AWA Hotel

Ubicación, desayuno, la atención del personal. Limpieza de la habitación .

Quarto limpo e tudo de excelente qualidade

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Centrally located near the railway station.

The central cooling system did not supply enough cool air, so I had to open the window. Then there was some noise from the street.

Location was great to get to the center but was a vry unwelcoming street with many foreigners which were not safe at night.

The room was very stained on the lounge, carpet, curtains and walls. Feltt like someone came all over the place so felt very yuk. room was not like the pictures on bookings .com. they were too clean on their and looked spacious.

The hotel is close to the hauptbahnhof and down town. It is convenient for anywhere. The staffs are nice. The room is clean.

Super Betten, alles sauber. Gemütlicher Innenhof und freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist sein Geld wert. Ich kann nichts Schlechtes berichten. Hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht.

Good location close to the main train line and subway lines. Place was modern and secure

We lost the use of the air conditioning system after a power cut that locked the console from us being able to turn it on. I told the reception staff about the issue but nothing was done about it. Wasn’t too big an issue as it wasn’t very hot outside but had it been the middle of summer it wouldn’t have been a nice experience

Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great

The location is great, minutes walk to the train station. The breakfast is also pretty good.

Wifi!!! It’s terrible!!! Really need to be improved.

The staff was friendly and attentive.he room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished.

Totul!

Location

Rooms very tired and carpets stained, tea not refilled after the first night

Nicht weit bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Gutes Frühstück.

Die Gegend. Sehr kleines Zimmer.

Schmutzige Fenster

La ubicación cerca a la estación desayuno aceptable.

Internet malo. Cero amenities. No es 4 estrellas.

Sehr gute Lage

Clean rooms Great location

Perhaps the breakfast could be improved..some fresh milk and less long life milk. Some berry fruit to choose.

Buena ubicación, habitación comoda

1. Housekeeping and bathroom amenities were not replenished; rooms were not properly cleaned. On the night of my second day, I found that all bathroom toiletries – including shampoo, body wash, lotion, and dental kits – had been completely used up. Under normal hotel practice, housekeeping should check and refill these supplies during daily cleaning. However, when I returned to my room that evening, the amenities remained empty. I had to personally go down to the front desk, wait in line, and ask the staff for refills. This wasted my time and, more importantly, exposed a serious flaw in your room inspection routine – even the most fundamental “one‑guest‑one‑refill” and “daily‑cleaning” procedures were not followed. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be professional. 2. Breakfast service staff displayed poor attitudes, ruining the morning dining experience.

Nothing.

The location is a very dirty street. Not good at all for the families.

Friendly easy great breakfast

The grouts in the bathroom didn’t look well the rest was great

-

Sehr sauber, super Innenstadtlage, tolles Frühstück

Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Location is good, 10 minutes from downtown, friendly staff, really good breakfast, clean and bright room.

Uncomfortable bed/sofa for third person. Parking issues.

Rent och fräsch, utmärkt frukost, trevlig personal

Very Clean and professional

The room as a whole

Great location (a few mins from the central station), friendly staff and the room was very spacious and clean. Nothing to complain about.

gute Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Stadt. Leise Klimaanlage. Lärmschutz war top

Nur 1 Tasse auf dem Zimmer. Kein Glas

Pouca simpatia/disponibilidade dos funcionários e barulho do chuveiro.

Alles in Ordnung

Staff were super helpful, the rooms were a good size and quality and the breakfast was very good.

Parkingo nebuvo

Atendimento

Alles bestens, danke!

Other than the location, everything was not satisfactory

Room cleaning was done just on one day (we had stayed 4 nights) The towels were never replaced during our stay Staff at the front desk was unavailable at times

Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof Sehr umfangreiches gutes Frühstück Freundliches Personal

Horaires souples.

Hôtel très agréable, confortable et propre. Très bon petit déjeuner

Le quartier est très problématique et insecure.

Caldo, tende logore e sporche

Close to the train main train station

Air conditioning was not as effective as it should have been. Process for early check in needs to be improved - originally offered for a fee, then offer withdrawn. The area around the station felt unsafe with lots of people just hanging around street corners - after travelling through 13 countries so far this summer, this city felt the most unsafe.

Ordentlich, sauber, weitgehend modern

Stanza silenziosa. WiFI efficace.

Very nice staff and very clean

Sehr leckeres Frühstück, nettes Personal, ruhige Zimmer, super Betten

Keine Beanstandung

Very central location.

The room was small for a ‘junior suite’. It wasn’t very clean- a lot of dust on our bags that we left on the floor. Stains on the sofa bed. A few things in the room didn’t work - electrical sockets, bedside light. It isn’t in the nicest area of Munich.
