Hotel Araiza Mexicali

Location, vibe, decor, cleanliness, pools and gym.

A bit too expensive. Can get a comparable hotel across the border in the US for much less.

Loved the property

I like everyone was helpful. Clean rooms, Bed was good, shower was big very nice. Parking was ok lots of shade of trees if you get a spot. Will go again.

I did not like the confusion on dinner included. They where a bit confused on that. I got the room with dinner included.

Location, amenities.

Security tried to stop our food delivery driver.

Calme, propre

Location is good, great buffet, great staff

This is the second time I’ve started here and the worst part of the hotel is their lack of parking. Too many events which causes a lot of used up spaces for guests who are staying at the hotel. No valet parking which I think would help in cases where there’s no parking spots. Another thing I wasn’t pleased with is that the water in the shower drained very slow and the water was getting all over the floor.

La habitación

Nada

Good

The AC was a problem because it was set at 20 centigrade and I want it at 25 and even the maintenance guy was able to set it up properly, also the mattresses were flat.

Clean and great staff!

The window right next to the cars in the parking lot!

the hospitality and my room was already cold upon entry

the parking lot needs A lot of more lighting.

The location and cleanliness of it.

We checked in around 4 ish on a very hot day and a/c took a very long time to cool room down.

It us a place very hot, 45 degrees Celsius, but confortable in the room

Nothing, everything good

Every

Location

My request was not honored due to my late arrival, as they prioritize early guests. Furthermore, I was assigned the wrong room, moved twice, charged incorrectly compared to my Booking reservation, experienced intermittent shower water, and faced delays in receiving my refund. I expect the funds to be in my bank tomorrow.

Clean tidy grounds

Not much access to English language television stations

Every thing except the high price

Pool

Very comfy

The buffet was kind of pricey for the kids

Excelente Servicio , comedor Su desayuno ,

The rooms are nice and spacious

The fact that our door did not properly lock when shut to exit and it took several complaints to get it fixed.

La comida muy buena el. Bufete. Excelente

This is by far the best hotel in mexicali , and I’ve stayed at a few! Awesome customer service , great food and rooms were comfortable. The pool area is clean and relaxing

Nothing!! 10/10 all around top hotel in Mexicali

La alberca

La empleada de recepción

Exelente

No prendieron el jacuzzi

The room was clean, no dust or bugs

The parking lot is limited

Location.

Keys kept deactivating and I had to go to the front l desk multiple times throughout my stay even when I ensured the were not near my phone. It was an inconvenience because my room was on opposite sides. They did give me a 10 % discount which at this point was appreciated.

The restaurant at the front was great. The room was nice and clean and cool.

Outside is a tad bit outdated, needs a little clean up.

Nice hotel

Covers were thin

Clean facilities. The valet was super friendly. Checking in was easy and fast. Parking is gated and there’s plenty of space. They have a nice bar newly renovated. A Starbucks right there. They have 2 pools. And buffet in Sunday.

Kids pool and adults pool lol. Since they have 2 it would have been nice as I was with a group of friends in a bachelorette.

I taught that the price was with Breakfast, but it was not included

Too dark, needs more bright light

“ full size “ bed TO SMALL !!!

A lot noisy!!

I like that the property was well located and easy to get to

In this, Last visit the rooms or the room that I stayed in smelled a lot like sewer

The drinks and the rooms! Service was great too! Pool is a 10/10!

It was under remodeling and some areas weren't the cleanest.

Aire acondicionado no estaba trabajando.

Great hotel

The location is perfect! So many amenities on the property! The heated pool! The king room was amazing! The bed and pillows where chefs kiss!

The staff were professional and attention to detail. Very friendly too. Pool area was great and the returaunts were nice.

I have no negative feeling towards the staff or surrounding community.

The room was very clean and spacious.

The bed was comfortable but the blanket was too thin. It seemed like just a flat sheet. Also did not have hotel slippers.

Bed comfortable

Bed would slide to side when you sat on edge

Really clean and beautiful. Even the elevators are updated

Nothing to be honest.

Good

Good

I asked the hotel staff three different times to fix the a/c as my room was incredibly hot all day. We hardly had any sleep due to the room feeling like an absolute sauna.
