The beds were uncomfortable. Also, gave us two single beds instead of one double bed. So the management was of poor quality. The toiletries was complete disaster. When we arrived, the room was prepared for 1 person. So we had to grab second mug, pillow and blanket, but that wasn't a big issue. Otherwise all good.

- rooms get cleaned 1x weekly? Sorry, but that's not ok. And it has nothing to do with "being green", you're just saving money. At least leave more toilet paper IN the room. - there is 1 young girl at the reception desk who has some attitude & likes to argue with the customers like teenagers do with their mothers - very unpleasant experience. I will not write where she's originally from to avoid being accused of things I am not. But this is not alright, please train your younger staff properly! If they cannot get accustomed to the german way of communicating & serving clients, maybe they shouldn't be working at the reception desk.
