The food. Embassy is known to have some of the best breakfast and it was probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Compared to other Embassy the kitchen could use some work.

Unacceptable Treatment at Embassy Suites Montgomery that was absolutely unbelievable and upsetting. We had four adults and two babies with us. We went downstairs and had a wonderful breakfast together as a family. After breakfast, our grandson desperately needed a diaper change, so we headed back to our room. When we got to the door, the latch had kicked back and the door had locked from the inside. We immediately went to the front desk, politely explained what had happened, and waited for maintenance to come help us. When the maintenance employee arrived, we were completely cooperative and friendly. He attempted several times to get the door open and even rammed the door with his shoulder. He then asked my husband to kick the door to help get the latch loose. This is one of the biggest points that makes the story we were later told so absurd. Why would my husband wait for maintenance to arrive, wait while he attempted multiple times to open the door, and then only kick the door after the maintenance employee specifically instructed him to do so? If my husband had intended to damage the door, why would he have waited all that time for maintenance to arrive and then ask the employee if he was sure before doing exactly what he was told? My husband kicked it once. The employee then asked him to kick it a second time. My husband actually hesitated and asked, “Are you sure?” because he didn't want to damage the door. The employee insisted that it would help release the latch, so my husband did exactly what he was instructed to do. The door broke. The maintenance employee immediately told us, “It’s okay, I’ll take care of it.” He came inside, swept up the debris, and everything seemed to be fine. We were preparing to check out and continue our trip when suddenly there was a knock at the door and three people came in on us. We were given 10 minutes to leave, and my husband was accused of intentionally kicking and damaging the door. The maintenance employee repeatedly lied from what actually happened. He had specifically instructed my husband to kick the door, yet suddenly we were being treated as though my husband had intentionally destroyed hotel property. And then, as if the situation couldn't get worse, they tried to charge us $950 for the damaged door. This is absolutely absurd. We did not intentionally damage anything. We followed the instructions of their own employee, who was standing there and directing my husband to kick the door because he believed that was what was necessary to get the latch loose. We even requested the surveillance footage so the situation could be verified. We were told that they did not have any surveillance footage. That was extremely concerning to us, given the conflicting accounts. Then the police were called to remove us. Imagine being treated this way while you have a toddler and a baby with you. Imagine having your entire family standing there while people stare you down and demand that you leave within minutes. It was humiliating, frightening. What made this even more disturbing is that we genuinely feel that race played a role in how our family was treated. Our grandchildren should never have had to witness or hear something like this. We have already spoken with multiple people within the corporation, and we are moving forward with this matter because we believe what happened to our family was completely unacceptable and deserves to be addressed. This isn't simply about a broken hotel door. It is about being falsely accused, being treated as though we intentionally caused damage when we followed an employee's instructions, and having our entire family including a baby and toddler treated this way. We expected basic courtesy, professionalism, and fairness. Instead, we left feeling violated, humiliated, and discriminated against. I strongly encourage management and corporate leadership to thoroughly investigate what happened, including the maintenance employee's statements, the circumstances surrounding the decision to remove our family and , the attempted $950 charge.

The property is beautiful and convenient. However the fire alarms were going off all night keeping any of us from getting sleep.

Fair Warning - the Air Conditioning was horrible! Our room was so hot, we got sick. We asked for Maintenance and all they did was leave us a box fan! The next morning the extremely rude front desk lady informed me the Manager would not be in until that afternoon (after our check out). We also had to have Maintenance come 3 times to fix our TV.

Atmosphere was great. Room was good. Bathroom was small. Bartender was great .

Need more than one person at front desk when everyone is checking out. THERE WERE LINES OF PEOPLE TRYING TO CHECK OUT AT THE SAME TIME. Please have the popular whiskey in stock.

Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. There was a computer issue, which I blame no one for. But when I got to the desk I was told my reservation was not in the system, and there were no rooms available for my family. I asked about my reservation and was told it didn’t exist and I wouldn’t be charged. No problem. Then I look on my card and I was charged and now I am having to fight for a refund.

Nice location and very clean

The fire alarm went off twice literally twice in the middle of the night (1am and 330am). The staff was basically useless and people were running around trying to go down the stairs and do some exit emergency just to find out it was a false alarm. Then it happened AGAIN less than two hours later with equal confusion. Then the staff acted like this was something that happens regularly. Like wtf - would have been great visit if it weren’t for that.

Room has a mouldy smell. Appeared “clean” but odor was throughout and was persistent during my stay. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. Room was hot and humid until the next day…most likely the reason for the mouldy smell of they just leave it off completely when unoccupied instead of just increasing the temp as other hotels do. There was trash on the elevator floor and in the hallways in several places. Also just didn’t appear very well cleaned windows dirty etc

Recently retired after 40+ years of business travel, staying mostly at Hilton and Mariott Hotels worldwide. Wife and I reserved a King Suite at this property. We arrived around 3pm to check in, finally at 4:30 and a considerable level of frustration, we received our room. I have never experienced such chaos, poor operational performance and rude front desk staff at a Hilton property. We spoke with many other guests during this 1 1/2 hours and unfortunately many had a very similar experience. I asked to speak with the GM and was informed she was not on property. No manager on duty during a huge guest turnover. I may never stay at a Hilton property again. Horrible experience!

They need to call this the stay away motel. Definitely give hilton a bad name. Roaches in the room. Housekeeping terrible. The never answer the phone. Room sleep 6 and only 2 wash clothes floors was dirty walls need painting. Fire alarm went off all night long. Request for more towels and was told I had to wait in line. Key words DONT STAY HERE. This place is a third world dump. Homeless wandering the halls asking to use your restroom is flag one. Broken tiles in the bathroom and mold in the bathtubs is another. Oh and all the cops around at night are there for a reason.

Plush room, slept 5 people very easy, hearty breakfast.

Had to pay an additional $25 to park in an outdoor parking lot. Room was extremely cold, took 3hrs to get to regular temperature, had to ask for additional blankets for the kids and mother in law in order to get them to sleep. Fire alarm during breakfast, false alarm, but 5 mins of panic, trying to get to the 7th floor from the 1st floor to retrieve a disabled person without using elevators.

The room was outdated and the furniture was a mess. Thought more of it bc it was The Embassy Suite. Nothing like the other one's I stayed in. Plus there was a bug in my room and bathtub was peeling and the beds were twin size. I'm so thankful that I got a double. Smh

Rooms are downright disgusting. There is a stain on the ceiling and someone’s hair wrapped around the shampoo bottle. The bath stopper is missing and it appears someone may have been locked in the closet and had to kick their way out. A/C only works in the living room and the poor overworked fan is blowing triple time and with volume and effort of a Boeing 747 engine and still can not cool down this hotel room. I asked staff via chat if every room had the same A/C issue and they offered to send maintenance to my room. Which I declined. Perhaps not what I would enjoy as a solo traveler. I was told hotel is sold out. The parking lot and lobby had basically tumbleweed rolling across the void of empty space short of the old western movie whistling coming from a cowboy this place is very far from being sold out. Shame on you. Is this an actual Hilton?

We booked this particular hotel for a dance competition that was happening right next door. So I can say the best part about our stay was the convenience to the MPAC itself.

When we arrived we had no issues at check in. The staff was very professional and polite. Now let’s get to the bad parts. 1. Parking is HORRIBLE. If you’re going to have a such a large hotel WITH conference, parties, proms and so on have more parking for your actual paying hotel staying folks. 2. We got to our room to find our door was half cracked. We found someone to come and inspect the room to make sure no one was inside (obviously). Once we entered we say trash everywhere, the beds had not been made or sheets changed and there was dirty towels/wash cloths in the room itself. 3. Went to the front desk after this all happened to just see if they could have someone come up to clean it only to be handed sheets, pillows, and towels to do myself . Which let me be clear I have no problem with BUT I should not have been told to do so. This should have been done before check in. ( I arrived about 3 hours after the official 4 check in time). He had put in an order for the room to be cleaned first in the morning. Cool fine whatever we had to be at the competition early so it wasn’t an issue. 4. The room was never cleaned. No one ever came by. At all. Our trash cans were still full of the previous stayers trash, towel and wash clothes were still where I was told to put them. 5. We had people trying to come in our room 3 times. No one who was an employee at this hotel. I had 3 young girls with me and I honestly could not enjoy my stay. I try not to write bad reviews or really do any reviews for that matter but I was told they would resolved the issue and I still have yet to have any contact to try to resolve. We stayed at the Embassy in Huntsville 2 weeks ago where we was given a key to someone else’s room and now this has happened. If we wouldn’t have been so tried from the drive in the night of check in I would’ve demanded they give me the money back and found somewhere else.

The size of the room and the staff friendliness

I booked for a king size bed suite and they gave my room away and gave me a two bed suite. The room they put me in didn't have working air.

The property was nice

I got phone calls well after 9:00 from the main desk. When I asked the next morning for a late check out due to being woken up and having a hard time going back to sleep I was refused. Girl working the desk had no compassion about her. When my key didn’t work the next morning the same person messaged maintenance when what I needed was a new key. Maintenance man was kind and made sure everything was working before he left me.

Loved the location, breakfast, and how clean the hotel was. The staff is very friendly and room was spacious. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

There aren't enough luggage carts. Please add more luggage carts for guests to use to unpack their vehicles and wheel to their rooms. This was my only observation that needs addressing.

Our room was warm and we kept lowering the air and just assumed when we woke up and it was still warm that the air was broke but at check out when I told the desk about the air they said maintenance has to come do it. It would have been nice to know that at check in since it was over 80 outside. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot and just uncomfortable.
