The bedroom, bathroom were not cleaned in the expected time and even when cleaned , still can see hair in the shower Bathroom floor, dust in the toilet area and so on.Not to the standard of the other Sofitel hotels.

I would like to sincerely thank Mrs. Hasnaa Yassine for her warm welcome and exceptional hospitality at the hotel. It was a pleasure meeting you, and I truly appreciate the kindness and attention you showed me during my stay.

Très agréable séjour au Sofitel Rabat. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le cadre de l’hôtel, la propreté ainsi que la qualité du service. Tout s’est très bien passé durant mon séjour et j’en garde une excellente impression. Je tiens également à remercier tout particulièrement Chaimaa et Basma pour leur professionnalisme. Elles ont été serviables, toujours souriantes et réactives lorsque j’en avais besoin. Leur accueil et leur bonne humeur ont contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. Une très belle expérience au Sofitel Rabat. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Ik wilde mijn haar laten fhonen, maar ze hadden geen kapsalon. Ineens kwam een dame vanuit de spa gedeelte en die zei; Jawel, we kunnen wel iets regelen. Hmmm oke! Ten 1e ontplofte de föhn en ten 2e mocht ik absoluut niet via mijn pinpas betalen. Het moest contant en het koste 40 euro, 400 dirham. Ben zwaar opgelicht, maar stik erin hoor. Wij komen niet meer 🫡

Quiet & very clean hotel, confortable room, excellent breakfast and most importantly very polite & kind staff at the reception (I particularly think of Hasna, Basma & Chaimae, they have been always happy to help). Thanks also to Kawtar (guest relations) for her efforts in making all arrangements in place for our special event celebration. I highly recommend the Golden Fish restaurant by the pool, the food there was wonderful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant, souriant et très professionnel. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, de qualité et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Le seul petit point à améliorer concerne le tarif, que nous avons trouvé un peu élevé. Cela dit, la qualité de l’accueil, le professionnalisme du personnel et les prestations proposées ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, especially Bassma, and the team in the international restaurant and the bar. The hotel is in a convenient location for both the airport and the town. My room was lovely and well equipped.

The service and the hospitality at the mellisme were excellent and warm and welcoming Nadia the manager of the lounge was very welcoming and gave full attention during of our stay in the hotel. Thanks you again Nadia

Amazing experience from start to finish, the personalized service from all the staff throughout the stay is wonderful, from check in to check out it’s a welcoming and luxurious experience and the staff goes above and beyond to assure that you’re well taken care of, the rooms are decorated beautifully, the views are stunning, mornings in the room’s balcony with the sun and garden views are a wonder, the atmosphere is amazing with the World Cup matches events, the pool is relaxing and big enough to give you all the privacy needed, plenty of restaurants and bars at the property to give you different tastes and environments to relax in, the gym is well equipped and has everything you need and the spa is high end and relaxing, a truly 5 star experience that i would recommend to anyone visiting rabat, this is the place to be

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, very secure and a great base to explore Rabat. The staff at the hotel are so wonderful. Najat in housekeeping went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and was incredibly kind and attentive.

It's a nice but tired hotel and currently being renovated. We had some issues with noise while here but Hassna on guest relations was fantastic in helping smooth things over. Generally the staff have been excellent.

Lamia is so attentive and kind, she can help you with anything!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. The gardens are very nice and full of palm trees and flowers. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with excellent croissants, and is served in a room or shaded terrace overlooking the gardens - a very pleasant way to start the day. We had a high-floor corner suite with a balcony overlooking a large park, with the city and the ocean in the distance. The suite was quite spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the Moroccan restaurant (Al Warda) one night, and had a late dinner at the Golden Fish another night. The atmosphere at the Golden Fish was nice after dark, but we liked our meal at the Moroccan restaurant better. The concierge, Imane, was exceptionally helpful in arranging taxis, a half-day tour, and tickets for the Al Boraq train. The Club Milliseme (Sp) lounge on the 8th floor offered snacks during the day, with views over the garden and pool from tall tables and bar-height chairs, and a very friendly manager. We also stayed at the Sofitel in Marrakech, and found the Sofitel Rabat to be far superior - quieter, more elegant, and with better food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses, and I can honestly say it was one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve had in Morocco. But what truly elevated this stay were two remarkable members of the team: Ilham and Hasna. These two ladies were simply outstanding. Attentive without being intrusive, warm without being overly familiar, and professional in every sense of the word. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask, and their genuine hospitality made me feel like a truly valued guest rather than just another room number. Their smiles and dedication are a real credit to the Sofitel name. The property itself is stunning — the gardens are immaculate, the rooms beautifully appointed, and the overall atmosphere one of quiet, refined luxury. I had a truly wonderful stay at the Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses, and what stood out the most was the exceptional level of service throughout my visit. From the very beginning, the airport pickup arranged by the hotel was seamless and extremely convenient, especially after a long journey travelling from Mauritania. My drivers, Mohamed and Younis, were both excellent — very professional, safe, and genuinely kind. They made me feel comfortable from the start and were a great first introduction to the hotel. On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Abdellah Belman, whose smile and professionalism immediately put me at ease. He handled my luggage with care and showed genuine kindness and respect, which I really appreciated after such a tiring journey. A special mention to Adil from concierge, who organised my taxi services perfectly. Everything was smooth and well-coordinated, and having my bags already prepared and ready in the car made the experience feel effortless and very well thought through. The reception team were equally impressive — welcoming, kind, and attentive. They ensured I was in the right room, comfortable, and even checked in on me after arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. A big thank you to Hasnaar from Guest Relations, who was outstanding throughout my stay. Any small concern I had was handled immediately and efficiently, with professionalism and care, giving me complete peace of mind. The spa experience was another highlight. The hammam by Hafida was excellent, and the one-hour massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. Afaf, who was part of the spa team, was also very kind and contributed to a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I also had a lovely experience at the café — Youssef Debbagh’s warm smile and hospitality stood out, and he served one of the best teas I had during my stay. Breakfast service was also fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff who added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the level of customer service at this hotel is exceptional. Every member of staff I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I left feeling very well taken care of and would absolutely return.

No respect no help!

Een tophotel met een topservice. De kamer wordt meerdere keren op een dag schoongemaakt en bijgehouden, zeer fijn. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het hotel is iets verouderd. Er vonden werkzaamheden plaats in het hotel die gehorig waren. Dit is begrijpelijk. Er werd gewerkt tussen 10.30-19.00.

J’ai tout aimé, je me suis jamais été bien dans un hôtel comme celui-là si le luxe garantit le personnel sans exception, mais vraiment sans exception ils sont top, j’essaye de me rappeler quelques prénoms Service de chambre, Halima, Khadija Restaurant, Lamia. Le service petit déjeuner tous sans exception, le monsieur qui s’occupe de la piscine vraiment j’ai rien à dire, je le donne la note de 20/20 Ils ont même fêté l’anniversaire de ma fille, on luisant le matin au petit-déj’ avec un gâteau et des bougies ils sont vraiment top de top

Très ravi mention spéciale aux dames ( les deux hassana) et et aux dames qui d’entretient pour l’attention et l’accueil à moi mon père malade ayant subis plusieurs opérations à Rabat. Je ne vous oublierai jamais

The guest relations agent, Kawtar, provided an excellent level of service throughout our stay. She took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable at all times. She also followed up to check if everything in our room was going well, which showed great attention to detail and genuine care for guests. Her kindness and professionalism made our experience very pleasant and memorable.

The front desk lady, Rabia, was very helpful. The hotel property was extremely clean and landscaping looked great. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were extremely attentive and kind. The gym was great and the sauna/cold plunge pool were a lot of fun. The little waiting area outside the sauna with the pebbles was extremely beautiful and I had to sit down for a few to take it all in. The hotel lobby area was beautiful and the bathroom and my room were absolutely immaculately clean. I don't think I have seen a hotel bathroom that clean. The hotel is fairly close to the interesting stuff in Rabat and has a nice park right outside it (Hyatt Park or something) that you can go walk around or go running into. The little mall area of the hotel is really pretty to walk around for about five minutes. The little sweet treats the hotel had waiting upon check-in were nice. The room also had a balcony that you could actually walk out on to and even sit in a little chair and enjoy the evening. Very beautiful property and hotel overall. The cleaning lady staff were also very nice ladies.

The massages at the hotel were overpriced so I didn't get one. At the price I paid, access to a type of club room is something I expected, as well.
