В аппартаментах хороший ремонт. Просторная душевая с туалетом. Кухня с плитой, чайник - и кофемашина с натуральным кофе! Огромный ТИ -монитор! Много розеток, что тоже важно. В холодильнике есть напитки, вино, пиво (за отдельную плату).
Немножко шумно ночью, особенно на выходных - напротив ночной клуб. Но закрывающиеся ставни достаточно изолируют улицу. Положительные моменты компенсируют это. Все нормально. Немного показалось, что матрас слышком мягкий. Но это тоже не значительное неудобство.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Leuk appartement. Netjes en voorzien van alles wat nodig is.
Helaas waren er tijdens mijn verblijf in Dortmund een belangrijke voetbalwedstrijd en ook het hele weekend stadsfeesten (Dortrund) waardoor het in de omgeving van het appartement extreem druk was met verkeer en het adres moeilijk bereikbaar was. Ook was er op straat overlast van uitgaanspubliek.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Ich habe gut geschlafen, es war ruhig. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher für Tee und sogar Kaffee und einen Toaster, auch ein wenig mehr an Geschirr, Besteck und was man sonst so brauchen könnte. Alles schön, unkompliziert und praktisch.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Das Bad ist super, grosse Dusche ebenerdig, weiße, kuschelige Handtücher . Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof. Gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle usw.
Hatte es mir grösser vorgestellt. Schlafbereich separat , dachte ich. Das ganze Haus roch sehr stark nach Chlor, warum auch immer. Kühlschrank viel zu laut. Musste ihn nachts ausschalten. Innenhof sehr unattraktiv und Essensgerüche zogen ins Zimmer. Mir fehlte es an Gemütlichkeit. Bestelltische aus Blech nicht sehr attraktiv. Sessel lud nicht gerade zum sitzen ein. Einzelbetten waren gewünscht. Hat leider nicht geklappt. Betten zu leicht verschieblich.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer. Es ist ein kleines Zimmer mit allem was man für Kurztrips benötigt. Kuhlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck. Für meine Zwecke war es perfekt. Das Bett ist ca.1,20m breit und die Matratze eher weich. Für mich war sie passend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Výborná lokalita v centru města. Dům i byt čistý. V bytě vše potřebné, velká koupelna. V lednici voda, pivo, víno, nealko za přiměřené ceny. Parkování ve dvoře - 15 EUR / noc. Na hluk o víkendu jsme byli upozorněni - při zatažené roletě to bylo v pořádku. Snadný check in i check out - při příjezdu nás čekala hostitelka s klíči. Check out v 11h. Mýdlo, ručníky, tablety do myčky, dostatek úložného prostoru.
Písemná komunikace pouze v němčině. Pokud na stránkách uvádí angličtinu, a já píši anglicky s vysvětlením, že německy moc neumím, neočekával bych komunikaci pouze v němčině. Kávovar plný kafe i vody, ale nefunkční - již tu bylo několikrát zmiňováno. Nefunkční jedna z rolet - trvale zatažená.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, sehr sauber, funktionale Einrichtung, sehr bequemes Bett. Sehr zentral gelegen, Anbindung zu den öffentlichen sehr gut.
Einzige Kritik war die Lautstärke Nachts sowohl auf unserem Flur als auch vor der Unterkunft. Nachts bei geöffneten Fenstern zu schlafen war nicht möglich.
