Ich fand es sehr gut mit dem Bad und er Möglichkeit der Saunanutzung oben im 8 Stock. Check in und Check out per Mail bzw. online sehr unkompliziert. Ich musste zu keinem Zeitpunkt an die Rezeption, gut gelöst.

Frühstück war eher dürftig, nicht die riesige Auswahl. Der Bahnhof lag relativ nah wohl, ich hab die Züge die eingefahren sind auf meinen Zimmer gehört und teilweise auch gespürt.

- the rooms are next to the train rails so you have trains passing during the night and you cannot miss them. - Breakfast is very limited for what you pay. - the worst thing over the hotel is the reception! While checking in there was only one receptionist so there was a queue waiting for 15 min. Communication in English was not the best but we managed. The receptionist asked for our credit carts to keep as guarantee over damages, all good so far. Although I told him that I have paid through Booking and he has my credit card. No, he wanted 2 credit cards as we booked 2 rooms, I had a colleague with me. - At check out, another receptionist asks again for our credit cards to remove that guarantee. Again English comms was not the best. We gave them and my colleague realized that he charged us again for the rooms! We explained that we have already paid through booking, but he could not find it in their system! He finds after a couples of minutes and returns the money for my colleagues room and when I asked what about mine, he had to check again in the system and he needed the approval of his manager that would take another 20 min. We decided to leave and come back as we were late to work. He said that he will leave everything ready for us when we return in afternoon. We came back to find nothing was done hence we had to explain again the whole situation to the receptionist who checked us in and we had to go through the same process over again again again. Never going back there.

Es hat alles bestens gepasst. Schönes geräumiges und sauberes modernes Zimmer. Schicke Bar, schöner Frühstücksbereich, reichlich Auswahl beim Frühstück. Pool im Oberen Stockwerk vorhanden

Die Parkgebühren für die Hauseigene Tiefgarage

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich vor allem die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und bemüht. Im Zimmer waren außerdem ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, was ich als angenehm empfunden habe.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und das Zimmer leider nicht richtig sauber. Man hatte insgesamt den Eindruck, dass bei der Reinigung eher oberflächlich gearbeitet wurde. Eine Minibar gab es auf dem Zimmer ebenfalls nicht. Auch beim Frühstück hat mich die Qualität der Lebensmittel nicht überzeugt. Der Lachs wirkte teilweise unangenehm schleimig, und bei der bereits geschnittenen Paprika hatte man das Gefühl, dass sie schon länger dort stand – sie schmeckte nach altem, abgestandenem Wasser. Zudem waren die Platzdeckchen auf den Frühstückstischen teilweise dreckig. Generell verstehe ich nicht, warum man in einem Hotel beim Frühstück überhaupt mit solchen Platzdeckchen arbeitet, wenn diese nicht nach jedem Gast gründlich gereinigt werden. Der Fahrstuhl war während meines Aufenthalts wiederholt dreckig. In der Tiefgarage herrschte außerdem ein sehr unangenehmer, teilweise übelriechender Geruch. Die Duschbrause hatte zudem nur sehr wenig Wasserdruck. Auch der Check-in verlief nicht professionell. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnte unsere Buchung zunächst nicht finden, sodass ich ihm die Buchungsbestätigung auf meinem Handy über Booking.com zeigen musste. Die Verständigung auf Deutsch war ebenfalls nicht möglich. Gerade bei einem Hotel in Deutschland hätte ich zumindest erwartet, dass eine grundlegende Kommunikation auf Deutsch möglich ist.

Η πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου για τον καθαρισμό δωματίου είναι να αφήνεις το ταμπελάκι μέχρι τις 6 το πρωί στην πόρτα αλλιώς δεν θα εξυπηρετηθείς. Εγώ που δεν το άφησα, ήταν κάθετοι ότι δε θα μου το καθαρίσουν κι αφού μετά ζήτησα απλή αλλαγή σεντόνια και τίποτα παραπάνω μου είπαν θα τα αλλάξουν και δεν τα άλλαξαν ποτέ. Το απόγευμα που ζήτησα το λόγο, μου είπαν πάρε τα σεντόνια και στρώσε τα μόνος σου. Κάκιστη αντιμετώπιση για 150€ τη βραδιά. Το πρωινό μέτριο και φτωχό για τα λεφτά του. Η ηχομόνωση κάκιστη καθώς το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται δίπλα ακριβώς σε γραμμές τρένου. Δε θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα

Bed linen had spots, was not completely clean, only small blankets available unfortunately. And I never received room service after the first night although I put a request on the door handle as per rules. That was kind of disappointing.

جيد جداً جميع الموظفين كانوا متساهلين و خاصة ميو و أفضل خير ما عدا موظف واحد للأسف عندما تسأله عن شيء رده دايماً لا يعلم و سوف ارجع لرئيسي عندم يكون موجوداً وهو في الدوام الليلي الذي من المفترض يكون لديه صلاحيات و حلول لا حصر لها

الاقتصاد المبالغ فيه في الخدمات و خاصة تنظيف الغرف و ترتيبها اليومي حيث تعتبر من سياسة الفندق المحافظة على البيئة ولكن عندما يكون معك أطفال فالوضع يكون صعباً و عدم تجديد ماء الشرب يومياً حيث عليك شراءه من اجهزة آلية احيانا لا تعمل

Überragendes Frühstück! Für eine Geschäftsreise ein tolles Hotel. Der Pool war auch ein Pluspunkt.

Die Lage ist nicht so toll, aber das liegt wahrscheinlich vor allem an der extrem großen Baustelle in dieser Gegend. Wird also vllt wieder besser.

Pool gut, Sauna gut, Zimmer wirklich schön, war gut. Ich komme gerne hier hin.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, aber kaum Parkplätze und Parkhaus. Parkhaus ist teuer, verstehe ich nicht… Man ist doch schon Hotelgast.

Hier ist der Name Programm. Als ich meine Hose vergessen habe wurde diese unkompliziert an mich nachverschickt und seitens Mitarbeiter Plaza nach Feierabend zur DHL Stelle gebracht. In Darmstadt und Umgebung gibt es daher künftig nur noch eine Anlaufstelle für mich.

Los desayunos son excepcionales. El baño y la habitación son grandes y la piscina cubierta muy bien.

Staff were all very helpful, approachable and nice which is so rare. Room was excellent apart from TV needs to be updated to a modern smart TV easy to access Netflix etc. Pool was nice touch however small in size. Breakfast was 10/10.

Tv - didnt work apart from live TV which is boring Cleaning schedule - 6am to notify of cleaning should be moved to 9am.

Schöner Pool, außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück.

Net hotel. Bij aankomst lag er veel vuil op de vloer. Waren vergeten te stofzuigen. Na melding werd dit netjes snel opgelost Verder goede bedden en ruime kamer. Prima badkamer. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker!

Best stoffig op de kamer, dit verdient wel wat meer aandacht.

La habitación estaba bien, todo y que necesita una renovación pero estaba bien. La habitación tenia buen surtido de café y infusiones. Las camas eran cómodas. Tenia tabla y plancha, puedo resultar poco útil pero si has llevado algo arrugado te ayuda a recuperar parte de esa ropa. Ese es un ejemplo de su intento de grandeza pues no nada habitual tener ese tipo de servicio en un hotel pero al mismo tiempo parece dejado en su aspecto.

Esta ubicado junto a cambio de vidas de ferrocarril y durante el dia no es notorio el paso de los convoyes pero por la noche si es notorio el paso de los trenes. El hotel tiene un aspecto de dejadez, posiblemente se deba a que no tiene los clientes necesarios para lo que puede albergar. La entrada esta dejada, con matojos y poco limpia. Da una sensación de un estatus superior venido a menos. La piscina en la planta 8 esta bien, limpia, con poco espacio o nulo y sin ningún tipo de tutela lo que hace que pueda resultar no agradable debido al mal comportamiento de los huéspedes.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

En general tot ha estat bé.Per posar alguna cosa, el tema de fer l'habitació, no van venir a netejar-la tot i havent posat a la porta la nota, però potser s'havia d'avisar abans a recepció o bé, ho vaig posar massa tard. Però a part d'això, ha estat molt correcte.

Top Lage, Top Ausstattung, kein Lärm von der Strasse oder von Zimmernachbarn.

Die Baustelle, aber die wir vorüber gehen. So muss man gut zielen, damit man nach einer grossen Umfahrung die Einfahrt trifft. Ich musste noch einmal zwei Runden drehen und das um 23.30 Uhr …

Het zwembad was fijn en ideaal op onze reis naar het zuiden.

Mijn vrouw kwam vast te zitten in de afzuig installatie van het zwembad. Ze heeft daar een nare blauwe plek aan over gehouden. Na melding hiervan werd er niet of nauwelijks op gereageerd.

The staff. The check out time which is 11am, but as a traveler we all know that generally all check out time is 12 noon. But when I asked the staff if we can check out at 12, he told me that I will pat extra 10 euros to stay until 12 noon and I find it so ridiculous! We had to hurry up as a family of 4 with a toddler to reach the 11am check out. How horrible experience it was! The breakfast was basic, do not give so much hype on it.

Matig hotel wat als premium wordt beschreven, het is niks bijzonders.

We came for a football match at the local stadium, and needed something comfortable and practical, with it being so hot we needed air con and ofcourse parking after such a long drive. Was very impressed with the look of the Plaza looked lovely on the outside, very modern building. Once inside the foyer was bright and airy, we didn't wait long to be checked in. One of the most memorable things about a hotel for me is the staff, thier friendliness and willingness to be great hosts, and the Plaza certainly had this. The reception staff member who checked us in was very friendly, spoke English perfectly ( my German is limited) and couldn't do enough. Explained everything we needed to know, paticularly with where to park the car, the best places to go in Town for a drink and food, we wanted to get stuck into German Beer and Sausage! 10/10. When we got to the room, the room was so much better than the photos. We loved the beds and they were a good size for our family of 3. Great storage in wardrobe spaces too. Bathroom had a double sized shower and all was very clean. The Car Park is 18 euros but it was a very secure and gated underground car park, so it was very reassuring. We used the bar when we came back from the Town Centre, and enjoyed a few drinks, we were there until 0100am and it was no problem at all. Very comfortable with a great ambience. Lovely spot to chill out before heading to bed. We had breakfast in the morning which was buffet style. Very good selection of hot and cold options. The restaurant was very nice and felt relaxed. We only stayed 24 hours but honestly I would definitely choose this hotel again, we need to try the pool next time for sure. I'm sure we'll be back, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back.

I hate being negative as I genuinely loved this hotel. My only one negative is very minor and that is the hospitality tray. Only coffee enough for 2 persons, yet a room for upto 4. Maybe an oversight on the cleaning team, but I think next time I would hope to see at least one coffee and one tea option for the amount of occupants expected in the room.

Slechte airco Pianobar magnetron opgewarmde producten voor een veel te hoge prijs. Voor zn luxe hotel en geen fatsoenlijk restaurant. Echte afknapper. Parkeergarage maximale doorrijhoogte 2 meter. Wij hadden een dakkoffer op de auto en konden niet naar binnen.

At 0900 there was a knock and before I could get to the door, the cleaning woman walked in. I told her I needed 15 minutes. 15 minutes later as I was prepared to walk out the door there was a knock and she was back with a second cleaning woman. It seems a bit early for checkout .

Im großen und ganzen sehr gut, vor allem der Pool :). Das ganze Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch gut in Schuß.

Das Bahngleis direkt nebenan, das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden ohne Hörschaden zu erleiden ;). Da bei mir aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert hat, war das eher kein Problem. Im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Gästen/Kollegen

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The manager and several staff members were extremely rude, and I experienced their behaviour as discriminatory and racist. The air conditioning was not working, and I had to wait six hours before being given a room. I was then moved between three different rooms before the issue was finally resolved. The swimming pool was also extremely dirty, with pieces of toilet paper floating in the water. Overall, the hotel failed to meet even basic standards of customer service, cleanliness and professionalism.

Het was oke, maar niet meer dan dat. Waar premium precies voor staat hier, werkelijk geen idee. Vlakbij snelweg.

Terrein bij de ingang is vergane glorie. Parkeerplaats was opgebroken en moesten ons busje voor €18 voor de ingang parkeren. Onze eerste kamer bleek niet schoongemaakt dus toen kregen we een andere. Helaas werkte daar de airco niet zoals je zou verwachten. T ziet er echt allemaal oudbollig en vergaan uit.

Die Lage und der Eingangsbereich.

Personal: Service ist leider nicht sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, weder bei der Buchung noch bei direkter Ansprache um Unterstützung. Zustand: Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Als Reisende aus der USA sind wir unter solch einem Namen „PLAZA“ eine andere HotelKategorie gewohnt. Die AC war unzureichend und ansonsten erschien es ziemlich abgewohnt. Qualität/Preise/Service stimmt nicht. Schade!

Clerk at front desk was not friendly at all handed me my card basically told me to look at it and find my way to the room. I walked the wrong directing to the look for the lifts. Very unprofessional and wish you all the best

Leider konnten wir nicht in Ruhe schlafen. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Nähe der Bahngleise und des Bahnhofs. Die ganze Nacht fuhren Züge vorbei, wodurch es sehr laut war und ein erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Außerdem war das Wasser im Schwimmbad zu kalt. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt deshalb nicht zufrieden.

Gym is too small, pool is too small to swim, a lot of waiting on reception, could not find the invoice, receptions are trying, but undertrained. You would expect more for 4* hotel, but I guess its reflected in the price...

Questo albergo è uno dei miei preferiti a Darmstadt.

Wie schon gewöhnlich, hat mir alles gefallen, Das Personal wie schon auch in der Vergangenheit, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat sehr lecker geschmeckt, gab für jeden was dabei.und auch dort ist Das Personal sehr freundlich. Viele Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber , das Bett sehr bequem., und auch die Dusche hat mir sehr gefallen.Absolut Meine Lieblingshotel in Darmstadt.
