Rooms have been renovated but closet doors and floor track were missed & show rust. A minor detail but noticed. Also RCA TVs outdated but hey Westinghouse is right across from them so they’re good neighbors!

I travel to Cranberry Township once and a while I am recommending the stay there when we are down there.

When stuck in an elevator on their property we felt that the company should have recompensated us to some extent. But instead we were offered points on their rewards program. There are too many other properties in the same area that we will stay at before considering this one again

Lobby area was very appealing. Reception was very good.

Breakfast seemed a little disorganized. Coffee and hot water were not together for beverages. The person talking care of area did not seem to want bothered. If not a morning person willing to answer questions and be helpful in general then breakfast bar is not the place for them to work. Rooms during the summer should be air conditioned especially during humid summer. The room did not seem fresh when we first arrived almost a damp musty environment. But lowering the AC helped after a while.

Right from check in to check out the staff was attentive and friendly . Hotel is clean. Great value and positive atmosphere. Will return again when I’m in the area.

Staff was awesome. Guest rooms and conference room were very clean and ready upon arrival.

The price is great for the location. so much to do right outside the door. Hotel was very clean and spacious. The free breakfast was outstanding. So many options to choose from made everyone happy. Pool was open until 11 PM. Stayed 2 nights for goalkeeper camp even though we only live 45 minutes away..... best decision ever.

4.5 on my review.. Rooms were nice & clean (showed subtle signs of wear but nothing major) beds and pillows comfy to our liking. No noise from cars to hinder a good night sleep.. we were very near the elevator and that was not a noise factor. Seems the thermo was not adjustable at least in our room.. we had 70-73° thru stay which we like anyway.. light in room not quite bright enough..but ok. Lobby open airy feel w pantry $, front desk efficient and helpful no issues.. coffee maker makes all kinds of specialty coffee and avail 24/7. Breakfast our first two days easy, last day not so much w lines, hardly a table etc. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, 2 waffle makers, cereal, oatmeal packets, juice machine, yogurt, bagels/toast, muffins, limited fresh fruit. So we chose this to save a downtown stay $.. and the value is certainly there for a 25/30 min ride each way into town. Would we stay again, yes, and get up early for breakfast.

We checked in at approximately 2:30, and the clerk checked that I had requested a room away from the elevator. At NO time was an early check in fee mentioned. Then, at check out we noted a 25.00 fee added on our bill. This left us with a bad taste/bad final impression of the property.

Why is there no way to close the curtains??? That's ridiculous. The room was cold/draft no matter how high we cranked the heat up. TV remove on/off button didn't work most of the time. Bathroom supplies were low.

Above average experience, very nice staff, tasty breakfast and amazing coffee, clean and spacious. This isn’t the Bellagio nor the Four Seasons, but for a reasonably priced and comfortable stay, this place checked all the boxes.

Our room was very cold when we walked in. We thought a window was open, but it was the AC set at 61 degrees. It took a couple of hours to warm up. We also only had decaf coffee pods in the room.

SHOWER Curtain in 309 does not fit, and leaks water all over the floor of A HANDICAP ROOM! A slip hazard. So paid for room that has hazard due to their failure to fix!

Very clean, the Cappuccino machine was very nice, breakfast was tasty, the staff was kind and hospitable.

Breakfast was good. This hotel isn't the closest to the venue we went to but it had some of the best reviews. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not the first time I've stayed here and won't be the last.

The sausage was a little overdone. That really is the only complaint I have.

This is a nice looking hotel from the outside but our room had a funky smell to it our shower had mold in it and the toilet would not flush. Breakfast was poor to say the least, I would try the Hilton Garden Inn if I were coming back again or the Duray Inn on Settlers Ridge

Hotel was in a convenient location and overall, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice but quality of items (especially the sausage links) was not good. Our guest room did have a bad smell to it. I didn’t report it to management, and I’m sure they could have moved us to another room but we were in a rush during check in and we didn’t want to move to another room.

Sheets were not clean - had what appeared to be dirt, hair, and makeup stains on them. I had to request new sheets and blankets which did not come so had to go to the front desk myself and ask for them. Left with two incorrect charges that totaled 500 dollars on my card that were not related to my stay. Mistakes happen but the hotel didn’t answer the phone for literal DAYS until I called Best Western corporate until it was finally resolved. Very disappointing stay.

The breakfast was just okay. The sausage taste. awful and it appear to be microwaved. The eggs were a little watery. I did enjoy the waffles. Overall it could have been better. Better pastries and breads, too. Maybe some hard boiled eggs as another option.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay here for future visits to Pittsburgh.

Chose this hotel because of the good reviews it had. I was very disappointed and grossed out. Will not be staying here again. Sheets were not cleaned from previous guest. Brown streak on sheet. Thought maybe it was a “stain”. I bring Clorox disinfectant wipes with me, the streak was not a permanent stain. Lots and lots of crumbs in the chair. Hotel staff didn’t want to compensate for the hassle and dirty room. Did give me a clean…I hope…sheet set. Shower curtain doesn’t come down far enough and water gets everywhere. Dirty spots in lots of places on walls etc.
