Smell of weed everywhere. Even after we were told there’s a 250$ fee for smoking. It was everywhere

The 1st room was very bad , we had to request a new room , that was very disappointed

The AC in my room did not work. The building smelled very strongly of marijuana and the ceiling in my bathroom was peeling and flaking all over the floor. The staff was not helpful and was condescending about my AC. When I checked out, I was told a 1 night credit would be given but then that did not happen. For reasons no one can give me.

My room smelled like mildew, shower didn’t drain and was dirty, bathroom was dirty blood stain on wall. Bed a dirt under the sheets not clean at all. Table in the room was broken. AC didn’t work my room was hot all night. Front desk did nothing. Prepaid for my room to only have someone else’s room paid for and not mine. Will never stay here again.

The security of the door and the breakfast area was good.

The room had a musty smell. Probably because the allow pets in the rooms. The bathroom needs repair. Like paint was peeling from ceiling. The toilet wasn't secure to the ground. And some other items need updating.

Clean and staff was fine. A little more signage would have helped to locate but otherwise very good.

it was a convenient travel to and from the host hotel that was hosting the event. The management was nice and courteous. the people were friendly. The mattress was decent and the pillows. The room space is good. TV was good.

the mold in the hallways that was covered by wall paper. the old aesthetics that cost the same amount as a 5 star hotel. you can see the attempt made to give the customers a 4 star room, however, it is a 2 star room. Older furniture. No bar and breakfast eggs was so watery. coffee was cold (7am).

I stayed here three nights and I am very pleased. It's what I would consider a "hidden gem" because it has a good location in Cranberry Twp and yet doesn't charge some crazy rates. The room has a king bed with firm mattress and carpeted floors, which I love because wood floors are usually dirty and you track water and mud all over them with your shoes. The mini-fridge and microwave worked great. The climate control unit kept the room cool during the day and the fan wasn't too loud. The TV was decent size although I wish it was a little larger. The channel selection was pretty good and there was built-in apps like Netflix and Prime in case you have accounts you can use with those. The free WiFi is a little slow like around 3 Mbps which is my only real complaint --- can the management please get us faster internet here? The free breakfast is pretty good --- scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, toast & bagels, yogurt, bananas. Also coffee and OJ. There was always plenty of parking at night. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

We were able to get a ro when the power went out due to weather

The water in the shower had the hot and cold water backwards. The bed was very uncomfortable and it was so loud.

Breakfast was OK, normal fare but plentiful.

Condition of the room. Needed work I the bathroom sink plug did not work. Signage told not to use handhold in bath as it is not secure, tub height very difficult to manage. Room needed deep cleaning and newer mateess.

Put us in room farthest from elevator and exits. Then deactivated our keys after 1st of 2 nights. No where tp hang clothes, water staines in ceiling with musty smell. 5 am while sleeping head area of matteess collapsed to floor

Liked the location with dining a walkable distance. The area is quite quiet. Joan at the front desk made check-in a breeze. Room was large; bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water with ample towels. Room was clean. Nice large Tv, A frig, microwave and keurig machine with coffee and tea. Breakfast with both hot and cold food choices. The hallway carpets could stand to be deep cleaned. Also, currently there is not a lounge or evening dining as advertised. There was a change of ownership and new owners are awaiting liquor license.

The security door latch was coming off the door and the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. I mentioned both of these to the front desk twice.

I need to use the sofa bed but they cannot provide linens for it. 2 flat sheets are all they can offer me. I’m having to spend $68 dollars to door dash sheets, pillow cases and a blanket from Target. Customer service through Choice offered to document my problem but they have no solution for me. Then they tried to sell me a vacation plan. Very frustrating. I stay at this hotel frequently and they are usually great but it’s ridiculous that a hotel cannot provide sheets, pillow cases and blankets. They gave me one fitted sheet that was too small. Told me that’s all they have.

Dirty, smelled

It was fine for one night and met my expectations. The tv worked just fine, there were no creepy-crawlies, including bed bugs, the bed was clean and comfortable, the shower worked just fine, and the refrigerator was a nice plus.

Convenient to ice arena

The room advertised seating area. It had on chair no deal chair. Went down to breakfast and the trays were empty at 7:30 am. The coffee was cold. Won’t return to this hotel.

Bed was not clean , long hair like woman in bed, sheet was used by somone before and never changed. Bathroom clean but not ready for new guest, bathtub not clean and used soap on shelve :(

Second time we have stayed here. For one night, passing through, it is fine. Fairly clean and comfy. Decent breakfast with eggs and bacon. Good price point. Nice to have Bravo restaurant near hotel to walk over for dinner or happy hour. Easy checkin and checkout.

Long term stay place, outdated rooms, poor cleaning.

I asked for a first floor room but none were available. There was a lot of distance from the front to the elevator then down to a room over half the distance of the hotel away from the elevator. Once in and unloaded, I discovered the thermostat in the room didn’t work so I had to move everything to another room. I have a heart condition so i asked the front desk if someone could help me. She said she couldn’t leave the desk as she was the only employee in the building. Can’t believe a hotel of this size has only one employee on at 6:00 pm.

The carpet was gritty and dirty when we checked in late in the evening. I requested vacuuming the next day and cleaning the room. A few papers that were on the floor when we checked in were still there. Covid ended years ago and thus hotel is still not cleaning rooms. We had to take dirty towels to the front desk for clean ones. Coffee in the morning was cold, eggs were terrible. Sanitizer in the gym was empty. The hotel advertised a bar and had a bar menu in the room. The bar was closed, no food. Would never recommend this hotel again.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the rooms were dirty. The pullout couch was disgusting. The duvet on the bed was stained and nasty. And the hallways smelled like smoke. Everything just seemed old and grungy with a fresh coat of paint put over it. I was very disappointed in this Choice hotel

Just fine for an in and out overnight but really just ok. Room clean but still piles of dirty towels all night and day in hallways. Parking lot good and are certainly felt safe. Convenient for our needs.

Good parking...no bar

Just some comments about our stay. The door handle in our bathroom was very loose. The toilet had a very bad rocking motion and the stopper on the shower / tub was stuck so only the shower could be used. While the breakfast buffet was good, the coffee was cold 2 mornings and the eggs were cold one morning

Large clean room with comfortable bed. Full couch for lounging which is a nice touch. Well lit and spacious parking area . Good breakfast. Staff all had smiles and was greeted upon checking in. A very nice place to stay.

Don’t stay here. I booked a room that permitted my dog. On the positive side - the mattress seemed new and the sheets and linens clean. The room was filthy. Spilled food on the floor. An absolutely disgusting chair, stains all over the hallway floors. Outside: at least 2 abandoned cars in the parking lot, trash all over. Just felt unsafe. Filthy. No one was properly looking after the property. Also - TV didn’t work, and person at the desk had no idea how to fix it.

Our room was very nice and clean. The beds and pillows were so comfy.I slept so good.Bathroom was clean, great water temp and pressure.

TV kept saying to download the channels. We couldn't figure it out. Pressed the buttons on the remote, nothing worked, no instructions in room for it. I could have asked the front desk but we had our phones so we were ok.

Nice stay. Quick overnight for a football game. Had to move rooms because first one was propped open, wasn't totally made up and smelled of wet dog but they took care of us quickly. Breakfast was decent. Have stayed here a few times and already have our next stay booked.

Stains on carpet around the room, from painting, one of the beds had a 6 inch stain on the bottom of edge, other than that ok for a night

It had a really bad smell, and none of the cleaning staff spoke any English. They seemed to avoid us. It felt unnatural for a hotel environment.

Hotel is old and needs some upgrades. Not very clean. Our check in person was not very welcoming

This is the third time I have stayed over night in Cranberry. The other 2 hotels were terrible. I was thinking all the hotels under $200 a night wasn't any good. I will stay there every time I stay in Cranberry

Old property but it is clean! I would stay here again. The price was right so it worked.

Good location, staff was friendly.

The rooms were not very clean, the sheets were terrible, the front door didn't close the whole way, there was paint from a hastily painted ceiling all over the floor and furniture. A one-star hotel with a very high price tag.

Clean hotel, fairly updated. For the price it’s a good choice

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting my beloved father-in-law who is in long term care. The staff is warm and hospitable. The hot breakfast is yummy and so convenient - we don't have to waste time searching for a good breakfast in the area, so we have more time with Dad. The rooms are great - nice size, super comfy mattresses and pillows, nice mini fridge, microwave, coffee. And the location is super convenient - near the nursing home, plenty of stores, and easy to get to off the highway. As of our most recent stay in August 2025, they were in the process of a renovation, so the Inn isn't 100% perfect and polished right now, but that doesn't change my opinion that it's the best hotel in Cranberry Township. This hotel is under construction and it showed. The sheets and towels were clean but there was small amounts of food on the bathroom floor when we checked in and whoever is painting the

Convienient, short ride to pnc park breakfast in the morning included friendly staff

There was a strong cooking smell at the Hallway, and the carpets should be cleaned and early morning the coffee was not warm enough. For the price we paid it was not worth.

Very clean, modernized room. There is really nothing in the vicinity, so it's purely a sleepover spot, but clean and comfortable room. Though the breakfast area itself is pretty cramped (if four people are trying to get their food simultaneously, they'll be in each other's way), the spread itself was good for this sort of place.

The location was great. Close to the turnpike and one of my favorite restaurants, Bravo.

The bathroom toilet was loose from the ground and was leaking some water. The shower and other features in the bathroom were dirty.
