Beim Erreichen des Hotels, der Weg dorthin, war es etwas spuky. Zu teuer für keinen Luxus.

We were given nice junior suite, good value for money. Very roomy, coffee maker in room. The coffee you get the for the first morning is excellent.

At front desk, sign says something to the effect that “Help us save the environment, put this little bag on door knob to indicate that you do not need room clean and you will find a little surprise in it “ Well, we are all for saving the environment. Problem is, that they don’t refill the coffee pods or anything else if you choose this. And as you might of guessed there is no surprise in the bag. So you have to go to front desk ask for coffee pods, they give us wrong type of pods at front desk that we didn’t realize till morning!! Very frustrating !! So by us guests saving money for the hotel, by not having the room cleaned, our stay becomes a hassle and you get nothing in return.

The Maritim Hotel München is in a great location, just a two-minute walk from Munich Central Station. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. The hotel service was excellent as well. They didn’t make us wait until the official 3:00 PM check-in time—since our room was already available, they let us check in early. They also gave each of us a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Munich.

The only thing we didn’t really like was the immediate area around the hotel. It felt a little hectic, and there was sometimes an unpleasant smell outside. However, the convenient location and great service made up for it.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Super, gleich in der nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut und die Auswahl war hervorragend, habe selten ein besseres Frühstücksbuffet gesehen.

Die Bedienung der elektronischen Dusche ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und etwas nervig. Das Reinigungspersonal hat uns am Abreisetag ein wenig genervt.

이전에 코트야드 메리어트에서 묵었었는데...훨씬 좋습니다. 객실도 현대적이고 방도 크고 너무 깔끔해요. 위치도 중앙역 바로 앞이고, 호텔 정문쪽에 중정이 있어서 복잡스럽지 않아요. 가성비대비 정말 짱입니다. 다시 뮌헨에 간다면 여기 묵을듯해요 ㅎㅎ

Housekeeping was badly organized, about cleaning time. Trash basket wasn't emptied. Used glasses and cups weren't changed until I asked, and had to come from a different department. Only one bell boy, who was on leave when I left. 2 luggage trolleys, that nobody could locate, so we had to carry heavy luggage

Tuvimos un pequeño incidente con insectos, en un principio lo llevamos fatal por que nos picaron un par de noches, después leí que son endémicos de esa zona y difíciles de combatir, igualmente fue muy desagradable.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war excellent. Auch der Geburtstag meines Mannes wurde an dem Tag bemerkt und eine herzliche Gratulation folgte mit dem Servieren eines Glas Sekt am Frühstüchstisch. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in tollem Ambiente, samt Erholung und Genuss.

Chambre confortable, bonne literie, calme. Au pieds de la gare centrale. Pas le quartier le plus sympa de Munich mais proche des parties touristiques. Très apprécié, la piscine après 20km de balade à pieds.

Location near train station, a nice clean room.

The street on which the hotel is felt quite unsafe, a lot of ruckus and groups of noisy people.

We chose this hotel to be close to the train station. Check in was busy but we were well attended to by pleasant staff. We were given two bottles of water on arrival which was welcome due to the heat. The room was good with comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax. We were only staying overnight on our way elsewhere so can't comment on the hotels other facilities.

Nothing - it was a good hotel which met our needs for an overnight stopover in Munich.

Super Lage zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber und ruhig. Die Betten waren bequem. Frühstücksauswahl war sehr vielseitig.

Wie von vielen anderen auch schon beschrieben waren außerhalb des Hotels schon viele gruselige Gestalten die dort herumlungerten. Wir waren zu 6 Personen, deshalb fühlten wir uns sicher.wir wollten aber die Nähe zum Bahnhof, deshalb haben wirdas Maritim gebucht. Schade ist , dass für ein früherer Check in extra Geld verlangt wird. Das ist in anderen Hotels nicht so üblich. Wir konnten unsere Koffer aber an der Rezeption aufbewahren lassen. Genauso schade finde ich , dass man für die Saunabenutzung 5 Euro bezahlen muss. Im Frühstücksraum wares sehr voll und laut,

Der Wunsch ein Zimmer neben einem Aufzuge zu bekommen wurde damit "belohnt" das auf meinem Flur nur noch 6 Zimmer weiter weg von einem Aufzug waren als meins! Danke Die Umgebung des Hbf ist bekanntermaßen eine einzige Vollkatastrophe, aber die afrikanischen Dealer in der Hoteleinfahrt könnte man auch mal "bitten" sich in andere Bereiche des Bahnhofsviertels zurückzuziehen....

Second stay here and once again very impressed. Staff here are so friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with a vast array of hot and cold options. Champagne also available! Nice room with comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. Perfect location close to the train station and just a short walk from the city centre.

No me gustó que al hacer el checking la recepcionista desconfío de nosotros porque la reserva estaba a nombre del email , pero bueno al final se arregló y fue simpatica

Siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli, jossa oli erittäin mukava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Sijainti oli erinomainen, sillä päärautatieasema oli lähellä.

Sijainti oli melko levoton, vaikka tämä ei tietenkään ollut hotellin vika. Kortteli ei myöskään vaikuttanut erityisen saksalaiselta, vaan tunnelma oli enemmän itämainen.

Schinken gegrillt war nicht vorhanden beim Frühstück oder Nusse zum Müsli Die Lage/Umfeld paßt nicht zum Preis.

Das Frühstück ist immer großartig, die Servicekräfte herzlich, zuvorkommend und sie gehen auch immer die Extrameile für besondere Wünsche. Mir gefällt schon beim Empfang, dass ich mit Namen begrüßt werde, eine Flasche Wasser mit auf mein Zimmer nehmen kann und im Zimmer dann erwartet mich ein Willkommensgruß, ein kuscheliger Bademantel, sodass ich ganz praktisch schnell zum Pool mit Sauna hochfahren kann. Immer wieder gern, danke an alle Mitarbeitenden des Hauses, dass ich hier immer so herzlich empfangen werde!

Surroundings apparently unsafe but I haven’t any incidents staying at the location, smells from the outside kitchen when the window is open.

Nicht zum ersten Mal im Maritim München hat sich die Erwartung für einen schönen Citytrip einmal mehr erfüllt. Sehr zentral gelegen, ist das Hotel sicher ein Tipp. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Pianobar am Abend empfehlenswert; sehr gut das umfangreiche Frühstück. Gute, problemlose Parkmöglichkeiten im eigenen Parkhaus runden das Angebot ab.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, bedürfen aber bald einer Anpassung an den aktuellen Standard, was Bodenbelag (immer noch Teppich) und Schränke angeht. Die Sauberkeit ist aber sehr gut.

Spacious room for what it is worth. Decent value for money as we went for a non cancellation option. The facilities are a bit outdated but very functional for what you pay.

The street is a bit dodgy (homeless people, strip clubs, questionable casino (gangster type not for normal entertainment) and somehow feels unsafe but I understand this is a common issue in train stations in relatively big cities in Europe. But still quite concerning if you stay with kids. But this is nothing about the employees or hotel.

La posizione è ottima, subito di fianco alla stazione e con entrata da ambedue le vie che costeggiano l'hotel. La piscina all'ultimo piano era davvero stupenda e - soprattutto - aperta fin dalla mattina presto (quindi senza affollamento) sino alla sera. Il check out di default fino alle 12 è stato molto comodo l'ultimo giorno di viaggio. La zona fumatori dedicata subito fuori dall'hotel.

A parte la bottiglia d'acqua che ti danno all'arrivo, in camera non c'è nulla per dissetarsi. La colazione ok, ma nulla di eccezionale soprattutto per quella continentale. La sera forse servirebbe qualche sicurezza in più nella zona d'ingresso dell'hotel.

Hotellet er gammelt og mangler opdateringer. Morgenmaden er på kælderetagen, hvor der lugter af fugt/skimmel. Morgenmaden var af voldsomt ringe karakter.

Está en el peor lugar de Múnich. Rodeado de geste muy rara trapicheando. De noche da miedo llegar o salir,,, y el hotel se aprovecha poniendo la botella pequeña de agua a 4,5€ y el gimnasio a 5€ el día. Pésima elección,,,

L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être très proche de la gare centrale, mais, isolé dans un îlot de tranquilité, ne souffre pas des inconvénients du quartier. 10 minutes suffisent pour rejoindre le centre de Munich. La chambre était spacieuse et calme. Les lits étaient confortables. Le personnel sympathique et discret fut d'une aide précieuse le moment venu. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était copieux et diversifié. L' accès à la piscine au dernier étage est un réel atout en période de fortes chaleurs.

La salle du petit déjeuner, certes vaste, est parfois embouteillée. Il convient de choisir la bonne heure pour plus de tranquillité.

Tolle Lage, praktisches "Verbindungstür" zwischen Eltern- und Kinderzimmer. Der Pool war eine tolle Zusatz-Leistung.

Comfortable room. Plenty of space and nice and clean. Good to offer an eco friendly option to not have housekeeping if unnecessary. Lovely choice for breakfast.

The location was grim. Strip club 2 doors down. Really enclosed pedestrian walkway whilst road works were going on (not the hotel’s fault) and it felt unpleasant and uncomfortable. The staff were helpful but not overly enthusiastic or warm towards guests. I couldn’t find it so I called reception. The guy was completely unhelpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Il quartiere non è proprio il top per la presenza di gente di ogni tipo. Ci è capitato di assistere ad un paio di ragazzacci che hanno buttato a terra tutta una fila di bici e monopattini, senza che ci fosse alcuna forza dell’ordine a vigilare.

Awesome location, walking distance to Marienplatz and Residence. Good connection to Ubahn, Sbahn and Tramway lines. Room was spacious, very comfortable. Awesome breakfast! Plenty of choices for any dietary needs and options. Friendly, helpful staff. PARKING! If you travel by car you park underneath hotel in underground parking with elevator to the lobby and you'll get some discount on parking fee as a hotel guest. German food and Italian restaurant within a minutes walking. Swimming pool /sauna. Hotel bar is offering great choices of drinks and some food (had really good hamburgers there several times). Really good hotel. If I were to go back to Munich, that would be a place where I will stay! Awesome!

Excellent hotel with outstanding room service. The indoor pool, open until 11 p.m., is a real highlight and perfect for relaxing after a long day. It gives the hotel something special that many others don’t offer. Highly recommended!

Nahe am Bahnhof

Die Lage war direkt am Bahnhof. Das war praktisch, allerdings sehr gruselig und dreckig. Dort hat man sich alles andere als Wohl gefühlt. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen 🙈

Wir haben uns mehr von dem Hotel in dieser Sternekategorie versprochen. Auch der Name Maritim-Hotel ist sehr bekannt. Nach der Ankunft war uns klar, das Hotel besuchen wir nie wieder. Personal unfreundlich, Frühstück nicht besonders, Lage dreckig und unheimlich. Die Kehrseite von München. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Dabei haben wir uns so sehr darauf gefreut. Selbst den Eingang zum Hotel mussten wir suchen, da man dort kein Hotel vermutet. Das Zimmer war okay. Kleine Unsauberkeiten im Bad, aber sonst gut und sauber. Das ist immer das Wichtigste! Zentrale aber unschöne Lage! Das muss man wollen. Sonst lieber ein anderes Hotel nehmen und eine Station mit der U-Bahn fahren.

Das Bahnhofsumfeld ist nicht Premium, aber das Hotel liegt etwas zurück im Hinterhof und dadurch dann wieder ruhig.

Grand hôtel, check-in et check-out très rapides. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages à l'accueil en attendant de pouvoir intégrer la chambre. Personnel agréable. 3 grands ascenseurs mais attention, compliqué de pouvoir entrer dans un aux heures de sortie d'hôtel, attendre et prendre son mal en patience. La chambre simple est immense avec 2 lits collés très confortables, un fauteuil avec repose pieds, deux grandes tables de chevet, des lampes un peu partout, clim et chauffage performants, bouteille d'eau gazeuse ou plate offerte à l'accueil, 2 miroirs dans la salle de bain et 2 miroirs dans la chambre, grande armoire à l'entrée avec coffre-fort, bouilloire, TV, luminosité réglable, rideaux occultants, mini réfrigérateur, sèche-cheveux et bonbons offerts. La piscine est assez grande pour y faire quelques longueurs à plusieurs, c'est la même profondeur dans tout le bassin. Des douches sont disponibles autour, 2 sauna peuvent être réservés. Petit balcon à côté de la piscine pour bronzer ou admirer la vue. Malgré la situation de l'hôtel dans un quartier avec des construction et de la vie nocturne, la chambre était impeccablement insonorisée.

In unserem Zimmer waren auf dem Teppichboden sichtbare Flecken mitunter Blutflecken sehr sehr unschön... (1. Stock)

Breakfast was amazing, with great variety and very good quality. The hotel is ideally located for the train station and within easy walking distance of the old city. The staff were extremely helpful.

・直接的な悪いところではないのですが、ホテルの前の通りにはいつも少し怖そうな男性が集まっています。今回夫婦旅行だったので問題ありませんでしたが、例えば初めての女子旅等を計画している人にとっては、少しびっくりする光景かもしれません。

Morgenmads buffet var ok...men morgenmads-lokalet var forfærdlig! Kæmpestor, skrækkelig akustik, ligger ned i underetagen uden vinduer og med dårlig luft. Ligner en gammel bal-sal fra 60'erne... og hvem ønsker spejlevægge hele vejen rundt om morgenen?! UPDATE! have received a respons to the above from the hotel; this was a TEPORARY location due to water-damage! thought that this should be noted her... it explains a lot!

Nichts , wollte allerdings zum Oktoberfest buchen . Da kostet die Nacht statt 140 Euro ,435 Euro . Ich weiss Angebot und Nachfrage . Das ist schon hart denn die Kosten des Hotels sin ja nich höher . Aber da will man zu der Zeitvermutlich nur die Reichen in München

Zimmer könnte mal wieder renoviert werden. Matratze etwas zu weich.

Das Hotel ist ideal für Bahnreisende. Nah am Bahnhof und dennoch nicht lärmig. Abgang zur U-Bahn Linie 2 ca. 100m entfernt. Kleines Hallenbad zur freien Benutzung. Zimmer gemütlich.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage den Hitzesommer 2026 nicht wirklich bewältigen können. Nach Auskunft an der Rezeption sei geplant, die Anlage zu erneuern. Hoffen wir das Beste. Preislich vielleicht an der oberen Grenze.

Hotel is placed next to the central train station in the center of Munich. Room was very clean and very confortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from. There is a little pool at the top of the building that was perfect for cooling down in hot August days.

Parkeringsforhold ikke det bedste. Hvis I kommer efter kl 18 kan det være svært at finde plads i parkeringshuset. Få vejledning i receptionen så I kommer rigtig ind i det. Hotellet giver rabat på parkeringen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war wie immer hervorragend. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Man konnte den Stachus und den Marienplatz gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Frühstücksraum überfüllt und laut. Fahrstuhltüren schließen plötzlich, während man durchgeht und schlagen gegen die Arme. Sowas ist mir zuvor noch nie passiert. Habe an beiden Armen leichte Blutergüsse.
